Bedbugs in room 209; this hotel has unfortunately went down hill fast. The floors are nasty, the pool area is unkept, they took there spa out. The food prices are 💩 for the quality of the food. Always so loud in the halls. Over all it was the worst experience with any hotel I've had, and hopefully don't have to experience anything like this again.

Nice staffs and nice ballroom.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are really trying and are really handling the onslaught of complaints that they are receiving very well. Broken beds. Broken elevators. No towels.

I arrived in the rain to a packed parking lot and not one person helping with bags. The front desk was rude and brushed off any concerns. My bathroom door in the room was off when we walked in from a 5 hour drive. The 850 dollars for 3 nights is the absolute worst money anyone can spend. This company, like many others takes your money and doesn’t look back. If I am paying close to 300 a night, I expect to see a staff member walking around. Seems like they run on a skeleton crew to fatten their pockets. They never even offered a partial refund or a complimentary drink for the awful experience. They are trained to ignore those questions.

Enjoyed the pool and the gift shop had a microwave for us to heat up leftovers as midnight snacks. The room mini fridge was super cold which typically is not the case in most hotels. The people upstairs was extremely noisy but not the hotels fault. Bathroom was a bit small though but overall very happy and satisfied.

El I was treated very unfair Nd ignorant … I purchased a room for my son Nd his friends to swim I was at the pool watching them swim one of the workers come up to me and asked “are they all with you” I said yes there with me he explained they have a certain policy we’re it’s only 4 ppl to a room I asked to speak with manager cause there only kids having fun so he wanted me to follow him to the manager I said no I’m not leaving my kids unattended in a pool there goin have to come down here and talk to me I never disrespected or threatened that man! 45 min later I lie to you not this man comes back with the POLICE ‍♀️ ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️! Then once they came I explained the situation cop say to me I can’t believe they called me out here for this! And come to find out the manager they had me talking wasn’t even the real manager he was the Food manager … I feel disrespected and discriminated against don’t ever stay with these people and there Racist!

I come here every year for the Great American Outdoor Show. The hotel is clean, the staff is fantastic and everything about the hotel is outstanding. I use the concierge lounge and they do a awesome job making sure there is plenty of quality items available to the guests. I would like to single out Yolanda. She is there every year when I come. She is friendly, great to talk to and always professional… a model employee. Abby in the hotel lounge is also awesome… Great stay as usual!

Horrible customer service. On a recent overnight I left my Kindle there. They were initially very helpful in finding it quickly but since then have all but refused to return my phone messages and emails so that I can make arrangements to get it back. In the rare instance that I have gotten someone on the phone they’ve just referred me to someone else who subsequently referred me to someone else, ad infinitum ad nauseam. Very inconsiderate service that has made for a very frustrating experience.

This hotel is outdated and set up to charge you for anything that ordinary hotels don’t normally charge for. Despite the televisions being modern, they are set up for you not to use a fire stick or HDMI because in the words of the concierge at the front desk, “we’d rather you buy programming through the hotel”. I’m glad I’m only a guest here on company time. I will never recommend this place for any personal time.

There was trash still in the waste can, and waste can needed a good stunning. Upon closing the blinds I found 2 jelly packets on the floor. Beds were very uncomfortable. Wallpaper was peeling and rust on the air vents. I booked through Priceline after 10:30, and they gave me a deal less 100.00$ but I couldn't see what hotel I'd get but promised it'd be 3.5+ rating in a well known chain. So I thought I'd try it. I'm great to find a place to sleep but I never would have gone if I was able to read reviews.

We booked a trip through home away and paid ahead of time for our trip. As we are pulling into the resort, we read reviews of the hotel having bedbugs. At the register checking in, they insisted and informed us they did not have bed bugs. Immediately entering the room we strip the beds to double check. Found mold all over the corner of the mattresses, so we called someone in the room because that can not be sanitary or safe in any way. They moved us into a second room, which had dead beetles in every corner, trash on the floor, pubes in the bathroom and in the mini fridge. We tried to check out at this point, but couldn't find/book another room at a different resort, as we traveled 8 hours from home and didn't arrive until evening. The manager "upgraded" us to a handicapped room (same size), which definitely did feel a bit cleaner than the previous other two rooms. However, the lights didn't work in this room, so we had zero light usage for the 3 nights we stayed. We traveled to Hershey park all those days so that wasn't really a biggie. The hotel is old, and very dated, everything smells and feels overall dirty. The hot tub was not functioning during our stay, we pulled out random t-shirts from under the mattress on the 3rd room (in front of the manager), we overheard people at the bar complaining about children being present and the bartender 100% agreeing with what the customer was complaining about. The whole stay was awful. I felt so dirty and gross!

