Pillows are way to soft and bed is way too hard didn't sleep well at all not to mention in lot of pain due to hard bed.

Excellent beautiful brilliant.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent room, excellent breakfast, clean and cozy.

A lot of eateries very close by.

Mary Kate, Jake, Sierra, Melissa, Michelle, Beth Anne, Sara and Matt all went over and above treating me like family during my stay. They are all wonderful. Alex walked around like she was better than everyone including snubbing the guests. Clean, comfortable rooms, nice pool and perfect location. I'll be back.

I was alone with my daughter. We always feel safe at a Hyatt Place. Perfect place to go when traveling and you need a nice hotel.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. I wish I could upload pictures to this post. Our comforter was soiled in multiple spots, it looked like someone had an accident in the bed and no one cleaned it. We took it off the bed as soon as we got there. We didn’t want the cleaners to put the comforter back on the bed so we just left the “do not disturb” on the door for the three days we were there. The breakfast area was so gross, they didn’t even bother to wipe up messes that were made. Will not stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice, pool was a good size plenty of seating water was a little chilly though. Great area lots of stores and restaurants. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the breakfast. But will most definitely stay there again.

The staff is so accomodating and kind, especially Melissa. Her response was always swift and professional. My family stayed for five days and I would definitely recommend the Hyatt. The standard rooms are very large. The custodians were generous with clean towels and toiletries. The pool is huge. The staff were all friendly but mostly stay of the guests' way. I have never met a nicer hotel staff, seriously. They served drinks and meals, distributed supplies, answered questions about reservations, and provided tourist attractions without missing a beat. Five star accommodation and service!

The room was beautiful and the staff was friendly. But speaking as someone who travels for a living, this was the WORST hotel breakfast I've ever had. Eggs were spongy and pancakes were rubbery, no one in our party could stomach either one. Not what I expect from Hyatt, not even what I would expect from a motel 6. Again, beautiful rooms, friendly staff. Just plan on going out for breakfast.

Had a king sized suite. The room was very spacious. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, not as good as some other breakfasts at comparable hotels, but there was a lot of variety; sausage was the highlight.

Came here for a work meeting. Room was very clean and no issues. Rooms were nicer than I expected. But I did somehow erase my room key by putting on next to my phone in my pocket, so I'd advise against that. But the staff was very respectful andnice for accommodating for that issue. Other than that, a nice place, with a bar and pool.

Excellent front desk crew! Very comfortable bed, with a bountiful supply of pillows. The room is clean and very comfortable with a nice work desk! The breakfast is the next best thing to a full scale restaurant! In house bar for a night cap! If my travels bring me back to Cranberry Township, this is where you'll find me!

Check in was very fast and staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Room was very new looking, and extremely clean. Suburban location offers easy access to downtown Pittsburgh. Highly recommended.

Attended a wedding that used the hotel as lodging as well as their multipurpose room for after the reception. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The facility as a whole is very well kept and maintained. No complaints and would recommend for anyone looking to house guests for events in and around Cranberry Township.

Room was very spacious. Bed was clean. No stains that I found. The toilet and shower were nice and clean. The door to the bathroom should open outwards because it's such a tight fit opening inwards that you have to move out of the way when you're trying to come back out. Our room had one of the most annoying sounds coming from the mini fridge. Really hope they fix this or replace these fridges. The breakfast was crappy. No options and they don't refill items often. Better off saving your stomach and finding food outside. Parking lot available.

Very clean and open atmosphere. I stayed here for a wedding and the shuttle WAS suppose to ride us to the wedding, however the female driver was so RUDE we got out of her van, she doesn't need to be working with the public. However the hotel was great!

Great place to stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Comfortable furnishings and secure rooms. The entire property is well kept. Plenty of amenities available, including shuttle service. Loads of shopping and wonderful places to eat within a short drive. Would make a good place to stay on a shopping trip, romantic getaway, or business trip in the area. Traffic in the area can be crazy, but hotel sits back away from main strip. Easy to access and exit at traffic lights. Would most certainly stay again if in the area.

It's fine and very nice but it has some details. The bed is not very comfortable and the hot water is murky. Everything else very well.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, however, our bathroom was super small. Had to close the door to turn around. Complimentary breakfast had lots of good choices both hot and cold. Excellent location!

