What a cute place to stay! Kevin, the owner, is super helpful, humble and friendly. We got to the cottage last night at 1 am and he came right out to help us get settled in. The room is clean, cozy and feels like home:) It’s also pet friendly.

We stay every year. So much fun and relaxation in one place. Family reunions are perfect here. Dog friendly. Fun retro furnishings. Lovely owners who really care and have become friends. Cant recommend this place enough!

One of my top favorite places I’ve ever stayed at, the owner is incredibly nice and helpful and we loved all the cats roaming around too. Will definitely stay again.

This was an extremely lucky find. Forget the chains. This is a perfect place to enjoy good hospitality and a great place to stay.

A unique and charming experience. Not your "new and fancy" hotel, but certainly worth every penny spent. Wonderful people who own and run the establishment, and the view… wow, the view.

One of my favorite places to stay, so far I've stayed in number 6 and number 14 and they've both been great. Good friendly environment, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. This has the most personality out of any place I've ever stayed.

You will enjoy your stay, incredibly nice people run this Motel! Was able to book our room completely via email — quick responses! Our room accurately depicted the photos and descriptions from their website.

Very accommodating and friendly owners. The location is great and the grounds are beautiful. There's a wonderful spot to swim in the river. Our room was well stocked and had family games to play and a wonderful deck to enjoy. Our room was clean. The only reason that I am not giving them 5 stars, is that the kitchen faucet dripped constantly and had a leak under the cabinet with a bucket to catch the water. We also had to keep all food put away or we would immediately find ants. It is a wonderful place, but could use a little upkeep.

We loved everything about the room and we walked into the room and felt like home it's beautiful and so clean and relaxing. We went out on the deck and and people floating down the rogue river our stay was awesome.

I stayed at the Motel Del Rogue over the Memorial Day weekend and loved every minute of my stay. My room was perfect, filled with antiques, a covered deck on the river and even fresh ground coffee provided by the owner, Kevin. Kevin was very accommodating. Some of the units have kitchens and there were even fresh herbs growing in planters for the guests to use! Oh, and I should mention how quiet it was. I will be going back with friend and family. Thank you Kevin.

We loved it here! So sweet and cozy! Felt more like a sweet B&B than a motel! Lots of beautiful antiques and charming decor. We stayed in a King room with a Jacuzzi tub. The candles next to the tub were a nice touch! Kevin was very accommodating and friendly! It was very relaxing and beautiful, right on the Rogue river. Oh, and the coffee was yummy (and I'm a coffee snob) Thanks again, we will absolutely be back!

Gorgeous environment very relaxed quiet and calming with beautiful views and access to the river and personal cabins with a main living room area a bathroom a kitchen with a stove and dishes and everything and a nice bedroom very comfy perfect for couple getaways or business trips.

Great and friendly staff made reservations and check in real nice experience and made this the perfect cozy spot for the weekend get away. Loved our room and the fishing was pretty great too!

I stayed here for a month and loved the location, the warm hospitality and funky character. Our room was a bit drafty but the covered deck on the river and quiet setting was prefect. Kevin took care of our every need and made us feel at home. So much better than some sterile stay on the interstate! I highly recommend del rogue for a unique motel.

Nice little gem along the Rogue River. Very quiet and the bed was so comfortable, I pulled back the covers to see what brand. The owners are gracious and friendly and the rustic charm reminded me of the kind of place I would build and furnish. We couldn't be more satisfied. My wife remarked the place reminded her of her mother. The artwork, painted rocks and older knick knacks all brought back good memories. We look forward to visiting again.

A 1930's motel right on the river. Rustic with lots of charm. The owners are friendly and quick to help.

What a gem! Rustic charm including outside tables with tablecloths where you can enjoy meals you've cooked in your cabin kitchen. Lots of unexpected amenities like charcoal for the grills. Loved our stay very much.

Great Owners, reasonable pricing & lovely accommodations with decks on the peaceful river. Clever decorations & very clean & functional overall. Wish there were more gems like this along the way. Check out the book selection!

This place is a gem! Pet friendly (for a small and very reasonable fee). The owner could not be nicer. He was able to accommodate us last minute (late at night) and helped us bring our luggage in. The beds are comfortable, the shower nice and hot and we had a sweet little porch on the back with a gorgeous view of the rogue river. I will absolutely be back!

