This is among the top Hampton Inn hotels in which I have stayed. From the design of the hotel, the layout of the rooms and the decor throughout, it is incredibly comfortable. Most importantly, the room was peaceful and quiet and I heard absolutely no hallway noise. Breakfast was very good, although seating was slightly limited as compared to other Hampton Inn hotels.

Pretty clean hotel with good breakfast and good eateries close nearby. There was a black spot on my bathroom ceiling though.

Clean, comfortable bed! Great location for us. Courteous and friendly staff. Great breakfast, too! Noon checkout was convenient also!

Couldn't ask for a better weekend! Our room was perfect and everyone was so friendly. A special thank you to Jeanette for all your help with the Meeting Room, it was a perfect spot for our little graduation party.

Breakfast tastes good and bed is soft to sleep. It feel all very well.

We were in PA for a funeral. Our room was great. The breakfast bar was well stocked and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great service, kind people, cozy atmosphere, comfortable room. Loved the blanket. Kids were having a great time. Loved the pool/ hot tub time. Amazing breakfast buffet. Great romantic Wedding Anniversary with my husband. We celebrated our 12th.

Very nice place to stay. We stay here whenever in the area. The staff has always been very friendly and the rooms are always clean. Many thanks to Gene at the front desk who went above and beyond today with a last minute reservation.

Very warm and friendly place. Pool and Jacuzzi were clean and the perfect temperature. Staff was receptive and accommodating, water, extra towels and cott where provided as requested before arrival with turn down service. Matt went above and beyong at arrival. Even though we were across from the elevator it was quiet. In the morning the house keeping were like magic elves. You could see that things where clean but never saw or heard them. 10' s all around. Could use a second staff person at breakfast and fresh oatmeal and warm suryrp, OJ mix was off. Was given fresh Blackberries when asked for.

Great hotel. Very clean, and the staff are always pleasant to deal with. The free breakfast is fresh and offers a good variety as well.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Taking one star off for the bad booking experience which the friendly staff made up for. Unfortunately, despite the helpful staff I will not trust Hampton inn anymore due to booking unreliability twice in one month. I was sent away from the hotel I reserved online a couple miles down the road to this one.

Always a great place to stay. Clean rooms, hot shower, great breakfast. Will continue to stay here anytime I'm in town.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Williamsport PA — Faxon Exit The Hotel itself is very nice and the staff are very pleasant. The issue that I have with this Hotel is the ability to FIND it. On the web site and the reservation confirmation that you are given the address is listed as: 66 Liberty Lane Williamsport, Pennsylvania The problem is that this is a vanity address and it does not really exist. The real address for the Hotel is: 1700 East 3rd Street Williamsport, Pennsylvania For those who use devices like cell phones and GPS systems this issue becomes magnified because the address of 66 Liberty Lane kind of exists in other locations NO WHERE near the hotel. Because of this we were led on a wild goose chase looking for the hotel. It took my wife and I an additional hour and a half to find the hotel after what had already a long drive. Fortunately there are two Hampton Inns in Williamsport that are about a mile apart. I went to this other Hampton Inn to inquire were I might find my hotel. Curiously or fortunately this Hampton Inn has a pre-printed set of instructions along with the REAL address of the hotel ready for all the others who have encountered the same issue. After arriving at the correct Hotel I inquired at the front desk as to why they publish a bad address. It was obvious that this is a common problem for many people.

Gene at the desk is very efficient, pleasant and helpful. Hotel is spotlessly clean. Kathleen and other staff in breakfast service do a great job. Plenty of room to park our truck and car trailer. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here because we were visiting friends who recently moved to this area. The hotel is easy to get to & right off the highway & located on the golden strip (as the locals call it)! Right when you walk into the lobby you get a warm and inviting feeling from the decor & the friendliness of the front desk staff. The decor throughout the hotel was warm, cozy & up to date. The free breakfast was very filling offering a good variety of foods from cheese omelettes, bacon, french toast, waffle, muffins, danish, cereal, hard boiled eggs, toast, coffee, teas, & juices. Eating in the breakfast area felt like you were eating in a Panera bread. Check out time is at 12pm which is great too because then it allows you to sleep in later if you want. Next time we visit our friends we will definitely stay here again!

