Friendly service, clean large room, extremely comfortable bed. Just what I needed after a long day on the road. Even a special treat for my cat Fin. He did not want to leave this morning.

They had a pet friendly room when we really needed it because of a roadside emergency. Sid and Eileen took incredible care of us.

Great staff and quick response time, had a lock fail while my mother and I were there and we're waylayed an hour or so before we were able to return to our items in our room. Amazing assistance from staff as it all was sorted out!

I enjoyed our stay. We needed a pet friendly room and they were almost out of rooms so they gave us a suite that I don’t really think was meant for pets because it had carpet flooring. The TV was broken so they gave it to us for the normal room rate. The room was very comfortable and had everything you could need. Nice shower and tub. They had a dog area which was wonderful. Nice continental breakfast in the morning. We had one snafu with the key cards. They accidentally made room keys for another suite using our number and then our keys were invalidated. After the other guest realized his room keys worked on a room that already had people in it, he got his fixed and then I went and had ours restored. No biggie.

I got very sick while traveling back from a vacation early in the morning and I needed a place to stay last minute so I could recover before getting on the road again. I called best western and one other hotel and the staff that answered were very rude when I told them I needed an early check in. I then called this Holiday Inn and the man who answered the phone was immediately friendly and willing to help. They allowed me an early check in which I desperately needed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was a good location so my husband could run and get some things I needed at nearby stores. Thanks, Holiday Inn! You were a lifesaver.

Very accommodating for a late night, last minute check in. Room was nice and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm passing through!

Everything at this hotel exceded any expectations! From friendly staff, nice rooms, taste of free coffee, free hot breakfast, outdoor pool, and so much more… very happy!

I got a suite upgrade for being IGG Spire — — front desk was helpful, rooms standardly nice and big and Holiday-Inn style. Wifi worked fine.

My room was clean and neat. The bathroom was placed a little awkwardly because the front door would block it if it was open but everything else was fine. They also provided nice free breakfast.

This hotel is worth every penny, and Maria at the desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, breakfast was great, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat,

One of the older lady's at the front desk isn't the brightest. Got my keys to the room went up to 3rd floor and they didn't work. Had her program them and the next day they didn't work again because she programmed them for 1 day even after she confirmed I was staying for 5. Other then that it's was an ok stay. Clean, gym is really small, the elevator is kind of loud and can be heard all night if you're close to it. Employees are friendly.

This is a very nice hotel. It is right off of the highway, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the price is good and there is a full complimentary breakfast in the morning. If I was unfortunate enough to drive through these mountains again, this is the place I would stay.

Great staff and service. They handled a 150 high school band group with friendliess and accomodstions for everything from passing out keys to helping accommodate for meal arrangements.

Rooms need better lighting. So dark I used a flashlight a few times to see. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel has nice rooms and there breakfast is great, the only complaint I would have is the ceiling aren't sound proof and you could here foot foot steps, other wise I would recommend.

The hotel is close to amenities. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The area with the coffee makers have a bottle opener, which is a nice touch.

Best place to stay in Grants Pass. The staff have always been friendly and provide great service. The breakfast is good and can't beat free. The beds are comfy and stay was quiet! My place stay when working here.

HIE Express never fails to provide! Always friendly. Always accommodating. Always top notch. But I need to send a special shout out to Clark from Sunday evening, August 27th, in Grants Pass, OR. From the moment we stepped in Clark went above and beyond in his customer service. To say he is a gentleman only scratches the surface. Traveling often isn't glamorous, long days, hot weather, uncomfortable. But when we walked in all Clark saw was a valued customer. There need to be more people like him and he needs to be promoted! HIE you are lucky to have him! Don't let him go! I highly recommend HIE in any town you may travel to as they are very consistent. You will always have my business! The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. There is a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker with k cups for you so that's very convenient. They have a free breakfast which is simple but good. I have rebooked at this place since it was a good experience.

Staff is very nice and the room was satisfactory got a family trip. It's well placed in an area with a fair amount of shopping and dining available.

Front desk clerk was super friendly room was ckean and comfortable. Breakfast was good couldn't aak for anhthing more.

Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and over all very pleasant to speak with. Facility was clean and kept within expectations. Location was ideal for someone traveling to the are, given its proximity to major roadways in the area and many travel-amenity staples.

