I've stayed here a number of times and each time it has been great. The rooms are always nice and clean. The included breakfasts are nicer than most hotels I've stayed at. Overall it's a great place to stay. I recommend this place to everyone.

Shilo Inns was overall a very good place to stay. The rooms were furnished with pretty much as one would expect from an inn in this price range. I thought it was a solid step up from the newer or recently relocated Motel 6's. The room had a you're average coffee maker, two sinks, flat screen TV, iron and board, and surprisingly a refrigerator and microwave. The beds there were also one of the more comfortable beds I've slept in at an inn or motel. Everything in the room seemed clean and tidy. The only thing I could barely ever complain about was there not being a convenient outlet next to both beds. Having only dealt with the service staff at the front desk, I can't say much besides they were polite and quick to help us check in. This location had a pool and jacuzzi which was nice but I did not get to try them out. Also available is a very small "gym" which consists of a treadmill and two other machines which you can see in different ways. The lobby also had a nice lounge area where coffee is available. Breakfast was the biggest letdown though not a huge deal breaker. Attached was a diner that served breakfast and was open for regular service throughout the day. On our particular stay they opened 20 minutes late and hearing from other guests they were consistently late also week but never by 20 minutes. The inn provided either complimentary breakfast buffet or discounted menu item coupons each day. The selection at the buffet was limited but not terrible.

We’ve stayed here many times that I would consider 5 star worthy but this time we had so many issues that next time we will probably choose a different hotel. To be fair we got there so late that we didn’t complain to anyone so they didn’t have a chance to fix the issues but there were a lot of problems for such a high priced stay. Negative: *no comforters on beds *no self-serve drinks (even water) at continental breakfast and no one refilling *not refilling food at breakfast (almost everything was pretty well gone by 7:20am and I noticed that they didn’t refill anything in the 45 minutes it took my little kids to eat and people who were coming in didn’t have any options. Even the cereal was empty the entire time we were there) *big wet spot on room floor between beds *only 2 towels for 4 people Positive: *pool was warm (3ft-4.5ft) good for kids.

Rooms are large and clean. The staff is attentive. They used to have a descent breakfast buffet. But now they charge for juices and we didn't get served our drinks till after we were almost done eating. No bacon!

Breakfast is awesome and they let you take it to go to room if you want. Pool is open 24 hours. Clean and great CS. Got in wee hours of the day (flight delayed) and they dropped our room charge. Only weakness is blow dryer not in bathroom so wakes sleepers, needs more bathroom hooks and no wine opener… minor! Great price.

When I arrived there was trash on the floors. I called the front desk and the fixed the problem in a timely matter. After relaxing I went to the pool area and used the hot tub and pool. It was very clean and there was a good amount of chlorine in the hot tub. After I showered in the shower available. After I showered I went back to my room and relaxed on the very comfortable bed. The TV was a very nice size. After a relaxing nap I took a stroll to the Applebees nearby. Overall my stay was a 10 out of 10. All staff were very helpful. I am very glad I stayed at this hotel.

Clean rooms and spacious space Lots of amenities in the hotel such as gym and jacuzzi. Good lighting at the parking area. This hotel was about 1.5 hours from crater lake area. I would definitely come back again.

Rooms are good. The restaurant attached to the hotel though have very small number of staff (only two or three waitresses and I literally only saw one cook) They got our order for dinner wrong even though we were one of the only people there… then the waitress said if we want we could wait at our room and she would call our room when the food was ready so she wrote down our room number but even though it was written down on a piece of paper right in front of her with a big highlighted circle around it she ended up still calling the wrong room… then breakfast I wouldn't depend on having food… they said they have a buffet open from 6 until 10 in the morning but there was literally only country gravy and a small stack of pancakes out on the buffet… cereal with no milk… no coffee… Then my husband and I just wanted a simple small cup of milk for our daughter so we can leave to go get breakfast somewhere else, since it's getting later in the day and we weren't going to wait on the buffet and it took 10 to 15 minutes for the only two waitresses to walk around in circles as if it's packed like an IHOP even though there was only two tables with people… so we ended up leaving without food or milk for our child…

Worth every penny in comparison to most. Made me feel welcomed, easy to work with, no catches, very accomidating. Nice to stay in a hotel for once and not feel like I have been taken.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Check in was quick and fairly painless. They cleaned the room daily and were always pleasant. The resturant was a bit more expensive than we expected but that's okay. Employees were polite, respectful, and friendly. We were there on business so didn't spend a lot of time there other than for sleeping.

