This by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Had it not been for the circumstances I would have packed up my kids and left. Mold in the ice machines, grunge on the light switches. Stains everywhere. The whole hotel smelled like mildew and dirt. Then we asked for more towels because we had three for four people and they wouldn’t give us anymore. Just gross, very uncomfortable the entire time. I have a lot more photos but it will only let me add ten.

I would not stay their or work their. Their is a bunch of people their full of bs. And when you qork their it is a way to talk to someone qith out breaking someones privacey. It is bad when the guest talks to someone and they do not undertand them at all. Then they complain but does not bring it to your attion the next day when you do something qrong qho want to work for a companey like that.

Very close and easy access from the interstate. Lots of parking and areas to park uhaul trailer. The lobby was modern and clean. Staff was polite and inviting. Room was clean, updated and mattress was pretty comfortable. Pool area was nice size and the hot tub was perfect after a long day driving. Easy to walk to dining. Continental breakfast had a good selection and the area was cleaned and stocked. Owners of this LaQuinta has stepped up the game with this establishment. Will stay again when driving through Clarksville. A+ Stay.

I love la Quinta inns and have stayed many times and different places across the country but I will say this is the best I've ever seen! Staff was friendly, main lobby was great, breakfast area was clean, and the rooms! Wow! So I will say we got spoiled with a free upgrade for an unknown reason, but it was great. King bed suit with a Jacuzzi tub in the family room area! Besides the room upgrade, the quality was nice. Hotel is clean, no funny smells, and very very nice. Don't hesitate to stay here.

The hotel was fine. Breakfast was great. But when I got back from my trip 3 days later, they had pulled $250 from my bank account. Supposedly it was supposed to be a hold for incidentals, but instead it tied up $250 of MY money for 3 days while the bank sorted it out. I travel a lot. And I have NEVER had this happen at any hotel I have ever stayed at in over 15 years.

I would have to say this is the best La Quinta I have ever stayed at. It appears recently new. Top notch amenities. Room was excellent and VERY clean. The bed was VERY clean, comfortable and actually inviting. The bathrooms were also VERY clean. And there was a working, actual fan! The desk in our room had a “docking station” to a direct wired LAN spot. The Wi-Fi was extremely quick. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Common areas were friendly and comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. This La Quinta is saved in our “best” list. I would say book this La Quinta with no worries.

Pros:Recent remodel. Convenient to interstate. Bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Friendly staff. Basic breakfast. Fitness center, and a pool. Cons: our room really needed vacuumed. Bathroom floor was obviously overlooked there were wrappers on the floor under the sink, shower floor was stained.

We checked in around 2am. The desk service was what you would expect at that hour. We stayed two nights with our pets. The staff was polite and professional. The room was clean and quiet. I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling with pets.

My sons and I stayed a night here on our way to a graduation. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bed was really comfortable. My only compaint is that the vent right about the shower looked like it hadn't been clean in forever. I would definitely stay again.

My family stayed one night here. It was easy it get to from I-24. We arrived just after 9pm. The front parking area was well lit. Our room was ready and we were checked in quickly. The room was clean, with 2 queen beds, fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room to put up our baby's portable crib. The only minor annoyance was the lack of a liquid soap, which I prefer over soap bars for handwashing. For showers we used our own shampoo and conditioner, so I don't know about the ones provided. Breakfast was included, with choices for eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, hot and cold cereals, waffles, bagels, and pastries. The items we tried were all very good. Checkout was quick and the staff was very pleasant.

First time staying at La Quinta. One of the best Hotels we have stayed at. Price was right, clean, friendly workers and very helpful. Rooms were very nice and large. Hot breakfast. Couldn't ask for better. So glad we tried it. This was the first stay but La Quinta has won us over the rest. Budda Book Budda Boom!

This hotel was clean, up-tp-date, and conveniently located near the freeway. It is pet-friendly, and there is a nice dog-walking area near the front. They provide a free continental breakfast. I thought it was a good value. My only criticism would be that the breakfast area is a little small for the size of the hotel: it was over-crowded for the entire breakfast time. We ended up taking food back to the room.

I’m traveling across the country with my cat, so I’ve been seeking out La Quintas along the way because of the free pet policy. The only problem with this location is the bar that it set for the others. Great room, great amenities, great breakfast, great people. P. S. Great channel list for a hotel at this price too… multiple HBOs.

This hotel is definitely worth a look for the price. La Quinta offers a full breakfast buffet, indoor pool and spa, quality fitness center, and a business center (although the equipment in the business center is definitely in need of performance and security improvements). The rooms are clean and spacious, especially the suites which separate the bedroom from the living space. Pets are—for better or worse—allowed in the hotel, and it is clear that the housekeeping and maintenance departments work hard to keep everything clean and functional. A very good amenity in this hotel is incredibly fast Wi-Fi, with a steady 50MB/s up and down speed. I would highly recommend staying here!

