There were so many things wrong with this hole that I don't have the patience to list them all.

They had a tear in the bed spread and I took a picture of it because I have an emotional service animal that is a bird and she wears a diaper. They had me sign something about no smoking and the room stinks like smoke. The room was hot when I got in here and it was on a low cool I turned it to a high cool and it is still not cooling. I tried calling front desk and they did not answer and after 15 hours of driving this is BS.

Pleasant staff. Many quality restaurants close by. Just off of I-24. Russell Stover candy outlet close by where wife can stock up on sugar free candies.

Great for the price and the area. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Qualities Inns tend to be my choice because they are low priced and clean, but this place was disappointing. The rooms definitely need a deep cleaning. There were stains on the walls. The AC unit was really dusty. There was an old guy who kept staring at us at check in and when we were unloading our stuff. The place kind of made md feel like I was in a creepy motel scary movie. On a positive note, the sheets were clean. They allowed us to bring our dog. Also, the guy at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Overall it was ok, could've been better.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms appeared/smelled clean. Free breakfast was good with hot and cold foods. Pool was a bit dirty with leaves and debris and broken tiles in several spots. Had to watch where we stepped to not cut feet on tile pieces. Caution: the black paint around pool is slippery.

I stayed at the Quality Inn in Manchester, TN in a non smoking room. My room was clean, I had cable and free internet as well as, breakfast in the morning. The people were nice and friendly. I will definitely stay there again.

Did not enjoy my stay here. The outlet was hanging out of the wall. The toilet was not bolted down correctly. The bed was pretty hard. The towels are barely big enough to cover my 3 year old and were very hard and scratchy. The breakfast buffet was ok though. Bright side is the water got hot. I would say for the $70 I paid it was not worth it, might be a bit better if it was like 39-49$ range. Overall I would say there are much better places to stay for $70.

Rooms where clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for overnight sleeping after being tired from driving.

HAD TO HAVE COFFEE! TV ads talked about your new Turtle etc. They were sensational! Made the next 500 miles a little easier.

Its good for 1 night of okay sleep, not much more to be expected. Breakfast is very good and that's it. No bugs except for a dead cockroach found in our room.

Not a very clean place. Hot water best I can say.

Best if you was 21 and wanted to party with friends. Holes in walls, cold air coming thru the door, heater does not heat the room in colder weather, and bathroom is far from easy to take a shower in. I should have spent a couple more dollars and got a decent hotel room, very displeased especially for a place.

Front desk clerk unfriendly, almost surly. Room heat was not on. It took an hour to get reasonably comfortable. TV did not work. Fridge did not work — not unimportant for a diabetic with insulin supply. The rest was as expected of a budget motel. It did look clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was typical with a comfortable and very clean dining area. If it had not been for the crappy check in experience I would have been comfortable giving it a 3 star.

I wish I could say, great place to stay but I can’t. Rooms are in desperate need of a remodel. Needs walls repaired, new flooring … a total remodeling. Had no hot water. Both days we had to ask for hot water switch to be flipped. Then after we left, my husband broke out in bites. Only thing we could figure was bed bugs. Had to be from the couch. I didn’t get any bites because I didn’t sit on the couch. Now let’s talk breakfast. No bacon, only sausage with eggs and sausage gravy. And biscuits hard as a rock. Plus, all cold. Needless to say, we will not stay at Quality Inn ever again.

What dump! Don't allow pets, but it's not good enough for a pet to stay there. Toilets in both rooms backed up, mold everwhere. Not worth the price. It's a health hazard!

We needed a quick place to stay off the highway for the night So We chose the Quality Inn. My stay wasn't horrible but it also wasn't exactly comfortable. The bed was hard, towels were tiny the shower was either blazing hot or Ice Cold. There was no in between. It severed it's purpose and we left as soon as the sun came up. They had free breakfast but we didn't partake in it. Our King room came with a fridge and microwave.

Service was OK. The building is old and dilapidated. The shower was especially bad — it was so old and finicky, it took me 5 minutes just to make it produce water that was neither scalding nor freezing. I reserved the room online but they initially had me in the wrong room (1 king instead of 2 doubles) — fortunately I checked in early enough that they still had a 2-double room to move me into, but it was a long wait while they eventually sorted it out. The only power outlets near the bed were BEHIND the headboard, extremely difficult to get to.