Saturday afternoon arrived after 3:30 to check in and rooms were still not ready, though desk clerk was very polite and professional about it and gave us free snacks while we waited till after 5 to check in. Vending machines didn't work for drinks so had to go to lobby (from 4th floor). Rooms were clean and comfortable, amenities in hotel were ok. Breakfast in lobby was nothing special. Good location, nice patio area and common space for hanging out.

One of my favorite hotels! Clean, visually pleasing, quiet, and comfortable, make my stays enjoyable. Breakfast is free, but they take it up a notch from other hotels, giving more choices and quality. The hot tub is actually HOT, allowing me to relax after a long day. The staff makes me feel like I am a prince, helping me get through a week away from home. An Awesome value, and a must stay.

Everything was very nice and clean. A really beautiful hotel! The only issue was that the elevators we're so incredibly slow.

Éverything was nice. We got in late and checked in online previously so check in was simple. No warm cookies though =/ The decor is pleasing. Elevators to our room are super slow. I'd say the best part was breakfast. Usually I'm hesitant about hotel prepared eggs, but they had a cheese omelette thing that I put atop an English muffin and it was very tasty. Make your own waffles and toppings were also good. All the food stations were very clean. Staff was friendly and I didn't have any issues with the room itself. If looking for a place in the area, I'd stay here again.

Impeccably maintained hotel. In town for a week at a local company. Hampton Inn shuttle picked us up at the airport. Check in was quick and staff was helpful. The shuttle was available to take us to dinner or pick up necessities until midnight even though there was an ice storm. Every area of the hotel was maintained immaculately. Rooms were updated and fully cleaned each day. The hotel was relatively quiet even later in the week when a high school orchestra was staying here. One night at 8:30 pm the maintenance person was polishing the stainless steel on the elevators trying to remove small scratches. It says a lot about the cleanliness of the hotel and dedication of the staff. The only criticism was the breakfast. While there were always two hot items like a cheese omlete and sausage patties, as well as make your own waffles, the quality was typical morning buffet. That is to say rubbery eggs and limp bacon. It's hard for a limited service hotel to do breakfast well, so I give the Hampton points for trying. Plus each week there is a manager's meet and greet with local restaurant fair, beer and wine which was enjoyable. Clean, Courteous, Comfortable.

Rooms so clean and fresh looking… Pool was spacious so was hot tub. Outside area were so beautiful. Love the fires, fountain and wood bench. Favorite part shower curtain was white… Not yellow like some other Hamptons. Staff was awesome.

I agree with most of the reviews that were posted, the hotel was clean, the rooms were nice, the facilities were clean. However, my experience was a little different. We stayed on the fifth floor and below us on the ground level, was a large loud party on the outdoor patio. The noise was so loud that around midnight we called to complain. The desk told us they would take care of it. They did not, the party noise got louder. I was able to figure out how to get the air conditioner fan to blow constantly so that we could drown out the noise so we we could get to sleep. No big deal right? In the morning we made a comment to the staff and they said, "Yeah it went on until 4am and we received multiple complaints about it all evening! " Why didn't the staff do anything about it? Did it not bother them they were upsetting the majority of their guests? Our friends had booked rooms and were expecting to have two queen beds in each room but the hotel had overbooked and gave away their rooms to others that checked in first and left them with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. 2nd strike and therefore a 3 star review. The surrounding area had multiple places to eat at, even two restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel. Besides the noise and mostly the lack of enthusiasm by the staff to squash the party and then their who-cares attitude in the morning it was a nice place to stay.

Every time I visit williamsport this is where I stay. The staff is beyond amazing and I always have a fantastic stay.

This hotel was awesome! The room was excellent and clean. The staff were very helpful and added some great personal touches to our stay. The breakfast was also very good. The only drawback was some so-so internet. Overall, I thought this was a great hotel and am planning on staying there again soon.

I agree with Cindy, the staff is very well trained and the accommodations are top notch. Brittany was great, checked us in with a smile, told us all the things we COULD do during our stay. Made us feel very welcomed, we'll be coming back.

One of the nicest Hampton Inns I have ever stayed in. Every member of the staff that we dealt with was very professional, friendly and extremely accommodating. We stayed over Thanksgiving Day and they even provided a beautiful buffet for the guests. It is extremely clean and the room was a very nice size. I would highly recommend this hotel.
