Great updated room… clean new floors comfy mattress and a lovely sundeck. The kitchenette was perfect and the grounds and walk to the beach were enchanting… pure paradise.

10/10! Loved our trip and staying at Tropical Beach Resorts! Very clean, well kept rooms and grounds. We will be back! Also, I left my wallet and they found it and the girls up front helped me to get it shipped back to me! Thank you guys so much!

My wife and I will be first time visitors in April. We simply can’t wait as we have never been to this area in Florida before. I contacted the resort today with questions about our booking and must complement the outstanding customer service I received. They were so friendly and attentive to all of my questions. They went above and beyond and already are exceeding our expectations. I can tell already our stay will be an incredible one. We Can’t wait to meet the rest of the staff and form lasting friendships during our stay.

Great place for a relaxing vacation. Rooms are spacious with plenty of room for food and entertainment.

We called the morning of our arrival date and asked if there is a red tide, we were told there isn’t and the beach is cleared, when we arrived 4 hours later the beach was extremely filthy and you cannot enjoy anything near it. They refused to cancel our trip and just transfer our paid room to a different date. ALSO, the cleaning ladies left our room unlocked after cleaning! Their response: we were told to enjoy the pool, (FYI, the pool is mediocre, I can enjoy the pool at my local gym at home)

We spent a week at Tropical Beach Resorts and loved it! The rooms were beautiful, and very clean. The property is beautiful and quiet, and the beach was absolutely AMAZING! would definitely recommend and visit again!

Was promised 2 rooms next to each other if we booked them on the spot. 6 months later we arrived and they said they couldn't honor it. Attitude of front desk person day person wasn't good either. Won't be back.

Love the location! Close to the beach and bars/restaurants & it felt secluded. The pool was nice and warm, rooms were clean and staff was professional! We will def stay there again! They even had a nice birthday card and bottle of wine for me ❤️

It was cozy and a short walk to the beach. The pool was warm even though it was chilly outside. It was clean. It was excellent for the bargain price!

Wanted a tub after check in and went back to office. No problem thought you might like being by the beach we can move ya. It’s closer to the road. Thoughtful, considerate and very friendly service!

We loved our stay here. Our room was spacious and clean, the resort was clean and well maintained which shows a lot about a resort. The beach was a short walk from our room, and there was always a supply of clean towels for us to take to the beach. Highly recommend this place in a quiet/more relaxed area of Siesta Key.

I had a great stay at Tropical Beach Resorts. The room was impeccably clean, and staff were taking COVID precautions. Resort staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We loved everything about our stay here. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well appointed. There were so many little details that made it such an easy place to stay with our children such as providing beach towels, chairs, and toys. The beach is just steps away down a well cared for path. Our children especially loved the pool. We loved walking to dinner and coming back to pick out a DVD and popcorn for the evening treat. All the little details and exceptional cleanliness made it a fantastic stay. We can’t wait to come back!

It was very clean when I came into the room it smelled like bleach but you could tell the way the building inside was designed that somebody put time and care and just didn't slap things together the quality in the painting baseboards floor tile floors upgraded appliances we're very impressive I would give it five stars.

We booked rooms at Tropical Beach Resort for my best friends wedding on Venice Beach. We planned to stay 5 nights but were so in love with the place we extended our stay by a night. The office staff were extremely accommodating and made our extra day’s stay a breeze. Every staff person was incredible including the wonderful cleaning ladies. The room and bathroom was spotless. The walk to the beach was perfect and the sunsets are to
die for. Be sure to rent a kayak for an hour, my fiancé and the groom got lucky enough to have dolphins swim along side them! When I went we could see dozens of sting rays through the crystal clear waters. When we had enough of the beach (if that’s possible) both of the pools were fantastic! Catching the trolly to Siesta Village or Turtle Beach was fun and easy. We loved everything about the place down to the coffee in the office! We had the best trip ever, I have not one single complaint. We will most certainly be back, hopefully with our kids next time as the resort was super family friendly.