Beautiful hotel and gorgeous room, would definitely stay here again. Loved the modern rooms and how spacious they were. Bed was comfy and the TV was very large. My issues that I had were minor and would not affect my next stay there. The only thing I had wished that could be improved was receiving the full attention from the staff upon checkout without feeling like I was interrupting a staff meeting (which I was).

The rooms were fairly large and comfortable, but the mattress made my back sore. The breakfast was good. I would recommend going early to get a table and avoid waiting for food. The pool was nice, but crowded at times and they ran out of towels when we stayed. It was during a hockey tournament, though, which probably increased the use of the pool.

Not sure how this place has as many stars as it does. Everyone is friendly. And yes the room is clean, WHEN THEY ACTUALLY CLEAN IT. Our first day here no one came to clean the room. My mom had to go down and ask, around 5pm. Same thing the third day. At one point there were zero towels in the pool room. At another time there was cereal crunched up in the elevator all day. It didn’t get cleaned until we told someone. Multiple times at breakfast they ran out of silverware, plates, bowls, food, cups. Basically everything. I could tell the employees working were trying to keep up. But it wasn’t enough. And there wasn’t enough seating for everyone. The garbage and dirty dishes were overflowing. Needless to say there was a lot of moaning and groaning by the guests trying to get breakfast. One lady even made a small speech telling all of us that we need to complain and get our room comped for the night. She said that’s the only way anything will get better, is if everyone complains. Oh, and I almost forgot the best part, the elevator stopped working, while my mom was in it! And then an employee told my mom that that elevator “breaks all the time”. My mom chose to stay here when she came to visit me because the last Hyatt she stayed at (in DC) was so amazing. This place really needs to get it together. Add on a few days later: I came down super early to avoid the breakfast hassle of the past few days. I went to make toast and they are completely out of butter packets for toast.

Stayed here over Christmas and it was really lovely. The staff was kind and went the extra mile: I had a hankering for a bowl of cereal and the employee got an entire cup for me. Small things like that made the stay at this Hyatt lovely. The only thing missing was a hot tub!

Nice hotel. Clean and tidy. Nice rooms and beds, very spacious. The breakfast isn't amazing, hotels all seem to be using eggs from a carton now and they are terrible. Good experience, the hotel was very helpful when I had to extend my stay. Decent location for Cranberry.

They are very friendly people who works at night. The man knew I had an issue with my card and so he checked in my parents to the same room with me under their card so that I could have a warm place to SLEEP and when they come tonight they will meet him and be able to run their card til mine clears on Friday! Thank you very much for switching our room to a double so that we can share it and split IT up between the 3 of us when I leave Friday!

The Hyatt was wonderful! I booked a block of rooms here for my Wedding and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! Overall I was very pleased with my experience and our stay.

Great location right off the highway. It made it easy to get to and to get going to places. The room was really nice. Bed was easy to sleep in. Even had a couch to sit on for the bit of free time I had.

Worst stay ever. We killed 3 massive bugs that looked like cockroaches. Tgere was black mold all over the bath mat. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine when it was on. 3 of the 7 light bulbs didn't work. Lastly, we specifically requested not to be next to the ice machine and we were directly across from it, despite the fact that I booked the room a month in advance. When I requested we be moved away from the loud ice machine, which was frequented all night, I was told they couldn't move us because the hotel was fully booked. Horrible, horrible stay.

Very good rooms and amazing staffs. Excellent for short stays. Provides free shuttle for 5 miles. Complementary breakfast is ok. Only cons are lack of kitchenette and guest self laundry machine for long business stays.

It's a nice hotel. The fitness room is closed "until further notice, " which is an ominous sign that it's likely down until there's enough of an outcry to warrant it being open again. I've used the fitness room a few times. It was cramped, but it served it's purpose, though the treadmills were in needs of servicing, as my left knee confirmed the last time I used it. Before heading to the I used my own treadmill because of the last time. It pushed my departure time back 90 minutes, as I had no desire to drive drenched in sweat. It turned out to have been a good call. The room's air conditioner was very noisy, and failed to keep the room at 72F. The temp by the beds grew progressively colder as I got nearer the unit, while the other room was noticeably warmer. I raised the temp to 74F to quiet the racket, but in the morning had to drop it down again because I was sweating. I went to write down a note on the stationary and realized there were no pens. I frantically searched the room and realized there were none in the entire room. That was weird. I've stayed here a number of times over the course of a few years, and have dealt with a variety of extensive, and obtrusive renovations that never seem to end. I half expect the parking lot to be out of service during a subsequent trip.