Checked into our room Tuesday night around 8pm. Wrong room, put us in a smaller room for 6 people!
Left a note and tip for house keeping to leave extra towels, came back tip and note were gone, one bed made. This is our 3rd day here, came back this afternoon to our room not being touched at all! I almost blew a fuse. Went to the front desk and told them, they sent someone after I told them not now because my 3 yr old needed to nap. I then got in touch with thme housekeeping supervisor, told her that we are leaving for dinner at 5:30 please have someone come in, because I personally swept our room with their number 15 vacuum (which was duct taped together! ) and we need new sheets. This hotel is a mess. I stayed at the Residence Inn last year for the ice skating competition and would recommend them everyday over this establishment. The pool area — indoor pool is great. Outdoor pool has loose rock all around it, very dangerous. There are never towels! Be prepared to bring them yourself. Please do not waste your time or money coming here!

The food here is sumptuous. The strawberry margarita is so good.

Close to Hershey Park, Hotel could do with an update, but is still nice, great pools, food and drinks by the pool reasonably priced and good.

I was nervous after reading some of the reviews, but we were pretty happy with our stay. Our room was just as described. The sink drain in the bathroom was very slow, but we never called about it so they didn't have a chance to fix it. The pool and little tiki bar was great. I would have liked to see them stay open later than 10, at least on Friday and Saturday. The menu for the restaurant looked amazing, but we did Hershey both days so we never got a chance to eat there. The breakfast buffet also looked great, but because we thought the kids would be a waste at a buffet, we ate at the diner across the street. It only took us 20 minutes to get to Hershey and it was a way nicer hotel for the price than anything closer.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the event staff is superb! I attended a professional development session here and the catering staff was very accommodating of my dietary needs and professional in their interactions with me, as well as the front desk staff and manager. I'm nearly a local but have thought about a staycation here because of the outstanding experience that I had.

The hotel is nice for its price but, I found stains all over the sheets. My room was left untouched and did not receive new towels during my stay and the front desk fluffed it off when brought to their attention. (Although they did write the room number down, so I am hoping they are looking into the stains) All things aside great for the price and location. They just need to work on cleanliness and providing clean towels. If for some reason I need to go back to this area I would consider staying again.

I liked the stay. The rooms were good. The bedding was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. The air conditioning had a wall thermostat which I prefer. The front desk staff were dressed professionally and very pleasant. The highlight was Starbucks coffee in the room! They had an indoor/outdoor pool. It was worth paying $109 for the night.

The hotel was very clean. The room where well decorated very nice. The service was nice we got very good room service. I will advise more people to go. It nice because there is a mall right next to it includes a Target if you forget anything it really handy.

My company pays for me to stay here… but if it was up to me, I would stay elsewhere. Last night, it took 3 tries to get a room without someone else in it… I wasnt the only guest this was happening to. I have stayed here many times, and have walked into many occupied rooms. Finally, someone at the front desk seemed to care and escorted me to my room with a promise of a breakfast voucher. The promised voucher never arrived.

Thanks to night staff Danny and Deborah for my stay 17th July compliments of United Airlines for a cancelled flight. Gorgeous king bed and beautiful pillows! I could hear a bit of noise but it’s summer and people were in the pool. No complaints — thanks to friendly 5am staff too!

