5th time here. Great little place to stay with friendly staff. Amazing food options around the hotel.

Being a nicer, 3 star hotel, we expected a comfortable bed. The king bed was old and not comfortable. The grout in the bathroom was crumbling between the tiles and there was something (toothpaste maybe? ) smeared across the front of the sink cabinet. The floor in the breakfast room was super sticky. We don't feel like our stay was worth the money we paid. = (

Super clean and friendly. This is a Hilton and it means it, trust! I felt safe everywhere. I even lost my laundry and the office helped me locate it on cameras… what? Too awesome!

Had a great time except with having a indoor pool I would expect the water to be warmer. We could not swim with our 2 and 9 year old because it was to cold.

Our room was on the small side but clean, and the front desk was helpful. I was traveling with my kids, two of whom are in diapers, and we had a totally full small trash can that was not emptied on the one day we had maid service. Breakfast was standard fare and plentiful; staff was responsive and concerned with good customer service.

The breakfast was pretty good, but the pool was very chlorinated, the elevators were dirty, and although the beds were comfortable, the sheets were dirty. The bathrooms were relatively clean, and the staff was okay.

Great location! Rooms, flooring, walls are very dirty though. The elevator smelled like a sewer line mixed with bleach (someone attempted to cover the smell). Bedding is very uncomfortable and dirty. Don't even try to go to the pool. You may as well swim in bleach straight out of the bottle. The staff was nice but definitely not on the friendly side.

The assistant manager is the most rude assistant manager I've encountered in a while. Could not connect to Wi-Fi on my tablet or laptop & couldn't stay connected on my phone. The housekeeping doesn't speak English so I couldn't communicate with them, then she was complaining about cleaning the room & my son (who does speak some spanish) over heard her say the "F" word. The power went out several times bc of heavy wind. Stains on blankets, commode wasn't clean, at least an inch od dust behind the bed along with food and trash left behind. The bed was so uncomfortable I was sore in the morning. The breakfast was disgusting & uneatable. There was ONE employee that was nice & helpful & actually concerned about our visit, Brandie. She was great & deserves a raise if only for having to work with that nasty asst. Manager! There's other things that went wrong but you get the idea. Definitely not worth a hundred bucks a night! Unable to post the pics at this time but hopefully will be able to try again later.

The worst Hampton inn I have ever stayed at, they dont clean the rooms very good, shower had blue shampoo on the walls of shower the bed spreads our very old and wore out just like the mattress, they start trying to come into your room at 9:30 am even though they have a list saying who has check out and not most of the people that work at the counter are very rood even the ass. Manger, the older heavy set woman that does the breakfast dosent clean up very well, the rest of the staff on her days off our always complaing obout how dirty that area is when they come in on her days off, so if you wont to get good comfortable rooms like you are probly use to getting at a Hampton inn go to one the others around the tulsa area, so you dont have to worry about getting food poisoning our maybe bed bugs with as well as they clean.

Good location but not up to the quality of the Hampton Inns that I'm used to. The rooms are showing their age and the bed is probably the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on in a hotel. It was nowhere near soft and just bouncy. Woke up sore and stiff. Bed needed to be replaced years ago. Room was on the second floor and about 5 to 7 rooms down from the elevator. It for some reason we kept hearing a loud roar every night all through the night from it. Had to sleep with the TV on to help mask it to get some rest.

Oh my goodness! They took such good care of us! Updated our Priceline room to handycapped when they saw my husband's difficulty in walking… placed us on a quiet floor, as they told us they had a noisy group of kids on another… Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast, safe neighborhood… wished we could have stayed longer!

It was very comfortable, and there was a very good selection for breakfast. The kids loved it as well!

The rooms there are very nice, the staff are all friendly, I arrive a bit early and the front desk clerk let me check in.

Exquisite facilities backed by the most courteous staff and had the most awesome breakfast each morning which alternated its menu which I found really nice to have a new set of options each day was a pleasant suprise I Will Book There Again Most Definately.

