Very impressed! We stood for a day to see Ms. Jackson at the Hershey Stadium. I was not expecting much for the price. I would have paid more. The room was big, clean and smelled fresh. Located in a very convenient area not far from places to eat. They even have my coffee creamer from home. I will definitely be staying here again when I’m visiting the Hershey area.

Location is a bit awkward, but not too bad. The rooms are very clean and much more appealing than the outside of the building would suggest. Service is fine, I'm very to myself so not much service was required. What little service I did receive was the usual bed making and fresh towels, so it was fair if you ask me. Overall, enjoyable stay.

Excellent value for money, newly remodeled, nice hot breakfast, very clean.

The hotel was very easily located. Right off the exit. Literally. BUT, said there was a pool on the website. Got there, no pool. Also was suppose to call our room on Friday evening for more towels as there were 4 of us in the room, and more pillows. Never got called for either. My friend had to go and get the towels and they said that they were not giving us more pillows. We also had to get the toilet paper too. 1 roll for 4 people, come on. The toilet took forever to fill up just to flush. We were very disappointed with the non friendliness, and not supplying us with our needs.

We are staying here now. Travelled from England. Room nice but very dissapoined to find no pool as was stated when we booked. This was one of the main reasons for choosing it. Not enough towels and bathroom tissue Key Cards very temperamental. Some staff more helpful than others.

Clean rooms, wasn't bothered by staff, TV had good channels and the showers was hot. There were some loud guests at around 10 pm but they quieted down fast 1 restaurant and 2 fast food places next door and the breakfast was nice but kind of basic.

Rooms were clean and nice. The free breakfast was great. There were eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, Belgian waffles, oatmeal, cereal, juices, coffee, tea, etc. And check out wasn't until noon.

Had a great stay. Only thing was the breakfast was at front office. Had to go out in the cold to front for it. Never made it… too cold.

We come to the hotel for our visits to the Harrisburg/Hershey area. The rooms are beautiful, they are in the process of updating the rooms and they look great. Beds are comfortable, shower is nice and clean. The vanity is beautiful, the mirror lights up the whole room. TV is fantastic, a lot of great channels. Wi-Fi works great. But the best is the Breakfast! It is wonderful! Hot food and cold, bagels, toast, cereal, waffles, eggs, biscuits and juice. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Great staff! The front desk attendants where great! The manager was very helpful and very pleasant. Great people and experience! Will defiantly stay there again. Along with a great river view of the Susquehanna!

I was just there for Motorama 2018, and for the price and breakfast included, I could not complain. Waffles, Sausage, Orange Juice, etc. Enough to fill me up before I left to start my day. When I arrived the staff was nothing but nice — offering me a room wherever I wanted, 1st floor, 3rd, etc, front or back of building. It was a nice room, fairly clean. Our parking lot was plowed after getting about 5 inches of snow… We did have problems with our room keys staying programmed to our room, and had to get them reset. But overall, very satisfied with our room, and I'd come back next year, when competing in Ms. Motorama. Thanks!

Clean place well located. Lunch OK. Very good for the price. A can noise at night outside.

This hotel was much better than I expected for the price and after reading the previous reviews. I honestly have no complaints. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and everything I needed was there. The room included a desk, comfortable chair, television, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board. Check-in was quick and easy, staff was efficient. I had a small problem with the room key card when I first arrived, but they got it straightened out right away. I was surprised at how many options they had for breakfast, considering most hotels in that price range that offer free breakfast only have coffee and packaged pastries. They had coffee, hot chocolate, juice, yogurt, eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels and toast, muffins, and fruit (there could be more I'm forgetting).

Spacious and comfortable room with large fluffy beds.

Well, I work on the road and stay in hotels constantly. This is the worst hotel experience ever! Wish I could give it a — 5 stars. This is the 3rd week in a row that my card has been over charged. Making it next to impossible to give my kids a nice Christmas when an extra $600+ is charged to my card. I didn't even stay there this week but they charged my card anyhow. The same thing has happened to every single guy on my crew also. Do not give them your cc info! The staff isn't on the same page and have no clue what they are doing. The rooms smell of marijuana half the time and when my wife and kids came to visit me I felt embarrassed. As of right now, I am not going back and am still being charged my weekly rate. Stay far away from this place! I tried calling this morning with of course no answer so I figure I'll write this nice, pleasant review and let the owner or whoever wants to address this situation, you have an hour to put my money back and delete my cc info from your computer system like I asked to be done several times already or I am making a phone call to the better business bureau. If you feel like you would want to talk to me now, please give me a call. X-tenant room 307. Oh and you can forget about the 30+ rooms in needed for February! Thanks, Dave.

The rooms were really nice. They looked like new. The staff was really quick and efficient on checking me in and getting me to my room.

I can't give it less than one star, but I would if I could. I made my reservation on a Saturday for a Tuesday evening. We got in at 10:15 Tuesday night and was given our room. I unlocked the door, and the first thing I noticed was the stench. Then, the light switch did not turn on, but from the outside lights, it looked as if someone was actually IN the bed. When my husband went in and finally turned on the light, it was just an unmade bed. It hadn't been cleaned. I promptly went back down to the office and was then told that they had no more Kings left, they had only queens. So after arguing that I wasn't going to pay the same price (like they wanted me to) they supposedly gave me a Queen. We lugged all our stuff upstairs only to find two doubles. There was no way I was paying to sleep in a separate bed from my husband. I went back down to the office and the clerk then argued that she didn't tell me that they had queens left. I was fed up by this time and cancelled and took my chances getting a last minute room down the road. I will never use this chain again.