Good value for the money. Nice large rooms. Good bed. But the breakfast was only average at best. Sausage links, scrambled eggs, small pancakes. Some cheese, salsa, onions, etc. For the eggs would really add alot.

I booked a hotel block with the Hyatt in Cranberry for our wedding guests. The Hyatt has a shuttle that can also be reserved and this was the deciding factor in picking the hotel to block. Booking with the Hyatt was one of the best decisions we made. Our guests were so happy that we had a block set up, that there was free breakfast provided, that we had a shuttle to and from the reception (so they could enjoy the open bar! ), and that all the rooms included a queen-sized sleeper sofa. After our reception, many of our guests continued the merriment at the hotel bar. From my perspective, the Hyatt did sooooo much to make my day as the bride easier. I lost the space I was supposed to get ready the day of the wedding and was able to work with the Hyatt to reserve their conference room for myself and my girls to have hair and makeup done. The staff was WONDERFUL — they kept checking to see if there was anything they could do to help and even helped clean up the room after — while we left for the ceremony. This hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff is fantastic. I'd strongly encourage anyone to work with the Hyatt to book their wedding blocks!

Very nice hotel. I like the way the rooms are made up. It's amazing how a partial wall can divide a room and make it seem more homey. Kitchenette, living room, study, bathroom and bedroom. Only complaint is maneuvering around the bathroom door. Breakfast is pretty darn good too.

We used the Hyatt Place for our hotel block for our wedding. The staff were extremely friendly and answered any questions that we had. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of space! They also worked with our venue to provide a shuttle for our guests to go to and from the wedding. They also handed out our welcome bags as our guests checked in.

Rooms are nice and fairly big. Breakfast is free and pretty good. Location is getting close to the PA turnpike. Bed was clean and comfortable. Do in closing, no major complaints.

Great staff… Arrived late at night. A wedding party had overtaken the lobby/bar. The woman at the front desk immediately offered to adjust our reservation as our booked room was just feet away from the crowd. I am not sure what ALL the rooms look like, but she put us in a nice suite a floor or two away. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Full of little features that set it apart. Great experience. Would go out of my way to stay here next time.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days just as a family getaway. We couldn't of been any happier with our decision to stay at this hotel. The staff were all EXCELLENT and very helpful. The room was perfect and spacious. Very clean and quiet. The pool was nice and water was warm! Not a lot of swimmer's wich was nice because he basically had the pool to ourselves our whole stay. Oh and the breakfast choices awesome! French Toast was amazing! Will be booking here again for sure! Highly recommend.

The room was large, quiet, and perfect for our family of 4. Alex at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and I always saw her with a smile. She treated every guest as though they were VIP'S. Pool was nice! Kids enjoyed it! Pillows were nice and soft. Breakfast was delish! Some bacon or sausage would have been nice! Pancakes were cold. It would have been nice to have a comfortable recliner or chair. Being able to adjust shower pressure would also be nice.

Right of PATP. Huge, updated rooms. The bed and linens were a slice of heaven. Very clean. Extremely friendly staff. Free breakfast was delicious; fresh and a large selection.

Nice and spacious rooms. Big TV. Free Wi-Fi. Nice breakfast bar. Enjoyed time in the pool. Washrooms are tiny but that's the only complaint. Would happily stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. I have stayed at many of the Hyatt Hotels and this one is one of the best. I would highly recommend it.

I am currently staying at this establishment, and I can't begin to tell you how unhappy I am with this hotel. I previously stayed at this location in July and I thought it was great, so I booked again for a 2 week business stay along with a colleague. I noticed the first day that I checked in that my room wasn't as clean during my prior stay. The next day when I came from work, there were still cleaning crews on the floor around 6pm. Again, I thought it was weird, but I wasn't too worried about the situation until the cleaning crew became very loud. Around 7pm, I went down to the front desk to notify them of my concerns. The lady at the front desk apologized and explained that their old cleaning crew quit, because the contractor supposedly didn't pay them. She went on to explain that they just received a new crew of people and they were taking longer to clean the rooms than expected. She said that she would notify the manager and apologized. The next day when I came in from work, everything seemed to be fine until I went into my room. They did not replace soap or shampoo. I let it go, because I always pack extra stuff. Then I noticed that my towel was not replaced, it was just hung on the door. I again let it go, because I had other clean towels. In the mean time my colleague also told me that they did not clean her tub. We were both shaking our heads, but thought we would just mention it to management the next day as we were both tired.

