It is a wonderful hotel great people and wonderful service.

Stayed May 12 to the next morning. Even my GPS had a difficult time finding the office to check in. My reason for staying is I needed to sleep and that location was the half way point of my road trip. First I was placed in room 126, where parts of the ceiling were falling down in chunks, trim coming off wall in restroom, garbage and debris on floor. Hypodermic needle under the bed. Was it even cleaned? Staff on location was wonderful. Had me change rooms to 105. Debris under a/c unit. Weird sand or pool of dried blood in tub. Could not even take a shower. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. Only redeeming feature was it is close to a variety of places to eat and close to the Interstate so I could thankfully LEAVE.

The bed was too hard, the pillow was too hard, the sheets were coarse, trucks on the nearby highway ran all night, a dog in a nearby room barked in the middle of the night. At 6 am people were talking loudly outside my room. People were stomping around upstairs during the night.

Every time I leave my room and come back have to renew key tell me cause it's. Cold out once my obligation is done here never again.

Checked in late, but had made pre paid reservations. Hotel was packed because of a home Steelers game. Good location. Was suprised and appreciative to be upgraded to a deluxe with mini fridge and microwave. Great stay. But of note, late checkout not available unless you pay for an extra night which isn't worth it if you just need to shower before check out. Will return.

I live locally but had an emergency situation in my home that required me to leave my home for the night. I have 2 small dog's and Red roof inn made life so easy with my dog's. The room was very clean, the clerk's were very nice and it might sound silly to some, but the hot cup of tea I got in the lobby helped relax me. I locked myself out of my room and my dog's in, I panicked, but the clerk in the office helped me right away. I even found, what I thought was interesting, in the parking lot, this custom motorcycle.

Enjoyed our stay here. Even though there was microwave or refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and staff was courteous. For the price we will probably stay again. It was very nice and quiet here.

Super friendly staff, good location. Pet friendly. Rooms were clean but no fridge or microwave. The room did have a safe though. Easy to get to but they need to get a sign that lights up to make it even easier to find from the road.

Good place to stay. Clean and far enough off the expressway so that you don't get too much noise. I travel with my 2 small dogs and they do not charge extra for pets. Close to many places to eat and easy to get back on the road. Will stay here again on my next trip.

Clean, good value budget hotel. Pet friendly. Close to shopping dining and turnpike. Not fancy, but good for an overnight.

Overall, pretty darn good. Room was nice and clean. A safe area. Great for the price points. Super value.

Nice newly remodeled rooms. Clean room, comfortable bed, great staff! Great location. Perfect for a girls night get away! Would totally recommend to anybody needing a hotel in the area. Lots of restaurant choices nearby!

The front desk clerk was friendly providing menus for room service delivery. As I laid down on the bed the top sheet smelled a bit like pee. I called front desk and she said she would have to lock the lobby and go get new sheets and walk to the room. She said she was the only one working there and if we can wait till tomorrow when room service comes. I did not agree because no one would like to sleep on the top sheet smelling like pee. The second day around the bath tub clogged and we just decided to leave after that incident.

What a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, great staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Thanks Red Roof.

5 star experience. All employees were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Water pressure in the shower was excellent and the king bed very comfortable! No bling, just necessities at a VERY affordable price. And it was easy access from the turnpike.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice, clean room. I had a really peaceful undisturbed sleep. I’m a driver placed here by my company and this is by far the best hotel they have put me in.
It’s within walking distance to a couple of good restaurants and this one has room service, but I saw where I was eating when I turned in the road to get here.
I drove a tractor (18-wheeler) without a trailer here and had no problem maneuvering around the lot or with parking hoping I didn’t bother anyone where I parked.

We booked here for 5 nights. The room is okay. Can't fit a bath matte between the tub and the toilet because there's no room. On the morning of our fifth day, we were awakened at 4:30 am by two police officers who informed us that our car had been vandalized and windows broken. The property sits only several hundred feet from the turnpike and the truck noise is considerable. I would not recommend due to these issues. I have stayed at many hotels over the many years, and have never had a car broken into in a hotel/motel parking lot.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The rates are good and the room was clean. We stayed in a king and it was a nice size room. Hardwood floors, desk, refrigerator, microwave, large vanity, were all included in our king room. I would recommend staying here.

Clean! Number one issue when travelling. Ample furniture in room along with frig and microwave. Price. Very reasonable. And of course courtesy staff.

Me checking in: I need a room for three adults. The desk clerk: Will that be one bed or two? REALLY? Was that even close to appropriate?

Very comfortable bed, no complaints for the price but it would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room at least to keep drinks cold.

Not worth a star! Not accommodating. Lost a day rental because I checked in 3 hours early from the "considered" new day time. Got no sleep worrying about having to check out within 9 hours of check in.

I stopped here for a night after a snow storm. The bed is not very soft and the heat at the top near the ceiling through steam. Overall not bad for 55$

We stayed in a Superior King. Room rate was good, staff was friendly, room was clean but you could smell cigarette smoke coming from another room. Bathroom was tiny but functional. TV was good. No continental breakfast, but there was a Perkins restaurant right next door that gave a discount for Redwood Inn guests and they were very friendly. Best part is the motel is pet friendly! Overall, 4 stars. Good basic place to stay overnight.

Pros: Big, comfy beds, daily housekeeping, price cons: Poor soundproofing, some rooms do not have a bathroom drain, as well as remote control from TV, it is cold in the winter season.

Very nice for a red roof. Comfortable clean room and very quick service.

