Angela at the front desk was great and very helpful. I had gotten into town early and get as trying to get an early check-in with a downstairs room. She called me the minute she had one available! The room was fine but the toilet did run and the light between the beds didn't work.

The room was very dirty and one of th beds had pee on the sheets. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the shower was disgusting. The man at the front desk was very helpful and helped us change rooms. And even in the new room the bathroom door wouldn’t shut and the shower was disgusting.

First off, I am not a “hard core” picky person and try my very best to remain open, and remain reserved in most situations. I do expect a high level hygiene to be employed by all motels; considering, the world in which we all live today. We booked at this hotel location for its locality, price, swimming pool and the motel offered smoking; considering, I do smoke (a difficult option to find at times) outside of the motel/motel room. Our room was not in the best shape nor was it very clean. The bed covers had not been changed by the house cleaner and looked to be reused from someone before. We had to cover the bed with our own bed sheets; cover’s and we used our own pillows to sleep on. The room also had a strong “old musky smell, ” which we used candles to overcome. The pool looked very clean; however, there were a lot of people drinking alcohol from open containers while children were trying to use the pool and pool area. One side of the motel parking area was coved in broken glass and was unusable for parking. After spending time seeing the sights in the areas of our choice we noticed our bed room was as it was when we left and only one clean bath towel was left by the house cleaner. Luckily we were able to find another motel in that local area and left the motel the following morning. We will not book this location or with Motel6 again.

I thought it was pretty good, considering it wasn't a 5 star hotel. Everything was clean. The only things that bothered me was that there was no shampoo or body wash, we had to use the tiny bar of soap used for washing your hands. Pretty good though.

If I was writing just for cleanliness, I would give it a five. It was a nice, clean room. The bathroom was well taken care of. The detraction came from other things. I paid for a queen size handicap accessible room and received a full size handicap accessible room. The right was better than $40 higher then any other Motel 6 I've been in. Since there were two of us the bed size made a big difference. When I asked about it, I was told that it was a queen size bed. It very obviously was not. Even the housekeeper said it was a full size bed. She too was told she was mistaken, it was a queen size. The bargain is not great, but the rooms are clean, most of the staff are very pleasant.

Nice hotel. Really good value for your money. Only complaint would be that there's no do not disturb sign so the cleaning lady wakes me up every morning.

The bed was comfy. The TV worked great. It was only a short 20min drive from downtown Nashville. The room wasn’t the cleanest overall but it wasn’t disgusting or anything. The bed was also unevenly made which, I know is small, but my grandmother cleaned rooms for decades so it just bothered me. My hand towel rack also fell off my first day of stay. It wasn’t broken. Just not installed properly.

This is the nicest motel 6 ever. Everything clean and new. Great AC unit. Comfortable bed. Giant bathroom! Enough room to lay down an air bed and sleep in there. Great water pressure in my spotless clean tub and shower. Fair price. Not cheap but this motel 6 exceeds expectations. Not too expensive, either. My total after taxes was around$75 for a single on the weekend.

Staff was wonderful, neighbors not so much! Too noisey upstairs and there was this guy with a loud truck with no exhaust coming In late at night and started up early in the morning. Sound proof windows and doors probably would have helped, I doubt it! Over all it was a nice stay!

All in all, we were happy that we spent the night in this Motel 6. It was clean, mostly updated, and an easy run into Nashville downtown area. I have to say, though, (maybe it was because we were on the side with the pool), that the traffic noise was really loud. It would possibly be much quieter on the other side of the motel. The room was very clean, and the service was great. I do think however, that it is time they get new bedspreads… we were in a non-smoking room, but there were cigarette burns all over the bedspread, along with anonymous stains, and also on the headboard! However, we were very satisfied with our stay, especially since we were just in for the one night.

Very good, you will find everything you are looking for.

Didn't want to give any stars… Do NOT stay at this Motel! It was clean to the eye but very disgusting. Infested with bed bugs and I was bitten all over my body. Never could get in touch with management during my stay. Took pictures after seeing them on the white sheets and reached out to corporate and they after their so call investigation for 2 weeks told me pest control didn't see anything. LIES! I have never stayed at a motel but I was moving to Nashville for job so needless to say I was on a budget. Motel 6 care nothing about their customers and very unethical as If a educated woman would lie and make a fuss about a couple hundred dollars. Horrible experience! Very disgusted at Corporate for not refunding my money that I deserve for having to sleep on the floor two of my nights of stay. Sad…

Room was okay. Access to the room was great considering we had pets to accommodate. For a non-smoking room, there were plenty of cigarette burns on the tub.

Typical cheap hotel. If u dont mind filth and trash you'll be fine staying here. Our room was not clean when we got there. Good thing I carry cleaning supplies with me whenever I go to a hotel. That's just something I've learned over the last 10 years of traveling across this country.

