The service was overall very help. As a party of a wedding group they provided shuttles to and from the venue and a private breakfast room. The rooms were fine. The location was easy access from the high ways but a ways to downtown if that is your interest.

Very nice large rooms. Comfortable beds. Large smart TV. Nice lobby area for hanging out and outside are with fire ring. Staff is very friendly.

Breakfast Not included and hot tub was broken, but was a nice place to stay at. The staff was really great. They were nice and kind and very accommodating, even when we were in the wrong. Will definatly stay here again. Hopefully the hot tub will be fixed by then. 8)

Horrible customer service. Avoid this particular Marriott property. Their computers went down and they claimed I had only booked 1 night instead of 3 and actually removed my belongings from my room after the 2nd night, haphazardly throwing my freshly dry cleaned suits Worst part is they missed sime of my items This happened a month ago and I have yet to receive an acknowledgement from the property that they were wrong. Update: It's been 3 months. They refunded the first two nights of my stay that they charged me for without a receipt but claimed to never have had a reservation for. And they awarded me 10K bonus points. I found this out haphazardly, not because they contacted me. Still no real apology and no explanation of what happened. The day doesn't show up on my account so I get no credit for the 3 nights and I have no receipt to prove it. I'm actually back in the area as I type this and obviously I'm staying at a different hotel.

Do not eat breakfast here! the breakfast staff (heather and kyra) are not only rude, they are not to be trusted with your food. First they told us that they were closed. Then we found out they were in fact open for 20 more minutes after pushing the issue. Then we were told they couldn’t make anything we ordered. After finally managing to order some sort of breakfast, we overheard Kyra (the cook) say “That’s why I spit in their food. ” i am horrified. I’ve never experienced anything like this, and never will again, because I won’t stay there again. I’m not sure she spit in our food, but she told someone that she spit in someone’s food. I made a complaint to management and let them know that they didn’t want to serve us and that Kyra told us she couldn’t make anything we wanted because they were closing in 15 minutes and it takes her 12 minutes to make the eggs and hash browns. Very strange. I didn’t complain about the spit comment because I’m not sure whose food she spit in. Never again.

After 10 hours on the road, the comfortable bed and soft pillows helped cradle me to sleep in a clean, cool room. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone.

Our stay was for 5 days. The front desk staff are VERY friendly & helpful. Unfortunately this hotel seems very short staffed as the front desk personal were doing the jobs of 3 people… very unfair to them. The amenities are a different story. Wifi in the room was spotty, snacks and drinks were very expensive. No free continental breakfast was available as you had to pay for it. The Bistro was even closed once as they didn't have the staff. Now about the housekeeping. Room was clean but toiletries were skimpy. One day when I was sleeping in, I had the "do not disturb" sign on the door until mid afternoon. I saw that housekeeping was still in the hallway cleaning rooms, so I flagged them down to let them know that I was ready for them. I know that I caused an inconvenience to them because they had already passed my room and they were finishing up. HOWEVER, the housekeeper didn't have to shout out "I'm sick of these people" to another housekeeper. She was down the hall and I could still hear her loud & clear. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Clean room. Quiet part of town. Everyone was nice and it only cost 10000 Marriott points!

I am a frequent flyer at. Marriott hotels. I was disappointed with this hotel. The bathroom was not cleaned. No shampoo, no do not disturb sign. Staff was kind and engaging. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Nice and friendly staff. Big rooms. Pretty clean, I have seen cleaner. One of the beds was pretty lousy. The fridge is tiny pretty useless. I had 3 rooms and I hardly was able to use the fridge. Also there is no mirror in the bathrooms.

Only stayed 1 night for onsite birthday event so did not use all amenities but very happy with stay.

I would not stay here again my wife and I traveled 3, 000 miles and stayed at various Marriotts during our trip. All of the other marriotts has complimentary breakfast this one does not they have a bistro with outrageous prices! Room was ok however unlike the other marriotts the bathroom was old and dingy. I would not stay there again nor do I recommend it.

Easy on and off highway. Restaurants close by. Comfy beds and rooms. All as we have come to expected at Marriott Courtyard.

As of February 2018 place looks and feels completely reworked with modern look. Friendliest staff of all time. Will stay every chance I get.

We got stranded in Scranton with our Chevy truck and stayed at this hotel while truck was being fixed. Staff was professional and courteous. The rooms are clean and the bed was super comfortable. Best was the bartender/chef Sye. He made us feel welcomed and at home. Thanks Sye, for making our weekend stuck in Scranton pleasant with your hospitality and professionalism.

It's convenient because the airport is close by. The rooms are kind.

Had an awesome stay! Comfortable beds, and a very friendly staff! Was really pleased to have such a spacious room. Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. It was a rustic touch that was perfect to sit by and read! Would return!

