Nice for price, people courteous, clean, pool close to lots of restaurants and wally world.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS! I called them and they did nothing. Also, checkout is at 11 am. At 8 am I was asleep, & someone came into my room trying to tell me it’s checkout and they were told to clean. They didn’t knock or anything. Horrible. I have pictures of where I was itching from the bed bugs.

Clean rooms and helpful staff. Nice breakfast bar.

The room was supposed to be non-smoking but it caused me to be congested from cigarette smoke smell. Also there was a cigarette burn mark on the bedspread. We were able to get a refund though.

It had a pool and was located in the area we needed to be. Service was good. They need to put some money into their curtains and bedding. Burn holes in the blankets and hole in the draperies. Got what we paid for.

The woman at the front was very polite and nice to me and my girl. The rooms were nice for the prize and they were reasonable with the price even with it being on memorial weekend. They came through for us.

The room was very clean when I checked in, and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

First thing that hits you is a hint of previous smokers, covered up by sweet perfume. The room was clean, bed comfortable, Wi-Fi, TV were nice. My fridge door wouldn't close, so freezer portion was frosted over (rm 209). I had no issues with noise. The bath towels are cheap. But so is the price. Overall, a very good deal.

It was good, a lot of city noises. Would be better if they had a microwave in rooms. Clean!

A few bed bugs in one bed. Stained walls from water damage. Not the greatest. All livable except for the bed bugs.

Updated facility with a good free breakfast. They provide laundry pods and dryer sheets. Laundry machines cost 50 cents. Lots of restaurants and a large mall nearby. The virtual tour on their website accurately shows the room.

The lady that checked us in on Feb 02 was very very nice, also the gentleman that relieved her that day. Very helpful and polite. We had difficulties opening a bottle of wine without a corkscrewer and this young gentleman offered his assistance. On the other hand, that young lady that was working for breakfast, very rude and disrespectful when I asked for some eggs since they were all gone. She was to busy on her cell phone rather than taking care of the breakfast area. Tables were dirty, sticky with syrup, floor wad full with crumbs and sticky, no coffee, juice, milk. Had to ask for everything. Very bad guest service. The rooms were ok for the price, beds very comfy and everything looks pretty clean. It was 3 of us stsying here for 2 night's and there were not enough towels, shampoo or soap for all of us but after asking the last that checked us in, she took care of everything right away with a smile. Thank you so much for everything buy if I can give you one advice get rid of attitudes in the morning and try to hire a smiling help who enjoys her job. Nothing worst than going to breakfast and all we see is a miserable person behind the counter.

DON'T COME HERE! They would have no stars but 1 is what I put. I was staying at a hotel for a bit. Everything was great when I got there, it was neat lookimg lobby area was nice. No issues. I stayed in the chair for awhile, problems arose when I wanted some sleep. I am making it known that this certain hotel that has a horrible bed bug problem. The hotel is named Guest House Clarksville, 3083 B. Wilma Rudolf Blvd. Clarksville, TN 37040. I missed my greyhound bus and needed a place to stay, so I looked for whatever was close and picked this place. I made a rookie mistake without checking the reviews first. Around 11:37p I decided to check the beds and pillows, a bed bug was under the covers and dried blood spots on the pillowcases from previous use. I haven't spoken with the clerk because I'm pretty sure he knows and I know I won't get a refund. They either need to debug this entire place or shutdown. Don't come here!

Everything was clean and clear until the morning. Found two bed bugs when we woke. Hotel was disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate. Wouldn't even refund money! We left so fast my step son left a brand new pair of pants, came back 30 minutes later and NO one knew where they were. So the staff are theives too! Do not recommend this place for anyone. Room 117

Room was clean and the price was very reasonable. Had good parking for our large moving van and trailer. Lots of food options within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. They do allow pets.

This place is very reasonable and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend for children and family. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the noise coming from the room next door. Someone was having an argument and kept us awake. We never complained to the desk because I understand that couples sometimes have problems. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay in a very clean room.

Loved this place! The young man who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. I pleasure travel a lot and stay at many different motels. This was one of the best as it had everything I typically look for — able to park right next to my room door, clean looking and smelling, and a great rate top the list. My room, 136 I think, was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had a fridge and microwave. The shower had good pressure and with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfy and the air conditioning aggressive. Bonus! I was right next to their guest laundry and ice machine! This time I'm on a 4-week motorcycle trip and need to wash clothes every 7 days. The guest laundry here is great! Large capacity washer and dryer and reasonable cost (2.50wash/1.50 dry). I wish they would have had some detergent available at the front desk for a $1 or so per load. Good customer service and profit idea there! Breakfast was good — waffles and sausage. Doris was helpful and fun to chat with. What a great way to start the day!

I stayed here for the eclipse, and couldn't be happier. The front desk personnel were very upbeat and pleasant, even given the high volume of traffic they were experiencing due to the eclipse. We booked our room only a few weeks before the event and needed a handicapped room. Given the lateness of the reservation, we would have just settled for a first floor room, but they got us the handicapped room. Additionally, while other hotels in the same tier were starting to charge $300 a night or more, we got an incredible deal. While I wouldn't say it's the Ritz — Carlton, for the price, the room was clean, comfortable and was perfectly serviceable. All in all, I would stay here again.

Standard less expensive hotel. Looked like air conditioning unit was leaking some water outside our door, but no problems in the room. Beds were comfy and shower and bathroom were clean. Breakfast had most of the usual options — juices, coffee, cereal, waffles, biscuits & gravy, sausage, and sweet breads and attendant was friendly.

This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The beds were broke down and totally uncomfortable. The bathroom door would not close. The shower was nasty looking. There was trash behind the nightstands and cobwebs in all the corners. The mini fridge was broke. The door would fall off every time you open it. The freeze was so frosted you could not use it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

Clean, surprisingly nice for a place I've never heard of, close to local restaurants.

This is a great hotel. I have stayed here in the past and it was good, but now they have updated quite a few things. There is all new linen and furniture. The lobby has also been updated, nice new floors. The complementary breakfast was better then most hotels. They had fried potatoes, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy and waffles. As well as the normal cereals and muffins etc. The price for the room was very reasonable, and everyone was very friendly.

We have been at this hotel for over a month and we have really enjoyed it! It's been very quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the manager is very hospitable. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty awesome too. We have had no issues here whatsoever and I will definitely stay here again.

Totally sucks and the manager is a hardcore jerk. The toilet instantly clogged and it was my responsibility to get a plunger from the lobby and fix it. No hot water, and they complained my room was messy. Douchebags.
