There’s not a lot of pet friendly places that are nice and don’t charge you an arm and a leg just because your family members have four legs instead of two so yes I totally recommend all La Quintas.

This is a very good hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and fresh. Cookies at night and great breakfast to start the day!

Cody was very friendly at the front desk, very welcoming. The hotel was very clean, and quiet. We would definitely stay there again!

Great price, great view, across the street from In-N-Out Burger, 24 hour fitness center. The reason for 4 stars is we booked it for the 24 hour pool, and when we got there, a kid had puked in it and it was closed for our entire stay and the vending machines were out of just about everything. Otherwise, it was pretty clean and there were no other issues.

Right off I-5, easy access. Always a friendly face at the front desk. Nice rooms w comfortable beds, microwave and mini fridge, blow dryers. Full breakfast at 6am and also a pre bagged "on the go" breakfast waiting at the counter to take with you by at least 5am. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub. I'll stay again.

Front desk person extremely nice and accommodating. Recognized as a rewards member and upgraded. Room was nice, comfortable bed and good complimentary breakfast. Would recommend. Only downside is freeway noise but also nice being close to many food choices and other conveniences.

Stayed here about a year and a half ago and was mildly impressed. My stay a couple days ago, not so much. The room was worn down, dirty carpet and dusty. The staff was excellent and helpful getting me checked in early in a quiet room since I have an early work schedule. They informed me they are joining Wyndham hotel group which includes super 8 and days inn, which I have had less than acceptable experiences with. Pulling a star from my rating, sorry.

Nice & clean. No lotion in the room but not a deal breaker. Nice hot breakfast for our young kids! Coffee was great… had 2 cups that day!

Spent one night there on way to Bay area. Needs bathroom update and although carpet was plush it had many large stains. Office said they had a call to a carpet cleaning service but hadn't arrived yet. We did smell smoke in room after arrival but a non-smoking hotel possibly from outside patrons.

It's low budget and not super clean and the hot tub/spa smells terrible! They have upgraded stuff but you can tell it was not a quality job there are obvious patches in the walls. The toilet moves when you sit down. Also they have smoking rooms and allow ALL sizes of dogs. So it just doesn't feel clean. Breakfast had a lot of options and staff are amazing and very friendly!

This hotel has good amenities and included breakfast. The staff was great. Pet friendly is a plus. The only negative is there is carpet, which is not compatible with some dogs and showed stains. I would stay again.

Great hotel and caters to pets of all breeds. Staff was friendly and helpful for check in and check out. Pet rooms are kind of in rough shape from previous pet owners but that's the price you pay. No complaints here.

The room smelled funny but we enjoyed our time there. The staff was friendly and they were quick to get us checked in and out. We thought the pool was great and they had goggles for us to borrow when we forgot ours. The breakfast was not appetizing but the waffle makers saved it. Despite the hotels flaws, the excellent customer service really made up for it and lead to a great experience!

Warm and cozy. On a road trip and decided to break for the night. Best choice ever, clean rooms, nice staff, all around great. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. Will definitely stay again.

This is a very nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet. The only reason for 4 stars is that there wasn't a family directly upstairs with children who were running around very noisily and a dog that was barking. Maybe those guests should be on the ground floor?

Fantastic place to stay. We only planned for one night but couldn't resist staying for two. We were literally greeted with fresh homebaked cookies… warm, gooey and perfect! The pool was 24 hrs which was awesome. The breakfast was also way better than we were expecting from a "free breakfast" the waffle station was epic. Will absolutely stay here again.

Its a place to stop but I’d find somewhere else if you can. We stayed at 2 other La Quintas on our trip from Dallas to Seattle and I’ve gotta say this one cost us the most and felt the most like I was staying at a motel 6. There is zero parking if you check in at night and no grass area for pets to relieve themselves other then a strip filled with tire tracks next to the south bound on ramp. It’s possibly the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in even including all the Disney hotels with a million kids running around.

Extremely disappointed! My husband, 2 dogs and myself have stayed here several times. As it is half way to our destination in California. Last night was the worst experience I have ever had at any of the La Quinta's and there have been many. Our room was dirty from construction workers going in and out before we checked in. The construction went on until 8:45 p. M. It was extremely loud! The heater did not work properly. There were 2 buckets of water in the bathroom. I had no idea why! Little did I know, the water was turned off last night. No flushing the toilet, getting a drink, etc. No water to even make coffee in the morning! Front desk said water would be turned back on between 3-4 a. M. It is 4:30 a. M. And still no water! The kicker was, someone actually coming into our room. We were laying on the bed, when some guy unlocks the door and walks in. Shocking! He's lucky my dogs or husband (4th degree black belt in karate) didn't get him before he shut the door. I had planned on booking several rooms for a trip in June. I am seriously reconsidering a different place to stay.

The best hotel for the money and I have paid way more for less! Great staff. Close to town. Grants pass is a very quaint place in the winter/Christmas. Lots of lights and cheery. Perfect spot to rest after a travel day.