I don't know what happened with the others posting … but when we got our room the first one had no sheets and the key was still in the room from the last tenants… went and told them and the room they put us in was very clean and temperature was spot on … nice size refrigerator, nice furnishings as well so we had an amazing experience and the price a whopping cheap cheap (under 60) so yeah I'm giving it a 5 star … enjoy your stay ;)

The cleanliness is ridiculous. I got switched to a different room due to the lack of a fridge and dirty toilet. The next room was missing the smoke detector, hair dryer, and it was apparent that they only replaced the towels. There was still hair on the shower walls from the previous guest and even in the bed sheets. The breakfast was lame. Cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and toast.

Good enough for the price. Occupancy was full when I arrived there, staff was helpful. Room wasn't the best, but it ok if you don't have super high expectations. 5 minute drive to downtown.

We have stayed here for many years. It has steadily gone downhill. It used to have wonderful breakfasts. Now it is basically toast, cereal & coffee. They had a lot of perks that our now gone :popcorn fruit etc. We could not even find sugar for our coffee. The key didn't work. The shower did not work. When we needed towels they had none. We saw bugs which we thought were cockroaches. Even though we have stayed their for 20 years, we wont be going back. Im sorry to say.

Not bad at all. People use the word dated. I'd use the word classic. Building design is classic. Invokes good memories of staying at similarly designed hotels. Rooms we're spotless.

Hard working front desk worker. First room wasn't clean. Building is dated but under reservations. Kinda gross looking.

Rooms aren't bad and the hotel is easily accessible from the highway. Everything else is terrible. We had reserved a crib months in advance and even called before to confirm. There wasn't one in the room when we arrived. Had to ask three times and finally got a broken one. They didn't have anymore so we had to tape it with packing tape. There is NO POOL. The website said there was and our kids were so excited but they had recently taken it out. They are renovating so there are dumpsters and storage bins everywhere. Our rooms didn't get made up.

Room that was booked was not available. Booked handicapped got 3rd floor instead. Filthy room bathroom disgusting hair all in bed all in shower food all over stove! be happy to share pics!

July 2017. They do not have a pool anymore. Our room was comfortable. But, the floor was dirty and sticky. Also, it was not a breakfast. Even for continental, it was terrible. We came to breakfast approximently at 8:15. There was only cereal, toast, coffee, and juice. No one checked on supplies. I had to ask for butter, there was non around and the front desk man was not friendly.

Not a great experience when we arrived they had our reservation canceled. The were able to get us a room. However there was no hot water for 2 days. The hotel comp 1/2 of on night. Then the coffee maker didn't work…

Currently I would not recommend. Seems to be people living full time at place. Under some kind of remodel. They were working till 9 at night. Kind of a dump.

Cheap motel. Bed was not good, felt weird taking to clerk though bulletproof glass.

Rooms were clean and they offered smoking ones! Fort Hunter was cute and it was close to downtown.

The rooms smelled awful, but the service and breakfast were both wonderful.

Rooms were very neat and clean. Had a mini fridge and microwave as well. And hot breakfast every morning till 9 am. Good experience.

The rooms there are in fair shape. The cleaning crew could do a better job, because I found a pair of black socks in the room. The second room I got was cleaner but the A/C had a loose cover. For the price in that area I guess it's not too bad since I've had worse.

Surprised by recent 1 star reviews, as my stay was very good. Friendly staff, clean room, decent breakfast, moderate rate.

First thing first, upon arrival the hotel looks dated and unattractive. My daughter works for this company and reserved three rooms. No problem there, but after about an hour in the room she was faced with a mother's nightmare, bedbugs on the mattress. She immediately went into the rooms if her family and encountered the same thing, bugs in all the mattress's. Needless to say, she went down to the front desk and informed the representative that everyone was leaving. The first thing the rep said, "Well, your not gonna get your money back". This young lady showed no care or concern for this customers complaint. Cudos on the hospitality service there. As it goes, we will not be staying at any Day's Inn's anytime soon. Sadly, we don't have a name of the rep on duty, but the date was 7/14/2015 and the time was 12:30 am. We hope Days Inn puts in the effort to track down this individual and give them remidial training or an immediate release.

Made reservation quickly without doing proper research. We paid for a room only to leave an hour later. Dirty, moldy, and unsafe. Unprofessional staff that did not care about their customers. Drove down a few more exits and stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. Clean, modern, professional. And the hot breakfast (pancakes, eggs, bacon, and pastries) were amazing!

Would be a zero star review. Lots of bugs everywhere. I have to close the lights in the room to get in so They don't sneak in. Most sketchy place I have ever been to. Would NEVER EVER stay again.

Clean, nice rooms for a great price. A little further from Hershey then expected. But worked out fine for one night.

Great little inexpensive place. I'd give it 5 stars if the pool were indoors (it's not) and heated (again, it's not). They do have a small 24hr fitness center, which is a nice touch. Still, a nice place, very friendly staff, and overall quite enjoyable. I'll gladly stay here again.

I am going to recommend it to my friend. Everyone is friendly even the old, man That works at Wendys.

The room had a horrible stale smoke smell. We requested non-smoking and ended up with smoking room. The bathroom door was visibly dirty around the handle. The air conditioning unit door was hanging off. The price was reasonable and the complimentary breakfast was good. When we returned home, all of our bags smelled like smoke. I didn't appreciate my baby's diaper bag smelling like smoke. Next time, I will be willing to pay more for a better hotel.
