Nice staff, super clean rooms.

Bedbugs in room 223 and the manager and custumer service will not respons. Out holiday is ruined.

We love their comfortable beds and great showers. Desk clerk was very knowledgeable
About this growing area. The yogurt smoothies were a great new item on their breakfast
bar.

This hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfasts are hot and good and, sometimes, crowded. A very nice hotel.

Very nice hotel close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Clean, spacious rooms and very pleasant staff, especially Theresa, who helped us with some family issues at checkout. Very warm and kind. Will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we are in this area.

Check — In was Excellent. The clerk was very friendly and and helpful. We had an issue with TV and the clerk quickly responded to the issue and he fixed it. Good TV channels. Breakfast was very good. Would reccomend this hotel for any traveler on I-24 in TN.

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good, but they had a bit of a hard time keeping things filled. Overall stay I was pleased.

Everytime I am in town this is my go to place for quality and efficiency. Always clean pleasant and available. Good bar area good food and great breakfast!

Great hotel! The rooms and staff were very nice. Breakfast was good. Our only issue was that it was a bit noisy at night, and then in the morning the fire alarm went off. Someone pulled it. Other than that it's a great place.

Clean facity with great service as expected. It is not had to find, but can be a bear to manage with a trailer. Tractors and rigs would want to do streetside parking. Police department is literally next door! Had a great stay in a quiet room that was well appointed as was the bath. The breakfast buffet was typical of what's available these days. The dining area is spacious and clean.

Excellent stay. I have to take a second to to show appreciation to a young lady that went above and beyond for my family and I during breakfast. Her name is Angel she works in the kitchen. My daughter had Down syndrome and was being a handful when we went for breakfast I have 3 other kids and was trying to help them get their breakfast and my daughter was being very impatient, Angel walked over and offered to help me out I warned her that my daughter can be very stand offish towards new people but the help was very much appreciated. My daughter automatically cling to her. Angel helped her make her a blueberry waffle and helped her to the table and they shared their superhero knowledge with each other. The whole time we were at breakfast Angel made sure we were taken care of. She really was a Angel sent from god for me because I don’t know how well my experience would have been without her. If I travel again I will stay here just for her :)

I recently attended a wedding in Clarksville. Because of travel schedules, the rehearsal dinner fell through at the last minute. Part of the wedding party was staying at the Hampton inn & they let us use the dining area to eat some take out and spend some time together. We were kinda noisy and got BBQ sauce all over their table, but they were nothing but kind, helpful, and courteous. They made us feel welcome & the people staying there said the rooms were clean and the staff were excellent on every level. If I'm in Clarksville again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

I came to visit my old hometown of Clarksville a few days ago and stayed here. I arrived around midnight and the night auditor was amazing. She gave me discounts that she didn't have to give (my first time even buying a hotel room) and booked me into a wonderful suite for the price of a regular room. Customer service and the amenities were just outstanding. I loved it here and will definitely be back!

Nice hotel, staff was friendly and helpful, room/bathroom were clean and in great condition. My only complaint was the pool was very dirty. Water wasn't very clear and pool sides needed a good scrubbing. That and there were 15 screaming kids in it while we were there, but you'll have that I guess.

Always friendly and super kind. A little bit higher than most nearby but it's worth the quality and comfort.

We were driving to Florida and had made Reservations with Rob. He was Awesome! We arrived that night around 7pm and this hotel was so warm and inviting. At the end of a long drive, it's nice to come into an extremely clean and great smelling room. The beds are so comfortable. The breakfast was so nice to have. Our family found everything they needed before we got on the road again. Parking lot is lit up very well so you feel that your car is safe with all your belongings. Awesome stay! Highly recommended!

The first room we were given smelled horribly of mold and mildew. We asked for a different room and without complaint from the front desk, we were accommodated. The new room was clean, odor free and comfortable.

Room was exceptionally clean, friendly staff at the front desk we stayed in a lot of different Hampton inn’s, from Vegas, TX, NY etc. This was the far best one! Strongly recommend king size suite!

