Review of Super 8 3*

I arrived with a group on June 26th to check in we get there the staff was flat out rude! Next there was cop cars and fire trucks all over! The rooms were gross! Praise God we are all from military and police family so we come prepared and bring our own sheets and pillowcases to use decided to stay there! What's two nites bc we weren't going to be at hotel much but long enough to get shut eyes for few hours each nite! We requested wake up call both nites didn't get it both morning! Only got it one second morning! Next noise level in outside breeze way sucks bc there were ppl screaming up and down halls and ppl playing music in cars in parking lot and out of room loud! You could hear loud bass! Thumping! We called front desk multi times no answer in day or nite! Tina who worked front desk never gave military or senior citizens discounts even though your hotel honors that! She is very rude! Manuel gives out room cards with out checking proper room indentificstion bc he recognized my voice but never saw me in life! Once again that's scary don't waste your money on this hotel! Ppl change in hallway saw a grown man who drove s black car changing his underwear in hallway by his car! That's scary! He has no self respect or respect for others! House keeping staff did a bad job! How do you screw up breakfast at hotel it looked like puke! They hung up on your face when we made reservations not just once but several times! They don't say bye they just automatically hang up! Customer service skills suck! My child has better skills then they do at customer service and at cleaning and just being a better a person! Come on now! Don't waste your time or money til they get better management and learn to treat ppl right!