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is a Bistro serving breakfast and dinner. They serve beer, wine, and cocktails. Starbucks Coffee and speciality drinks sold there as well. The fire pit area in the back court yard is a great plus! Cozy seats and and tables available in the yard as well. The rooms are nice and comfortable. You can choose from two double beds or a single king. The king room came with a sofa with pull out bed. It had a flat screen TV, mini fridge, and microwave. I'd definitely stay here again.

Checked in late, night audit person was very personable and honored my Marriott profile requests. Room was overall good, but there are details which shouldn't be missed: shower curtain rod is loose/falling. Black mold in corners of shower. Overall the room is clean and good.

We love staying here while we are performing close-by. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating and the rooms are great! It's also nice to know that we don't have to go looking for food before the gig since there's a restaurant on-site where we can eat while we wait for our laundry.

The staff was nice and helpful. I was in room 109 which was very close to the lobby. Because of that I was able to hear some of the people as they walked by going to their rooms. It was a little bothersome, but overall not that bad.

Where to start… stayed at the incomparable Peabody in Memphis just 2 nights ago for almost same price. I tried calling this Courtyard well before check in to confirm late arrival. No one ever answered. When I tried calling the front desk well after normal sleep hours due to some diesel vehicle outside my window, was repeatedly put on hold — finally gave up. Bistro was only serving french fries (! ), so ordered some horrific takeout recommended by the front desk. For remainder of my trip will stay at some motor lodge. Based on previous experience, service will at least be equal for a fraction of the price.

Employees were very welcoming and was willing to show us the room before we both it for the night. After we came back from an event, we dryed sleeping but the bed was so uncomfortable that even 2 days later, my back is still sore and same with my partner. The toilet also did not was to shut off and made a noise off and on the entire night. Let's just say we didn't get sleep that night. The next morning we went to get breakfast that we were told was between 7 and 11 and was complementary. We were not told we needed vouchers for our breakfast that took forever to get. The breakfast tasted like rubber and undercooked. I will not be staying at this hotel again in the future. Very disappointed for it is associated with Marriott.

Great location, when I arrived the check in was very quick. I received a room on the 3rd floor that the A. C. Was already turned on, the room was very comfortable. Highly recommend courtyard wherever I travel. Bathroom shower was also great. Only thing I wish they had was a slightly bigger sink. Otherwise everything was great and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a business or leisure trip.

Reasonable price.

The room was clean, amenities more than fine for what I was staying for (just one night to crash after an event in Scranton), and looks like it would be a nice place to stay for a longer visit too. The in room coffee maker and fridge were great additions, and the Noon check-out time is nice for a late-riser like myself – even 11:00 can be a little early sometimes. And kudos to the front desk employee who helped change my night when I was checking in – I accidentally booked the wrong night online and didn't realize until I was in the lobby but he switched it no problem and with no additional fees! My one critique would be the signage, the hotel is tucked up a driveway completely hidden from view from the road and the only sign they have is about the size of a Dunkin' Doughnuts drive-thru sign, on a dark road no less. There's a bigger sign once you get on the driveway obscured by trees but you can't see it from the road at all and I drove right by it the first time. They need a bigger and better lit sign so the driveway's easier to pick out, especially since there's two other Marriott brand hotels a stone's throw away up the road.

The rooms are very nice and the beds are very comfortable. There was a microwave and fridge in the room that I stayed in. The lobby has some microwavable meals and beer that you can purchase. Just up the hill has a outlet malls as well as some restaurants such as ruby Tuesday.

Friendly staff, newer amenities, modern decor in bedroom and convenient location. But beds could be greatly improved. I tossed and turned my entire night's stay — silver elite Marriott member.

I actually live in Moosic but when I just want to little getaway somewhere very peaceful with a good atmosphere this is the place to go.

Service and attention was very good. The rooms were very well furnished. However disappointed when I found blood stains on the comforter placed on the bed I slept in.

This hotel has a terrible musty smell in the room and The bedding definitely could be newer and cleaner! Feel like I'm at a cheap motel. Terrible.

Excellent service. There was a young white female working the desk on 5/23/15 around 1130 AM who was awesome. Our travel plans changed and we were allowed to check in early. Sorry I didn't get her name. Hotel is also within walking distance of PNC Field. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

Just stayed here for the second time for the Dirty Girl Mud Run. Staff was accommodating and friendly! Everything was very clean and the hotel is very close to restaurants and some shopping. The outdoor fire pit is the perfect way to end the night!

Typical Courtyard experience with one caveat: THEY HAVE THE WORST Wi-Fi EVER. I've been traveling for the past three years and staying at various Hilton/Marriott properties and this is the worst internet I've ever come across. Download speeds are. 5 MBPS, with the national average being around 20 MPBS. Don't advertise free Wi-Fi if you can't even use it because it's so slow (I had to get on my phone to write this review, the internet here couldn't handle it). Update — the manager of the hotel reached out to me (Jeremy I believe) and informed me the Internet was down at the time of my stay and had since been resolved. Him taking the time to call me to discuss my experience, and the fact that they got the issue resolved, bumps the rating from two stars to four.