I've been nothing but a loyal customer here only to be treated badly and stolen from. My boyfriend and I and our two dogs rent rooms here regularly. We've never caused problems and been friendly to the staff. This morning when we left, I accidentally left my phone in the room. I had not even left the parking lot when I realized it. I went back upstairs and the door was open, the sheets had been stripped, and there was no sign of my phone. From the room I called my number but it went straight to voicemail so the phone had been cut off. I went to the front desk and spoke with the manager and after "searching the laundry and asking all of housekeeping" it still hadn't been returned. I told them that I didn't want to involve the police, and then the manager was very rude saying that the police can't do anything because I have no proof and that I needed to leave the property and was put on the do not rent list. Then a housekeeper followed me out and was cussing and threatening me! The rooms here are dirty and overpriced and the staff sucks. Do not rent here!

Was fine until the manager got mad at someone and then threw us out because he said we were smoking in a nonsmoking room. We made the reservation for a smoking room but they didn't put us in one. We smoked outside and in our car. The day this happened we had another reservation for this location but he said no get out and wasn't even willing to talk to us. I had gone to get lunch and came back to this. Found out my husband had walked into our room with a lit cigarette but realized it and immediately put it out. We had been there for a whole week and had excellent service but this man was evil and not good in character. I've called the 800 number and had to cancel that reservation and make a new one at another location. We were going to make a 28 day stay because of my husband's relocation for his new job but since the other locations are higher we can't because there is a $500 difference. It was also going to be what we originally wanted, a smoking room. We've done a lot of business with Motel6 and never ever had this problem or any other problem. I do want to say that everyone at this location was wonderful so my low scores were because of the above statement. I don't want them to suffer because of him.

We asked for a non — smoking room & it smelled like smoke & bleach. The mattress pad had cigarette burns in it & the mattress had yellow stains. The curtains had blood stains on them & the bottom of the bathtub had blood stains too! There were spider webs all over the room & 2 Daddy Long Legs Spiders alive & hanging above the bed! Run! Run! Run! This place was horrible! I have no idea how it ever got any good reviews? Also, need to mention, weird people at all hours of the night,, outside talking & cars pulling up all night. We saw 2 cop cars drive through the first 30 minutes after we arrived. If we had not been on the road for 14 hours we would have left immediately.

The room was ridiculously tiny. Absolutely no business cramming two beds in there. The sink and everything is in the bathroom which is an unnecessary size. There was used soap in the shower. Crumbs on the ground. No dresser or shelving space. No microwave. No mini fridge. Harassed by a guy covered in tattoos from head to toe just driving in a circle around the building over and over. We stayed in much better rooms for much cheaper. This place was the worst.

The staff was awesome! The price is one of the best in the area, and I appreciate the 12pm checkout. However, the room, furnishings and vending room was utilitarian, in fair condition, bordering on poor. For a room to sleep and shower, it was fine. But for a place to relax and feel comfortable, it's lacking. It just feels overused, overworn, and dated. The burn holes in the blanket, and smell of smoke on everything in a non-smoking room, just really doesn't help. Neither does the noise from the interstate. But I will likely return, because of the friendly and welcoming staff. Smiles, a kind approach, and a sense if humor, really go a long way! If you're on a budget and your needs are few, this place will do just fine.

Accessible to Freeway, Amazing staff, Comfortable beds, no microwave or refrigerator. Changed because there wasn't hot water for 8 out of the 14 days I paid for. I had to clean my room myself. The quote online was increased by 54.00 because of a room/bed fee per adult. Fixtures and seals were coming apart. I will never stay again.

Husband and I stayed for a couple of nights to see a show and visit my family. Some of the comments and ratings gave me pause when I made my reservation, but I know that those are not always the best to go by as most people only leave a review if something is wrong and rarely if it goes well. I also stay in other Motel 6's and have read reviews after and said "I don't know where they stayed, but it wasn't like that for me" — so we gave it a shot — it's WONDERFUL. The location is great, I didn't see anything questionable outside, it was well lit. The staff was polite and kind and gave us anything we needed (I need extra pillows). The rooms have been remodeled and it was super clean. We didn't need a fancy room — we just wanted a safe clean place to sleep and stash our clothes. This was exactly what we needed. I would stay there a million times over.

I've enjoyed my stay at this Motel 6. The rooms were spotless. The staff was warm, inviting and accomadating. Will stay here again.