The place we stayed was spotliss clean. A 2 minute walk to the private beach. Very friendly reception. A bbq right outside our door. I'd highly recommend and will certainly miss this place till I come back again and if I do I'll definitely be staying here. The sunsets alone were stunning. 10 stars. Thanks for a lovely stay.

This is the best place to vacation in Sarasota. My husband and I are very pleased with the staff and the area. I recommend this resort to everyone I know if they are planning to come to Sarasota Florida. The best thing about this resort is that you have a kitchen within your little apt. With everything you need from A-Z. Walking distant to a clean private beach. You just have everything. I love and planning my next trip.

We love this place and have stayed here 3 times. The location is great. You can walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. You can get to the other attractions in the area quickly as the interstate and 41 are within 10 minutes of this hotel. The rooms have all you need for time at the beach and the beds sleep well. Every time we have been it has been quite at night. We can recommend this hotel.

Overall the Tropical Beach Resort is great. I'd recommend limiting the amount of people that can stay in the room. On our first night, there must have been 10 people in the room next to us. They were up until 1:00am. This is going to happen at rentals. Perhaps a note in the contract could reduce the incidents.

My family and I stayed there for 3 nights 7/24-7/27. It was fantastic! The first encounter was the registration process. It went smoothly. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and engaging. They explained everything and answered any questions we had. The resort has a nice homelike feel with fresh coffee, towels, and other free ammentities. The room we had was beautiful, newly refinished, and clean. The cleaning staff were great and replenished what was needed and were very nice. The beach access is nice as well as the pools. The Siesta Key area is nice in general and has stuff close by for families with access to the free trolley. The public beach is clean and beautiful. It was a great experience and I would highly recommended this resort based on price, access, cleanliness, and customer service.

I enjoyed my stay at Tropical Beach Resorts in Siesta Key. They are just off the beach. No ocean views but a short walk to the sand. They are about 2 miles from Siesta Key Beach and you can walk there along the ocean. The place is well kept and cozy. Room was clean and had kitchenette. It's peaceful and quiet. I found it relaxing. Midweek prices are pretty reasonable — weekends, not so much. It's not a 4-star resort, so keep that in mind if they have 4-star prices. They do offer a free DVD library and free beach chair loan out, so at least there is that. This place is definitely good for families as well as couples or solo travelers. Everyone was pretty easygoing.

Location is AWESOME, made the room worth the price (160). Clean pools, great office staff, nice sample size toiletries, easy walk to local places & beach.

Amazing resort! We had a late flight on our departure day and they allowed us to store our luggage while we went out and about. Upon return we were soaked from the rain and they gave us a room to take showers and clean up at no charge! Fantastic customer service.

I am a local, and I can confirm that this is one of the best values you can get around here at the right times of year. For the price, this place is excellent! We stayed here for about $120+tax after a hard core two weeks of finishing a massive project for work… We were completely exhausted, jet lagged, extremely sleep deprived, and run down when we arrived. We were probably delusional for all I know We crashed SO hard, and woke up the next day to absolute paradise. The staff picked up on our situation it seemed, because they really went out of their way to accommodate us where they could, even with the little things. They were incredible… reminded me very much of my own family who own & operate rental houses and water sports rentals, etc on North Captiva Island. Same super friendly, tropical paradise dwelling, Florida island culture kindred spirits, and I can't thank them enough for making our stay as enjoyable as possible We will definitely be staying here again! The room felt like home, with its tile floors & Florida style decor… This place absolutely met & exceeded my expectations, considering I've operated one and also stayed at dozens of similar places throughout the years. The amenities, the proximity to the beach, the price/value… They're doing everything right.

My husband and I decided at the spur of the moment to jump on a plane because we were tired of the snow in our home state. We literally booked with you guys the morning we were at the airport to arrive at Fort Meyers. From the room, to the staff all the way to the little things (free beach chair, towels, bottle water, DVDs and pop corn) I was so impressed. Unlike most Villas they do clean every day and they have really thought of everything to make your stay easy and stress free. The island has lot of places to eat but the room is equipped for you to prpare food in if you prefer. I would also like to mention that my husband has a broken ankle and they offered to drive him to and from the beach on the golf cart. Just simply lovely people. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay here! Kid friendly and wonderful staff. Rooms are a little small but the cleanliness and the overall vibe makeup for the small room.