The rooms are very nice and so is the staff. It has a good size pool to swim in. The location is next to every store and food chain. Love it.

This place has gone down hill over the years. The staff is very nice and friendly. But the building is disintegrating. I wasn't too sure exactly how clean my room was either. Great rates, nice breakfast, friendly staff, but the place needs a serious facelift.

We stayed here the night of July 8, 2017 Room 111. The room seemed clean, very outdated but I also noticed they seem to be working on remodeling. The first thing we noticed was the door to our room at some point had been kicked in and the door replaced but the door jam not fixed. You could see tons of light shining in around the door and the hasp style lock on the inside had been ripped from it's screws and was barely holding on with one screw partially in the door. I was glad my pistol was close by all night.
When we got up to pack up and hit the road my wife noticed a spot of blood by where her shoulder/arm would have been. She did not find anything that it might have come from so we though there was a possibility it was there when she went to bed and she did not see it. This would be also not a good thing meaning the sheets did not get changed from the last guest. As we gathered our stuff to leave we looked one more time at the bed to see if there was more blood and out popped a bed bug very much alive and looking for food. In our haste to get the heck out of there we stopped at the front office to tell them and
check out but the door was locked and no one showed up to let me in until we were driving away I finally saw a guy come out of the back but I was already headed out so we continued and I called to inform him of the bed bugs.

The hotel is just off the interstate with easy access. Basic lodging with the obvious fact that it has seen several incarnations under different names and owners over its lifetime. It was obvious that the current management was working to maintain a level of good service. I liked the fact that with two buildings, one is relegated to smokers and pet owners while those who prefer to avoid such dislikes can be lodged in the other building. Typical Quality Inn breakfast but was quite surprised at the quality of the waffles. Over all, a good stop for the night and reasonably priced.

To sleep after a long trip, and tiring, good and affordable price, Their teams are not modern are viejicimos but functional.

Pretty good for the money. The toilets seems to flush very slowly but other than that everything was alright.

Not clean. At. All. I have fairly tolerant standards when it comes to cheap hotels. This one wasn't cheap, and it was gross. The breakfast was mediocre. They did have cereal, a waffle maker and some fake eggs, sausage and biscuits. The overall feel of the place was old, dated and dirty.

Hotel… no tell… Quality Inn! Creepy Toilet seat! Asked for a Queen not twin standard handy-c. Room… WTF?

I wasn't expecting a lot for a room advertised for $51/night, yet we ended up paying $75. The room was clean, but I definitely felt we overpaid. My biggest complaint was the bed. It was uncomfortable, and all they give you to cover up with is two sheets, and a very thin blanket. The heat was off in the room, and it was 20 degrees that night. The lack of appropriate bedding was ridiculous, even once the room warmed up. Also, the towels are so old, they don't even dry you off, and honestly looked more like bath mats. "Quality" Inn, if you're getting $75/night for these rooms, it would serve you well to invest in some said quality, such as linens, and actual bed coverings.

Very nice motel! The guy at the counter was very helpful. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was nice! Recommend this motel around manchester.

Ruthie the night desk lady was very nice, suggested I make a reservation even though I was only two hours away when I called. It was 35 degrees when I left Michigan. Wanted to swim here but I realize it IS December. Lol.

They went out of there way to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. The staff was competent polite and courteous! Myself I will return to Manchester Tennessee and when I do I plan to stay right there! Though there was a mixup on the reservation there was a room available that was comfortable clean and handicap accessible! Easy on easy off the highway 24 I travel this route often whether it's to visit family in Manchester or passing through always know there's a clean place to lay my head if I'm tired.

Rooms were obviously pet friendly cause our room had pet hair on chairs.
Other than that it was ok.

Filthy. The shower was covered in mold and infested with flies! The towels smelled like smoke and I felt dirtier after a shower. It was bad enough to cause me to break out with an allergic reaction. We would not have stayed had it not been the only room for miles with exhausted kids. New management has been in place for 6 weeks. Long enough to clean the showers!

Very happy with the courteous staff. Dining area was clean, well maintained and well stocked with fresh food. The rooms were clean and so were the sheets. Happy hour in the dining area was a nice surprise! Very serious about check-out time and changed it from the 12pm, as posted, to 11am.