I drive Semi trucks and stay in a hotel once to twice a week. Stayed at this specific La Quinta last night and was IMPRESSED to say the least. Staff were friendly, swimming pool and spa available. Room was clean and comfortable. Since I'm on the road all day/night it was great to have multiple food options within a few blocks. And since I usually leave pretty early in the morning the complimentary breakfast most places offer aren't even served before I leave, but this place offers a Early Bird breakfast that I could take with me! How awesome is that!?! I'm not saying this breakfast to go was some Gourmet dinning experience. It's just 100% more than I got elsewhere. If I have anything negative to say about them it would be these 2 things: 1 — I'm a taller guy so having an adjustable shower head (in room 210 where I stayed) would have been nice. 2 — it is located practically next to the freeway so there may be some noise due to that. My room was on the non-freeway side and I wouldn't have even known the freeway was there the room was so quiet. Oh man I almost forgot! The Wi-Fi was fast, strong, and no issue getting/staying connected!

We stayed here one night. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great. La Quinta Inns are always nice, and this one was no exception.

Room was quiet and dog friendly. Never had any issues with noise. Although it is right ny the freeway so you can hear cars driving by but that didn't bother me. Room was clean and staff were nice.

Very nice place, the staff are very personable and professional, and for a big well used motel, it has a very family atmosphere. The breakfast is the best I've ever had while traveling. Everyone, from staff to other patrons we're pleasant and a pleasure to be around.

Wanted to use the hot tub but it was out of service for maintenance. They upgraded us to the Victorian Suite, no extra charge because it has a in room 2 person jacuzzi tub.

Very courteous service, older hotel but my room was clean. The cigarette smoke was potent in a non smoking room, however. Despite the cooler temperatures outside I have left my window open everyday to try to quell it a bit.

Our room wasn't as clean as it could have been, the pool wasn't heated very well, there really isn't truck parking even though they said there was, my shower head was spraying water where it wasn't wanted. Also, if you're a clc member, there's a different protocol for check in, and they really don't care for you. Breakfast was amazing though.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice big room. Breakfast was adequate. Overall exactlt what I wanted and we were totally satisfied.

We were going on the jet boat trip. I requested perhaps a check in time at 2:30 (our boarding time was 3:00) We needed to store luggage, coolers and change clothes. I was told not possible. The rooms might not be ready. Check in is 3:00pm. Asked if perhaps a note to maids to clean one of our rooms would be possible Again told "no". At 9:30 that night I notice voice message from a restricted number. It stated it was from Gina the manager and all our rooms had been cancelled. Staff said I was aggressive making these requests. No call back number. Just a cancellation message 8 hours before our departure. Seems a call to me would have been the courteous and professional response. I don't take restricted phone calls. Not a good way to invite tourist to stay at this hotel in Grants Pass, Oregon.

Thus was the best La Quinta Inn I have stayed at. The stayed in the executive suite for the night. It was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. They have the standard fare of scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc. The staff was very pleasant and the room was clean.

Very nice hotel and William was very helpful and very nice. We walked in feeling tired but after meeting William all felt great. Highly recommend.

Rooms smell of cigarettes or mold. As other reviewers have noted, the rooms smell faintly of cigarettes. We asked to change rooms and the second smelled less of cigarettes but more of mold. The shower area smelled strongly of mildew. It was not pleasant. Hotel Wi-Fi didn't work. On the upside, staff is courteous, and all the other basic things you expect from a motel seemed to be fine.

The stay was fine, but there were a couple of small issues that kept me from giving a higher score. To starts with the bad; there was an active dog in the room next door and I would have appreciated that the dog rooms would have been kept in a separate area instead of the 3rd floor in the middle of the place. That is a logistical issue on planning out rooms that are hard to plan but it was hard to ignore. The breakfast was better than most complimentary breakfasts are at other chains and the pool and beds were quite comfortable.

Rooms are nice and clean. The staff is always nice. I've stayed here a few times.

Very nice new hotel, from 2013. Good rooms with all you need including fridge and lost of power outlets easy access.

The room's bathroom fan was as loud as freight train. The pillows were lumpy. There were AC parts that were tossed out by the window. Looked really trashy. But at least the sheets were clean and the free breakfast was decent.

Stayed here 2 separate times in the last month when I have been working in the area. Rooms are very comfortable and staff is excellent and very helpful with anything I have asked. Highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodation in a storybook town. Only place I will stay. Close to everything and staff is super friendly. Made my stay absolutely enjoyable.

A nice hotel next to I-5 in Grants Pass. It's older but very clean and everything worked well. Wifi was averaging 5mbs down. Front desk person was very nice. I would recommend requesting the side that faces the city for noise and better view.

Clean, pet friendly, pleasant staff. Good enough for me.

I stayed here twice on vacations over the last couple of years. I noticed NO freeway noise nor noise from adjoining suites. Having a bad back, the comfortable beds made me want to take up residence. Excellent morning brunch and, last but not least, the staff's extremely friendly. I'd stay no where else in Grants Pass. (Dog loved it here too! ).

Very Impressed with this place, just wish they had promotions for discounts — I'd probably stay monthly. They need to get on hotwire or something.

Probably the best La Quinta my family stayed at on our 1000 mile trip up the Pacific Coast. Grants Pass itself was a nice little town filled with warm spirited people. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.