The room was as expected, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the fridge worked well. There was coffee/tea available in the room. The hotel employees very friendly. Breakfast options were varied and plentiful, with lots if fresh fruit available. Good coffee, although the eggs taste "packaged". My suggestion would be for a larger TV for the size of room and different egg options.

We got two queens and found the room nice and big. The beds were very comfortable with the pillows labeled soft and firm. No more guessing! The bathroom was nice and spacious and the towels were surprisingly soft. In the morning we ate the free breakfast which included eggs and pancakes and cinnamon rolls and fresh coffee.

As a frequent traveler, I appreciate a hotel that goes the extra mile to keep their guests comfortable and happy. This Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The bed mattress was a premium pillow top with triple sheeting, and quality king size pillows. Upgraded amenities include Keurig coffee makers, fridge, and micro in every room. Bath and body works toiletties as well. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and plentiful with options galore! Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, and much more. Special thanks to Jaime, Jennifer, and Doug for their excellent service. You will not be disappointed here.

Great rooms — clean, spacious, quiet, great service and hospitality! Continental breakfast could be better with more options but wasnt bad.

The hotel overall was excellent. I would have given 5 stars except for one thing. Around the rooms 100 and 101 there is a loud humming noise that stops after a few minutes then 1 minute later it starts again. It does this all night long. That needs to be fixed, but everything else was great.

Were still at the hotel but the service has been friendly the room is clean, the beds are comfortable and breakfast is great.

The room is nice enough, albeit a little plain. Booked through Hotels Tonight so the rate was decent. Wi-Fi was good as was the breakfast.

Hotel and staff where great. Clean room, awesome breakfast. There were alot of kids who smelt like weed and we're loud and obnoxious all around the hotel. Riding hover boards up and down the halls. Yelling etc. And our room ended up being next to some party or something and we had to move. That was the only bad part about the experience.

Checked in really late at night and there were a bunch of young adults being pretty loud throughout the hotel. The front desk agent asked them to be quiet and really cared about the other guests that were staying there. We were assigned a room on the fourth floor. We got into our room and the guests next door were being really loud, mind you it was 2 am. We called the front desk and he quickly got us into another room that was extremely quiet. Breakfast was better than most continental breakfast and the bed and pillows were very comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

This is by far the best place I've stayed in Grants Pass in the last 6 years I've been traveling down here. The place is clean. The beds are comfortable. I love the selection of pillows. The staff is great. The only thing I would change is trade the pancake machine for a waffle maker, but at this rate if you really want waffles you can afford to go out and get them. I will definitely stay here again.

It's a good family place. Easy to get to and clean. Good service and a friendly staff.

Just an average stay. Stuff was stolen out of car and when asked hotel if there is cameras out side was told no. Manager said there was no Issues with theft. Then called police and was told it happens all the time. Went back to manger and then he confessed to that it happens. At that point seemed like he was part of the stuff stolen. Never stay here.

Overall I enjoyed my stay here, and staff was very nice. It wasn't the quietest hotel I've been in. But there is a pretty nice view of the valley from one side if the hotel.

Almost everything was great. Clean, bathroom and vanity are large. Would be nice to have a softer pillow option. I stay often at competitive places like Hilton Garden Inns and Courtyards but for the money HIX is almost always better.

My car was stolen and my entire contents stolen with it while I was parked in Holiday Inn Express' parking lot. Come to find out they have no security cameras! They claim to have a random security service patrol the lot at night. The lot is poorly lit and easily accessible from many areas. No Cameras! Another car was broken into that night also. The staff was sympathetic and helpful. The Police told me that there are a lot of these incidences in Grants Pass due to a large Meth contingent who need money to buy drugs. Did I say no security cameras! If you want to feel secure about sleeping in a hotel this ain't the place! Avoid this very convenient venue for tweekers. No signs warning of danger. No regrets if you are a victim. Too bad.

Stayed in 3rd floor room. Noise from room above was extraordinarily loud and disconcerting. Very expensive.

It is a little spendy for what you get, but it is clean and the staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. Hot tub and pool is outdoors brrrrrr Pet friendly — 10 bucks per night. Bed (stay in a king) was outstanding.