Upon arrival Check-in was a little mixed up, I had booked 2 rooms 1 with a King and the second with 2 Queen’s, but that’s not what was available to me. So they made some changes and I had also requested adjoining rooms and that was confirmed. Our rooms were perfect, no complaints here, everything was clean and comfortable.
We had a total of 19 family members staying there and the gathering room was perfect for everyone to sit, talk and play games.
The breakfast was fantastic and the coffee poured like a river.
I would defiantly stay there a 1000 times.

The hotel was visible from the main road, but in the dark, the turn to get to it was not obvious and we missed it. Again, in the dark, the parking lot entrance was not immediately obvious. The next day, in the light, it was much easier to navigate to and from the hotel. Upon arrival, there was plenty of parking. The lobby was warm and inviting with plenty of seating while we waited for check in. Check in was quick and efficient and the girl at the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our king suite had all the usual: mini-fridge, microwave, coffee pot, desk and couch. What was unusual was the size of the desk. It was very large, but it was a great addition to the room. It was very useful having the additional vertical space and drawers. The bonus was the electrical outlet on top of the desk. It was easy to get to and required no bending or reaching and had USB outlets which was great. Nearly everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful, with the exception of one employee. The pool area was very well maintained and relaxing. The breakfast the next morning had nearly everything a person could want from light and healthy: fruits, yogurts and muffins to hot and comfort foods: omelettes, oatmeal, sausage, and baked goods. My only complaint was that the coffee bar in the lobby after breakfast hours did not not provide Splenda while during breakfast hours it did.

Very nice, clean establishment. Very very nice staff. Great breakfast. Soft, comfortable beds and pillows. Easy parking with plenty of lights at night. Very secure. First time staying here. It will not be the last.

The hotel is nice. It is a newer hotel with updated everything. There is a fridge and microwave in each room. The staff are nice and polite.

Had bed bugs at the room I stayed in and thought they were the only ones but after I came home and slept in my bed for a couple of nights they popped up under my mattress. I’ve never had this problem anywhere else so I’m kind of disappointed.

It is a very good hotel. It is quiet of guests during the week and is occupied more on weekends. Very nice and clean rooms The people of the hotel are very nice and caters phenomenally. It has a pretty good buffet breakfast with hot and cold dishes, typical American. The facilities are very complete: gym, indoor heated swimming pool. Parking is sufficient and free of charge (outside). Nearby there is a shopping mall and many restaurants. One of the best hotels in the area.

My new favorite. I travel a lot and often stay at Hampton Inn. This one ranks number one in my book. Awesome staff, great location, quiet. I had a king room and they actually put the bed against the bathroom instead of sharing the same wall as the bed next door! The only negative was that they didn't have USB ports in the room for charging, but I doubt I'll stay anywhere else in Clarksville.

The over so hotel is great! The room was clean and everything pertaining the hotel was nice, however the customer service I received the day I checked out was beyond unexceptional especially considering I am a honors reward member! The front desk worker that I booked the rooms with and checked in Laura she was great, but the associates I spoke with regarding doing a later check out had an attitude when I questioned if I needed to do anything to check out she replied well check out was 20 min ago! I expressed I requested an extended check out and that I spoke with someone! That was strike one. Strike two was the guy I spoke with about my charges on my account he was extremely rude and disrespectful! He stated that the charges were just how they did business! And that it was what I had to deal with! As if being an honors member doesn't mean I have several other options to choose from! This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I will not be staying here again! I refuse to spend my hard earned money at a place I do not feel my business is appreciated and that I am valued and respected.

Had a very nice visit here to see the eclipse with 12 family members. Staff were nice and mostly helpful. Had a small complaint about someone at breakfast, but not enough to keep me from coming back if I ever go this way again. Housekeeping was very good! Kinda piffed they hacked the prices up the night bf the eclipse but I guess everyone did.

Everything about this visit was great. As an HH member, I was able to choose my room and check-in the day before arrival. When I walked up to the front desk, it took about 20 seconds to complete the check-in (really, just collect a key). The room was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the hotel, and the staff were all extremely accommodating. I often don't take the time to write a review, but this place was so well-run, I thought I had to.

