This is a great place to stay! Clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Restaurant and bar. The breakfast was a great buffet, which was included in with the stay. Great iced tea! Very nice pool (indoor/outdoor), hot tub, and sauna. And the best staff! Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Pet friendly! Very Clean. Great resteraunt and friendly staff. We stayed on our way from Wyoming to North Carolina and will stay again when we return to Wyoming. This is the best pet friendly hotel/motel we have stayed in so far.

We like this place on our way from IL to FL. I would give it 5 stars but my son recently stayed there and they closed the pool both evening and morning and that was the main reason they stopped there : (

Great breakfast! Friendly staff. Clean room. Nice place to stop after a long drive. I love that the HEATED indoor pool (and separately the bar) are open so late! Coffee was yucky but otherwise it was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had.

Although this hotel has changed names many times, it still has some features that appeal to our servicemen and their families. It has indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, jacuzzi and a great breakfast venue. The rooms have great beds but the decor and walls need updating. If you are relocating to Clarksville and need a place to relax, and entertain the family this has it all. Lastly the police, fast food, and a welcoming center are within walking distance. We celebrated a birthday at the pool area and it was fun for the kids!

We are here now. We are leaving in the morning. Our room is decent. We enjoyed the pool today. We would have liked to use the jacuzzi, but it wasn’t working. Drinks in the bar were expensive, but prices in the restaurant for dinner were reasonable, and the food was good. We can’t wait to try the breakfast buffet in the morning. At dinner everyone mentioned how amazing it is! We came down intending to stay one night, but decided to stay two because the staff was friendly while checking in, and we wanted to check out the amenities because we got in so late last night. We are pleased we chose to spend our day here today.

Clean, although dated, rooms that are large and well appointed. Bed was firm and comfortable while pillows were great. Great channel selection and quiet environment. Only thing lacking was no shower curtain?!? Thank God for maids I guess! Can't go wrong for the price.

The rooms were nice. We got upgraded to Queen beds for no extra cost. The breakfast in the morning was incredible. Sit down and have a huge buffet. We only stayed one night but it was amazing. The price was also fantastic and pet friendly. I highly recommend.

Not a bad place to spend the night. Got a double queen room, but one of the beds was a full… Was a little tight, but better than sleeping in the car. Great breakfast, full breakfast bar, lots of options.

It's an older property that is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. No drama at check in or with room. The hotel has a restaurant and lounge. The breakfast service is included with room. It as a step above the normal free, hotel, breakfast.

We stayed here in clarksville, tn. We made our reservation online. Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. The girl checking us in, put us in a room facing the inner courtyard because it was quieter. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Definitely will be staying there again.

Clean place with a good hot breakfast, but needs updating/modernizing. Good room rates, friendly staff, easy check-in and good parking. Beds were nicely made and the room was cool and clean. TV worked well, but was troublesome in another room (had to restart TV a couple times). The bathroom area needs updating and brighter lights. The robe hook was missing, and the toilet had a slow flush, but nothing too bad. Tub was slow to drain, and shower was nice and hot, but could've used more pressure. Ice maker closest to the room wasn't working during our stay, but the one on the other end worked fine. Plugins on night stands and desk were loose from wear, but they all worked. Didn't see any bugs in the room during our stay (a pretty impressive feat in Tennessee! ), and the free hot breakfast was great.

The hotel is nice. The food at the restaurant was good. We had the rye steak. The room however you can hear the people next door and the air unit fan makes a lot of noise. The beds were nice and the shower. For a one night stop couldn't bet it. I would stay here again on our way back from Florida.

Love this place. Beautiful lobby with Atrium with indoor pool and hot tub! Fabulous breakfast buffet in big serving station, NOT just in a little room up against a wall. Large sink counter! AND microwave and larger hotel fridge! Front desk staff very personable too! King room also has sofa, coffee table and desk. Restaurant and bar too.

