The actual room I stayed in was pretty nice; it seemed recently remodeled. However, the whole setup of the hotel was kind of odd, with another lobby inside the lobby called "the atrium" that was like stepping into a hothouse that smelled really weird… Some rooms were in there, and the pool as well (which also had some floating stuff in it). Not very much selection for breakfast but it had good muffins, the juice machine made the juice taste like butt though. There is also a giant Hindu statue in the breakfast area that is kinda freaky. I think overall, you essentially get what you pay for.

The location is fine for those who need a room with quick access to I-35. Rooms are fair for what you pay for. I can't tell you much about the service the times I have stayed there as I didn't interact much with the hotel staff.

Giving 1 star to be generous, it was really a 0. I stayed here last night and found a bed bug on my shirt after leaving along with bites all over my back. Would never stay here again and encourage other not to either!

It's very easy to access, being right off the highway. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the rooms are kept clean. There are many amenities, including a free printer, an exercise room, and a good breakfast. The air can get stuffy around the pool rooms, though.

I stay here regularly whenever I travel to see family. Clean, affordable, friendly and helpful staff. However, the past two times I've stayed here, the mattresses and blankets are in serious need of replacement. Not bad for the price, great location right off I-35, several restaurants and a Walmart close by.

Nice clean room. Staff was very helpful. Price was good. They have a pool and hot tub. Breakfast was provided, really nice. I would definately recommend this motel to anyone.

A nice relaxing pool and hot tub that was inside. The room was very clean. It is worth the price. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Norman Oklahoma.

Clean. Nice indoor pool. Parking is tight with semis being allowed to take up half the lot. Booked a queen but got a double.

We stayed 4 days & were very pleased. Check in was prompt with a friendly clerk. We arrived one day early, but were able to still have the room we had reserved. Our shower worked GREAT with NO clogged drain, which is hard to find. Our room was clean with updates, NO odor of cigarettes, and a VERY comfy bed & pillows. The room's heater quickly & efficiently warmed our room & was not noisy. We didn't get up in time to have the free continental breakfast, but it was nice to know it was there if needed. Our room was small, but it had everything we needed to arrange our luggage, totes, cooler, etc. Having an ironing board & a built-in hair dryer was so helpful. Both bedside lamps had an outlet on them to plug in our phone chargers. Once we got home, we called to personally give our feedback to the motel owner who was very appreciative, positive, and kind. We plan to stay there again on our next trip to Norman. Thank you very, very much!

Rooms were clean, good location to restaurants, and highway. Only problem was Wi-Fi dropping in and out. But all in all nice rooms.

Has very bad attention the Lord who attends is a abansada old man and looks rasista very bad attention.

Great customer service. Clean room. Hot tub needed more water but was nice. Good quality for price. Bed was comfortable.

My wife and I checked in January10 2018 We will be here 6 days. The owners and staff are so helpful and just Awesome. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping is great. They are very professional and show you so much respect. All Super8 hotels should be as awesome as this one. My wife and I are more than happy and extremely satisfied with our stay here. And we will continue to praise this Super8 and it's owners and staff. We will recommend this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I checked in January 10 2018. We will be here for 6 days. The rooms are extremely nice and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The owners and staff are awesome. Extremely very helpful and so nice. The housekeeping are so sweet and kind. And very good at their job. It's just my opinion, but all Super 8 hotels could learn so much from this location. We're from Alabama, but every one here has made us feel like we're a part of the family.

Not bad for an older Super 8. Close to the interstate and Sooner Fashion Mall. Golden Corral just across the street too.

When I pulled in I was a little concerned, the exterior of the hotel is not brand new and shiny. However I was quite impressed with the quality of the room, all furnishings looked to be recently upgraded, bath area was clean and looked new. Great price, good nights sleep, will stay again if I am in the area.

I will definitely stay here again. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and the was nice and hot but the Jets stopped working please. It management was quick to call to have it fixed. The breakfast was your good, heart waffles, apples, juice, toast, milk and cereal and plenty of hot coffee.

Have stayed here several times. Ok each time. Enjoyed the pool and spa.

We enjoyed the stay. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The rooms have been up dated and are kept super clean. The only thing that I think could have been better was a larger breakfast selection.

Not a bad place to hang your head for the night. Built-in swimming pool and free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Place reaks of chlorine due to the pool.

Very cheap overnight stay in a great location. Didn't feel sketchy at all. The decor in the room was actually pretty nice and definitely very clean. A/C cooled over the room immediately and kept it cool. Only complaint is the plumbing, but you come to expect that at this price range.

Clean room of decent quality and generally sociable staff. As my room is near the indoor swimming pool, a mild scent of chlorine does come through to my room, but it is not overwhelming. Overall, not great but quite good for the price.

