Very nice, lovely place. Clean and quiet. Excellent experience overall. Nothing to complain about except that my stay wasn't longer.

No frills, but clean and nice complimentary breakfast. Our pup Rikki slept well and had a nice walk by the river a few blocks away! Staff is very nice and accommodating too.

Stayed here two nights while we were in town for the power show. The room with two queens was the smallest tightest room we have ever experienced! Couldn't even fit a nightstand between the beds. Tweeky lady with barking dog next to us fighting with the manager right in front of our room. Dumpsters with old mattresses in the parking lot. Awful.

Stained mattress spring. Looked like potential bed bugs (though I'm no expert). Super sketchy part of Pendleton. We didn't feel comfortable staying in the room we booked (after seeing it) so we continued on even though it was late. Also very smelly, though that's somewhat to be expected given the age of the building.

Nice staff but the rooms was gross! Carpet stains, dirty, smelled like old cig smoke, mold, grease and some funky spray. Felt the bed springs. The shower had mold in it, woke up with my sinuses and eyes killing me, even for cheap it's a disaster.

Comfortable room and exemplary customer service. Very happy. Will stay again.

Prices were good. Construction was a nuisance. Breakfast was decent.

Not bad if all you need is a bed for the night. Bathroom door was broken, walls were terrible. Everything did seem like it was clean, but it was very obviously a budget motel.

Angel was Amazing! Great customer service and they even had free cookies at check-in. Older motel, but for the price it was great. Located in central downtown Pendleton. They are also pet friendly for a small fee.

This was the first hotel I absolutely hated. So many issues here! The counter help was nice but then pointed out while making a face the former owners were Indian "you know" really a uncomfortable way to check in… bizarre rooms way to old and simply neglected/gross first room the heating didn't work the next… the lights. I had to replace my own lights. Wow. Saw some people hanging out when I looked and waved over from my doorway I was surprised to be glared at. Later the counter help told me they were the new Management that live there and were hired to save money.

The pictures on there web site were nice and pleasant. The actual place was disappointing.

Beds were very hard and small, and blankets were old and thin. The room was clean enough but dated. Sometime during the night, someone stole a cooler from the back of our truck, so make sure you don't leave anything unsecured or unlocked.

Madeline was super friendly and nice. Cheap rates too…

The location of the place is very convenient there's convenience stores close by, theirs bars close by, there's all kinds of things to do close by including some restaurants with great food, everything you want to be near. The room I had was just redone and is very nice. The service was awesome naver had better service then at the rodeway inn and suites, their really nice and accommodating.

Horrible horrible horrible! We were stopping for the night and needed 2 rooms. The room our 4 older kids were in had Bugs in their beds! They woke up to bugs crawling over them at 2:00 am. We tried for half hour to contact office lady, once she answered and I told her about the bugs she hung up on me. I called back few min later (I thought she was coming to meet us at office but she didn't) she asked what she was supposed to do about it. She asked what would make a difference if she met in the office or not, its not her problem! I told her we wanted money back and she said ok. I asked her what we were supposed to do? Sleep in van? She said again-not her problem what is she supposed to do about it? I couldn't believe the customer service we got! I WILL NEVER go there again! I only gave one star because I had to mark one.

Do not stay here. Our room was infested with bed bugs, and when we confronted the front office about it, the lady refused to come down, saying "there's bugs in the bed, what am I supposed to do about it? It's not my problem. " Worst customer service. Corporate will definitely be getting a call in the morning.

We stay in a lot of hotels and this one is okay. The staff are nice and the rooms are clean with a good-sized bathroom and all the expected amenities. The mattress was okay and the pillows were nice. There was no breakfast to speak of but the coffee was okay and it's right across the street from a sports bar that actually opens at 9:00 a. M. And serves breakfast with really good coffee. We will definitely consider staying there again if business takes us there overnight.

Close enough to everything, staff was sweet about handling our very early check out time. Down side was the beds were very very firm. Good for the price though.

Nicely located in historic downtown Pendleton, close to restaurants and bars. Older hotel, not bad for a Rodeway.

They are selling a bed and it was comfortable. The room was large and clean.

It was a decent room, I did find a spider in the coffee pot. That was minor otherwise great experience. I would stay again no problem as long as I don't have a spider roommate again.

This place rocks. Good size rooms with AC microwave and fridge. Outdoor pool and walking distance to shops and bars.
