Very nice hotel. Rooms are large & clean. Staff was very friendly!

Check in was quick and staff was friendly. Room was clean and bed is comfortable. Places to eat near by. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome hotel it has great layout with 2TV’s.

Check in and out was very easy. Staff are professional, courteous and friendly. The room was clean. Great pool area to enjoy. The free breakfast had many choices. Love the 24 hour coffee.

Not at all impressed. Check in was extremely difficult and the manager made it worse! The front desk supervisor was extremely rude on our first morning by calling and proclaiming that we had better vacate or be charged although we were booked for two more days which was obviously in the reservation system. And to follow the, I specifically said, "No housekeeping service"! And came back from our day to find our room flipped. A problem because we didn't want that service. I would have to be desperate to ever stay at a holiday inn ever again!

Staff was friendly with check-in /checkout being painless. Lobby and hallways look updated but the room I was in was in need of repair. Paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom, shower rod barely hanging on the wall. With that said, the bed was incredibly comfortable and room was clean. Just wasn't worth the cost compared to other places at the same price.

Was very good. Staff took care of the special requests for the room and everything went smoothly. Decor is good in common areas and breakfast area was clean and well run in the morning. Only reason for only four stars was the shower was quite a bit old and dirty in the grout. Otherwise great.

Accommodating staff. Our reservation was accidentally canceled, and the staff was quick to correct the problem. They remained courteous and friendly the entire time. Cozy design for spacious room. Very clean. Nice complimentary breakfast options.

Nice friendly staff, clean rooms plus they are very attentive to your needs. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is the room curtains. You can't close the thick cloth curtain because it's only for decorations… You may think that's nothing but you don't want to feel as if someone is staring at you from outside. Nor do you want the bright light creeping into the room earlier then your wake-up… Other than the curtains, THIS PLACE WAS WORTH IT.

I like this Inn and have stayed there many times free breakfast is generic but they have everything you need for a nice breakfast and then wine variety and it's very close to everything you would need as far as dining out xcetera it is also helpful if you are a member of the IHG family and have a card and a member number they don't give out free water anymore but they do honor quite a good discount if you discuss it with them don't be afraid to ask for the best price and tell them about AAA AARP and of course IHG discount if you're not a member sign up and you make it from free stuff hope you enjoy this review enjoy the Lehigh Valley it is a very nice place but I like Florida better.

The rooms were nice the customer service was not! They charged me for my room again after I already told them I booked the room through Expedia. I showed the front desk my receipt and everything! A day later I checked my account and saw they charged me for the room again. I called and was accused of not informing the front desk person that I had paid for the room previously. I had to inform the lady of exactly what I did and that I in fact showed my receipt to prevent this from happening and it still happened. After having me on hold for a while she came back and said she didnt have the authorization to refund my money but that her manager would call me the next day. I never received a call. So I called another day, and talked to someone and she credited my account and sent me email confirmation. Waiting to see if it shows up in my acoount.

Good breakfast. Clean facility. The rooms are not sound proof. The noise from neighbors and hallway is very noticeable.

Great clean pool area, small but stocked fitness room, good location — lots of resturants, freeway access and about 7min from the crayola experience. Good selection of breakfast options and attentative staff. Room cleanliness could be improved.

Very good breakfast. Nice pool but it doesn't open until 10am. So if you are planning on a morning swim look elsewhere.

They have really great service! Free continental breakfast, and a heated indoor pool is available. There is an exercise room.

Hotel was easy to get to off highway. Hotel was clean and front desk was helpful and pleasant. Pool water was a little cold but otherwise was perfect for my son to get in some winter swimming.

Nicely appointed rooms, elevator is insanely slow. Typically overpriced "shop", shrug — helpful if you forgot anything. No room service. Close to several fast food places. Walking distance to Olive Garden and Tacos y Tequila (don't drink and drive). Friendly staff. Everything you'd expect really but nothing that sets it apart.

Overall I have enjoyed using this property (time and time again…) I will continue to use it — The rooms are clean, and the staff is great. The surrounding area is good for dining (or even a stroll). Two complaints that I can't seem to get past this last visit — The snow removal! At 4am the plow started on the lot, and then I think he got paid by the pass! Because every 15 minutes from 4:30 am to 7:00 am he took another run around the lot! And if it wasn't the plow blade scraping, it was the show shovel at the sidewalk! It was impossible to sleep! The bathroom has mildew on the ceiling and shower area (including the grab handle in the enclosure). And the handle on the sink was so misaligned! Still fully functional of course but tell me how housekeeping can't inform maintenance of the issue…

I Got there around 5p. M. Monday Dec 4th, 2017. First and most important the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was very clean. Pool and gym awesome. Huge Continental breakfast loved the food and cook.