We stayed on floor 8. Hallway to the rooms had a funky smell. Employed sprayed a lemon sent carpet cleaner which then lingered the entire weekend. The bed in the room seemed older as if the springs had worn out. Wasn’t the best nights sleep. The door to the bathroom also wouldn’t shut. Lastly, we were in town for a wedding with a large group. Each night we had drinks at the bar. We told management in advance we planned on having drinks at the bar after the wedding. Management didn’t add any support staff. Just one bartender and one waitress for a group of 100+. They called someone in to help but they didn’t show up till 12am.

The Sheraton was great, very hospitable the rooms were spacious and the general layout as well as the design of the hotel itself was interesting (I especially enjoyed the indoor — outdoor pool along with the fitness centre). In the morning of, there was coffee awaiting us as well as several sorts of snacks and granola bars just in case we didn't have time to make breakfast (which we didn't). My only gripe that I had was the carpet in the rooms felt kind of moist or sticky? It was a strange feeling but other than that, our room was very clean!

The location of the Sheraton was good in my opinion. Being right off the highway made it easy to access. Unfortunately, the front parking lot is somewhat small and forced me to park in the back (where there are plenty of other spaces). The inside of the hotel is 4/5 stars. It's nothing extraordinary, but its clean, welcoming and easy to navigate.

The staff is pleasant and helpful. Location is not ideal but is a short distance away from the airport and multiple good restaurants. The event rooms are nicely decorated and spacious.

Nice facility. Friendly staff. Would have given 5 stars but box spring was broken on our bed and repaired with a splint that had also broken so bed leaned. The refrigerator in the room had been replaced but didn’t fit in the cabinet so it was sitting on top of it like Motel 6. Hotel was full so no changing rooms. The hotel was filled to capacity with soccer kids and families for a local tournament. Staff was unresponsive to complaints about noise in guest room hallways. They also did nothing to control the noise in the restaurant. Paying over $100 for dinner for 2 and the atmosphere was like a Pizza Hut. That said, I would go back. I believe this would have been fine without the soccer mania. Nice areas to relax. The pool area was nice with lots of lounge chairs. The restaurant and pub were comfortable with well prepared food and cocktails. Lots of shopping within walking distance as well as several restaurants.

Hi I stayed there may 27th til may 28th. We drove in from Ohio. When we got there the beds were really shakey. As we were sleeping our beds broke and we ended up on the floor by the next morning. Also by 8:45 am housekeeping was throwing everyone out of there rooms so they can clean. We went to the front desk to tell them and all they said was Im sorry. Never tried to compensate us at all. I have went to corporate and other sites about our experience. They have done nothing except say im sorry for your experience thats it. I have pictures of the bed. This is ridiculous to not make it right to your customers. No hotel should treat you like this. People please watch out or you could end up on the floor also.

Had a one night stay. The food was delicious. It was within walking distance of a target, petsmart, chilli's, sally's and a few other restaurants and stores. The food they offered was great. The bathroom was beautiful. Both public and private. There was complimentary free Wi-Fi. Great place! You should stay there!

Was there for a two day conference. The food was delicious! The hotel was very accommodating for any thing we needed. The upholstered chairs in the conference room were in desperate need of cleaning. At one point the women's public bathroom ran out of toilet paper And it took then quite a while to replenish it.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. I usually have trouble sleeping but slept like a baby on their mattresses. They offered complimentary coffee which was pretty good. I liked that they had a indoor hot tub, but pool area needed to be cleaned up a bit. Over all really nice hotel.

Once you enter there's a nice atmosphere of professionalism. The staff is very attentive and eager to please. The food served was of good quality and temperature. All the areas that we are in are clean and well maintained. The hotel shop is well stocked with necessities and touristy stuff and an ATM to boot. Recommended!

I was there for an all day conference. The front desk personel we're lovely. I looked lost and they didn't even wait for me to ask, they got me pointed in the right direction. The ballrooms and conference rooms were very nice. Lots of room. The food was wonderful. Overall it was a great conference experience.