Wonderful room rented for a wedding I was attending with a friend. Room was spacious, beds comfy and enough counter room for us to get ready at the same time. If NB I ever need to go to a hotel in that area again, I will for sure choose the Hyatt.

It took a little bit to find this hotel, but once we did it was amazing! It's tucked back behind an eat n park and a few other offices. Once inside, it took moments to check in, and find out room. The room was a great size, with a large couch area seperated from the bed area. It also had a HUGE TV that swiveled around everywhere you wanted. It also had plugins for DVD players and even my Xbox. Not that I had either of those things with me, but nice to know I could use them! The bathroom had a large walk-in shower with nice tile all around. But it was nearly ruined by the TERRIBLE 1970 era shower head. It was like a basket of lasers firing at your body. The bed was large and comfy, but I'm kind of over every hotel using down pillows. They are never comfortable, and unless I use a dozen, I can't get any elevation on my head. Breakfast was warm and yummy. I liked the Starbucks coffee, and we loved the other breakfast food.

I stay in Cranberry quite frequently as it's a good midway point for me. I typically stay at the Courtyard, but decided to give another hotel a try, never again. Most importantly cleanliness is an issue. Our sheets had a big yellow stains on them which looked like either urine or puss. Both on the cover sheet and the fitted sheet in the same area, which tells me they probably didn't change the sheets from the previous guest. Secondly the tiles and grout on the shower were literally crumpling and shifting under my feet. Jabbing the bottom of my feet if I stepped on them wrong. And lastly the General Manager. I had called earlier in the day because I noticed a lower rate had been put up on the website, so I asked for the lower rate. To which he explained that, like airlines, rates fluctuate and like airlines they don't refund the difference. To which I replied "Actually my airline does re… " That's as far as I got because he cut me off. "No no no no no no no. No airlines refund" at that point I hung up and tried to cancel my stay with the corporate customer service they informed me that the rate hadn't changed. I still had it up on my screen and said I'm looking at it right now, but when I pulled it up again in a second window I realized someone had changed the rate back. What an odd thing to do.

Location is close to many stores and restaurants. It is only 30 minutes away from downtown Pittsburgh. The staff is nice. The breakfast is acceptable. There's also a pool and gym which is nice.

Hyatt Place Cranberry is a great Hotel. Loved our stay here. Family loved the free hot breakfast. Beds were amazing Staff are great.

DThis place is a dump. I stayed ther during the us open and they had 1 person on the front desk who was expected to do the desk, room service and run the bar. Even after waiting 30 minutes to ask for a cork screw the employee had the nerve to say I don't know what that is… The floor was never vacuumed, they would have sucked up the 4 dollars in loose change I left under the bed. The glasses, and coffee mugs were never cleaned, never sealed. The soap has been on the sink so long it turned brown on one side and was white on the other. I could only tell that after I pried one of them off the little green coaster it was one. The lobby is a dark uninviting tomb of a place. The staff are unfriendly and should all be fired. I cannot express how badly this place sucked. Do not stay here if you expect a clean room, friendly staff and a good nights sleep.

I have been staying at the Hyatt for the last week for my job. I have had a very plesent stay. The room has plenty of space and has an entertainment TV setup. The Wi-Fi is what you would expect at a hotel, nothing super crazy but works well. The entertainment center setup and the Wi-Fi was important to me for the week so I could play my XBOX. The location is nice also as there are several restaurants in walking distance or just a few minutes driving. Great place. I will for sure book here again if I need to come back.

Rooms are nice and spacious and decent Wi-Fi throughout the building. Food and breakfast are also great. If you need a long stay would recommend.

Their automated telephone system for reservations you are forced to use before you get to a live person cost them my reservation. I specifically told them the date I needed to stay and they didnt get it right. Why am I talking to a machine when I can pay way less down the street? Called one of many hotels in the area, spoke to a pleasant "human being" and for $40.00 less than the Hyatt.

