Great convenient locations close Highway access not much around for food or shopping though would be the only drawback when I checked in there was some moisture underneath my air conditioner where maybe the condenser was leaking I let the front desk know and immediately they rectified the situation by putting me in a new room the customer service here is great the hotel itself is clean I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was beyond fantastic. Easy, quick, friendly check-in and I was in my huge, spacious room within minutes of pulling into the parking lot. The room was so clean that I thought the hotel was perhaps brand new! Enormous comfortable bed and plush couch, plus a big, meticulously clean bathroom with extremely good water pressure in the shower. Super fast free Wi-Fi and a desk in the room to get my work done. Plus a generous late check-out time of 1pm, so I could sleep in the next day! I would happily stay at this hotel again and again.

It was my first but short stay but it was a good experience. The hotel was clean and the service was great. The bed was comfortable, carpet was clean and bathroom was tidy. It is near the freeway and close to Downtown Tulsa. Easy access from the freeway but not noisy. Complimentary breakfast was good. Didn’t use the indoor pool but it looked very clean. The staff was friendly, and the tile work was great. I will definitely stay again.

Wow. This place is amazing. Clean sheets, nice beds clean rooms great bathroom. Great staff. Good hit food. I would definitely stay here again.

An exceptional hotel with exceptional staff. My room was clean and cozy, and the hotel receptionist, Janet, was the most warm and friendly hotel worker I have ever experienced. I can say I felt more welcomed than I have at any other hotel in my life.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Only issue with the room were the blinds. They did not close all the way by design, to stay away from the ac. This allowed a lot of light in all night.

Amazing customer service! All of the women who worked the main counter were so helpful and friendly! They went above and beyond to be sure everything went just as it should!

Not very important, but bathroom shelves were hanging and shower was warm not hot. The king bed dips in the center heavily. It was visible upon entering the room. I ended up on the couch. I could hear people conversing in the hall as though they were in my room. Also, it sounded like elephants roaming on the floor above. So, starting the day with back pain and no sleep. : (

The staff is great and accommodating however I would say the maintenance is subpar… we got a king whirlpool suite and absolutely no one told us the whirlpool doesn’t even work in the room right now… we are paying the suite price for a whirlpool that doesn’t work. Also the hot tub in the pool room is also broken down which is another thing that was not mentioned upon checkin or when booking the room. Now the front desk staff has been great and is allowing us to move rooms later in the day, but I think there needs to be: 1. Better communication between maintenance staff and other employees. 2. The staff needs to inform people who are staying what is currently not working at the hotel, we have 3 kids with that are a bit disappointed they were told they would have a fun time in a hot tub at a hotel this weekend (my kids LOVE hot tubs and jacuzzis), and it was the whole reason I booked THIS hotel. 3. Room service needs to be sure to stock extra bedding in the rooms for the pull out couch bed, as there was NOTHING in the little storage bag in the closet like there was supposed to be. Bless the front desk staff though they have been great through all of this stuff making sure we get everything we need and even offering the room across the hall for a bath for the kids while we wait for the other room to be cleaned up to move our stuff in.

We had family in from Illinois and they stayed here Easter weekend 2018. We visited in the lobby and dining area all day and the people of the Hampton Inn were truly amazing people they made sure we were comfortable and let us use the dining area to heat up food that was brought and sit around a table and have a wonderful get together. These wonderful employees went above and beyond to make my 3 Aunts stay and our family day special. Thank you all at Hampton Inn of Sand Springs, Oklahoma. Good conference room for gatherings. Only problem was that we had an issue splitting the reservation fee on separate accounts. Other than that went rather smooth.

There for my little cousin's wedding and the staff were Nice… Although, my cousins and other Family members cooked the food and it was a "BYOL" event-the staff didn't have to do much. However, when I did come in contact with them, I felt that they were Friendly!

Nice hotel, Swimming pool & hot tub were currently shut down for one of the nights my family were there, so they comped us a king size suite without asking for any comps. Staff were great and very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel if in the Tulsa/Sandra Springs area.

Front desk was deserted on arrival and again a few minutes later. The hot water was barely warm. Won't stay here again.

Cheap rooms but also cheap equipment, poor service, enforced peace and quite past 7, and expensive food.

This is centrally located in Sand Springs right beside a pool hall and grill. The place is very well kept and modern and included a free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was friendly and helpful, great customer service. But the bathtub in my room was dirty, there were 2 crickets in the room and my daughter got stuck in the bathroom. The door is a sliding barn door and it slipped off the track, I had to call the front desk for help getting her out.

Beautiful rooms, comfy bed, nice area and very helpful staff. Only complaint is a little weird but here it is. Toilet paper is located too far back. You have to perform a minor act of yoga to bend back and get some.