An older hotel but they have some nice amenities. Workout room, indoor pool, huge meeting rooms, and a nice restaurant and bar. However, the beds need to be replaced. Very bouncy, spring-y beds, with poor support. You can feel the springs and you sink in really bad.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice with ample sockets for laptops and usb plugs for phone charging. The gym is small but in good repair with treadmills, some weight machines, mats and free weights. It has a hot tub and an indoor pool with towels provided. The small store has most small things you might forget and the resturaunt has good food and pleasant servers. They also have computers and printer in lobby. I was there for a convention and the conference rooms were great and able to handle multimedia presentations. The banquets and lunches went smoothly with the set-up, catering staff, and delicious food. We were a big group and were treated always with courtesy and respect. This was the second year in a row I stayed there.

Very nice hotel. They have a wonderful restaurant on premises. We went to a catered affair and it was great. The buffet had everything you could think of including prime rib, chicken, sea bass, fresh lamb and rice and assorted cakes including cheesecake and pastries.

Clean. It is a good hotel and well kept quiet.

The hotel was nice. Nice pool and weight room for a hotel. However the lady at the front desk was not the nicest. And the biggest thing that made me upset was the breakfast. They charged you $16 for I would assume non hotel and give you$6 off if you are a guest. So not only do you pay an arm and a leg to stay which I think is worth it but then they charge for the same free breakfast I could get at Marriott.

The amenities of the hotel are adequate. The outdoor pool was still open which was great for the kids. The main issue is they need to hit all carpeted areas with a vaccum and get them shampooed. Many areas need to have the carpet replaced as they are disgusting. If your idea of an amusement park ride is not having your behind slip off the loose toilet seat, please look elsewhere. Also, to only have three bath towels in a 4 guest room is not acceptable.

I stayed here a few years ago, and I gotta say it's a really nice hotel. The room was perfect and very comfortable. The restaurant food was so delicious. I would definitely come back here again! TOTALLY 5 STARS.

It's a nice hotel, in an older building… which adds to its charm. The bar/restaurant is great! The indoor/outdoor pool is a nice size too. This hotel is just a 10-15 ride from the Hershey Museum!

The hotel was quite nice. Comfy bed, spacious room, but the only issue I had is that we were booked on a hallway that had a traveling youth hockey team. Both the kids and the adults on the hall were loud and obnoxious for about an hour from 9:30pm to 10:30pm. Thankfully I was up later than that and not trying to sleep while they were loud.

Snacks and cider in the lobby the evening I checked in. That was nice. The coffee in my room had a funky oily-sheen crust floating on top of every cup of coffee I made in the room… and they wanted over $2 per cup of coffee in the lobby. I need my coffee… 4/5 stars.

We were there for a dinner for alumni from Bob Jones University. The food was excellent. We were served flank streak with mashed red potatoes and green beans, side salad with choice of dressing, dinner roll. The chocolate cake for dessert was delicious as well as well. The service was prompt and the wait staff were kind and so efficient. There were videos shown and the equipment worked as expected. They were able to face time with students at the University on the projector as well as tune into a basketball game that was being played on campus. There was plenty of extra coffee and tea provided. The room was spacious and a nice temperature. Excellent facility!

It's a decent hotel, but it's bit outdated. The dark colors give it an old vibe. The hotel staff is nice and helpful though. They have an indoor pool and it's close to the airport. I wished they had an early breakfast option for the early flights.

First floor, double bed room. Clean, spacious in the bed area. The bathroom was small, but functional. I used all the pillows as they were quite squishy. The fitness room was nice, plenty of machines. I didn't use the pool, but had to walk past it to get to the fitness center. Overall it was a good experience.

Everything was great except for the restaurant in the hotel. When paying with cash, they'll give you back the correct change, but if you pay with credit card for lunch, they'll charge and extra three dollars for no reason. I won't be going back due to the restaurant doing that.

Attended an professional even in the conference rooms. The facilities we're very nice and the conference hall had adequate AV equipment. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel located in Harrisburg, about 20 min west of Hershey, which is where we went. Standard Sheraton room, small bathroom, mini fridge. Nice outdoor pool area, outdoor pool connects to indoor pool; indoor hot tub too. Free parking, close to a strip mall and restaurants. Plenty of meeting space too.

The hotel was amazing. The look and feel was so comfortable and the pool and bar where nice as well. The hose maides were honest. I lost a $20 bill in my room they found it and put it on the desk. I'd definatly stay there again and recommend to friends as well.