Checked in around 330am on Monday called ahead and asked At the desk if we would be charged for Sunday or just Monday because of the time we checked in and because we were staying till Wednesday. We were told it was Monday through Wednesday. Okay perfect. She even gave us our breakfast coupons for those 3 days. Tuesday comes and I am being asked if I’m ready to check our or extending my stay. I explain I am staying till Wednesday and they said they’ll have to charge me for it. I told them what I was told and they said something about the night audit wasn’t ran when I checked in and that’s why it showed me checking out Tuesday and it charged me for Sunday. No problem things happen so I asked them to fix it and they refused. Not only would the lady at the desk refuse to help she went to the owners and they refused as well. I was lied to as a customer and the owners didn’t even have enough respect for the customers or business to speak to me. I was highly upset and the lady behind the desk started LAUGHING! Finally I was able to speak to the general manager who is the ONLY professional one in this hotel with any sense of customer service. He agreed that it was not my fault this happened and what I checked in to pay should be honored. Unfortunately he doesn’t have the authority to allow me to stay for free for the night even though it wasn’t free, I paid for my stay and they changed it, he did allow us to have the room for 35 dollars instead of 80+.

I really enjoy staying here, it's my second time here and it's been wonderful! Very nice staff and it's very clean. They also have a very good breakfast buffet included with your stay! The indoor pool and hot tub are nice and clean, nice amenity. My daughter loves coming here and that says alot! We will definitely be back again.

Good location. Was there for a conference. The food that's the hotel catered was good. And the conference room was set up nice and was big enough.

We spent the night at this hotel after attending a funeral. My mom who is 81 and I were traveling together and we had her small dog as it was too late to book a kennel. I was a little concerned about staying at a pet friendly hotel however these concerns were unfounded. The two queen size beds were clean and comfortable. The rooms were clean, shower hot. The people were incredible! The checkin flawless, hostess so nice. We went to the bar for a drink and the bartender was great. Breakfast the next morning was awesome. The waitresses were kind and prompt and the food was good with a wide variety on the breakfast bar. I am giving it four stars only because our room smelled of cigarette smoke which the staff offered fix by sanitizing spray and when I declined that they even offered to move us but honestly, I was just too tired to move the dog kennel and all our things. They were willing to do whatever it took to fix it. I would stay here again. Thanks to all the staff for making a difficult trip better.

By far one of the best hotels we stayed at on our 9 day journey! Staff was super friendly and the room was clean and spacious! We are at the restaurant inside and it was phenomenal! My son loved the indoor swimming pool! And the free breakfast buffet was amazing! Overall very good experience and we will definitely be back!

I am absolutely disgusted with my latest visit to this hotel not only did I have problems at check in after booking with their partner Choice Hotels they over booked the rooms and had to put myself and 3 others in a room that was a down grade from what I booked but after swimming and returning to my room my husband pulls out the hide a bed there was a giant dildo! left behind clearly a sign of disgusting house keeping but when we complained they took forever to come to the room and then wanted to put us in a different room with the threat of a fine. Needless to say we left and thanks to them had to explain what my 3 kids saw to them. If I could give them no stars I would.

Nice stay here, the rooms are all being renovated so our room had lots of new pieces including carpeting which is very nice. There is a restaurant and bar but we arrived too late to utilize but the free breakfast is in this restaurant area which is very large and the buffet offers many choices, much more than any others I have used. There is a small indoor pool with hot tub and foosball tables, very cool. Also, there is a large center courtyard with a large outdoor pool but since it's winter time the pool is closed.

The hotel we found checking in, staff friendly, lots of paperwork!, Love the bar and restaurant on site, had a basic meal food was ok, the room clean and quiet, place had lots of contractors on site. 2 minor issue s with our room we let front desk know on leaving, 1. Room heater/ac made a grinding noise, 2. The bed frame end board fell off during the night and I split my toe open walking to the bathroom during the night! ouch, would of given 4 to 5 stars otherwise. So over view clean building and grounds, quiet rooms, comfy beds, could use a better bath product for extremely hard water in area, would return.

Old and outdated. Found roaches in our bathroom. The room had a very old smell to it. The breakfast buffet was bland. I will say the desk and cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. If you are looking for a vintage hotel to remind you of the 70's, this is the spot.

Can't beat it. It looks a little old on the outside but inside the rooms were very clean and great beds. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding, probably the best hotel breakfast I've had. Friendly staff, even let us check in at 9 am after we drove all night for no extra charge. Will definitely stay here again.