Every time we are in Clarksville we stay here. As soon as I walk in I feel comfortable and invited. The last time we stayed, there was a mix up with our reservation but they quickly fixed it and up graded our room for the in-convenience. I have to give kudos for the breakfast. There is a large variety of delicious choices and on our stay they had turkey bacon and turkey sausage! It was the highlight of my stay. The only negative is the pool. The last couple of times it was too cold to swim so we sat in the hot tub instead. I would have loved to swim so maybe next time (fingers crossed) it will be fixed.

We've been using La Quinta the past four or five years. They're dog friendly, which is so helpful, but in addition, it's a very neat, clean, and comfortable hotel. We love it here.

Stopped twice with my dog over the holidays. The first time I asked for a new room due to noisy neighbors and was immediately reassigned. The second time I stayed I couldn't find a parking spot and the manager was helpful. My rooms were clean and modern, just don't be surprised to hear barking once in a while.

Love this place! They are working on the fact that some of the beds are too high. Always neat, clean,. Comfy friendly w delicious breakfast. Pricier than I like to pay, but worth it.

Rooms were nice and stocked with what you would probably expect a hotel to have including coffee maker and cable TV. Shower had acceptable water pressure and everything was very clean in appearance. Breakfast was very good with a selection of cold cereals, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, danishes, bagels, and a waffle maker with regular and blueberry waffle mixes. They also had coffee of course, plus orange juice, apple juice, and cranberry juice. Top notch for rooms in this price range.

The staff was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but our room and the entire 3rd floor hallway had not been cleaned. We were going to say something about our room, but on the way we noticed how dirty the hallway was so we knew it wouldn't make a difference.

Room was in great shape and the staff was very nice. They had a lot of amenities for us to enjoy like pool and free breakfast.

My parents were down visiting me, so I suggested what I thought would be the best hotel for them. As soon as they walk in room it smells like mildew. Then when my mother pulled back the blankets and there was a dirty bandaid. These were clearly old sheets and housekeepers had just remade the bed. Note: they had paid $155 for this room (that was with military discount added) not worth it. Walked in and right out after this and got money back. I wouldn't suggest this place after our experience.

I stay at a La Quinta hotels a few times per year when traveling with my dog. They’re pet friendly and she stays for free. This particular hotel is one of the newer ones I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed here several times. New, clean, and a nice treadmill I use every time I stay here. If I could improve anything it would be better and more spacious parking, but that’s true for all hotels.

This is the swankiest La Quinta I have EVER been at. This place is NICE. Super clean. And the bed — holy cow, was it comfy. Hot tub and pool, huge breakfast selection — wish I could have stayed more than one night!

Very clean hotel and room. Had a suite with a Jacuzzi tub and king size bed. Good breakfast, nice gym and pool. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Place is ultra modern with a great, friendly staff and amazing customer service. Property has a huge indoor pool with a whirlpool, a fitness center and a business center. Mornings are great with a hot breakfast of eggs, meats, fresh waffles, and plenty of healthy food options. The location is great with it being within a short walk or drive to a mall, plenty of restaurants, a movie theater and shopping. Can say enough great things about the hotel or its location close to everything to do. Five stars all the way.

Our room had a mini fridge and a microwave. There were quite a few chips up and down the molding of our bathroom door: nothing a standard paint job wouldn't fix. Nice pool and okay fitness center. Pretty standard hotel with a decent continental breakfast.

We will definitely be back! I called when I was 30 mins away and the receptionist reserved a room on the spot. Room was very large; especially for the price and everything was clean! Breakfast had plenty of options and we were able to take it back to our room. We usually stay at Hampton but this La Quinta stepped up to the plate!

The staff here is absolutely excellent. Manager Norberto Roman did everything in his power to accommodate our unique needs. The breakfast is good and the beds are comfy! I would definitely stay at this La Quinta again!

We stayed in a suite on the fourth floor of this hotel. The cleaning staff has plenty of room for improvement as the mirrors around the jacuzzi were very dirty. My 9 yr old suffered a spider bite on his arm during his sleep (we reported this to the front desk). Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory. The staff was helpful and courteous. The rates were a little high, but expected as demand for that location is high. Parking is very limited, I don't think there are enough parking spaces for every room to have a space.