The hotel accommodation was on point. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The place even though they were quite busy with conferences, it ran so smooth you didn't know what was going on. We love the pools and the outside Tiki bar! The restaurant was top grade!

Good hotel for the price. Convenient location, and nice pool. Rooms could be a bit cleaner though. Don't get me wrong it's not bad, but it could be a little better. 3.5 stars.

50% of staff don't speak English. Shower head was loosely hanging out of hole in drywall. Shower curtain was falling off. Faucets leaked constantly all over counter. Food from room service was almost too salty to eat and solely cooked by microwave, below high school lunch quality. Pool was full of loud kids from the neighborhood that snuck in, staff doesn't enforce wrist band access. Several chairs around pool had food soaked into them. Ice maker at the end of the hall was leaking water all over the floor. The staff that spoke English we're friendly and apologetic, meal was taken off bill. This hotel is just in sad shape and poorly maintained.

Super clean and very friendly staff. We got to the Sheraton at 3:30am with no reservation after a unpleasant check in experience at another local hotel. The front desk was so friendly and quickly accommodated us. Great morning breakfast options. I Would definitely return.

Nice and friendly staff, good amenities like bar, pool and restaurant. Good location. The rooms must have been good at some time in past but they are in dire need of attention. They exude an air of neglect. Furniture looks shabby and not like french country or shabby chic shabby; actually shabby. There was a hole in the window which must let insects in and cold air in during winter. The carpet was kind of grimy. It's not the usual clean you expect from a 4 star or even 3 star. This is the dirtiest Sheraton I've ever stayed at. Even the 4 points by Sheraton is usually cleaner than that.

Check in experience was sub par. When asking about amenities associated to their loyalty program, staff was not able to answer questions. Restaurant was loud and had very few outlets so not a great environment for anyone looking to get work done. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the service and courtesy displayed by the hospitality concierge in their club room, Layla. And my waitress from the restaurant. Both made the experience enjoyable enough to give it another shot.

The staff where horrible was here for a horse expo highly recommended place spent over $500 for 2 nights with the breakfast me and my whole barn family was yelled at by a employee who was out of line and we where not doing anything. Half are stuff in the room did not work the remote will not work I have tried 2 remotes both are broken are outlite keeps going on and off when something is plugged in. The breakfast you pay for when u pay for it from the hotel not the restaurant down stairs is pitafull watery eggs and hard sausage. And the fruit was old and very squishy only had OJ to drink (I have terrible heartburn and I can not drink it) we where told that all hotels are like that and I have stayed in hotels that give you under the sun when it's breakfast. This hotel we are never going to ever again.

I had a great stay here a whole ago! There is a lot of parking, and the lobby is big and comfortable. There was a long delay in getting our room but we got the rollaway we requested almost instantly. The pool is enormous, and is both indoor and outdoor, so you can always swim I'd you want. The gym is excellent as well. Our room was very spacious and clean, but since the bathroom door was a sliding door instead of a regular door it didn't completely shut/lock so that was a downside. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and fulfilled our request for a quiet room. The food in the hotel is very good as well. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Hershey Park, which is very convenient to those tracking to visit there. The hotel is also very close to a shopping centre with a target and other stores, which is also very convenient. I will definitely plan on staying here again!

I was at a seminar in a banquet room. The temperature of room was perfect. The display of the continental breakfast was well laid out and very good.

On the plus side everyone was very positive. In the minus side the conference room that we held was freezing cold to the point where I had to ask for blankets. Room service only made our bed they did not straighten the room up the pillows that were on the floor remained on the floor in the same exact place. Also we were placed by the elevator where we could hear the elevator up and down all night. However when we had a problem with their first room because the maintenance people were working on the heating system they place to send a nice room on the 8th floor and gave us a complimentary service to the lounge which was very nice that they did that for us.

The hotel was in a convenient location to work at Hershey park during an event the following day. It was a beautiful facility on the inside. My room was spotless, and pre-chilled on a really hot day. Great experience.

I was at the Harrisburg location for a business event. It was very clean and without a lot of outside noise. I didn't have any interaction with staff.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though a little chilly. Lunch was excellent as well. Highly recommended.