Right after I checked in I went to the elevator to go to my room. The elevator door closed on me as I entered, but rather than just re-opening it nearly knocked me to the ground (and I am a large man). When I reported it to the front desk, they responded by giving me an extra bottle of water. The hotel is nice. Nothing out of the ordinary for Hilton properties.

Hideaway Pizza and Chick Fil A were within walking distance of this hotel. Friendly service and a nice building helped make for a great stay.

While waiting to move into our new house my family and I have been staying here. (Going on two weeks) Customer service has been a joke. One morning I had to call down to the front desk 3 times and ask for towels and finally got them 2 hours later. In addition, I had an issue with housekeeping putting the DND sign on my door and not cleaning my room and when I spoke with head of housekeeping she started yelling at me and told me I was lying and proceeded to hang up on me. I immediately called down to the font desk to complain and they told me that the manager would be in on Monday and would call me and address the situation. Nobody ever called to address the issue and I'm sure the situation was pushed under the rug. This hotel is a one night maybe two night stay hotel and I wouldn't even recommend that. Costumer service is a 2 star and for a Hilton honors member I'm shocked at how poor the customer service is at this location. I would not recommend this location for an extended stay. Plus the rooms need upgrading and the continental breakfast is awful.

Very Nice hotel. The staff was great and the room was very clean. The free breakfast in the morning was good also.

Our sheets were dirty when we got into our room, we had to switch to a different room. Only one elevator worked, and the other sounded like it was about to fall every time you got in. The pool was way too cold to get in, even though it was inside. However, Google is only letting me give things 5 stars. Trust me, I would give this less Stars if I could.

Wonderful front desk associate. The roo. S have the big comfy beds that you just melt into. O always sleep well staying at the Hampton.

The customer service and cleanliness of the hotel were above and beyond. The pool was large and reasonably tempered. The pool area was spacious with an outdoor patio, but lacked a whirlpool. The hotel was set a little bit on the chilly side. The free continental breakfast was nice. A variety of items, spacious eating area. Complimentary coffee bar around the clock. The hotel was quiet and not very crowded. The king suite was large.

“Very nice Hampton” This Hampton Inn was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the King Suite with extra room and the tub/shower and toilet separate from rest of the room! Dirty! Dryed food on the carpets in halls. White comforter on the bed had a "stain" that could be. ID but won't here. The pool looked a fogy green and beer bottles were scattered over the entier area. The trash cans at ice makers were overflowing. I took photos and video of this place so when I told others of the conditions they could see first hand. If didnt have to stay here we would ave checked out immediately. Yuck.

Reasonable amenities and pricing. Rooms are always clean and the service from the staff is good.

Great nights sleep! The AC worked really well which is a deal breaker for a return visit if it doesn't. The service was great. The breakfast was ok. They several options but the eggs and sausage was gross. They lost a star because of the breakfast.

Nice, modern hotel with clean facilities. The breakfast is average, but the proximity to other dinning choices is excellent.

Our stay was almost perfect. This location was close to many eating places. Our boys loved the indoor pool, and breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.

This is one of the BEST places we have stayed in our travels. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to be in a great location with easy access to Tulsa and Bixby. Close to shopping and dining. A definite thumbs up!

Warning they have roaches. I had the worse experience here I had a roach in my room, the front desk manager Michael was rude and not very helpful and apparently if you have an issue he can't do much for you. You must wait till 1 pm when their "manager" gets here to fix it. Disgusted an I will never be back here.

I reserved the room the night before and needed to check in early the next morning for a few hours of sleep. This was apparently a big deal for Andrew who had already cancelled the room, charged my card, and couldn't figure out get me a key to the room I had already paid for. Two stars for being clean, zero stars for the staff behind the counter.

The staff tries very hard to do their job. Everyone is very friendly. However, the hotel needs guidance on what a quality experience consists of. The breakfast choices were sliced hotdogs with soggy whitebread French toast. The renovations taking place aren't top-tier and they aren't being executed well. The room was fine, but the freebies in the room were stale, and no one noticed the light fixtures were corroded. For this location, I had expectations that attention to detail would be better.
