Unfriendly staff. Treated like I was inconveniencing them just for checking in. I would give this hotel 0/5 stars.

Stayed in 318. There was roaches in our room. Very disgusted and don’t plan to come back.

The host was nice. The hotel itself is nice. But the beds are uncomfortable and hard.

Wonderful place to work!

Super nice hotel with a super friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, clean, and updated. The indoor pool/hot tub area is a great area to enjoy inside the hotel. Plenty of space/charging areas in the lobby to get work done or hang out. Their breakfast offers a great and delicious variety. Highly recommend!

I was greeted upon arriving, shown several different rooms to choose from! This place is very friendly, nicely kept, clean, and everything works great! Quiet A/C, FIRM BED, updated decor. This is by far a very nice and quiet place to stay!

They have great breakfast variety and taste good.

Enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool. Very clean spacious room. Can't wait to try the breakfast in the morning. Heard it was awesome. Will stay again…

It’s summer time and they have hot air blowing out of the vents in the pool room went to the front desk they said a/c is broken that would have been nice to know before we paid for a three night stay here.

This is the worst experience we’ve ever had at a hotel! Would never recommend this place! First Liam (my 11 month old son) found trash and SCREWS on the floor! Then they don’t keep the breakfast stocked. Once the batch runs out, it runs out. This hotel was completely full. Why would you not cook enough to last the whole breakfast times you have.

This hotel is by far the best we have stayed in as a competitive soccer team. There are always super accommodating, friendly, helpful and organized. The rooms are nice and very clean. Management doesn’t get better than this location. We have stayed here twice now. Highly recommend!

Everyone here was very polite. Breakfast was very good. Front desk ladies were awesome. Very much appreciate these two ladies.

This place was terrible! Our bed was hard as a rock, they left a dirty wash cloth in our shower, the sho we er curtain was disgusting, and there was white flaky stuff on the dressor. At breakfast was not much to choose from and the pancake maker was broke. We spent just as much as our Daughter did for one bed and no kitchen. They had a kitchen, a living room with a pull out couch, and 2 beds! Will not be back.

Gave us a room with someone already staying in it and the 2nd room didnt have any AC and didnt offer a discount of any kind. Kids unsupervised in the pool area and raising heck. Rooms are very nice and clean tho and they did give us a fan to use until they fixed the AC.

We arrived after midnight and had 6 rooms we needed to get people into. The front desk already had our cards keyed and waiting for us! Breakfast the next morning was excellent, and every space was very clean. The hotel is located near great quick food places which made grabbing lunch easy as well.

Very nice room and facility. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast is great. The pool was a little too cold is all I could complain about.

Rarely does HIE disappoint. Clean rooms, pool, and included breakfast all at a great price. Perfect for ball tournaments.

Overated small bathtub jus like motel 6. Staff was friendly helpful, price not worth the room we received would suggest local motels get jus as much cheaper. Ty.

Hidden behind the sprouts on memorial a few blocks south of the toll road. Free breakfast buffet with buiscits and gravy, sausage, eggs, etc. Rooms are good. Beds are a pretty hard though.

Everything was great at the hotel, room was very clean, beds were comfortable, shower was good. Everything was fairly modern and new. Also the breakfast was surprisingly good too!

We have a Jacuzzi in our room and an awesome king size bed. Super nice hotel.

This motel has bed bugs! Stay away if you don't want to risk an infestation. I am here with my 4 kids from out of state and we are going to leave immediately. We were supposed to stay 3 night's but I'm not staying another Night! Terrible! When I woke up on Saturday morning there was a dead adult bed bug in my bed! The worst part of this ordeal was not the hassle of spending our vacation washing all our laundry in HOT water and spraying our luggage with bed bug killer. The worst part was how I was treated! The manager of this property was extremely rude to me, he seemed like he did not know how to handle a woman standing up for herself and her kids, he was very defensive about the incident and even asked if I would show him the dead bug to prove it! He could not handle the truth and kicked me out of his office. Now how's that for customer service? I am the one who was traumatized and inconvenienced on my vacation with this, and he treated me like I had violated their motel rules. Unreal! He apparently has no customer service skills. I definitely will not go back there next time I'm in town.

Always when I'm here everything is good. ^_^ In front is the cinema, the grocery store and near to the freeways. But the staff is the best.

We stayed two nights in Room 405 and had a great experience. Both nights, we checked in really late at night, so Matt was as the front desk. He was very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional (and in a super great mood for being there on Christmas Eve night! ). There was a broad selection of delicious food on the breakfast buffet, and had I known there was an indoor whirlpool, I might have taken my swimsuit. ;) My only complaint was a noisy mini-fridge, but we just unplugged it and it was fine. Wonderful stay!

