Nice place to be snowed in.

Was in town for business. Great place to stay. Rooms are VERY clean. Very clean place to stay.

Great stay. Right now remodel construction can be a bit problematic. Be warned. Great otherwise!

Hotel is very nice and the continental breakfast is better than other places I have stayed — they usually have eggs and sausage, as well as cereals, yogurt, bagels, waffles, and muffins. Reason why I rated it only 3 stars is that it was noisy. Walls are thin. First night sounded like a frat party was going on, but it was just about 6 people talking next door (until 2am). Second night, a bunch of people were down in the parking lot socializing… could hear them loud and clear. I'd recommend asking the front desk to put you in a room far away from occupied rooms instead of ones convenient for the cleaning staff.

Wonderful experience, clean and updated rooms. Front desk service was excellent. Breakfast was hot and good. I would definitely be staying there again if in the area.

Excellent accommodations. Clean and up to date. Very quiet room, I am a very light sleeper. The staff couldn't be nicer. I always love staying at a Hampton Inn. I would definitely recommend it.

I come here multiple times a year and the rooms are always clean, the staff is fantastic, and there is a nice restaurant within walking distance as well as many shopping locations a couple minutes away by car. I highly recommend staying here.

Room was comfortable and hotel is quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast in the morning! Highlight of my day! Hotel is close to anything and every place you need to be in the area.

The hotel was beautiful, clean and spacious. Friendly staff and convenient location. Four stars because the "business center" consisted of a computer located right next to the front door with no privacy at all.

Room was clean and (although located right outside the elevators and near a thoroughfare) quiet. We even had a fireplace — which helped dry our pool gear quickly (be smart about how you use it! ) ; the pool was also warm and clean. Breakfast was good, as well. Great bang for your buck — just mind the hotel entrance (it’s off to the side). Interesting things to note: great diner across the street, and there’s a gas station, CVS, and convenience store, nearby too! Ten minutes from the Crayola factory!

Clean rooms, clean bathrooms and reasonably priced. Staff is awesome. Coffee, tea all day and night and the breakfast is very good. Had a king size very comfortable bed.

Had to cancel or should I try to say cancel the day before our visit due to a family related issue and they would not allow us to cancel. I would understand if the hotel was booked but they have plenty of rooms so its not as if they would have filled it either way. I would suggest looking at some of the other private hotels in the area for better service and competitive pricing. Also took 20 minutes on hold to see if they could help us and waive the fee (full room stay charge)

I was at the hotel for a Project M tournament which the hotel graciously ran and allowed us to use the bottom floor as a venue. There was free coffee/tea/cocoa, and it was right across the street from several places to eat. The event was well run, and it was nice of the hotel to help out the Project M and Melee community like this.

Very nice staff very friendly service all around only reason for 4 stars is due to several issues at the time we where there. 1 the pool was under maintenance and when kids see a pool they want to go in whether it functions or not but that wasn't a big deal at all I'm glad they actually take the time to maintain things and keep it clean. 2, was the atm out of commission coming from out of state where we have atms and banks every 2 blocks that was a bit of a issue if you need some cash in a hurry. 3, the pull out bed did not work in our room but the front desk fixed that issue quickly and put a cot in the room to compensate for it once again great service by the staff for fixing that issue quickly we arrived late in the evening and they had all that taken care of within minutes. Honestly it was still a nice place and I'm not upset I enjoyed the stay and will most likely go back again next time I am around that area, once again staff was great I have no complaints at all about them they handled everything professionally and quickly.

Nice room. Decent location if you are in the area. Whirlpool room has a tub a bit smaller than others I have had. Using the keyless system was useless — did not work.

Room was nice and clean. Decent location. It was snowing and they were trying to keep up with the plow which is much appreciated. Pool is currently down.

Stayed 3 nights. My husband and I are very satisfied from being welcomed at check in up to the time we checked out. Room is clean and is up to Hampton standards when it comes to the soft pillows, comfortable bed and linens. Always a treat to go back to and rest in the evenings. We specially appreciate being handed the bottles of water one each for my husband and myself at check in time. How appropriate because we just drove hundreds of miles before our check in. Breakfast is more than sufficient from the choices given to guests up to the availability of the food. I highly recommend this hotel!

Quick spot. Stayed less than 12 hours for a meeting that was in town. Worked perfectly for that reason. Would stay again when I go back down.

Had a wonderful evening: music (jazz). The players, keyboard and bass players where amazing and Viktoria the singer was a breath of fresh air. The food was also great. What an ambiance that night. Hope you can keep up with this. Over all, fantastic evening!

The room was decent and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and late check-out was free. Complimentary breakfast was okay, but the vending machines on each floor we're more than half empty. Over all, it was a nice stay.

The people are great that work here. They are very helpful. The rooms are very clean. And I live the bed and bedding. Also, you get free breakfast in the morning with a pretty good selection of items.

I've stayed here twice. The first time was great. This time… not so much. My mattress wasn't as comfortable. I think they put a queen fitted sheet on my king bed. It kept coming off. During my first shower, the water went cold after 5 minutes. During the second, the water pressure was pathetic. One night the Wi-Fi kept kicking me off and was super slow. I gave them 4 star because my first experience was so good, and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Just avoid room 402.

