One of the worst stays ever. Stayed here because the other Marriott was remodeling and look like a war zone my last stay. However, I don’t think I would ever stay at a Marriott in Pittsburgh again. The millennial manager and the house cleaning staff were pathetic and refused to replace bedsheets with toenail clippings from the last tenant. The general manager never return my call, never spoke to me. The head of housekeeping needs to be fired. The cleaning woman on my first day there stated that it wasn’t time to change the sheets yet. The time to change the sheets is when I tell you to, and when the last client checks out. You are a filthy, nasty hotel managed by people with no sense of ethics or accomplishment. I’ve read all the reviews with similar circumstances. The health apartment needs to check this place out and I advise everyone to put Post-it notes inside the pillowcases so the next person will know that they didn’t change the sheets or pillowcases. This is a horrible place and they do not care. I think the best place in the area is still hired Hyatt place I have had good experiences at that hotel and I’m not concerned that have refused to change sheets or clean the room adequately. Marriott needs to take some action against these idiots. I will try to post pictures or send to health department if I do not get a response from Marriott Corporate.

Great wedding reception! This place was just great for a friend's wedding reception. It was clean, modern, accommodating and an overall memorable experience.

Its very clean but there in no microwave in the room. There is one in the hallway and there is also an ice mechanic. The room has a small refrigerator. If you're looking for a hot tub there in none. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Let me start by saying both rooms were beautiful and clean. We slept well and comfortably. To start off the cc number they had didn't match mine and that should of been the first clue. So we check in (party of 4) to unload and take our bags up to a king size room. Single king, we booked a double queen, party of 4. Get a text from my cc saying Iv been charged $410.00. The room we booked was $96.79. Go down to the desk to get this resolved. The attendant didn't know how this happened and couldn't find my reservation. He calls someone and they walk him through switching rooms for me. So now I have a 2 queen room but I receive another text saying Iv been charged another $120.00. So at this point I have been charged $530.00 for a room I booked at $96.79. I figure I'll resolve this come morning. Morning comes and I get told that there is nothing they can do but once I check out the $530.00 that is pending will be reversed and only the $96.79 will be billed but it might a few days for the pending to go away. So at this point I have been charged $606.79, I will see the pending charges of $510.00 in 7-10 days. All of this is because 2 people with the same name stayed on the same day. Their verification process (match the cc numbers) didn't catch this and we checked into eachothers room. When I said I had a party of 4 it didn't register that a king room might not work. When the reservation number didn't match. All these things come down to properly trained people.

The complex is a nice one, as it has the Courtyard and the Marriot in the same lot. The service was very friendly and the rooms/bathrooms were clean. Great overnight stay.

Sharon Markovich is events is awesome. She really worked with me and our guest for our wedding. She made life so much easier for me.

Pretty typical Courtyard experience. If you stayed at one, you stayed at others. Comfy bed and quiet.

Needed to pick up co workers and ended up hanging out in the lobby for a bit. Nice looking place.

Good clean rooms, friendly staff. Great hotel!

Our company had our bi mothly meeting here last Friday. It was easy to find, the meeting room was clean, spacious, and bright. There was coffee service and water provided.

Well where do I start, my boyfriend surprised me with dinner and a night away from kids and chaos of us both working 40+ hours a week. We had a nice dinner and drinks at the new Patron in Cranberry and came back to this hotel to sit and relax, drink some beer and enjoy quiet. Our window was right above where the outdoor fire pit was and people were drinking, smoking and having a good time. After we had consumed some beers, my boyfriend and I were laying in bed when the Cranberry Police banged on our door and demanded to enter. Both of us were in our underwear half asleep and we had the police accusing us of smoking marijuana in our room (which was not true) they searched the room and found nothing! They harassed us and told us we needed to leave the hotel immediately. Now I was uncomfortable about this bc we had been drinking safely in our room and now the police and hotel were making us LEAVE! So you want us to get into a vehicle at 2am knowing we had been drinking and basically put our lives at risk along with others!

Great mid range hotel north of Pittsburgh. All the amenities you would expect from a Courtyard. Pool and exercise areas are nice and the hotel is clean. I did miss a complementary breakfast, but there are breakfast options available. We used the pool at the hotel and it was also clean and well maintained.

Enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was very clean and in a nice location. Approximately 25 minutes from downtown pittsburgh. We booked through groupon and received the free breakfast. Breakfast was cooked to order. I ordered eggs, bacon, toast and breakfast potatoes and my hubby ordered the freanch toast. It was sooo good! The staff was awesome! We will definitely stay here again!

Our room was clean. Our beds were comfortable. The curtains were nice and thick so we could sleep in easily. The water pressure in the shower was good and I had plenty of hot water. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. I think the walls were also plenty thick. I never heard any other guests while I was in the room. There is a bistro in the main lobby but we didn't eat there because it seemed too expensive considering there are countless other restaurants close by.

We were there for a hockey tournament. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great court yard with large fire pit and lots of seating. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

They were very nice. (All staff). My things were taking care of in the parking lot. They have 24 hour patrols of security guards. I have never stayed in the state nor place… But I will tell ya, all where the security was on point and in place did such a great job. Credit to josh green for doing a wonderful job. Y’all got a great employee with that guy. And he is really cool, nice, funny, and he does his job 1st. Good man. … this is a place I could leave my car/ room on locked it I wanted to. They made me and my family so welcome. … I am blessed I chose this place to stay. Management is great too. Thank y’all for having my family. I will recommend y’all to everyone that is passing through. :)

This is my first choice anytime I have work in the area. The staff is first class, friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities have been maintained very well and I always have a good stay.

Very nice rooms, good food though a bit expensive.

Meeting room was fine. Lunch they provided was disgusting. Roast beef was literally green and the bread was still frozen.

We only stayed for a quick overnight — got in very late and left the following morning. So can't really speak to the full experience. But it was clean and well appointed in typical Courtyard fashion. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking was nice. Sole difficulty (not that this can really be held against them) was finding it late at night — GPS was a little vague, and it's in an industrial park with several other hotels — but once over that hurdle, things were good.

We needed a place to stay when our power & water was out from the storm… love Marriott. We had a nice stay. Quiet, clean & comfortable. Staff is friendly & check-in was quick & painless. Definitely recommend to out of town family & friends.

Located in a suburb of Pittsburgh that offers plenty of shopping and casual dining options. Hotel is well designed, with an in house bistro that offers breakfast and dinner options as well as serving Starbucks coffee and drinks. Service at the bistro and front desk was exceptionally fast and courteous. Arrived to find out I was the 'rewards member of the day' which set the stay off nicely.

Great room, I loved having Starbucks coffee and a great breakfast downstairs in the morning instead of a gross continental. Great option if you don't want to spend the money for the Marriott.

A great deal, lovely clean quiet and spacious. Mall within walking distance. Great place to stopover or commute into Pittsburg. Clean and new!