It was very nice I'm enjoying my stay. The staff is very nice and helpful I would recommend anybody that's looking to stay at a hotel to come to the holiday inn.

This is a okay Hotel. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. The eggs are dry and cold. They looked and taste like they had been sitting out all day. The hot cakes are tiny and bland. Sausage taste like it was put in a microwave. No fresh fruit. Muffins are tiny tiny. The rooms look clean until I got to the bathroom. Hair all over the tub and around the toilet.

I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is well kept, really friendly staff, and the breakfast was good. I didn’t use the indoor pool or jacuzzi but it looked inviting I wished I had brought my suit. The room was quiet, clean, and the beds comfortable. If I had to complain about something it would be the height of the bathroom sink. I’ve never had the sink in a bathroom come up to my chest. I am short but not that short. The water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired but with all the water conservation it is what it is. There are no views from the windows except the street — what should I expect it’s Oklahoma!
I didn’t get to the hotel till midnight. There was someone at the counter waiting to welcome me, even at that hour he was friendly asked how my flight was and if I needed anything. I had requested that my bed not have feather pillows as I am allergic to them. There was a not attached to the key welcoming me and stating that the bed was feather free with soft non-feather pillows. Really what more could I ask. Great service great hotel!

I have never been treated as poorly by a hotel as I was by this one! I travel for work and rarely have time to make it home to deposit money. I clearly stated that I would be paying in cash when I booked. They said there would be a $50 cash deposit which is acceptable. Upon arrival I was told that I couldn’t have the room unless I gave a $250 deposit (unacceptable) I was there for an hour trying to check in. Finally I just gave up and paid $150 deposit. The room was mediocre, the hotel was loud, the room smelled funny. The hotel staff only had one pleasant employee the entire time I was there (5 Days) Everyone seems to be very afraid of Dr Norman, the hotel manager. NEVER will I EVER stay at this establishment again! BEWARE.

Never have I been more humiliated in my life! I’ve stayed at this hotel on numerous occasion, but today, on 10/18/17 at 9:25pm, is the very first time I’ve EVER been discriminated against at any hotel chain! Made a reservation over the phone with the very same person, and upon arriving there and having all the necessary documents to get the room, the lady at the front desk cancelled my reservation and denied me my RESERVED ROOM to my face, and she gave no other reason except for the color of my skin! I believe her exact words were “We don’t accommodate YOU PEOPLE” after driving from Flagstaff, AZ I didn’t have the energy to put up a fight so I gathered my belongings and left but I WILL NEVER stay at this hotel again, and I WILL look into bringing forth discrimination charges on this establishment, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

The customer service was fantastic and the facility was very clean. Only downfall was our battery died in the smoke detector at 3 in the morning and it took a few minutes to get us a battery. But very pleased and will stay there next year.

Been staying here for years and getting worse every year. The bed sheets, pillows and cover need replace or deep cleaning or something to get rid of the smell like a budget motel. The bed sheets has stain on it like wasn't wash daily. Hope management read this post so I can remove it. Hate leaving negative review on one of my favorite places.

Enjoy each stay at this site. The rooms are pleasantly inviting with an array of beautiful decor. The breakfast is always scrumptious. Each staff, from front desk to food preparation, displays a genuinely warm persona. Great visit!

Disappointed. Room was dirty before we got there. The table was nasty, the floors looked like there had never been a vacuum cleaning. There literally was trash on floor and it never was removed while we were there! Room never cleaned while we were there, other than towels and trash and bed covers straightened rather poorly. This was a handicap accessible room. The hand held shower would not stay mounted or in position on the rod. Disappointing indeed. Not being able to communicate with housekeeper was inexcusable. If you are going to hire those who speak another language and they will be servicing customer rooms, they need to have English as a second language and be able to both comprehend and communicate in English. Not up to the standards I have come to expect and so appreciate at Holiday inn express.

Fruit loops are not real fruit loops! This hotel was nice, friendly staff, and I slept great. The shower was lacking pressure and the shower sorta sprayed all different directions. For me, the breakfast is important. All I want is a bowl of Frosted Flakes or Fruit Loops. They did not have Frosted Flakes so I had the Fruit Loops. The cereals are knock off brands and lousy. This is a deal breaker for me and I will not stay here again.