Excellent experience, we are an Argentinean family that Sumábamos 13 people (grandparents, children and grandchildren). We came to you without knowing or recommended by anyone and we really liked everything: facilities, attention, especially starting the new year on the beach. If we were closer the we would visit followed. Beautiful place.

Everything was awesome! The kitchen was perfect to us, with all that we needed to cooking. Is really close to the beach with some steps you can get there, the beach was beautiful and quite, the rooms was renewed and clean. I really recommend this place and I will come back on the summer time.

Great place to stay just a short stroll to the beautiful beach. Very clean rooms and nice outdoor areas with barbecues. We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with a full kitchen and had everything we needed to cook ourselves as it was well stocked with cookware. The grounds were very nice with 2 pools and it was beautiful with the Christmas lights after dark. There was complimentary coffee, bottled water, lemonade, cookies and candy in the reception. Beach chairs and towels are also available at no cost. There are many restaurants and even a small grocery store within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and when we had a problem with a low battery in a smoke detector it was fixed within a few minutes. We will definitely return.

What a wonderful retro Old Florida resort! The staff and management were very friendly and professional, our room was recently remodeled and sparkling clean with all the amenities and just a 5 minute walk to Siesta Key beach, restaurants & shopping! This is probably the nicest resort/hotel we’ve stayed at. The room had plenty of space and a very comfortable bed. It was nice to have all the cooking utensils necessary to cook a meal, not that we cooked very often. The beach access is super close to the rooms, even though you can’t see the beach from your room, you’re still able to be the first people on the beach in the morning. There was also a super friendly cat that lounged around the hotel… I would take him home in a heartbeat if I thought he wouldn’t be missed here. His name is Simba if you’re wondering. Around the hotel, there are several great places to eat. For breakfast, I recommend the Toasted Mango Cafe, and if you’re an ice cream junkie like us the Orange Octopus didn’t let us down… and we went three days in a row. The main office has complimentary movies, coffee, beach towels, and popcorn. The staff here was great and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We will be back.

What a great find! Sure, the rooms are compact, but for us they provided a very cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and management made every effort to insure that our stay was pleasant and fun. The beautiful white sand and warm water beaches of Siesta Key were literally a 5-minute walk from our room (and for those who prefer it, a pool was also on the premises). This was our first stay at this resort, but it won't be our last!

Found this paradise by luck. It is absolutely wonderful. Quiet, off the main tourist traffic area. Your own piece of old Florida. Rooms are clean with full kitchen, great for overnight or a week long stay. We will definitely be back for a longer stay. P. S. The staff are great. Good job to all. Thank you.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Beach chairs available for free, Clean room with Fridge and Stove. The resort even pays for your yoga class! Oversized room safe is great to store all your valuables.

The location is on the beach, the ocean is just a few steps outside your door. If you stay here you won't need a car because everything on Siesta Key is within walking distance. This place is perfect for people staying longer than a few days since a kitchenette and dishware is included. The rooms are spacious and elegant. The bed was super comfortable.

We had a nice stay here. Besides the conveniences such as being close to the private beach, the our double bed studio also included the sofa bed. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. The room was very clean and nice. Staff were very nice and friendly. My only complaint is that main street connecting between the main road to the beach was filled with large still water spots which caused my wife to fall when walking from the parking to the beach.

I'm from Montana, we stayed here for a week in early August 2017. The room was nice, recently updated. The resort is basically a very well kept tropical garden. Siesta beach is a 3 or 4 minute walk from the room, although you can't see the water from the resort. Siesta beach has the best sand I've ever seen (better than California and most of florida. ) BYOB because every nearby bar charges $10 or more for a drink. We had a great stay overall and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Super clean, green areas well maintained, very friendly staff and kids friendly place, not to mention how close is the beach. Restaurants, bars, shops, live music, all around the corner. Three time there and hoping to come back as soon as I can. I recommend this place to anybody.

Super friendly staff. Location just a short walk from beautiful white sand beach. Room was a bit small for 4 guests, but would be great for a couple alone. Everything was clean and well maintained. Great places to sit outside and grill, play shuffleboard and swim in the pool.

