Decent, clean, place perfect for staying a night while passing thru. Small full size freezer and fridge was a nice surprise. Small room and bathroom but perfect for a good night rest. Didn't like that there wasn't a lock, dead bolt or chain on our door. We stacked our luggage against the door to feel safer. Ice machine didn't have ice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

If I had to be honest they are a rip off. Their cleaning service rips you off for "apparently" stealing towels though I never had any of their stupid towels. I definitely will never waste a single dollar there ever again. They lost a customer due to their cleaning staff.

I reserved room online and paid the same price as walking in the door without reservations. Apparently I smelled like cigarettes because the lady at desk asked if I wanted a smoking room. I said, no. She says, are you sure? I say, yes I'm sure. She began telling me that smoking in non-smoking is big NO-NO and she had a special system that tells her if someone smokes in those rooms. I said, if it makes you happy, I'll take smoking room. I went to my room which smelled like dirty feet and smoke and the room was in ill repair with dated decor. I went to office and told her, no I will not sleep there. She then got snippy and says that I have to pay a deposit to satay on non-smoking room. I told her that she was profiling, I will not break their rules and I was offended. She told me that I could get my refund from online booking site and stay elsewhere! I do not recommend that you astray here unless you have no other choice!

Cmplete dump… poor costomer relations. They rent rooms with ezposed wires rodent poo under tv… 1/4 inch screws exposed in bathroom threshold… dont recommend!

Good with certain observation. Electric installation were not working specially light off on. Heating system was okay.

What a great place! Dont let the name fool you as many Budget Inns can be a let down. This place is very clean and the owners are both great people who are willing to help an out of town person. Rates are more then fair for the area.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet, and the owners and staff are so kind and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

My two friends and I were driving home from a wedding and stopped in Williamsport. About an hour before arriving, I looked on Hotwire on my phone and found this hotel advertising one double bedroom for three people (max 4) at about $67 for the night plus tax. To confirm availability, I called the hotel and inquired with the receptionist, who told me there was availability for a double bedroom for three adults at $69.99. I thanked her and proceeded to book online. During that time, the page refreshed and the search reset to a default setting for two adults, which I didn't realize or think much of at the time, so I continued and booked and paid for the room successfully. By the time we arrived it was already past midnight and two of us were already sleeping, so the friend driving checked us in. When she came out she was visibly upset, and woke me and told me about how the receptionist charged her an extra $10 fee because she'd mentioned that there were three of us, and it said two on the reservation. The woman had insisted that two adults and two children were fine, but three adults (for a room with two double beds! ) incurred a $10 fee. She also told my friend that if she didn't like it, she could "find somewhere else to sleep" and was extremely rude and nasty with her from the moment she realized the booking had been made online.

This is an exceptionally nice budget hotel. Very clean and well kept rooms with full refrigerator and microwave. I would recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive room. I was pleasantly surprised.

Its called budget inn for a reason. Don't go there expecting high end hotel, but it's nice. Can't beat $70 for 2 queen beds had hbo showtime and basic direct tv. Clean room. Owners are friendly. I'd stay again if I were to go thru this town again.

If you aren't really picky about your hotel, this one will do. Dark and dank, outdated, etc. But the people were very nice. For $120 something a night and only 6 miles away from Lamade Stadium for the Little League World Series it's pretty much a good deal, I think.

It's a Budget Inn. Not bad. Passed through on way to TN. Gentleman was nice that checked us in. If you find yourself in the middle of PA it's not a bad place to go to rest your head.

Decent looking place nothing fancy. Defenitely lacking on breakfast choices I had to drop from 3 to 2 because my toilet hasn't worked in 3 days and I have mice running around my room. No jokes.

I travel a lot, and seen all types… Updated, nice, very clean. Under $100.00 night (tax included) Would definitely stay again!

The men in front desk not nice at all. Dont go thier its like a grage for car.

The rooms may have looked nice and clean, but I found hair not belonging to my family on the bed. I went to shower the next morning and once again, hair everywhere in the shower not belonging to my family. We won't stay again, and next time any hotel I stay at I'll clean it myself.