Older hotel that doesn't seem to have been updated but was well maintained. Everything was nice and in good condition. Free breakfast was pancakes, eggs, bacon and potatoes. Exercise room had a universal set and a treadmill. Indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Polite staff. Rates were cheap. I'd stay there again.

We stay at this Shilo inn twice a year and have always loved it especially their breakfast. Unfortunately last week their breakfast was changed up a bit. They don't have hardly anything for complementary breakfast but instead give you coupons to buy breakfast in their restaurant. The poor restaurant was so understaffed 3 people working and a huge line waiting for tables which were empty. Took us so much longer than we ever wanted. Needless to say the hotels best complementary breakfast ever is now the worst. Total disappointment after all these years.

Check Inn Was Slow … Hotel was clean, Room Was Clean… Large Room and Bed Was Comfy … Used to Breakfast Buffets at other Shilo Inns and Hotel Chains … Restaurant Service was poor … No Buffet … At Breakfast Waited 10 min to get table another 29 min for food. Sorry. Expected quicker breakfast … Food was good … waited 20 min for food. My experience at breakfast lowered my rating from a 4 star to a three star review.

Rooms n pool good. Recently restaurant was bought out bye someone else jj it is slow n bad. 1hour20 minutes to get the breakfast then charge additional which would be fine if good service n good food however both lacking. We had the reddish hair lady she took cup for refill never brought back. Other waitress seemed to be trying a lot better and her tables food she had ordered after us came out way ahead of ours.

Descent rooms. Beds were okay. I've had better imo. And I stay in various hotels 3-4x a month. Towels weren't bad. Free breakfast from select items on menu in restaurant. Others are $5 off. Chicken fried steak breakfast wasn't bad. Large serving.

Rooms are clean and quiet. Desk clerks are courteous. Only gripe I have is there never seems to be any coffee made when I happen to want some. I spent 5 nights here and only once was there coffee for me in the lobby.

Spent one night in a Junior suite king and it was large, clean, and quiet. The mattress was firm but comfortable. My dog was also happy here. The included breakfast was average. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The location was very convenient. The complementary breakfast is large variety of yummy healthy choices. The service is the only thing that I would like to see an improvement on. They just are not that friendly. But the room has been cleaned very nicely everyday so far. And the heated pool, large hot tub, sauna and workout room are open 24 hours a day which is Absolutely the best idea EVER!

Good motel. Indoor pool, on-site restaurant and bar. Breakfast included. 24 hour coffee. Room was too hot, though.

We were on our way home to Washington and we would always pass shilo inn. This time we went and stayed here. They have so many amenities here including they are dog friendly. Since we travel with our chocolate lab. We have had stayed several motel/hotel. This is by far the best place to stay. We were happy with this and will from now on stay at shilo here in Klamath falls.

It was a great place to stay in Klamath falls! The breakfast was awesome, the pools were clean and the rooms were pretty nice for the price! Will stay there again if visiting K-falls!

Great happy hour prices for food and drinks. I love coming to the bar here to watch sports. They are willing to put on whichever game you ask for provided they have the channel.

Very Impressed. Had surgery at sky lake hospital, and needed to stay over for the night, to recover. Traveling alone … after my surgery a nice gentleman "Jordan" arrived in the Shilo shuttle van, and returned us to the Inn. My "Suite" (that's just how it felt), a King bed on the 4th floor, wow! this room is really nice, and large? Couch (w/fold out bed), 2 flat screen TV's, table w/chairs, a nice desk, cute little coffee table. The bathroom is nicely laid out, very roomy, and CLEAN! My wife & I manage a motel (100 miles east), so I'm always checking things out, and when I come across a place that impresses me, then they've earned an honest & sincere review from me. I am very impressed with my room (#422), and I just wanted to give kudos to this Shilo Inn, and it's staff. The room was very clean, the bed is huge & comfortable, everything worked, and now I can relax and enjoy it. For our 11 yr. Anniversary, I'll be bringing the Mrs. Here, (hope this room is available!?!? ). Thank you everyone at the Shilo Inn — Klamath Falls, OR.

The hotel was nice, affordable, and clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and had great service and a tasty meal. We even received coupons for free drinks. I would stay here again.

Haven't stayed in a Shilo for a long long time. First of all and most important, bed was comfortable. Second, pet friendly. Room was on top floor at the end of the hall so the noise level was very low. Made a huge difference keeping our puppy quiet and sleeping all night. Big grassy area in front for dog. Good service. Would definitely stay here again.

This is where we always stay! The hotel. Is always clean, conveniently located close to OIT (which is why we visit Klamath Falls), and has great amenities. The breakfast is complimentary and good. The pool is open 24 hours. The decision is dated but taken care of well.

