TERRIBLE from day ONE! We got there on a Sunday and left on Friday. 1) Got to our room and we immediately noticed there were NO towels, had to ask for some, 2) had to go to the front desk AFTER housekeeping had been to our room the next day and ask for toilet paper and coffee, 3) we had been in Nashville ALL day for the next 2 days and NO ONE came to clean our room (until about 3:30 when we were already settled in), 4) we left early on Thursday and we SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE FRONT DESK TO HAVE OUR ROOM CLEANED BEFORE WE GOT BACK telling them no one had been there for 2 days… no one had cleaned when we got there at about 2pm! We had to ask for sugar, creamer, coffee and clean towels… AGAIN! By then we were ready to leave! We were DONE! Not ONE senior staff member offered any type of apology! It was only THEN that they scrambled to get us things after my boyfriend went to the front desk to complain. The outside trashcans were overflowing all week, no one attempted to empty them, the hallways and stairs were dirty. Breakfast… sometimes watery scrambled eggs and then overcooked fried eggs, sometimes undercooked sausage and then something that resembled ham? The toaster, ONE TOASTER, took a good 5 minutes to toast an english muffin. No real fruit, only oranges, the coffee was like motor oil and the orange juice was watery. I gave one star ONLY because the rooms were nice. I look for this place to go downhill quick because of the staff and housekeeping, they just don't care. Might be good for one night but I don't recommend a long stay!