Let me start by saying this entire establishment from cleanliness to management was an abysmal at its very best. When we first checked about getting a room, my mother, an RN in her 50's, my self and my sister in law, both long term employees at Walmart, and my brother a a student at college, where informed that we couldn't share a room with double beds due to the fact that they were discouraging orgy's. How utterly an ridiculously offensive. We were weary family travelers In need of a few hours, not an entire night, rest. We were then put in two separate rooms with 2 double beds a piece, and what rooms they were. Filth! Even the lamp shades were filthy. I had been in the er that night an this was the nearest accommodations. Completely disgraceful! In the morning upon checkout I voiced my disgust and the proprietor had the unmitigated gall to refer to us as welfare recipients looking for free handouts and threatened and then did call the police. Now, for anyone that is in welfare, I apologize that a Neanderthal such as this would categorize you in such a distasteful way and I assure you that this is the type of attitude that is the ruination of our great country and one of which I hold no part. He again used the term in a derogatory fashion and we chose to cut our losses and leave the premises. Do your self a favor and steer as far away from this place as possible.

We enjoyed our stay at this motel. The manager was more then helpful to accommodating our needs. The room was very clean and newly remodeled. The only thing left to be remodeled was the room carpet which smelled weird, but other then that very nice.

This hotel sucked the owner was mean and sarcastic and gave us a hard time checking in. Never again.

This was the best deal we found for our stop in Williamsport. The hotel owners were very friendly when we checked in. The room was clean and had everything you would need. They even let us help our selves to their breakfast bar even though it wasn't included in our room rate.

Spent an extend period of time staying at the Budget Inn Williamsport. The rates were great and the rooms looked brand new and very clean. The owners and staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help in any way.

I found the Budget Inn through an online search. I needed a simple, cost-effective room for picking up our son from college. The reservations was easily made online, and the descriptions of the amenities were reliable. The whole place looks fresh and bright; very appealing. The room I had was very clean, with a bit of a contemporary look to it. The way it was laid out made it feel very spacious. The room included a desk/chair, an easy chair, a king-size bed, small refrigerator and microwave and a dresser/cabinet. Everything in the room worked well from the quiet heater/air conditioner to the shower/fan/toilet. There was even a small radiant heater under the bathroom sink that could be used to take the chill off the floor. The bed linens were fresh, the mattress and box spring were each contained with a zippered cover under the sheets. The bed was comfortable for me. The offered breakfast was not a big, fancy spread, but what was offered was fresh and good. The location is a little bit outside of downtown Williamsport, but it was very easy to navigate there without getting back on the highway. The two members of the staff I encountered were very warm and friendly. This room/stay was well worth the price. I will not hesitate to make this the place I stay when I need to be in the area. I was very pleased with my experience here.

The room I stayed in is really nice, it was recently remolded and clean and nice! The customer service is nice also, they are very accommodating here, they ask me frequently if I need anything for the room and if everything is fine.

I stayed here for the first time after the remodeled an the room was great! Spacious, comfortable, clean an contemporary. The bathroom was spotless and almost being at home! I checked in with the owner of the hotel and could not have nicer, funnier or more pleasant! He was very concerned about my opinion of the rate versus quality of the room! I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone traveling through the Williamsport area. While here make sure you go eat at the crippled bear inn too. Fantastic food and great people.

When I checked into the motel, the male clerk made a point in telling that he was giving me their best room, room 101. However, it may be the cheapest room in town — — — but unless you are a favorite of mold. Dont sleep in the bed. Upon entering the room the musty smell was obvious. But the sheets looked fresh and clean. I spent one night there. When I returned home and unpacked. The bedclothes that were worn in that bed had the same musty moldy smell. Not my day clothes or the clothes laying on the furnature. Just my bedclothes. When I called to tell them — — — SHE was VERY VERY defensive and accused me of lying. I was not asking for a refund or even a disount. Just told them to put fresh sheets on their beds. Stay away.