We had a very good stay. I enjoyed the clean rooms and breakfast very much! The pool was too cold and the jets were broken but it was fun nonetheless. The rooms are very outdated which is not atheistically pleasing considering the amount you pay. Overall, it was good. Definitely needs to be updated though.

Ask for a room in a bed and gave us two and the tub was plogeada that the water is not draining when we bananas. We call by phone to the reception and they never answered. We went a day earlier because we did not like much stay. We pay a lot of money for the service offered.

This was a great place to stay. Nice facility with clean rooms professional staff and nice setting. I would definitively stay there again and highly recommend it.

Great customer service at this hotel. Staff was polite and informative. Had a continental breakfast with scrambled eggs, cubed potatoes, and gravy. Had normal coffee, juice, cereal, etc. It's an older hotel with older carpet and dark hallways so that's the only reason it wasn't a 5-star.

Affordable, Clean, Suite. Very friendly staff. Really comfy room. My grandkids came to swim at the pool while my sister and I stayed there, we had fun and it was clean and big enough to enjoy. Not to mention the "not too hot, but just right" hot tub. The views out our window overlooked the road but the Vista view of the hills and lake was lovely. The food at the restaurant was good and the waitress Great! Free breakfast till 10. You really can't ask for more.

Location is a great stop between the bay area and Portland. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is great. I loved this hotel. Good value too.

Located on the edge of Klamath Falls, Shilo Inn is a commonplace travel hotel. All rooms are non smoking. Smoking is allowed outside, there is a small bench for those who do. The rooms are fairly large and boast standard amenities as well did ours have a wet sink/bar area. The decor is a little dated, but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

In agreement with others. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is the worst part. Then theres the fact that you can literally hear you neighbors using the restroom and flushing and showering at all hours. The didnt come back to sevice our room because we didnt get out of there untill 930 am. They left a note saying we had a do not disturb sign up till 1pm which was totally false she just didnt want to walk back down the hallway. The toilet didnt flush property and the elevator had problems 2 out of 5 days. I am a coffee drinker and I had to ask for creamer to be put out every morning. And it was right behind the counter. They just didnt fill it when the filled the coffee. Avoid this place. There is a holiday inn on 6th stay there.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. The lobby was large and inviting. The decor throughout was somewhat dated. There is only one elevator. The was a large pool (very chilly), hot tub, steam room and sauna. The pool/spa area was large and all seemed to enjoy. An enhanced continental breakfast is complementary. The staff was very friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The room could probably use more insulation as it was noisy from the people on the floor above and the shower noises from other guests. The hotel is close to the freeway and with the windows closed (yes, they do open) the freeway/street traffic did not bother us.

I liked the bar beyond. Rooms are good but the alverca water is cold.

Always love stopping at a Shilo. Clean facilities, great breakfast and they let you bring your dogs! Even if you're just stopping in for a social get together, they're very hospitable.

This hotel has the worst customer service ever! It's quite unprofessional. The manager Sandy is the most disrespectful hotel manager I have encountered. She is rude lacks communication skills and clearly dosent have the experience or knowledge to run a hotel in a proper manner. Shilo inn klamath falls has double charged me for a room on Thursday. The money was returned to my account by the next day (Friday) after I called my bank so they could release the funds. On Friday night my bank statement shows a recurring fee from shilo inn klamath falls for the same amount I was refunded. I called them Saturday morning and I am informed that the management isn't in until Tuesday and that the hotel staff cannot provide me with any other information other then what's on the receipt. I wait until today (Tuesday) to call so I can speak to the manager Sandy. Immediately she starts to talk to me as if I'm an incompetent child and gives me the exact same information that I was given on Friday except that she could not get the amount I was charged right. She kept fluctuating the price as if she was not looking at the computer nor listening to me. Now let me get started on the room. My room "looked"clean but if you look under or behind any furnishing you will find little pieces of trash (q-tips, napkins, hair and eair plugs. The couch was stained and the a/c didn't work. Once morning came we went down to get breakfast.

Stay here alot. Great place to stay. Great customer service at front counter. If your lucky enough to get Stephanie she is very helpful. Although the maid service needs some help at times.

Had a great stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Stephanie and Elizabeth at the front desk helped us with some issues we had and made sure our stay was pleasent and relaxing. The only complaint we had was in reguards to the hot tub. It would best be described was a warm tub.