Room was big and very nice. Service at the front desk in the morning was poor, no coffee, breakfast sandwich made my colleague sick. Good value but a few small things could make a big difference.

Very modern. Young staff familiar with the area. 20 minutes north of Pittsburgh. Surrounded by fast food and sit down restaurants and shops nearby. Room was clean and well appointed. The indoor pool was nice, great temperature and large enough to swim. 1.8 metres at its deepest point. My only concern was that the bathroom door would not close without first scraping a specific place on the floor. Also, the shower did not have sufficient enough grade to drain the water and after 5 minutes I was standing in it. Maybe it's just this room, but nothing what to bothersome.

My husband and I have stayed at this location MULTIPLE times. Most recently we stayed at the end of August 2015. We checked out (with my debit card), got the receipt, & went on our way. Talked to them a week after our stay, to request a copy of our receipt. Today, 11-12-15… I checked my bank statement, only to find it has taken them THREE MONTHS to withdrawl our payment for our stay back in AUGUST! Thanks Hyatt! Right before the holidays? I completely understand there was a malfunction with the system, no technology is perfect… but to not even attempt to reach out to your customers, to notify them of this issue? Not even a bulk email sent out to your customers to forewarn them of this (I know you have that capability becuase I have gotten pleanty of emails from them in the past)? Nothing at all? Taking our business elsewhere. Really did LOVE this place, but to just do that to your customers when you were completely aware of the issue, has me extremely displeased with the way you conduct business. I feel bad for all the others that this has happened/will soon happen to.

I am staying at this hotel as I write this. It is a wonderful place and they just went through a beautiful renovation throughout the entire property. The rooms are beautiful and have wonderful features. The bathroom is one I would love to have at home. The staff is friendly and the general manager is so personable and friendly. Easy to want to come back here again and again. Even the lobby is sophisticated and welcoming!

My husband and I have had nothing but a pleasant time at Hyatt Place. We've recommended it to friends and they've stated the same.

July 18, 2015. I would have given this hotel 5 stars but was disappointed, no tub in an extremely small bathroom. It is difficult to close bathroom door without doing a contortionist act over the toilet. The shower area is nice and large with 6&1/2 ft sliding, clear glass, doors. Although there is a small refrigetator in the room, it is about worthless. If you want something to get cold you have to put it against the back wall of the refrigerator where it partially freezes. You have either partially frozen or barely above room temp. Other than those 2 main issues, the room was clean and comfortable… no microwave. The lobby is huge and set up more like a small restaurant where you can have drinks and something to eat. There is a free buffet breakfast with reasonable times on weekends. The room rate was very reasonable, location to highway is excellent, and convenient to stores and numerous and varied restaurants. As long as I don't need a refrigerator or tub, I would consider staying here again.

Absolutely loved this place! Stayed on a trip out to my inlaws with our newborn to breakup the trip. The room was great and loved the fact that they had a pack n play. Will definitely stay here again! Very clean and nice staff.

Staff is extremely friendly. I travel for a living and this was by far the nicest staff I've come across. Rooms are very nice, full sectional couch and comfortable bed. Very reasonable price also.

We stay here several times a month, and the staff is like our extended family. Managers are friendly and helpful, prices are good, and service is the best. Don't forget to get up for breakfast in the morning! Yummy.

This small hotel chain actually has art decor, luxurious atmosphere, GREAT service, clean rooms, and an awesome food bar/bar. My mother and I needed a place to stay for just the weekend while we did some business and shopping. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by friendly faces. The manager actually came over and chatted with me while I used one of the electronic kiosks for checking in. He then escorted us to the elevators. From there on, everyone, all the way down to housekeeping, were very friendly. The free breakfast included the standard continental free breakfast fare. You can order hot items (i. E. Omelets, etc. ) for a fee. The coffee was Seattle's Best and as a regular Borders cafe customer, I loved it. Rooms were spacious and clean. It's nice to be able to store perishables and drinks in the fridge. Big TV is a plus. It's located right next to several large shopping plazas and restaurants. Try Primanti Bros. For some classic burger fare. I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in town.

Big room, nice flat screen TV with component hookups (not sure when you would need this but still awesome). Comfy bed. Good shower. Very nice bathroom. Very spacious. There's even a huge couch in here.