We visit clarksville 3 times a year… This is by far the best hotel we've stayed in yet! Extremely clean rooms. Clean pool. Good food. Friendly staff. We'll be staying here again!

Room was newly renovated, nicely appointed and clean. Neither phone worked to call the, front desk, one had no dial tone. Room has a box to connect various electronics to the TV, didn't work and no one at the hotel knew how either. Fantastic lobby with pool, hot tub, bar and restaurant… a bit unusual for a Quality Inn, but a nice surprise.

Great hotel! My room was very clean and comfortable and all the employees I encountered were very friendly and professional. It is so nice to have a restaurant and a bar on site. Food was very good. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. Although I did not use these, there is also a sauna, whirlpool, and indoor pool that looked clean and inviting. I will stay here again!

Very nice room. Indoor and outdoor pools and sauna. Dinner in cafe in lobby was good. Continental breakfast best ever. Otherwise Choice Hotels should follow. Froendly, professional staff. And the price… unbelievably reasonable.

This was a wonderful stay in rest time for a quick overnight and the next morning breakfast was wonderful absolutely fabulous the best buffet breakfast I've seen in a long time I would recommend even the locals eat there for breakfast it was that good and they do let the locals eat in that restaurant every day from like 7 a. M. To 11 if there was something we wanted for breakfast that was not on the buffet bar or out the people cleaning up the area and keeping it would go out of their way to go and get whatever it was you needed I asked for peanut butter and they actually went to the kitchen and got me peanut butter in a little condiment Bowl and brought me a slice of cheese for my scrambled eggs these people who work there in the restaurant and in this hotel really care about the customer that's walking through the door whether they stayed the night or not the best food.

Clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, pool and jacuzzi was good. The coffee maker was not good — you only get 2 cups. Everything else was good!

This is our favorite place to stop at when heading south. The rooms are large and comfortable. Nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The have a good in facility restaurant and their morning breakfast bar is the best we have ever come across. They even have GLUTEN FREE options!

This hotel is a GREAT value! We brought our small dog with us, and the hotel was very accommodating. The rooms are very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here.

We came to the Quality Inn for a family reunion. You can only imagine it's a few of us here, and we are all a little displeased with the rooms. The service at the front was great. The two ladies that checked us in were pleasant, professional and accommodating. The rooms on the other hand have one common problem and that is they have a smell. They all smell like the floor has water soaked in it. Needless to say the next time a member from Tennessee host the reunion we won't be staying here.

The young lady that checked us in seemed annoyed with us and other guests… Gave us horrible directions to our room. The toilet barely flushed, we went to buffet at 9:30 (ends at 10:30) and they were out of a lot of beverages and food already. The hallways were filthy, but the room itself was okay, the beds were small. Disappointed overall. Plus side… Comfy beds/pillows and the pool looked nice.

The room was nice and clean. The beds were only a full size. They had an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub and kiddie pool that we didn't have time to try. The breakfast buffet was awesome.

Stayed for a business trip. I had a room which faced outwards away from the highway. The room was clean and updated there was a nice fock for the computer. A continental buffet breakfast was included.

During our PCS we stayed here a week. We first booked only 2 nights, then added 2 then ended up adding 2 more. They gave a discount and negotiated pet fees which was great. I must say the buffet for breakfast and diner area staff is VERY displeasing. I couldn't take my food back to our room for breakfast since my husband had to keep an eye on our dog. The blonde hair lady hostess said I was only allowed plastics because people steal them? Well if I'm paying $600 to stay at a hotel and I want to eat at the comfort of our hotel room I don't think I should be denied. I even took our dishes back everyday, and one day I asked for 2 plates and a red headed man delivered them and barged through our hotel door while my husband was showering and said that we need to get your used dishes (which I had already given to them that morning). If he went any further my dog would've got to him in perfect time. We would stay here again but I do warn you to eat elsewhere, skip the diner and free breakfast you won't be treated very well by the hostess.

Can't beat this hotel! 4 star quality at 3 star price. Loved it so much we stayed again on our return trip going home. Large, clean rooms with Comfortable king size beds and portable cribs, outstanding breakfast buffett and friendly staff. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were clean and heated. Thx for your hospitality!