This was a very disappointing stay. The housekeeping/maintenance was not up to par and the somewhat recent renovation was shoddy. Missing light bulbs, unclean carpets, trash in the room. It is an older property with a potential for a nice property; however, it does not live up to its potential.

Great place to stay with a very professional staff. My only real complaint is that the elevator capacity seemed low, compounded by such a busy weekend, and it would routinely take 5 minutes or more just to get on an elevator. All the amenities were great, and the staff was amazing.

We stayed overnight to attend the Hershey Bears play-off game. The room was very nice overlooking the pool. We were very impressed with the pool, wishing we didn't have to leave so early the next day. The shower was nice and hot even as the third person took theirs. The only downside was the pillows. They were all loose down that flattened out. All in all it was a very nice overnight stay.

Amazing hotel. Pool was lovely and the lobby is huge. Parking could have been better but this was a minor issues. Our room was clean and had no issues.

I went to the Sheraton for a professional conference. The location was great. Easy to get to and I was able to avoid harrisburg city traffic. Lunch was provided and was well done. There were vegetarian options as well as a variety of meat. The meal was fresh and healthy. The room was relatively comfortable.

OK, so I don't like to give really bad reviews but this hotel is beyond bad. Room was in the worst shape I've ever seen any hotel room. Sheets unchanged and covered in dirt and bodily fluids. Not ok. Lock on the bathroom didn't work. Which mind you was tiny. There was only 1 bed in my 4 person room. Truly awful experience. Don't stay at this hotel!

This was the worst possible hotel I have ever been. Noisy, dirty, old and not functioning cooling system. This is horrible. The worst part is noise and toilet flushes that do not work properly. Never ever again. I had said that I need a room with minial noise because of my infant. I hear drilling, sewing, smashing noise, unbelievable.

Great location. Tons of food options nearby. Wi-Fi is fast and easy to connect to. Staff overly friendly. Shuttle to airport is fast and clean. Rooms are clean enough.

Stayed here for a night on the way to New York. The hotel restaurant had good good and St. Patty's day specials. The room was large and spacious. We founds the club on the 10th floor and it had a nice array of food for dinner and breakfast. Just wish the front desk would have told us about it at check in.

While the rooms have been somewhat remodeled, traveling as a single female I was placed in a ground level, street view. There was a big "raised" blob of something on my duvet, dirty toilet, hair and mold in my shower. New improvements of tiled shower only are great, if you keep the tiles clean. I shouldn't have to wear shoes in the shower. There was a thick dust level also in the bathroom. Worst experience ever.

Location was perfect since it was near a mall, shopping center, Walmart and Sam's Club. The room was huge and beautiful. A very pleasant experience.

This hotel was lovely, our room was large and clean and the bathroom was also very nice. Friendly staff, easy check in, and on-site bar/restaurant made this place a great hotel to spend the night. The only drawback cannot be avoided, many travelers with children stay here to go to the Hershey attractions and so the lobby/restaurant/pool can become loud and unruly very quickly.

Beautiful place with kind staff. The rates were reasonable and its location was convenient to many local places.

Was there for a wedding. Great food and very nice venue.

I attended a conference here. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, the food was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the shower pressure left something to be desired. But still worth it!

Long wait to check in with only one person ahead of me and the manager busy about; not at all concerned that a patron is waiting so long. Phone in the room had to be 30-40 years old and didn't work; front desk not the least concerned about the phone (had to call them on my cell). This property was obviously flooded at some point based on the odor that permeates the hallways. I parked around the back for easy access to our room but the rear entrance was like an industrial setting with large pipes, no decor, and cobwebs all over the door (obviously this entrance is not used by either management or the property owners). All this at one of the highest prices I've ever paid for a hotel room. Both the Sheraton corporation and the owners of this property should be ashamed of themselves for having the doors open to the public and for charging the prices they are charging! There is no excuse for something like this! What would it take, 30 seconds for the manager to walk through and inspect each room? My bathroom door even had two holes in it and the tile in the tub area looked like it was regrouted by Mr Magoo. Even the survey sent by Starwoods was grossly inadequate.