Great location Just 2 minutes walk to the beach. Selections of good restaurants and shopping places just across the street! The room is nice and clean. People are friendly. They provide you new towel by drop off in front of your room everyday. Water bottle, coffee, cookies and beach towel are free and available at the front desk. We love this place and will definitely come back again!

This is our "go to place " in Siesta key, We love the rooms, the pool, and being under the huge banyan tree by the smaller pool. The grounds are luscious and of course its just a short walk to the beach; but more than anything, what really makes this place great is the staff. Can`t think of all their names but here are the ones we saw the most: Betsy, Brittany, Maggie, Boomer, Gigi. You guys are the best and my apologies to the ones whose name I missed. Give this place a try and make sure to get some cookies from the office. Tom and Nancy.

We had an amazing stay here. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The amenities were great and we loved that the beach was just a 2 minute walk from our room! We will definitely be staying again!

We had a wonderful time. The staff is so very accommodating. All your needs and wants are supplied (lawn chairs, coffee/tea, lemonade, cookies, candy, bottled water, beach towels-they have thought of everything! ) The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with all the dishes and utensils that you might need. We used the gas grill for dinner. The microwave, stove and dishwasher, along with the nice size refrigerator were so convenient! The maid service here is exceptional. We always had ample clean towels and she swept out the sand daily! We absolutely love Tropical Shores Resort. The location is perfect for us with Captain Curt's seafood restaurant in walking distance as well as ice cream and a good pizza place and a nice grocery store. We didn't need to get into the bumper to bumper traffic to get our needs met.

Never been to this place but let me tell you is one of the best resorts I have stayed in. I really recommended. It's with walking distance from the beach. A friendly family environment and the staff as friendly as it can be! My kids had a blast and didn't want to leave. :)

Beautiful outdoor complex with trees and flowers.
Rooms rather small, but clean and modernized, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi.
In a few minutes you can reach a beautiful beach on foot. Didn't have many people on the beach, some sections are occupied by hotels with sun loungers.
All in all, the visit here paid off.

Service has been good so far. Rooms are quaint but nice. The pullout couches are in need of an update. We did place all our open food items in the fridge after seeing some tiny ants in the cabinet. They provide beach toys, towels, chairs, they have grills all around, have shuffleboard and cornhole.

Loved being able to pull right up to room! Room was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Kitchen fully stocked, granite countertops stainless appliances. Tastefully decorated. Hotel service was excellent. Better than at any large chain. Lots of nice little extras like a wall full of good DVDS and even microwave popcorn. Quick walk to beach. We almost paid double for a place that had inconsistent ratings. When we saw that this had 4 plus ratings for a supposedly 3 star hotel we took a chance. Glad we did! Will defintely recommend it to others and will return. Kudos to the owner. Keep up your high standards!

Our group, eleven of us from California & the U. K. Have stayed at Tropical Beach Resort on several occasions over the past several years. Each time we have a super reunion — we love everything about the facility — the grounds, the updated rooms, the proximity to the wonderful beach and most importantly, the staff. Always friendly and any minor problem is handled expeditiously and with a great attitude. We are already talking about, planning and saving for our next visit. Thank you all at Tropical Shores.

Beautiful resort, great location, short walk to the beach, very friendly staff, comfy bed, great size queen studio. Everything was absolutely perfect for our 10th Anniversary! Highly recommend! Plus be sure you go eat breakfast at Toasted Mango across the street… the French Toast with mango butter is to die for!

Wonderful trip to Siesta Key. Tropical Beach Resorts is the perfect place to stay. Close to the least crowed section of Crescent Beach, yet also within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, and a couple of nice bars. Also within a short drive of the Siesta Key business district with its large selection of restaurants and shops. My room appeared to be newly remodeled with tile floors, flat screen TV and a modern very clean bathroom. With crystal clear water and a beautiful white sandy beach Siesta Key is as close as one can get to a Caribbean vacation without having to get on a plane. I plan to make this trip an annual event and feel very fortunate I have found this gem of a place to stay.