My stay was short, but sweet! The beds were comfy and, most importantly, clean. In fact, the entire room was very clean and well decorated. Free Wi-Fi is always a plus when you're traveling, and so is cable! I wish we had had a fridge, but we made do without. I didn't like that the sink isn't in the bathroom, but that's a personal preference thing. Overall, great stay and nice people at a clean, pet-friendly motel!

A decent place to stay for a very reasonable rate. Friendly staff, easy checkin, comfortable beds, and the room was in working order. The only issues we encountered were fewer than expected towels (we could have called the front desk to address that) and a previous guest's drink left in the fridge.

Stayed here a few weeks ago. Was a great hotel. Staff was friendly, rooms were big enough and clean. Bathroom was immaculate. Would 100% stay there again.

False advertising on website. Not what we expected. Room was much smaller than led to believe. No Continental breakfast. Room was clean. If you want a no frills bare bones hotel, you get what you pay for. It was clean and staff were friendly, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Large clean room roomy work table. Had small problem in the bathroom was fixed within 10 minutes. Loyalty card get you perks one of them is bottled water on a daily basis.

We made the mistake of passing a different chain and coming here because we thought it would be cheaper. We arrived at 1 o'clock in the morning. We were told that they had all three types of room still available and that they wouldn't be able to provide any discounts. They also did not provide breakfast, but offers a 10% discount at the local Perkins. They had rooms with either one king bed or two full beds. We would have to pay extra for a room with a refrigerator and microwave. We selected the simple King room. The room was the smallest room I'd ever seen. Once we got our luggage in the room, we barely had space to move around. The bed looked clean and was comfortable. However, we did find trash in the bathroom. For the price, it would have been worth it to stay somewhere with a few more amenities.

They are terrible… the room didnt have a chair in the desk or an alarm and I reported not once, but twice… the next day they come and charge me the chair and the alarm… disputing it, then to top it all I was bitten by bedbugs there and the manager has the nerve to tell me… there is NO bedbugs in this hotel… my arm and hand is bitten by what… a vampire?

We had a death in the family so we booked a room when we got there they couldn't find our reservation. When we finally got that worked out we went to our room and as soon as the door was opened you could smell cigarettes. I went into the bathroom and dirty towels were dirty and guess what the bathroom wasn't cleaned. So to the office I go we get another room open the door and guess what more cigarette smoke and this time the room also smelled like urine. With all we had to deal with the funeral, we didn't need the awful hotel that we stayed at. Never ever again will we stay at a Red Roof Inn.

Clean room, great sound proofing (although next to an interstate it's completely quiet inside) 42" Tv and wooden flooring. Completely to the point.

I was driving around the parking lot a lot since somebody dropped a lure at the Pokéstop next to it. There was a big van that got in the way of catchin 'em all.

When we travel, we drive. During our commute we stay at Red Roof Inn. They are always clean and comfortable and they allow dogs. They are affordable as well. We are always happy with our Red Roof Inn encounters and recommend them for travelers.

Staff was extremely friendly, rooms were clean. The computers are down so there was no Wi-Fi, and the pillows were kind of… Too firm.

Its quiet and clean. Perfect for a nice get away spot. And a decent price. Could be cheaper for the size buts nice.

Decent hotel, but get a room facing away from the freeway. We only needed it for the night and barely spent time there except to sleep. Wouldn't recommend for a long term stay as there isn't a fridge, microwave, or hair dryer in the room.

We needed a room overnight when weather forced us off the road. The Red Roof Inn was convenient and reasonable. We also received a coupon for breakfast (none at the hotel) at the end of the street and then right back on the highway. The room was not fully carpeted so snow tracked all over but otherwise it was comfortable.

Ok rooms I also noticed that alot of red roofs in alot of states charge a $2 fee for the safe automatically even if u don't use it and they don't tell u anything about it at check in or check out you have to speak up and say u don't want it yourself. They should be required to state the option upon check in $2 is not much but if u stay at red roof alot it can add up to some of unnecessary money being spent.

Nice, clean rooms. Plenty of room to walk our dog around the property.

Great location, close to shopping, lots of food options right across the street. Service was great and the room was nice and clean.

Very nice Hotel if you are looking for something very simple and nice bed. We were traveling with three little children and they had no rooms on the ground floor that were basic so they gave us an upgraded room for the basic fee. Very kind and very hospitable. I don't know why they have such low ratings.

A very pleasant hotel. My room was clean, and had adequate space to both set up my laptop AND store my bags. Bathroom and shower were well stocked, and clean. A pleasant surprise from previous visits of many chains. As a small business owner, I appreciate the low price, and the free Wi-Fi. The staff was very pleasant and helpful with local information as well.

I stayed here for work for 1 week and everyday id get home from work the only things house keeping did was make the bed and change out towels. The floors were filthy as were the bathroom.

My stay is always pleasant here! Kelly is always very helpful and a great asset to Red Roof Inn. There is plenty of options to lodge at in the area and I have tried then all out but Red Roof Inn is always my preference — I never have issues.

The management is apparently incompetent. When you call two months in advance to organize a block of rooms for over 30 people, you might be told that there isn't room or that it isn't possible. Not here! Instead, they tell you 'Sure! No problem! ' Then you arrive and there's only 3 rooms together with everyone else spread out on different floors across two buildings, despite everyone using the group reservation code. Stay at the nearby Hyatt or the Holiday Inn Express instead.

Our first room smelled like smoke, but staff was very helpful and moved us to a place that didn't smell and was further from the expressway.