When you go to a hotel of any kind you expect a clean room, clean sheets and a comfy bed. Well my visit warranted only the comfy bed this time around. The night stand had caked on dirt, bathroom door was streaked with something and there was hair in and on all blankets and sheets on the bed. I was given clean sheets and a blanket and that’s good but when you go to a hotel you shouldn’t have to make your own bed. I asked for a full refund and was told she could only do $10 and so I asked about the manager and she stated he would be there in the morning. I went to check out around 8:30 and was told the manager left at 6 but the lady there said she could only give me half of my bill back in refund. That wasn’t acceptable so I had her call the manager who knew about the room issue. She had to use her cell phone to call him because she couldn’t figure out how to use the hotels phone to make the call. The manager authorized a full refund and as with any refund I’m waiting for it to populate in my account. I’ve stayed at this place many of times before the remodel and have never encountered this kind of uncleanliness ever. I will probably not be back again since it was such a hassle.

Great value for the money. The room was very nice and I love the hardwood floors. Wish the sink had a little stronger water flow but I understand why it is. Enjoyed the stay there. Loved the TV.

Standard Motel 6 experience but please do not leave damp towels belonging to previous person behind bathroom door. Also, it would be helpful if you did not allow parking perpendicular to lined parking. It makes it difficult to back out. Staff was epitome of southern charm.

I'll start with a positive as we requested a ground floor room due to medical reasons and we received a ground floor room as requested. We also requested a non-smoking room and the sign by the door (room #139) said non-smoking, however the room was totally skunked out with cigarette smell. It was as the room had been smoked in for years. I couldn't even turn on the heat/air as it was blowing out the stench of cigarettes. The room wasn't very clean and the tub looked like it needed a really good scouring with some Ajax or something. I didn't get a good night sleep due to the stink and the uncomfortable bed. Fitted sheet was very worn. We won't be back.

The room was clean which is unusual for Motel 6. I appreciated that there were blankets included. Why the others don’t put a blanket on the bed is ridiculous. I still would prefer even an inexpensive coffee maker.

The location was close to I-65 with an array of fast foods nearby. The bed was clean and the room was what I expected, but the service was great. The front desk staff were all professional and very friendly. They really impressed me with their excellent customer service skills.

My son went to bathroom only to find filth. The toilet, then I started looking around, tub filthy, shower curtain mildew, sink & desk area had no lights. When I walked in room I thought, ok clean; then he yelled about toilet, what was around it & base of it was nauseating. Next morning, I reported it. She called a guy up, she told him the situation. He blurted out. I'm changing the curtains today, they're all been changed. Then he said, what room I'll clean it. First of all, this should not have been. $80 is a lot to pay to have uncleanliness. She did credit $20, REALLY.

This was my first stay at a Motel 6. My room was newly renovated and I will stay there again on my next trip to Nashville. I have been astounded at the poor condition of some of the hotels I have stayed at in the area — all in the cost rate of $60-$90 per night. If my room is a good representation of the other rooms at this motel then this location has my endorsement.

Overall a positive experience. Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room. I was surprised by the 3pm check in time also. But other than that everything was fine.

Very nice rooms! Clean and updated design. Much better than my previous Motel 6 stop in Memphis. Quiet location, well laid out and great rooms. Right outside Nashville, I would stay here again without question.

Everything was great and I felt safe. There was grass for my two collies. But I was surprised that there was not a refrigerator in the room. The TV had a guide where you could see what the TV schedule was for that day/night. If you want a pool, it was well maintained and a decent size for a motel. The only reason that I didn't give it a five star rating was because there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. However, there was a microwave in the laundry room.

Overall rating is average. The first room we were given hadn't even been cleaned yet! Pam, the clerk, was quick to fix that situation and get us another room right away. She was very nice. The fact that my dog is accepted in Motel 6 is a big plus in my book. The area, including the pool, was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

What we wanted most was a clean place. So many reviews shared bad news in this regard about other places, so we chose this one. We are glad we did. Beds were small. We each needed our own. But, they were clean. No bugs. If you are afraid of sketchy-appearing people, you don't want this place. They were all nice, friendly, but being a real estate agent, I know a lot of people in this world are afraid of people who don't look like themselves. If you don't judge books by their cover and you want an inexpensive quick place to lay your head without carrying critters back home in your luggage, this is it.

First, the rates 'were' good until the actual bill came through. I choose Motel online with a rate of $69.99 for three adults (one night stay) However, when I made the reservations with customer service, they didn't tell me about ALL the taxes that I was charged which made my bill $85. And some change. I didn't see this until I viewed the email that was sent with the address. Also, the reception on the TV was TERRIBLE! We could only view one channel clearly without it buffering. I will say that the front office staff was great! Autumn was was nice and friendly!

I visited motel 6 in goodlettsville TN. I was just visiting a friend. My friend was in need of some clean linens and when asked they were promptly brougt to him.

Ad said $45 for 2 queen beds. Drove 10 miles and price went up to $69 not including Wi-Fi or ANY extras. Didn't even feel like checking room. Snotty registrar. We left and rented pricier room.

Clean Rooms — Courteous Staff — Safe Area — Well Priced for the Area — Walking Distance to Convenience Stores and Restaurants — Close to Interstate for Easy Access.

