It was ok the left my door open after a cleaning but over all it was ok.

Nice place to stay. We have stayed here several times.

Very comfortable and reasonably priced. Clean and well managed. Very decent breakfast included.

We arrived on Thursday the 26th of July, assigned room 107. We enter rm 107 and right away you could smell the dampness, the floor was wet, so we went back to the front desk and they assigned us rm 209. The room was small for a family of 5 (3 kids ages 17-6-6) not what we saw on the website, the only thing that we liked was the Breakfast bar was very good. Then when I checked my bank I was charge $130.00 over the $528.36 which I was charged. The pool needs some repairs, the TV channels did not match, the stations they said they had, did not match, anyway was very disappointed with the complete stay. We stay for 4 nights and was charged a different price each night. They said it is due to the occupancy of the Motel. We DID NOT add each night we booked ahead of time and was not told about the different prices. Did not represent the marriott name. Will not stay at another marriott.

Martina is great, front desk staff like that make all the difference. Five stars for staff. Bed was way too soft and the rooms weren’t as modern as I’m used to at Fairfield. Definitely miss the lamps with the plugs on them.

Loved Martina. She was an absolute sweetheart! Nice sized room and just an overall wonderful experience.

The beds are super soft! Not good if you have a bad back. The pillows are heavenly! Clean & great customer service! The young lady at the front desk on 7/11 @ 4:30pm is just a ball of friendly energy!

Good beds and bathroom but only 1 table and no kitchen. The staff are also good.

Not good! One person on duty in the whole place when it's a busy night. Poor girl running around doing everything. I was feeling bad for her. All hotels should have more than 1 person working. Smh! Get it together Williamsport PA.

Clean but the beds were way too soft. Plenty of hot water. Nice breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean. The rooms were average. The mattresses were on the soft side for my liking. Breakfast was typical of any Continental style breakfast. Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, ham you, yogurt, fruit, Bagels, muffins, you get the idea. Their coffee was not especially good.

We have stayed here often. Always clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. I would highly recommend coming here.

Clean. Good breakfast. Good rate. It's the Fairfield set up that has a small pool but no hot tub. Kinda a bummer.

Dont stay there we and my girlfriend stayed there paid with cash and our card still got charged $110 and they refuse to reimburse us.

Hotel staff could be poliet and not be nosey when your having a private conversation! Could have cleaner rooms. Food isnt always the hottest. Cold most mornings!

A discount was offered to us for being AAA members, and our room was sized accordingly for a party of four adult guests. The room was clean and updated, and the representative at the front desk was incredibly helpful in meeting our demands and making us aware of all of the amenities available to us.

Very normal hotel, although not in a bad way. There was nothing that was bad about it. Only complaint was the orange juice.

Room was great and clean like all my Fairfield experiences, love this chain because the price is modest and the consistency of clean and comfortable rooms is a standard across the country, however this particular hotel only received 4 and not five because for the first time the continental breakfast was subpar, I get that a Continental breakfast is what it is, and I don't expect much, but I did expect more then I received at this one.

Everything was just fine. The breakfast was nice, the room was nice, they had a laundromat. Everything was good.

Hotel staff were very friendly and receiving. The rooms were very nice and we did not find any problems while we were there. The pool was nice and warm and the breakfast was hot and fresh. I will definitely consider this hotel again if I have to come back in this area.

Studio rooms are not bad, but normal double rooms are just that. Normal. Everyone who works here could not be nicer and the breakfast is the typical hotel hot breakfast.

Picked this location based on good price, and good reviews. Good decisions were made. Clean, comfortable room, very comfortable beds, and the friendliest and most efficient night staff I have ever encountered in a hotel. Breakfast was a collection of the best items I have found in any hotel. Will definitely stop here again when a nearby room is needed! Thank you for a great night!

A slight mixup with my reservation lead to getting a wonderful upgrade to a suite. Drae at the front desk was so helpful and courteous. He went above and beyond to accommodate the error. Breakfast was also delightful. Good stay for the price.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Williamsport Fairfield Inn this past Memorial Day, along with my brother and sister. We were in town for a short visit, attending the funeral of our grandmother who had passed away. When we first arrived, the clerk greeted us warmly and made us feel immediately at home. He was incredibly professional and courteous – making each of us feel like VIPs. When we requested down-free pillows, he personally checked our rooms when we left for dinner. When we returned, we found a warm, hand-written note letting us know the pillows were non-allergenic, and expressing his condolences on the passing of our grandmother. Additionally, he quickly resolved an issue regarding my sisters room – changing her to a suite when she found her room had not yet been cleaned from the previous guest. When I realized I had left behind my noise-cancelling headphones, the receptionist looked into it and immediately called me back to make arrangements to ship them to me – free of charge! The rooms were spotless, inviting and comfortable. The special touches and service — the popcorn in the lobby, the welcome snacks for Rewards members, breakfast and coffee – were top-notch, and were more generous than some 5-Star hotels we have frequented!

We spent a week at this hotel with our whole 15 year old baseball team and the families recently while they were participating in a state tournament. I have to sincerely say that this was a 5 star experience, from the front desk, Troy & Kayla and company, to Ann, our room cleaner upper, to Karen, who made things go so smoothly fro all of us during our stay. To say they all were sweet and accommodating is an understatement. I personally have been to several hotels 6 times with my sons baseball teams and this last trip was the best because of the people working in this hotel. They must be commended because they truly made our stay, although we lost in the championship game, a wonderful memorable experience. OH, and one of our team members ended up in the hospital unfortunately, and flowers from the hotel were hand delivered to his hospital room by Karen, the manager. How personal is THAT kind of gesture. Hats off the the great staff at the Fairfield and the clean beautiful accomodations. Thank you!