Very rude desk staff on the night shift. Had made reservations for King bed. Was told they only had queen and that I was going to be charged more because of the upgrade. Explained that I had already made the reservation and I expected it to be honored. The desk clerk said that he was unable to find one available. On top of all of this he was rude and did not seem to care about his job performance or customer care.

Wonderful stay nice rooms well managed property had an issue with the a/c but the maintenance man handled it in a timely manner and everything was great.

For the price you can't beat this place. The staff is awesome and friendly, the breakfast is great, and there's an indoor pool and hot tub. The only downside is that if you're not used to having kids yelling and running everywhere it may not be your cup of tea, but that isn't the hotel's fault.

Room was great! Facility was very clean and the entire building smelled fabulous. Like fresh laundry. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The hotel is conveniently located close to a movie theater, Target, QT, and numerous places to eat. Great experience!

In a good location with plenty of places to eat nearby. If you are ever working in Bixby, this is a good hotel to stay at.

I booked the double queen bed suite because Expedia showed it as the only room with a jacuzzi. However, once we checked in the room did not have a jacuzzi. After walking back downstairs the attendant kindly switched us to a room with a jacuzzi. The room was nice and clean. However, the heater did not work. It blew air all not, but even with it all the way to high the room was never really warm.

Fantastic place and fantastic customer service!

One would expect top notch service from a national chain of hotels such as Holiday Inn, but this property was definitely sub-par. I do not have much tolerance for poor service, and it didn't take long for this place to disappoint. For starters, when the gal at the front desk handed me the room keys (cards), she didn't bother to point or guide me to the direction of the room in relation to the front desk, which is common practice at most hotels. I. E. "Your room will be to the right of the lobby at the far end of the hall on the 2nd floor. " She made no reference to where the elevator was located, which would have been helpful information considering that our room was on the 3rd floor. Next, after finally making our way to the 3rd floor via the stairs, the door to our room 315 would not open when inserting the key card. I tried inserting the key every way possible, including inserting and retracting it slowly, medium speed and quickly. No go. So now I have to go down the front desk to get new keys. As I approached the lobby from the hallway, after exiting the elevator, the side door to the front desk area was open and a man, appearing to be a manager of some sorts, was standing in the doorway. As I walked past him we made eye contact and I said to him, holding the cards up, "these keys won't open my door. " Not a peep out of him. He simply departed the office and made his way down the hall.

Place was absolutely amazing! Katrina was great! Got to stay at a great rate while getting settled in for a new job! This is the only hotel I'd ever stay at in the area.

It is very good Hotel Newly build location amenity are very good Refrigerator, microwave oven, in all the room, best thing is very comfortable bed. Hot tub swimming pool. Stare ware theater, super market, chick flay and much much more food places Freddy stake to Andy, s Ice cream every thing in waking distance, Freeway near by. We enjoyed here, I will highly Redmond this place peoples are very hospitable.

Our room was clean. Was not impressed with the sound, we could hear what every one was doing from our room. Breakfast was very good! I suggest the biscuits and gravey.

Why do people act like they are gods. The housekeepers are not allowed to move your belongings so if you want dusting done and bed made are changed move your things. The motel was great and we have been here two weeks. We love the food, housekeepers and all so stop complaining and move your stuff.

We stayed here for 2 weeks on a company trip and we have stayed in many Holiday Inns all over due to company work, so I know good room service and customer service and this place is ridiculous. So since we were here for a little while I did not have the room serviced everyday because I see it unnecessary to make someone work harder if its not needed. So on the days we did have our room serviced the housekeeping staff were absolutely terrible, sweet ladies but terrible training or terrible work habits. When I would return after cleaning nothing would be clean but the bathroom and it was only replaced with towels and rags. They do not take all of your trash and they do not dust anything or vacuum. I came in one afternoon after waiting til 2 pm to have my room cleaned she did not leave us any toilet paper, kleenex, no trash bags, and there was dirt left all over the bathroom floor. And don't even think about sleeping in past 9 because the staff cleaning slams doors and all kinds of loud noises. It is impossible to sleep in here. I do not like to be one of those nagging guests but after about a week of poor service I had enough. I went to the front desk and let her know I would really like some bathroom toiletries and she said "oh you need your room serviced" I said no it was serviced 2 hours ago and they left nothing. She replied "ok I will let room service know. " They look at you stupid when you ask for something or inform them they didnt do their job properly.

This is an amazing hotel. It has clean and modern rooms. Great hot breakfast. I was able to work out in the morning and use the hot tub at night. It is in a great location with low rates. You simply cannot beat this hotel.