This place was simply unbelievable, the sheer impudence of the employees working there is ludicrous! Completely nonprofessional and nonsensical! Checked in at 5:30 am and were told that the room was ours until the next day. Receiving a call from the front desk at about 1:30 pm to be informed that the room must be vacated at once or that we would have to pay more money, after already paying 120 dollars 8 hours ago. After being hung up on, down at the front desk all they had to say was that the previous woman who rented us the room was wrong and that we would have to pay the same amount once again because we didn't check in at 7:00 am, only an hour and a half difference. With the manager now involved if we didn't vacate the room or pay the amount that the police department would be called! Do not stay at this place.

The shilo inn was very accommodating and comfortable. Our room was very clean, the staff was extremely well mannered and their pool and hotub were fantastic.

Room was clean but walls where thin, was not propperly stocked with towles and soap, not worth the price.

Stayed at Shilo Inn, Klamath Falls last night. They have a great rate for veterans! We got a King bed suite which was very clean and with free Wi-Fi. They also have a free continental breakfast which was on par for those kind of breakfasts. I usually stay at Marriott properties but there aren't any in that area. Because of the good experience we had at this hotel we will be coming back to this hotel in the future. The property looks great outside as well.

I have to say that the room I received at the Shilo Inn was phenomenal. I was impressed immediately when I walked in. It was a big room, a huge bed, lovely cleanliness, a separate sitting room, a table to play cards, and a table to do the computer work. I mean it had everything. I would be coming back here regularly if I were traveling in this area. Of course I'd like to have plugs by the bedside, yeah that would be helpful. Oh did I mention the refrigerator was quiet. Now that's a plus I have stayed in so many hotels where I've had to unplug the refrigerator to get the room quiet. A room with two TVs that was a new twist! The towels were soft, the water is great, the soaps are marvelous. Let's face it I like this chain.

Complimentary breakfast was lot better than most hotels offer. Their potato wedges we're awesome. Its a suite, very clean, spacious. Only complain is about house keeping, they didn't refill basic stuff like facial tissues, soaps in the restroom. But wasn't a huge problem. I would stay here again specially for the breakfast and location!

Lovely place and nice room!

The Staff was super friendly and prompt to any questions. The room was spacious, clean, well stocked and great amenities. The pool was open 24hrs and heated and they have a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The breakfast buffet was very nice with scrambled eggs two ways, sausage, biscuits and gravy, muffins, toast, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, milk, juice, etc. No complaints here. I came into town because my father passed was in the hospital and they are walking distance which I utilized to clear my head after he passed. I am now booking my next stay for his Celebration of Life. I highly recommend the Shilo Inn.

My Family and I have stayed at the Klamath Falls Shilo Inn at least a dozen times. We have strayed (they are usually booked) and stayed at the other local hotels but always find our way back. As with many of our stays we have brought at least one of our dogs, never and (with the hotel or our dog) issue. Healthy breakfast if you choose that route, I do. My kids get a lot of use out of the pool, sauna, or steam room. Always a pleasant stay.

Great place to stay in Klamath Falls. Rooms were big. Breakfast was much more than expected. Very friendly. I don't think that you will find anything close to this kind of value.

We have been uncomfortable with the cleanliness on most every hotel stay elsewhere over the past 12 years, and my wife and child were not very uncomfortable at Shilo Klamath Falls last night (2013 June 11). Pool was too cool for their taste. Have not stayed at the 50% more expensive (116$ versus 82$) Holiday Inn Express in Klamath Falls, so can not offer a comparison there.

Worst "free high speed internet" ever. I just need a reliable minimal internet for some business tasks. I can understand super slow speeds due to evening congestion but I have never seen any motels this slow.

The hotel, itself, is nice. The rooms are big and clean. The ONLY criticism I have is customer support at the check in counter. There is only ONE young lady, and with a line well into the lobby, it took well over an hour to finally get checked in. When I asked her, finally, why they don't hire more employees to help at check in, she said she asks every day. This one thing, to me, is a deal breaker. There is absolutely no excuse for this. This one issue is so bad that I reduced my rating to a two. This is generous. Seriously consider another hotel, unless you want to spend extended periods of time simply getting a key to a room. Unacceptable.

Great, friendly, very clean hotel with everything we needed. Laundry facilities, restaurant on site with decent priced, ok food to get us fed and in bed with long travels. The only bad part is they dont accept cats. Only dogs n horses. We understand because not every kitty is litter trained and kittys pee smell horrible. So our lil love spent the night somewhere else warm. We love the size of the room and that every corner was clean. After coming from Guam where standards are less than, even in high end hotels, this was a huge blessing for a newly retired family. The server in the restaurant was extremely pleasant and her family friendliness was refreshing. Looking forward to the early breakfast and get on the road again. Just wish we had more time to enjoy or stay and the pool.
