We got a deal online dropping the price to $65 for the room. For that price we got 2 queens a full size refrigerator and microwave. The rows were a little thin and we could not get the TV to work, but they do have Wi-Fi, and we weren't there to watch TV anyway. If you just need a place for the night and don't need to be spoiled, this place is A1-Ok.

Surprisingly nice; great value! It doesn't look great from the road, but inside is updated, clean, and comfortable. I always want 2 pillows at hotels. Here I had 2 but one was perfect. Friendly staff. I would stay here again.

This hotel surpassed all my expectations. We had been to Crater Lake National Park and coming back from there (if you have been there, you will know that the place is beautiful but not so good in terms of amenities), When we reached here, the motel was really something we needed. The manager was very sweet and accommodating. We reached to the motel at 11PM to check in and checkin was hassle free. We had booked a room with 2 queen beds which were actually queen size and very comfortable. There was unlimited free Wi-Fi with no speed restriction. An LED TV with HBO and ESPN at no added costs (that never happens). And the best part is that the room had an attached kitchen which was of the size of a small room with microwave, fridge, coffee machine and all. Rooms and everything were clean and the motel is next to a Chevron and Pilot Gas station. Subway, burger king etc are right next to motel. So amenities and location wise it's good. Also, it's very close to Upper Klamath Falls Lake so in no time you can reach a beautiful lake. Plus the price we paid for the room was so less. Overall this motel deserved a 5 star for our stay.

The room was remodeled and was very nice. The check in was easy and the staff are very friendly. We will be staying here every time we come to Klamath Falls. The bed was very comfortable.

This was a great price deal. Quiet even though it was right off the freeway. The night manager was amazingly kind and friendly. If you're in the area and on a traveling budget, check it out. Room was clean & comfortable.

Honestly it was a super quiet night for someone tired on the road. Don't expect luxery by any means, it seemed pretty sketchy with sketchy people about. However when my family and I awoke no one had tried to break into our truck and we all were most certainly NOT murdered so all in all that's all you can really ask for.

Wonderful polite owners and employees, nice breakfast offerings, beautiful view to wake up to in the morning… amazing sky and sunrise. Quiet sleep even on the highway! going to book another stay this week.

The front desk lady was awesome, especially since we woke her up at 2:30am. We paid $99 for a very scary two room suite: two queen size beds (one with TV with hbo, the other bed in room with large regular size fridge and microwave). Who knows what has gone down in this room… I wouldn't take my shoes off or use shower (had new low water use toilet, but water was yellow in bowl when we arrived, once flushed it had clear water… so assuming pee in toilet). Bed had no bugs, but did have questionable stains on pillowcase. We were desperate for sleep. The front desk wanted us to see room first before renting since it was so bad. I'm guessing the rest on motel was descent, but never saw those rooms. All other motels/hotels were booked. We were shocked this one room was available.

I was not happy about paying $400 for a night in a room, but it was the only place with vacency and we needed a place to stay. No complaints about the bed. It did have a kitchen and full size fridge but it also had some stains on the carpet and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The place served it's purpose but I would not want to stay there another night.

The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The covered parking for my motorcycle right outside the door was great. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Very nice stay.

Wonderful Staff, lovely non-smoking rooms/showers, wonderful customer service for the price, bed was comfy, they tv, ac/heater worked the two times I stayed there, microwave and fridge included. The reason for a less star is b/c when I try calling the main office lately it has kept the phone ringing or sounding busy almost all day. Only concern was non healthy breakfast with the packaged donuts this place is highly recommended if you just need a bed, heat/AC and/or shower.

Clean rooms. Friendly front desk and good price. Covered parking in front of all rooms is nice. (Keep in mind this is a "no frills' hotel, so no complementary shampoo/coffee makers in rooms, there is coffee made and ready at front desk though. But they do have a fridge and microwave). Would stay again.

Being nervous about selecting a motel, I was pleasantly surprised with our stay at the A-1 Budget Motel in Klamath Falls. Friendly, clean, comfy beds. What more can a person ask for? Room was spacious and clean. The room we had appeared to be updated recently. I definitely would stay again if our travels allow. Thank you for a positive stay!

Clean and comfortable. We rested well. The only thing is the coffee is in the lobby. There were patches on the wall. And the shower sprayed everywhere. But for the most part it worked for what we needed.

The room was basic, the beds were comfy. Old style TV with cable we did not turn on. Small fridge, a microwave, desk and a rolling chair. Adequate storage space for clothes in the dresser below TV. The free Wi-Fi pin didn't work, but we were to tired to care as Verizon LTE coverage was present. The bathroom was nice and quiet large for the room size. My complaint that was handled quickly by the staff was — we checked in, got our room key (did not go to the room) and went to get food, upon return our room door was open, beds unmade. The staff apologized and made the beds and made some excuse about the maid forgetting, and they were airing it out, mind you this was around 8:00 pm and we were skeptical of entering a room that had the door wide open, the only one in the whole place. They opened the bathroom to make sure nobody was in the room at my wife's request. My only other complaint was the lighting in the room was provided by recessed ceiling lights and one of the three did not work, near the door. We saw they had some kind of breakfast but decided not to get it as it was time to get moving. Overall, it was a good price/experience since everyone in the area including them radically raised their prices for the 4th of July weekend and we just needed a place to sleep on our journey home.

It was ok. Though when we arrived after getting the key, our door was wide open and bed unmade. The staff was apologetic. Fixed up the room quickly. No frills.

I usually stay at the motel chains while I'm taking a road trip, but decided to try out A-1 Budget Motel because of the positive online reviews. I am very pleased with this place. The price is extremely fair, the room I was in had been recently remodeled, and the staff was extremely friendly. I also appreciated the free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, the HBO, and the fact that it seems pretty clear to me that they're going out of their way to make this a great place to stay for an affordable price. I really enjoyed it here, and will surely be back next time I pass through Klamath Falls. I highly recommend A1 Budget Motel to folks looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient, affordable place to stay.

Very very comfortable had a great nice sleep. Hot strong shower and the management out of this world. Very accommodating to make your stay pleasant.

So clean, very comfortable room (non-smoking), reasonable prices, parking is just in front of the door with cover, fast internet, pleasant front desk. Highly recommended.

Great value and friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here twice: Aug 31, 2015 & Sept 7, 2015, both times in room 115. It was a clean and average room. New tile and granite counter in the bathroom. Bigger than expected fridge. Also had a microwave. Clean red carpets. Comfortable bed. Older 'tube' tv, but who cares — they had more channels than we knew what to do with. Stayed here 'cause it's the cheapest in town. Wasn't disappointed. Left happy.

Cleanish. Gross carpets. Bedding is not great. There were 4 of us. We wanted 2 rooms, and they rented us 2 rooms each with 2 beds. Feel like it was a cash grab as we would have shared if we knew that there were 2 beds in each room. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean older motel. Great value and the staff are very kind and helpful. I would stay again if in the area. Don't let age discourage you.

Cheap and cheerful. Perfect for tired travellers who just need somewhere to sleep.