The room is great, the hotel is nice, it's just that the sliding door that covers the closet/bathroom wasn't fully screwed in so it didn't want to work.

I stayed here two nights for a wedding and my experience was great. The staff was personable all the way to the woman refilling breakfast trays. The room was clean and the hotel was easy to get to in a quiet part of town. Would definitely stay again!

This is such a great hotel. Our clients love the hot breakfast as well as the clean and fresh rooms. The staff is incredible, and the pool is refreshing and relaxing before an entertainer starts their nightly performances. Thank you for always being such a great place to stay!

A great property! They're going through some big renovations, but it didn't impact our stay at all. And our room was wonderful. Very comfy beds and spotlessly clean bathroom. They've got a good breakfast selection in the morning, and a well-stocked coffee bar all day (and for us traveling musicians, breakfast doesn't happen at breakfast time very often! ). Also came down to warm cookies in the afternoon! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating and we would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for a great couple of nights, Hampton Inn!

Even though the hotel was remodeling the room was clean and very up to date. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the pool area. Definitely will stay here again!

The Hampton was very nice. It's a little out of the way but that was fine for us just passing through. Rooms were very modern and clean. Bathroom was great but a little water seeped out the bottom of the shower door. Not a big deal though. Would definitely stay again.

Terri, the new manager, is less than stellar to work with. We have spent thousands of dollars with Hampton Inn, Sand Springs since 2013 and she is by far the worst we have had to deal witn. The main reason we have kept with the Hampton Inn is because of the staff, which is wonderful.

The new manager, Terri is very condisending. She is not good at solving issues and is rude to guests.

Nice hotel. Beds are comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's about 10 minutes from down town Tulsa.

I had the privilege of staying at this hotel en route to some gigs in St Louis. We were greeted by Matt at the front desk with a big smile. He was also there in the morning. He is a very pleasant young man along with a very friendly staff. The room was clean and quiet and the location was great. There's no need to look for a restaurant in the morning. The complimentary breakfast was very good with many choices. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again the next time I'm in Tulsa.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hampton Inn. I checked in late on a last Friday night and the staff was very helpful. I was upgraded to a King Bed room with a fridge, microwave, desk, pull out sofa and coffee table. The bed linen was spotless. The pillows and mattress were comfortable and firm. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels and washcloths provided. There were lots of TV channels to choose from and HBO was free. The continental breakfast was good. Cheese omelets, biscuits, sausage patties and white gravy. There was also fresh fruit, juice, a waffle bar, fresh pastries. My checkout process was a breeze and I will stay here again.

A real hungry man breakfast, not just a slice of apple and fruit. Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff.

Nice room, close to interstate, reasonably priced, gladly takes $100 dollar bills.

Too far from downtown Tulsa, but it was late at night and not many inexpensive choices in Tulsa. Dated furniture and there was a smell in the hallway that I couldn't figure out. Staff was professional. Doubt I would stay here again.

My 71 year old mother booked a room for two nights so my son could celebrate his 7th birthday with her, our family and Swim, during a very odd cold spell in Oklahoma. The hotel staff couldn't have been any more accommodating! Big Thanks to Allie, for being so patient and kind during check in! The room was beautiful, coffee fresh, cookies warm and the pool. Sparkling! Everything about this hotel was beyond Great! My mom doesn't get out much anymore since suffering a stroke, but she really wanted to have this time with her family and I couldn't have asked for a better place for it to be spent! Thank You All so much at Hampton in Sand Springs for making this one of the best weekends our family has enjoyed together in many years.

Hampton Inns in my experience have been a cut above other motels. For the higher price you receive reliably clean rooms and premises. I've found this to be the case from Washington State to Duluth, MN to Long Island to Fort Benning, GA. The Sand Springs location lives up to the Hampton Inn higher standard. As of 2014, the Sand Springs location is on the new side. It's clean and well maintained. Yes, it's more expensive, but if there's vacancy, you'll find the rooms and property in general to be a cut above. The location is approx 10 minutes from downtown Tulsa. Recommend.

Everyone on staff including the housekeeping ladies were very friendly and were very accommodating. Everyone was willing to help — which says a lot about the staff. There are some places where you can tell the employees do not enjoy their jobs, but here, I could tell they showed they wanted to be there. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

I think this was our 5th time we have stayed at the Hampton Inn Tulsa-Sand Springs. Our room has always been very comfortable and clean. I also enjoy the coffee bar in the lobby where they have numerous kinds of sweeteners and creamers (hazelnut being my fav). Next door is a restaurant/billiards that was wonderful. The rib eye steak was delicious and its very family friendly on the diner side.
