My second time here. Great people, comfortable beds, clean room, I love the suite set up.

Room was clean! Personnel were nice. BUT we had to ASK FOR washcloths. We turned the thermostat to 76 degrees and by morning the room was getting warm. There was NO shower gel in the dispenser. We stay at HIE often and never had these issues before!

We booked a room at this Holiday Inn. When we went to check in, we were informed that our room had flooded, but they booked us at another holiday inn 20 minutes away. We drove there with our 4 small children only to be informed that they are not in the same network and would not honor our reservation. But if we wanted to drive *back to the other hotel* they could put us up at a La Quinta. So now we are paying for another hotel room since we’ve wasted an hour at 10 pm with our children asleep in the car. Terrible customer service. We will not be back. Holiday Inn used to be our go-to for family vacations, but not anymore.

The ambiance is fabulous. Breakfast choices are extensive and great coffee service. Clean rooms and timely amenities.

We loved everything about this Hotel. The location, amenities, bed, pool, Jacuzzi, breakfast… EVERYTHING We will definitely stay here again!

By far one of the BEST hotel's we've stayed in! It's beautiful, clean and staff is on point! Night & morning front desk/ manager's go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. We will be back and will tell about our experience. Thx Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel was great! The breakfast buffet and made to order eggs, was a wonderful treat for breakfast. Beats the Continental breakfast in a lot of hotels.

My family stayed here, and it seemed like a pleasant hotel from my perspective. Great job, the only reason why 4 stars is because it's a tad tight in my opinion.

Very nice. Big clean suites. Need better pressure on water but everything else ours great.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Counter service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast will get you started, but don't expect the highest quality of some items.

Loved the art deco theme of the hotel. It was in a great location, close to everything. The room was comfortable and clean. Had a nice hot tub and pool and the night auditor was extremely nice. One of the cheaper hotel options in the area and it was well worth triple the price we paid. Will be visiting again!

We always stay at a holiday inn when we travel or just for fun. Today after leaving I realize I forgot some money in the room went back and it was gone. Talked to the GM and she was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with this was the holiday inn in Norman OK. Needless to say I left without getting the money back and being called a lier.

We held a birthday party there and it was very nice great service.

I usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn but decided to try Holiday Inn express. I had a wonderful stay. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good … I will definitely be staying here from now on…

I think it's the best hotel I've stayed in. They have excellent service, rich food and they helped me.

Happy people during our conference… The manager was doing the cha cha slide. The customer service was exquisite and the smiles were endless!

I was scheduled to arrive at like 7 in the evening for my reservations I did not arrive until 11:30 that night and they didn't have a room ready for me I have to set in the lobby for an hour waiting on them to try to find a room if they can see if they can get one clean for me general manager promise me 25000 I h g rewards points and she never did give them to me so basically she lied to me while I was there and once I left I guess you wouldn't worry about me being satisfied anymore is it I h g Platinum Rewards member.

Nice hotel. Room was bigger than expected for the price. 5 of us stayed comfortably. Very good breakfast. Beds are comfy.

Bedroom, living room area and bathroom are all clean and nicely decorated. A touch masculine. The kitchen area is stocked with needed items to make coffee. There is a microwave and fridge. Bathroom is stocked with soaps, shampoo, lotion and hair dryer. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Hotel provides breakfast and has a saltwater swimming pool. Very impressed and would recommend the stay.

Everything was great, the fitness room, pool and hot tube were clean, rooms were cozy couldn't have had a better night, also friendly staff also.

Comfortable, clean, modern, and convenient. A predictable experience, which is all I look for in a hotel. More attention to keeping the breakfast items stocked and tossing bad items is needed.

This is a beautiful new hotel. I will stay here every time I'm in town. The hotel is very clean.

We checked in very late. (After 1am) We had a little difficulty due to the fact that someone else had booked the room for us as a gift, but the staff was accommodating and got us into our room. Our suite was awesome and spacious. It had a living room, large bathroom, and a king size bed. Check out is 11-12 kind of unclear, but no rush. We left at 11 am though. The breakfast was decent! I would pay to stay there.

Or friends are still ain't here so we've been hanging out here and swimming. Mom's friend needed a step stool for the bed and they gave her one. The room is so nice.

Nice comfortable and clean rooms. Stayed there for a conference. Staff was friendly. Only issue we had was the toilet wouldn't flush they had a mechanic there to fix it the very next day.

The room was very clean and was kept that way throughout the days we stayed. The bed was better than the one I sleep in at my house.

Arrived at hotel at 5:15 and was told our king suite was not ready. Was told to come back in 30-45 minutes. We went to eat, a little over an hour, still no King Suite ready. Was put in a double. Called down to the front desk because there were no sheets, blanket, pillow for sleeper sofa. Was told it would be sent right up. After an hour and a half, had to go down to get it ourselves. 8:00 o'clock at night and rooms on this floor are STILL being cleaned. Wish I could post the pics I have of the hallway. After a 5 hour drive, 3 hours at the ball park and the room reserved is non existent… if there were a —, it would be given. Platinum member, reward nights… lol.

Excellent! New location and very friendly staff. Located in a shopping area so a grocery store, restaurants, a mall, and a spirits & wine store (important in Oklahoma as all other stores sell only 3.2% beer) are right next to the hotel.

Super nice for a holiday inn express.

Very nice very clean, but was disappointed that they did not have a vending machine anywhere on the place, I mean we pay over $100 a night you would think they could afford a vending machine. They just have the sweet shop down stairs were a 20 Oz pop is 2.50 a piece, and when you have a big family that ads up, we left and went to a grocery store and bought drinks and dessert cheaper.

Newer hotel with great breakfast/social area. Perfect for my larger family of 6. Enjoyed the separate TV room area with a door between the TV room and bedroom. Easy on/off freeway.

I must admit that I travel quite a bit for work and stay in a lot of hotels. I am very impressed with the rooms and modern decor of this Holiday Inn Express. I actually had to go downstairs to see if my room had been upgraded since it was so nice inside. If considering a location that you will be comfortable and experience modern amenities, this is definitely a place you should consider. I don't know what their regular rate is, but the rate through my work was very reasonable. Hope this helps as you are making decisions on where you stay.

I wish I booked here instead of the Norman hotel. The front desk has awesome service.

Used reward points to book room for 3 adults. Received a room with only one bed. Hotel was 100% booked so they could give me a different room. However, front desk attendant was really nice.

Wonderful hotel. We stay there any time we go to Norman. We used to stay at the Embassy but this hotel is much newer, nicer, cleaner, and cheaper. Highly recommend.

Very nice. Swimming pool was a little cold but my 2 year old had a blast. Continental breakfast was great. Bed was super comfy. 4 stars not 5 only because of the cold pool!

Oklahoma City, suite. The power was out for multiple hours. Even worse, it was between 4-7 which is when most people are getting ready to go out.

All around good Cool ppl. Took care of everything I needed. And some of the ladies are kinda hot lol.