The only plus here is that it was pet-friendly, which was helpful for, you know, our pet. The room smelled so bad. It was incredibly damp and went between really cold when the AC fan was on, to hot and muggy when the fan went off. The carpet was damp. The beds were damp. Our clothes became damp. There was an AC controller on the wall but apparently guests aren't allowed to mess with it because it didn't respond when we pushed the buttons. I really wanted to open a window to let out some of the stink and to get humidity relief after it stormed, but there's a lock on the window, even though there's a screen. I'm guessing they had to put in suicide locks because this place is so depressing. The TV remote didn't work. Also the fridge was f****d. We were here for five days and were not about to get all our meals from hotel food, so we stocked the tiny (really tiny) fridge as much as possible. All of our food froze. And there's no microwave, so our only choice was raw food, which we had to let thaw before we could eat. I will never go to a Sheraton again.

There was nothing nice about this hotel. It was dirty and dingey. The food was overpriced and not very good. No complimentary breakfast of any kind no coffee in the lobby. Our room was filthy and there was hair in our bed. We had to fix the mini fridge ourselves. They said they'd move us to a better room but it was the same room different floor. My wife's breakfast was raw. The most they offered was 2000 points or a 25 dollar discount. Lot of good that does. Stuck here for two lousy days for a conference. I will never stay at a Sheraton again.

Great stay. Was in the hotel for four nights attending a convention. The staff was exceptional. I think that is what set this hotel apart and prompted me to write this review. Rooms are well appointed, beds are good. I've paid a lot more for less at other hotels. Only downside is the walls are a bit thin, but then I am sensitive to that sort of thing. Once I figured out how to leave the fan on though I slept very well with a touch of white noise. I will definitely stay here again.

This Sheraton needs an update desperately. The lobby and check-in look newly renovated but the rooms look like they were designed in the mid-80s. The staff is great and service was solid. The pictures are a tad misleading nj terms of appearance.

On the surface it looks nice. Lobby clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. The room with 2 beds cramped and needs to be updated. Room has a damp musty smell. Changed the AC settings still the same. Took a shower and the bathroom was full of steam with the fan running. Took the bathroom filter out and found it had never been cleaned. Brought it to the front desk and they apologized, but did not change my room. The next evening after the room was supposedly cleaned we found 2 dirty glasses. No clean ones. We had only one towel to share. Again they apologized. At night young kids running up and down the halls to the pool. One elevator was impossible to get on due to over crowding and kids abusing it. Management did nothing about it. Extremely disappointed by the management not correcting the issues. This is not typical of a Sheraton.

Lost our tablet charging adapter and cable in the room plus our unopen drinks of Japanese green tea matcha. We did not check out. We did brought most our things to our car. We came back. The whole room is brand new. The charger that was plugged next to the clock is missing. Our drinks in the refrigerator are missing. The hotel cannot find them and bears no responsibility. There is not even an apology. The kid will not be happy on his car ride back with a drained battery tablet. It's not easy to buy an original charging cable as the plug is different. I thought I pay more would expect better service and things won't get lost. Now we know not to leave anything behind in the hotel room even though we did not check out.

Second time there, stayed a week. Desk and all staff helpful. Very nice buffet dinner for our program. AV and set up staff bent over backwards to make our presentations well supplied with what we needed. I forgot my toiletry bag and I called to report it forgotten. They shipped it to my home and they paid! Housekeeping was great mostly, poor once. Walk to El Sol, fresh mex. 5 guys, Target, JC Pennys, and got a new pair of shoes. Drive 15 min to Thai Palace north on 81 and west on 83 then 11 for the best Thai in east central us (and I go to a lot of Thai restaurants! ) Continue west on 11 for Wegmans, best grocery chain in us. Also 10 minutes from Sheraton to a great Indian Restaurant near the river on the east side.

Staff were very courteous. Reasonably nice and clean room, except for the mildew in the shower grout which was pretty bad. Beds are very firm, bordering on hard. Price to quality ratio is way off, because of the location. At $160+ per weeknight, I would think they could afford some soft bed toppers and shower renovations, or at least some serious grout cleaning and re-sealing.