Great hotel, bring cash for vending machines (no place to purchase drinks). Bartender there is great and front desk employees too.

It's not bad… the price seemed a bit high, online it said 139 paid I paid 200. Its close to everything like shopping centers and Landry mat which helped on our vacation stay the staff was friendly the breakfast was better then some other hotels. We left a souvenir and got a call that they had it before we left town a plus!

Rates are high $185/night for 2 queens with Holiday Inn Suites which is newly renovated at $146! Service great but rooms are seriously dated. I did check the other hotels and only stayed loyal to the brand as I have an event tomorrow early morning right around the corner. Owners need to think about that. Does have old world charm in lobby. Beds and bathroom are updated. They have a bar and as stated great staff. Overpriced but great staff so they get a 4 bs 3 due to employees. Go Team!

Complimentary cookies, coffee, and hot tea in the lobby were a nice surprise. We were also surprised with kid's activity bags at breakfast in the morning. Our entire stay was pleasant. The only issue were no towels or cups in the fitness room, but everything else was great. We would definitely stay here again!

There's something especially nice about this particular Hampton Inn. It's starts when you enter your room. The temperature, for me at least, is always ideal. Most hotels are either too hot in the winter or freezing in the summer. I almost never adjust the temperature in these rooms, but almost always have to do it in other hotels. The staff is genuinely friendly, the bar is a great hangout. Jim or Erica pour the drinks and salty snacks. Pretzels are good. Breakfast is standard but good. Oatmeal is the best choice, especially early. I stay here at least once a month or about 14 times a year.

The room was clean and everything mostly in order. The showerhead had quite a bit of pink stuff on it, and some in the corners of the tub caulking. A clean showerhead is my main measuring stick, assuming everything else is in order. Breakfast was fantastic, staff friendly and helpful. One bad thing, a staff member wiped down the top of a trash lid, the used the same rag to wipe down a table. Overall this is a good hotel, with a few small corrections it could be very good.

The hotel lobby had a cozy contemporary decor that made it easy to feel comfortable there. The elevators we're a bit noisy but they ran smoothly and quickly, so no complaints. The rest of the hotel was clean and neat.

Expensive 2 star hotel. Staff was great, bedding is comfy. But… The decor is circa 1992. It smells like old people. The hotel bar is cramped but updated. Looks nice just very small. Way overpriced for the quality of the rooms. No room safes either. So put your valuables in the car. For your $$ just stay at motel 6.

I was so very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing! Ashley and April were genuinely nice and friendly at check in. These girls truly made you feel welcome! Not the fake facade that I've, unfortunately, experienced at other hotels. The rooms were clean and so very comfortable. And the complimentary breakfast was wonderful! The kids loved making their own waffles and adding the fun toppings. All in all thumbs up and I definitely recommend this specific hotel to anyone.

Rooms were great. Service was excellent. They had a full breakfast complementary that was amazing. When we checked out we wanted change to get a soda out of the machine but the front desk manager gave us one for free. I definitely recommend this hotel. The location was excellent we came to go to the crayola experience which was 10 min away. The pool and fitness center was perfect and the hotel was extremely clean. I am a harsh critic because I was a housekeeping manager for a long time I went through our room and there was no dust, no hair and it was spotless.

Very friendly staff and wonderful breakfast, however when using the pull out bed, it was covered with crumbs. Made it feel less clean.

Staying here is really cool. Its quit. Very nice people here. I will be coming back again.

Very nice Location. Was pleasantly surprised it had a lounge and bar. Excellent staff. This hotel will be the only one I stay in from now on when I'm in the Easton area.

This is my 4th time staying at the Hampton Inn Easton for work. Every time I'm here its nothing bit great service and rooms. The breakfast in the morning is an awesome bonus as well.

The hotel was great! Excellent breakfast. My only complaint was that the indoor pool was quite cold.

Went there for a Smash tournament. It was a great experience. Everyone was nice, the room was clean, and everything worked. No complaints.

Loved this hotel the moment we walked through the door. They had free soft cookies at the desk. The employee who checked us in gave us a coupon to the bar in the hotel. The room was clean and spacious (TV included the NFL network, which was great for watching the Thursday night game! ) Breakfast was delicious. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, french toast, lots of fresh cut fruit, waffle maker, juices, coffee, bagels, muffins, etc. Warm atmosphere with seating around TV's, free newspapers, and a faux fireplace. In the end, $119 for a nonsmoking room with a king sized bed was a great deal. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from several store strips with nearly every store or restaurant you can think of.

We selected The Hampton Inn Easton as the venue for a Bridal Shower. It was the best choice for us! The event flowed very smoothly even through a transition of Events Coordinators during the planning stages. Each staff member was friendly, helpful, accommodating, and eager to please us in every possible way. The food from Northstar Caterers was very good and plentiful for the price. The Bride-To-Be and our guests enjoyed themselves in this comfortable and cheerful atmosphere. I would not have second thoughts about hosting another special event at the Hampton Inn Easton. Keep up the professionalism and good work! Thank you. A satisfied customer.
