Spent the night at the Hampton Inn due to the snow storm so I was able to get to work. 5 stars all the way around! Room was comfortable and spotless. I noticed increased measures of disinfecting for covid as well! I truly felt like VIP when the general manager sent a special treat up to my room, it brought a smile after a long day and being away from my young children. True hospitality. Shout out to the front desk clerk and Paige V.! Outstanding and memorable. Only hotel in Williamsport I will ever stay at.

Can walk to Perkins from here. Nice and clean, quiet and wonderful reception people.

It's in the middle of a facelift. The pool was not open, but the nightly entertainment downtown kept us busy enough to not miss the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Stayed in room 316, room was well kept and service staff was friendly. Did not hesitate to help with extras, ie getting a cot. Pool and whirlpool were both under construction, exercise room has only running g equipment.

Stayed for one night at this property because my usual spot nearby was booked full. They are at the tail end of a renovation and I stayed in one of the new rooms. It was clean, spacious, and modern without being fussy. Really was pleased with the new look. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice room and accommodations. The hotel is under construction, but still clean. It was a nice stay.

Undergoing construction during our stay. We stayed in one of the newly upgraded rooms. It's nice, but it's more of an aesthetic remodel. And they need to make punch lists for the rooms. Sealant work, touch up paint were needed in some places, if I'm being picky. Standard Hampton breakfast… Worth it for convenience and cost. Even enjoyed the tutorial on how to use the waffle irons. :)

Rooms are tidy and beds are comfy. Some minor construction at the time was no inconvenience.

Nice comfy room, breakfast is ok. We booked the whirlpool room but those no longer exist. Staff is friendly. They are renovating so there is construction noise and slow elevators. Nice laundry area!

Nice place to stay, will probably be better once they finish their renovations. Very friendly staff, always seems to be someone right there to say good morning, hi, or all of you need anything. Will be coming back despite the construction.

Clean, large open room with good TV service and board with iron available in room.

Way access to hotel from the highway. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby with a large mall minute away. Hotel was clean and didn't smell musty. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Cookies and coffee we're available daily.

I was in june 2017 in this hotel I must remark the wonderful attitude of the staff to our group and to mention the good breakfast.

Stopped here last minute due to a rain storm. Over night staff was nice. Just missed the free breakfast starting but we had to get on the road.

Just checked into our room after traveling from North Carolina to find bedbugs. I do not recommend this hotel. The maintenance person Tim did indicate that the rooms had not been treated for a while and suggested that we dry our clothes so the heat could kill any potential bedbug larvae. You wouldn't want any extra guests traveling home with you…

We don't usually get a hotel when we come to visit family but this time we did and we must have lucked out because this hotel is staffed with the nicest people who made us feel at home, accommodated us when we had special requests and appears to treat everyone the same, based on what I saw. The room was clean upon check in, the service was sufficient during our stay, they had to go bags for those who didn't make it to the breakfast buffet, which also was way more impressive than it had to be. The pool was awesome and warm the entire time we were there… No issues with it or the hot tub. It would be hard to not stay here again.

Rooms are a bit dated, Internet is wishy-washy on the fourth floor, but an overall great stay. Nice breakfast, great coffee, and wonderful front desk staff.

We stayed here 3 nights, You won't be disappointing staying here, located right off the highway, shopping is really close, Buffalo Wild Wings is across the parking lot and 5 Guys is right next door. Our room was nice, fridge, microwave, HBO and 50 other channels, Staff was so friendly I was wondering if they took happy pills. Don't miss the breakfast Buffet there is lots of choices. I used the fitness room which was well equipped and everything worked, but not the pool, Wi-Fi was fine and I really liked the decorations they had here. If your looking for a fun spot for food and drink, try the Bullfrog Brewery in the center of town. Can't believe this place is 6 years old? Ken E.

The room was not ready upon arrival. They usually always have breakfast to go bags and they didn't have it this time around. The wait staff is very friendly and the indoor pool is always kept nice.

Just checked in and not happy. Our door looks like someone took a crowbar to it maybe police or theft who knows and the room has a body odor smell to it. Last time at this place.

Whenever we travel we always stay at a Hampton Inn because we know what we will always get. A clean room. I just returned from a trip to Williamsport for a reunion with some high school girlfriends and I stayed here for 3 nights. The room and bathroom were on the small side but it was comfortable. The lobby was remodeled and looked fabulous. Scrambled cheesy eggs with ham were delicious, coffee was hot and the afternoon cookies. Yum. Right across from Wegmans and Kohls in center city make it a convenient spot. I will stay here again when I return.

Showed up without a reservation driving from Washington DC to home, and had a nice clean comfortable room quickly.

I just wanted to let any traveler to stop and stay at this great hotel. Staff was a real pleasure to talk with and the room was nothing but perfect.