This hotel gets a lot of business and is conveniently located. Our room had a very old office chair that was ripped and a shower handle that was installed improperly so hot water ran cold and cold ran hot. Bed was comfortable and temperature in the room was cool. Breakfast had many choices. Workout room had an Out of Order sign on the treadmill, I used the bike which was ok. Pool is small but clean. For the price, it was not good value but convenient for the errands that we needed to do. The management needs to look at the condition of the rooms and maintain them better.

My husband and I stayed recently for a wedding and the hotel staff were amazing. They were professional and accommodating; I would recommend a stay there for any Easton weddings.

Stayed one night. Clean, average hotel. Quiet. Comfortable bed, pillows. Safe. Free breakfast has what you need. Would recommend.

Hotel was very nice on appearance. The pool was nice and had very good lighting. Workout facility was really good and used in 2 days there. Clean smell overall. The bathroom is always a concern, lack of ventilating, caused mold on ceiling and can see the repainting attempts. The stuko paint was peeling in bathroom with humidity. Overall good hotel and would stay again.

Attended a wedding for a friend here. The service was fantastic and the staff was really friendly and prompt. Awesome time!

The stay was awesome The cleaning staff very accommodating and friendly = A+. The front desk clerk could use a class in hospitality… too robotic. Overall, we'll certainly book our next stay here. The cleaning staff, breakfast and room cleanliness is well the cost. Butts-LaCoste.

Very clean rooms. Breakfast was good. Elevator and hallway a bit dirty but overall very good. So clean I was very surprised.

Everything was good, clean room, good breakfast, and quality service. The elevator did break though, other than that 4 stars.

I love this play. The staff is always very friend, the hotel rooms are always clean. Spacious rooms and the layout if comfortable. I stay at a lot of holiday inn express hotels and this on is one of my favorite.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I got married Saturday May 6th and stayed in this hotel the night before. At check in I asked for a late check out because I needed a room to be able to get ready in until 3. The lady at the check in said NO PROBLEM! Well, the next morning I was getting ready for my wedding in the room I booked a late check out for. And the phone rings at 11:15 am. I was told I needed to get out of the room because check out was 11am. I informed them the lady at check in told me I could stay until 3 to get ready for my wedding. This lady begins to tell me she already booked my room for some other bride which whom is checking in at 3:00 and I need to get out because I am not the only one getting married. Mind you I'm half dressed with all 7 bridesmaids in my room, my 3 year old daughter getting ready to be flower girl and the photographer was on her way to take pictures of us. Oh and on top of that, The limo wasn't going to be there until 3 to pick us up. I called cooperate to ask them for help. 1 hour later on the phone with 3 different supervisors and I was told I could stay until 2 and finish getting ready in the lobby! RIDICULOUS! I paid money for this room and requested a late check out and was told I could have the late check out at 3. And I have to finish getting ready in their lobby?! The lady began to tell me if I don't get out by 2 she will call the cops to escort me out. ON MY WEDDING DAY this is happening.

I enjoyed everything about the hotel except the breakfast area was slightly too small and the pool too cold. Other than that it was great! We will stay again.

Great location close to Easton but not in town. Close by restaurants within walking distance. Ample parking is available. Rooms are clean and comfortable with very hot water and lots of water pressure. Free breakfast and an indoor pool also.

The Holiday Inn Express was very nice, clean, the bed was great and the staff was kind.

When we arrived at 10:30 Pm. Rupi behind the counter was having a difficult time checking us in. She ran our card, said no it was declined. My husband said run it again there is plenty of money. She did and it didn't work. My husband ask for a manager and she told us no one was available if was only her. So my husband gave her a new card and it didn't work. So he said there must be something wrong with the way you are doing it and she replied very rude and insulting us "no, The lady card before you worked fine. " My husband told her to get someone else. So she said her supervisor was on her way. The supervisor took the card after she got there with no sense of urgency or friendliness herself. On the first try of running card she got it to work. Rupi needs some training on how to do her job and how to be respectful to her customers. We will never visit this hotel again. All the employees we encountered gave us the impression they hated their job and it made us feel like we shouldn't spend our money with this hotel chain.

The rooms are neat and modern. The staff accommodated every request without any hesitation. If you're visiting the area, this is a great place to stay. The common areas were very clean and bright.
