Just got back from a road trip. Florida to Chicago and stayed in 5 different Marriott Hotels and this one was by far THE BEST one. The staff at the desk had uniformed clothing and look so professional and was friendly and could tell they loved they're jobs. Rooms were clean and so spacious and that kitchen was better than the one I have at home. LOL (Just Kidding) but dang near close. The breakfast was delicious and the toppings for the oatmeal was a plus. Bring back the bacon is my only complaint. 5 stars from this patron! Good job as it was a team effort and my short stay was pleasant. :)

No clean towels or washcloths for 2 days. No toilet paper in bathroom for 2 days. AC didn't get room cool. When we complained, manager on duty didn't even come out to talk to us or try to make amends. Terrible service. Two days later, they charged us way more than they were supposed to and they've been rude, and still overcharging.

We recently stayed at this hotel, which was $202 per night avg. They do not clean the rooms and they didn’t even bring us clean towels and washcloths. Our toilet paper had very little on the roll when we checked in, and ran out immediately — they never restocked the tp at all. The AC would not cool the room — it was stuffy the whole time. By the time we got to our room on the third afternoon to get cleaned up and dressed for a dinner out, there were no clean linens and no tp and it was almost 5pm, we were done and asked for a refund and canceled the last night. We complained to front desk and they offered no services or tried to help, so we checked out, loaded up and went to a different hotel. Two days later, when the charge hit our bank, they had charged us $731. We called to complain, and the manager on duty was rude and only removed the last night and took $60 off the rest, leaving us with a charge of still $408. So, we’ve been charged $202 per night for terrible service. Pretty sure this manager would not be happy to pay that himself for the same service! Left a voicemail with general manager and hope to hear from him soon. We’ve contacted corporate and they called the hotel and said the manager on duty is firm with his decision and will not discuss further discount. If you book here: Prepare to bring your own TP and cleaning supplies. And ask for linens every time you pass the front desk.

Had good room amenities but service was lacking as well as the breakfast. Maybe it was due to the Beyonce fans. Ill try it again.

Great beds, full apartment like room which includes stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and front desk has any appliance you need. Showers are the best! Plys outdoor grills.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and loved this hotel! The room was clean and the breakfast was really good! everyone that we encountered with was very friendly as we definitely will stay here again!

Wonderful service, extremely helpful and friendly staff, and delicious breakfast buffet! Also only a 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfy bed!

Located right off the highway, it was about a 20 minute Uber ride downtown. Easy access parking, courteous reception staff, the hotel itself and pool were both very clean. The room we stayed was like a small apartment. The bathroom/shower was updated and awesome.

Please think about asking for clean sheets before you lay in the bed. House keeper are not made to change then. Holly needs to get a job where she don't have to talk to people…

Can tell it is a newer hotel. Rooms are nice we have a suite so had a full size fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and sink. The bathroom is big and spacious however no fan so bathroom fogs up quickly. Windows are thinner so can hear highway traffic. Great breakfast lots of options.

Our reservation was denied because we were not allowed to have a birthday party. This newfound info was not on the website not have I ever heard of people not being able to do so at a hotel. Then the excuse was we couldn't have a party with only one room reserved. Completely unprofessional. That's fine. We will not return.

This place is not ran right… holly does not like harded worker's she thinks if you work hard you may take her job … so if you work hard don't come here… this place could use better people… so if your room is not clean no need to tell she knows she check ever room before you check in…

TERRIBLE from day ONE! We got there on a Sunday and left on Friday. 1) Got to our room and we immediately noticed there were NO towels, had to ask for some, 2) had to go to the front desk AFTER housekeeping had been to our room the next day and ask for toilet paper and coffee, 3) we had been in Nashville ALL day for the next 2 days and NO ONE came to clean our room (until about 3:30 when we were already settled in), 4) we left early on Thursday and we SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE FRONT DESK TO HAVE OUR ROOM CLEANED BEFORE WE GOT BACK telling them no one had been there for 2 days… no one had cleaned when we got there at about 2pm! We had to ask for sugar, creamer, coffee and clean towels… AGAIN! By then we were ready to leave! We were DONE! Not ONE senior staff member offered any type of apology! It was only THEN that they scrambled to get us things after my boyfriend went to the front desk to complain. The outside trashcans were overflowing all week, no one attempted to empty them, the hallways and stairs were dirty. Breakfast… sometimes watery scrambled eggs and then overcooked fried eggs, sometimes undercooked sausage and then something that resembled ham? The toaster, ONE TOASTER, took a good 5 minutes to toast an english muffin. No real fruit, only oranges, the coffee was like motor oil and the orange juice was watery. I gave one star ONLY because the rooms were nice. I look for this place to go downhill quick because of the staff and housekeeping, they just don't care.

Lovely new hotel. Our front desk receptionist at check in around 4 PM was very nice and accommodating. Kudos to her! Nice room — coffee supplies sloppy/missing some items (which the front desk receptionist cheerfully supplied) and would have liked a small body lotion but otherwise great. They now have shower gel, shampoo/conditioner in large bottles right in the shower on the wall — Fabulous!

New place. Nice staff. Good value. Including breakfast.