The staff were nice when I notified them on two different occasions that dogs had peed in the elevator and not cleaned up by the pet owner. The bath tub drain was stopped up to the point the water did not drain over night. Just a guess I think somebody washed a Dog in the tub. How did the person who clean the bathroom not notice that? The room was on the rear of the building second floor facing I-24 a lot of road noise they did give you ear plugs if this bothers you did not bother me. The room was nice smell good.

I had a number of problems with the front desk upon check-in. I made a mistake making reservations. When I asked to add another day, I was told it was no problem, but I would have to come back in the morning to extend and that I would probably have to change rooms. When I went down the next morning, the new desk attendant stated there was no reason I couldn't have extended the night prior (and in the same room). I don't know if this was an issue of poor training or laziness, but I almost switched hotels over it so I wouldn't have to do room changes since I would be away from the hotel all day.

A nice atmosphere with acceptable hotel conditions; the only real complaint is that the hot tub was luke warm and didn't have real jets. Other than that, breakfast was a simple fare, and the waitstaff were pleasant. Would stay here again.

Room was clean, bed was plush. Fantastic adjustable shower head. Free breakfast was typical fair but good, clean, and the attendant was constantly cleaning and checking on things and offering to help guests. Great hotel.

The room was beautiful. It was clean and exactly what was pictured. Had everything we needed in the room. The breakfast bar was the best of any hotel I've stayed in. The jetted tub was very large and comfortable. The room was absolutely wonderdul, and I would recommend to anyone.

Every thing was great. My girlfriend and I needed a place to stay while driving across country. Only thing that sucked was the breakfast. Eggs were bad.

I was very impressed with this La Quinta compared to several other that I have stayed in. The room was a good size with a refrigerator, microwave, desk, closet, sitting area, and an updated bathroom. I really loved the decor. It felt like a more upscale hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

The build looks very nice from the outside, even the lobby area looks nice, but when we got to our room the first thing I noticed is the smell of dog when I opened the door. The room didn't smell of pee or poop, just a dog smell in general. The room was a decent size and meet the needs we had (a decent place to stay for the night) the room seems like it is older and they have done some updating to it. There was a place on the ceiling where you can tell the ceiling sheetrock is separating. The beds are comfortable and do not smell bad at all! The bathroom is just a plainvbathroom, nothing fancy. We have not had breakfast so I'm not sure about that yet. Overall a decent room.

October 2014 This is a very nice facility and we will stop here again. Clean update rooms, and hot breakfast with nice large eating area. The frig in our room was very iced up, but this was a small problem as the frig still worked fine. October 2015 still a good facility. Good breakfast layer out, but no bananas or yogurt. Domino's delivered a great pizza!

Stopped very early in the morning on a long trip. The staff at night and the next morning were friendly and professsional. The room was clean and functional, shower worked well and the rate is excellent. Can't say enough good things about our stay. Highly recommend, best value.

It was a nice stay. The beds are wonderful. I didn't want to get up. My shower could have been better and the breakfast was a normal one. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Free breakfast, pool &. Fleas? My husband and I stayed there while waiting to move into our new home. The reviews were good and the host I spoke to on the phone was lovely. As soon as we got in the room I spotted a dog ball under the desk, so that got me to think about how clean was this room. The first night went well, but the next morning when I woke up I had bites all over my body and knew right away they were NOT mosquito bites! Turns out, there were fleas in the bed! Through out the stay we kept stumbling onto things that really bothered and. Grossed us out. Long story short, we checked out early! Would not recommande this hotel.

Stayed here while visiting family in the nearby hospital. Really enjoyed our one night stay. Staff was very accommodating. We have four small children and the king suite was perfect. The pool was a little chilly but my kids had a fabulous time and we jumped in the hot tub after. No problems at all. Clean and new looking.

Stopped here on a whim, greatly impressed by entrance. Checked in and first room had sticky floor in entry way. Then we found used soap in bathtub and some hairs to accompany it. To top it off, numerous hairs in bedding. We got a second room and the hair situation was much worse, not sure the sheets were even clean. Needless to say, we did not stick around.

I will not EVER stay here again. I am a La Quinta Gold returns member and stay with them every time I travel with my dog. This is the first La Quinta that has ever tried to turn me away because of my dog. I went in to check in and the extremely rude lady at the front desk ask me how much my dog weighed. I told her about 70lbs, and her exact words were "Well, you won't be staying here tonight". I asked her name and told her I would call corporate since she was refusing to honor my reservation and refusing me a refund. She the told me that because I was a Returns member that she would "allow it this one time". Needless to say this is the one and only time I will ever stay at this hotel.

I had a birthday party here last year, and it turned out to be amazing. We were able to do everything we wanted to set up. The staff was really nice. I'm having another birthday party here in about three weeks.
