The check in person had difficulty creating the room keys. Next, the door refused to unlock, or even act like it was activated by the room key, and when I tried the second card given, the lights lit up but the door would not unlock. So I went back to the desk and she said "did you try lifting the handle up. " so I walked back to the room, and fortunately, that let us into our room. So, at least, the room looked nice. The shower, the best so far on our trip. next morning — there were no coffee packets to go with the coffee maker and sugar/creamer packets. So, we went to get our "free hot breakfast"… which consisted of coffee in a warming urn, half bottles of water set onto a ceramic cake platform, and wait for it, a brown paper lunch bag with a "chicken melt" burrito. no juice, no cereal, not even a microwave. I paid $155 for this? sorry but that doesn't match up! fortunately, we won't be back here again. (ps — I didn't read the other reviewers until this morning. Obviously if I had, I would not have stayed here! )

Bad consumer service. Had bad room service.

This was the worst hotel we stayed at by far! We are truck drivers and stay in a motel for our 34 he break! This was the only hotel that had rooms available in the area! When we got here at noon, we checked in, was told our room was ready. We came up to the room, opened the door and it was a disaster, it wasn’t cleaned and the room next door to us had 2 barking dogs. So we went back down, went out to our semi and sat out there until 4pm. Check in was at 3, but we had taken a nap due to us driving since 3am. We came in, checked in again as we had to show IDs, came up to our room and it still had not been cleaned, house keepers had left for the day and the dogs were still barking and whining. So we went back down told them our room was still dirty, they called 2 housekeepers back in to clean our room. We sat downstairs for a little over an hour while our room was getting cleaned. Finally we were able to get into our room, dogs barking every time the elevator opened, we had no tv, and our air conditioning didn’t work, it was stuck on 77, (it was 99 degrees out and humid) when we turned it down it would shut off. So we called down and complained about the TV and air. Lady at the desk told us she had called maintenance to come in, it’s now 830 pm, still no tv, air or maintenance guy.