Very clean good breakfast reasonable price. This was one of the best Hampton Inn we have stayed in. I'll stay there again if I'm traveling through and needing a place to stay.

Very Impressed! The Double queen bed room is very nice. The service is great. Curtice is so nice on the phone and in person. Housekeeping did a great job straightening up while we were out. Breakfast was really good, maybe the best I've had at a hotel in a while and in the evening there were tasted cookies and coffee.
So far I think Hampton Inns are outdoing the Hiltons because I've been to several of both lately and the Hampton Inn and Suites have NOT disappointed. Thank you for excellent service. It is sooooo important.

Pretty new facility. Immaculately clean. Convenient to my place of weekend business. Breakfasts have a good selection. Front desk people friendly, helpful, and efficient.

We were able to get the last room on a Friday night. Very fast service. The handicapped suite on the first floor is the most clean hotel room I have ever stayed in. Recently updated rooms and a very quite hotel. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and bedding. I have yet to sleep in a hotel that you can't hear doors banging and trash pickup or something in the morning. But for the price this was a comfortable, clean, easy to access, right off the highway rest for the night for myself, my husband and our two children. Would recommend.

Nice space — it's a new property, so everything is in good shape — though the fitness center is on the small side. Friendly, helpful staff. Hot breakfast is plentiful, and pretty good. Not much to do in the area, it seems, though there is a distillery offering tours not too far away. Overall, a nice hotel to stay if you have business in the area.

The room was very nice, the service was great and the breakfast was really good and I had the best cup of coffee I have ever had which was wonderful before a long drive to our destination.

Called the Hilton down the street first, and they were full so they reserved a room for us here. Upon arrival the desk clerk said that the person over the phone didn't give us the lowest rate. She adjusted it right there with no hassle. The pool, fitness center, and business center are typical size/quality that you will see at most hotels, nothing special but everything is clean and well maintained. Overall hotel including the rooms seemed to be well maintained and clean. Our mini fridge was humming extremely loud, but we just unplugged it as we didn't need it. TIP: There are fresh baked cookies for the hotel guest. Ask for one while you check-in, if you check-in early enough there may be some left!

Rooms were very nice, as were the bathrooms! Nice TV. Very comfy beds. Sheets were clean. The room was a bit small but nothing too bad. All the people at the front desk were nice and very polite. The breakfast was good! The pool was very nice. I would very much stay here again!

Really nice hotel. It's clear they recently remodeled, and it showed. I usually stay down the street at home 2 suites, but they were sold out. I am not disappointed at all.

I delivered there, and it was pretty nice. The receptionist was really cute too.

I met a colleague to prepare for a trial at Fort Campbell. I only experienced the front lobby but it was nicer than I expected.

We were very happy with our stay at Hampton Inn. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was great. The employee who had cleaned or room from the previous guest had left a personal note welcoming us and another note indicating the comforter was washed and cleaned after each guest. The breakfast was a great start to our day.

Wonderful hotel! We stopped in Clarksville on our way to Nashville so my hubby could re-visit Fort Campbell. Our room was clean, large beautiful shower, coffee available in the lobby, fresh cookies, free internet, love how they treat their guests! We were so disappointed with our fancy Marriott hotel in Nashville that we left a day early to return to this hotel for our final night in the area. Wonderful staff, the whole experience is a desire to make the customer happy, to make your stay inviting and welcome!

Our stay here was wonderful. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, also very accommodating. When we checked in the desk clerk Kim made us feel so comfortable. Our room was terrific. The hot breakfast was great. We would definitely recommend this Hampton! Tabatha and Willie Jackson.

We always stay at Hamptons as we like their standards and how all have the same comfy hampton beds, pillows and doonas, and this one will not disappoint. This hotel looks quite new. Facilities are clean and new. Our king room/suite was spacious, and a good use of space. Meets exactly what you expect from a Hampton.