This was the location on Goodlettsville. Very basic for something right off the interstate. You have to pay for Wi-Fi. No shampoo or anything like that. The cleaning lady was outside yelling on her phone about having to go to jail but she didn't do it. The staff was nice though. "Motel 6. We'll leave the light on for you. " That's about all they'll leave on.

We had planned to stay multiple nights… But didn't. You basically get what you paid for… it's very outdated and run down… Fairly and I mean just barely, fairly clean… we stripped all the covers off the bed and used our own (luckily we had them packed) hot water was an issue by the second shower… It wasn't cold, just like warm. With some updating and more rigorous cleaning standards it could be a very nice affordable place to stay. Again for 40 bucks a night it's doable… But we expected a little more.

The room smelled of stale cigarettes, urine, and fecal matter. The bedding was stained with what I can only assume was the same. Staying here was possiby the worst decision I have ever made.

Great customer service, front desk is very helpful and kind, always has a smile on their face, rooms are very clean and affordable. I was the goodlestville location just north of Nashville. Which is conveniently located right around the corner from all the major restraunts and entertainment but off of the main rodes so you dont have loud traffic all night long or lights pointing threw your Windows I love the location and the place and would definitely go back when ever I have the money. I was there during the summer as well and the pool is always spotless and well maintained.

The desk staff at the hotel was very professional, kind, helpful and accommodating. There is a lot of road noise and train noise. The pool area looked nice, it was too cold for swimming so I cannot comment on the water. The room we had was horrible. It was very dirty. There was a hole in the bathroom door and the door would not close. The bathtub was filthy and there was hair in the sink. Gross. If you are looking for a non-smoking room. Don't trust this hotel chain. The rooms we have had all smelled like smoke and the smoke from people smoking outside gets pulled in to the ventilation system.

Nice and affordable! It's pretty much a clean place and I feel safe here. It's well lit in the parking lot and the service is very nice. I got in later then I wanted and they were very accommodating and understanding. Room is simple and clean. Only thing I didn't like is the small one bedrooms don't have a small fridge or a cheap microwave in them, not sure about the other rooms. But overall it's nice and like I said I feel safe.

My boyfriend and I very recently stayed at the Motel 6 while on vacation. For the price we weren't expecting anything too nice. But in all honesty, this motel was great! I had been reading reviews for months before committing to reserving a room. The room was very clean, no bugs! The water pressure was amazing and we had no problems with hot water (I have seen comments in other peoples reviews). The air conditioning worked perfectly the entire time. Our room was so nice and cool! The pool was kept clean-however we didn't have time to swim. The staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely will stay here again next year :)

It's nice for the price. Basic motel. Had to pay for the Wi-Fi, but with my military discount it evened out. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the air conditioner/heater was nice and well maintained. I would stay here again if I was travelling on a budget again.

Needed a safe area, and picked it right,, about 15 minutes from nashville, very clean, nice beds, overall, very nice. Not the hyatt big rooms, but it was fine, clean and safe. Would stay here again, was very happy with it.

I totally understand this is not the Hilton, but I just wanted to sleep in a clean room. I am writing this review not to complain or vent, but so people can make an educated choice for themselves. The non-smoking room actually smelled like it had been a smoking room at some point. The comforters even had at least ten cigarette burns in them. There were three false fingernails on the floor, two of them would have been hard to find, behind the end table, but I had to pull it out a bit to plug in my phone charger. The other false nail was right there on the carpet between the two beds. There was also a bobby pin on the bathroom floor, which looked like it had been there a while, and the bathroom floor seemed it had had a quick swish of a mop with some dirty mop water. Little bits of stuck rubbish on the bathroom floor. I will say that there was some construction going on with replacing AC units, and the workers had enough courtesy to begin with equipment around 8:30 or 9am. The ladies at the front desk seemed helpful enough on check-in. The cleaning crew could have been so much better. I have stayed at the Motel 6 in the Flagstaff, AZ area, and it is simple and very clean. I expected this to be similar, but it was not. I work in a tipping industry and this was the first time I have not left a tip for the cleaning crew, and I did not feel one bit bad about that.

Great Motel 6. When we got there the A/C wasn't working the first day so they discounted our entire stay by 10% and gave us free Wi-Fi. By the second day the A/C was working fine. It never really affected us at all and the stay was great. Yes, there are all sorts of little things one can nitpick about a hotel like the bathroom lights flickering when you first turn them on and the water isn't up to some peoples likings but none of this stuff bothers me, especially for the price paid.

It's not the penthouse suite at the Hyatt but it's affordable, comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and I don't even remember giving my name at check-in. I felt more like a guest than a paying customer. I had never considered staying at this chain but when I heard about pets staying for free, I had to check them out and am very glad I did. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.