Big cabins. The guy that owns it is very nosey and rude and there is a creepy feeling I get from him. His wife is very sweet but quiet and shy. For grants Pass its nice I guess but would much rather be somewhere where he's not calling ppl and showing up at my door every time I have a guest visit. Im here for a week…

Nice little spot on the river. Family owned and they don't rush. Tucked away from the highway so you don't hear much noise. The appliances in the room are updated and they even give you a cast iron pan yo use. It's a secret spot if your traveling and need to stop for the night. Definitely will stay hear again.

Beautiful sceneryand relaxing accommodations. Could not have asked for a better place to get away with my family.

Great cottage style rooms with fridges and kitchens. Private-ish decks and awesome close river access. Owned and managed with love and it shows in the kitchy decore and overall vibe this place presents. I highly recommend it.

Everyone who works there is extremely nice and friendly. Even the cleaning ladies! The area is of course gorgeous and there are lots of bbqs and space to do your own thing. Plus there's a clear way to get in the water. It reminds me of what the hospitality industry is supposed to be. If you go to a best Western or some chain of hotels you'll get mass-produced "hoapitality" that wants you to hurry up and get out of their way. But here they were warm and welcoming.

Our new home away from home. Great sleep listening to the river at night. Kevin and Constance couldn't be more hospitable — they shared advice, tips, great conversations, tools, and even a basket of books and animals to pet for our granddaughter. We had a delightful week!

This review is not about the motel itself but rather some insight into the character of one of the owners, Kevin Marr. The short story is some personal papers, which included all my identity information, was accidentally left at the motel. Kevin could have haphazardly thrown out the papers and who knows where my information may have ended up. Instead, in concern for me and my personal information, he contacted me and arranged to send my paperwork to me. I think this act of kindness speaks volumes about the type of person Kevin is and demonstrates the interest and concern he has for his guests. Thank you Kevin for caring.

Funky, quirky set of rooms right on the Rogue River, run with loving care by a kind, sweet family. Beautiful views, good coffee, comfy beds, clean rooms, odd furnishings, friendly cats, lovely experience all together.

Hotel Del Rogue has the best hospitality I think I've ever gotten from a place. I travel a lot and when my mom and I pulled up in with our huge UHAUL the owner saw it was late and offered to pick us up some food so we didn't have to go out anymore. It was the sweetest thing! The best place around!

This place reminded me of the cabins in Big Sur except the river was really running. If you like rustic (and I do) this is a wonderful place to go. There are so many little thoughtful additions to each room. The beds were really nice and clean! The owner is very friendly and all of the staff were so easy to get along with. The other guests were friendly and fun. I could go on and on but bottom line, I will be going back to Motel Del Rogue!

Very nice owner and staff, older facility with charm. Clean and peaceful with a very relaxing setting on the river.

We choose this place to stay because we were going to be in town over a week for a college graduation. I loved it. My fiancee and I loved sitting along the river watching the wild life. Saw an otter, ducks, geese and deer. The room was great. We had a large group and we had a room with plenty of room and a full kitchen to boot. It felt like we had a little mountain cabin. The staff were very friendly and we even got a discount on our bill at check out. I plan on staying there every time I come back to the area.

This is the best motel in the world. If you are looking for edgy modern accommodations, iPod docks everywhere, towel warmers, European feel, and a restaurant with haute cuisine, DON'T BOTHER. This is like staying at Grandma's house — warm, welcoming, CLEAN, beautiful old furniture and decor, and local vintage paintings that defy description. I guess some would call this "shabby chic", but I call it wonderful. Our balcony overlooked the wild and beautiful Rogue River. The innkeepers are "salt of the Earth" good people, who will do everything they can to accommodate your needs. Dogs are welcome, and. If you are missing your cat who's had to stay home, you might get a visit from one of the on-site felines. I will never stay anywhere else while in the Rogue Valley.

The innkeepers, Kevin and Constance, are the greatest! Motel del Rogue's rooms have great Rogue River views. I give it two thumbs up.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. A wonderful spirit in this place! Wish we could have stayed longer because it's a prefect spot to get comfortable in.

Here right now so far its as nice as you would think, I right more aftr the night, WI FI works great, sitting on the privet porch haveing a slice of pizza and a local beer listning to the water, ill le tyou know if the night goes well.