I called months ahead to inform the hotel I would be bringing my service dog. I was told I had to provide proof of my animal's certification, which is ILLEGAL for a hotel to ask for (I should know, I work for one). Then I was made to feel as though I was just pretending my animal is a registered service animal to avoid paying the pet fee! Ultimately I chose not to bring my service dog because of the way this staff treated me just over the phone. You need to educate your staff before you get landed with a lawsuit. Also the "hot" tub and the continental breakfast are a complete joke. Don't stay here with a service animal if you want humane treatment!

Service was good and friendly. Rooms very clean, and no smell what so ever, being a smokers room. One of the best super8 s we stayed in across the country.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The man at check-in was quick with his job and was helpful trying to figure out what type and location of room we needed. All the housekeeping staff we encountered in the halls smiled and said hello. The room was clean and for the most part was updated with nice looking furniture and finishes. The bathroom was not updated and while it was clean, it looked kind of unpleasant. There are a ring of rooms accessible from the outside, but there are also rooms accessible from the interior central lobby. The hot tub and pool are in the middle. In my opinion, these types of motels feel a little damp and humid all the time. That was my biggest complaint. The breakfast was scant, but it was enough to get us a little something until we were ready to get out and get something more substantial.

We love the Super 8 chain for it's value for the quality and this one is no exception. Great rooms! We had 2 and it was kinda odd that one had carpet and the other had laminate, but both were part for the course. The only reason I gave this one 4 stars is we came specifically for the indoor pool and hot tub, but even though they were usable, it was epic FAIL! The pool was ICE cold and the hot tub was barely warm. One thing kind of odd about the hot tub was it could probably seat 12-15 people, it only had like 8 seat side jets. It was obviously a custom build in it's day (late '70s to early '80s? ). Don't get me wrong, this was a great place to stay if you're not in it for the indoor water. Although the indoor atrium where the pool and hot tub are, is way cool. I would like to see more vegetation than there is, but still something you don't see much anymore! Fix the water and we WILL be back.

The service is good beds comfortable hot tub relaxing and breakfast delicious only downer is very thin toilet paper.

Looks nice on the outside but the managers are completely rude and do not care for reoccurring business. There were people hanging out in parking lot playing loud music in the evening. May as well got a room at a roach motel in the ghetto for the actual experience for a $80 room was similar and would have saved me money and a sarcastic manager.

I start here with my kids about once a month. We love the indoor pool and hot tub. They have remodeled all the rooms recently and they look great.

Best pillows ever. Loved the spa and indoor swimming pool. Felt very safe: as two women traveling, my mother and I, our front door opened out into the indoor atrium. Customer service was wonderful went above and beyond. Would stay there again and recommend it to anybody.

I arrived with a group on June 26th to check in we get there the staff was flat out rude! Next there was cop cars and fire trucks all over! The rooms were gross! Praise God we are all from military and police family so we come prepared and bring our own sheets and pillowcases to use decided to stay there! What's two nites bc we weren't going to be at hotel much but long enough to get shut eyes for few hours each nite! We requested wake up call both nites didn't get it both morning! Only got it one second morning! Next noise level in outside breeze way sucks bc there were ppl screaming up and down halls and ppl playing music in cars in parking lot and out of room loud! You could hear loud bass! Thumping! We called front desk multi times no answer in day or nite! Tina who worked front desk never gave military or senior citizens discounts even though your hotel honors that! She is very rude! Manuel gives out room cards with out checking proper room indentificstion bc he recognized my voice but never saw me in life! Once again that's scary don't waste your money on this hotel! Ppl change in hallway saw a grown man who drove s black car changing his underwear in hallway by his car! That's scary! He has no self respect or respect for others! House keeping staff did a bad job! How do you screw up breakfast at hotel it looked like puke! They hung up on your face when we made reservations not just once but several times! They don't say bye they just automatically hang up!

Room was ok had to swat a few flies, was gonna go in the hot tub, but was rudely asked what I was doing. Then she didnt believe that I was a paying guest. This probably saved my day, because the hot tub looked like it had milk spilled in it complimenting the macaroni and cheese that surrounded the side of the tub. The floor was not clean, probably woud take a scraper to get most of the disgusting stuff off. All of this was around 10 am. I do not know when they do their cleaning, but it had obviously not been done in quite some time. If you choose this hotel be prepared, enjoy.

HORRIBLE! Being watched for no reason with everything you do! Getting accused of stealing pillows! TERRIBLE place! Will NEVER go back EVER again.

Booked here several times in last 20 years. Needs overhaul pool cold hot tub lukewarm bad jets. It's time rebuild.

Perfect for travelers that require iron and ironing board with hair dryer. Small fridge and microwave in room. Perfect.

Not really worth 72$ per night but it wasn't too bad. AC was kind of loud and I had to sleep in a smoking room since I had a dog but it wasn't gross and I slept very well. Staff was friendly.

First when I called to get reservation was told rather shortly that there were no ground floor rooms. When got there the guy at desk told me there were over doz ground floor room available. The breakfast isn't great, but better than nothing. Worsed thing was my room had little cockroaches in it.
