Service was nice checking in. Carpet in room was mildew, faucet water pressure leaked and came out slow. Electrical outlets were loose which is highly dangerous. Shower water pressure was horrible. Tub was dirty. Toilet seat flipped down when you sit on it. Breakfast is free but just cereal and they were out of everything and the kitchen was dirty. When we checked out the owner was rude.

The Indian lady at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful all morning when we went to get our breakfast and refused to give us her name when asked repeatedly. She was smoking, what looked like a cigar inside the office and insulted me and my spouse. She cussed us out when we tried to diffuse the situation. Definitely will not book a room here EVER again. Not to mention the bed bugs and random blood stains on the sheets. When we asked for a change of sheets she rudely implied that they were fine.

Trucks moving around the lot late at night, construction company moving equipment off site at 11 o clock. This place is a zoo without bars. Never again.

Nothing fancy but clean and safe. Don't rely. On the breakfast, there's not much to choose from most mornings.

Hotel was very accommodating to our group. Great location! A little bit out dated tho.

This place is the best hotel in Norman, Ok. People very friendly and rooms so big and comfortable. I come here every month for business. Zhighly recommend this hotel.

Hey if you're on a budget and you need a good place to sleep check out these guys when they have everything at a cheaper price if saving money is your goal as far as amenities and the such I'm giving it four stars because of Lindsey she was very helpful and I appreciate her attitude if you're in Norman in our budget like I said this is the place to go.

2 Autistic & elderly couple wondered away from their home and got confused about where they were going early Feb 2018. Travelodge took them in from the freezing cold and allowed them to stay. THANK YOU for your kindness Traveldoge of Norman, OK.

My husband I found the travel lodge very comfortable. And we were happy to find that they had smoking rooms.

Nice, clean rooms. It was right off the highway which was a bonus. Also lots of places to eat within walking distance!

I'm pretty sure I was the only guest there for a day or so. Tried to take a shower tuesday morning & water took forever to get warm so I decided to wait till later. 10pm I find out that their water heater was out. So, no shower for my stay. Then the manager proceeds to tell me that for my inconvenience that he'd knock 10% off my next stay, except booking online is cheaper than that anyways. The rooms are dated. Management sucks, and when water heater busts they don't even tell you.

The entrance way was easy to get into the only thing I didn't like was the fact that they had a couch staring at a wall. The TV was facing the bed it would have been General to have put the couch where the TV was versus putting it next to the bed? One of the lights didn't work and I still gave this a four star.

We arrived late at night to the hotel the first night around midnight and it took us a total of 17 minutes to wake the front desk lady up. She then smelled as if she had doused herself in alcohol. She reeked of the smell of alcohol. So this was a terrible experience in itself. Also if you have small children I would not recommend staying here, because god forbid they wake up after you have fallen asleep, the door unlatches when you pull down on the handle and the other little lock that they have on the door is not easily seen as to not lock it. An incident occurred because of this lock on the door. The same employee at the front desk from the night before then went to say the next night how pissed off she was that we were rude the previous night when it took us 17 minutes just to wake her up. And how the incident that occurred the night before pissed her off and that she thought we were bad people because we didn't have control of our 2 year old at 3:30 in the morning, when nothing was said to us the night we checked in about the locks on the door and how to operate them, because they are not like anything in any other hotel. This was a horrible experience with a horrible person as the night shift. You need to get a grip on your staff, they should not be treating customers this way and they should not be under the influence when working either. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for vacancies. Definitely will not be back and would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Great staff and its location is everything, on top of the best of town with big truck parking. I would had rated it five stars but my job requires me to frequent motels and it lacked in just a few areas important to me.

Room was plenty spacious for two. Bed was soft, yet supportive enough. Front desk staff was cheerful and helpful. Breakfast items were good, but not too many choices available. Room needs some updating, especially spot where bathroom ceiling is coming down.

Stayed here and it was awesome! Perfectly cleaned as usual, awesome breakfast. The management here is excellent and compassionate and willing to help with anything. I highly recommend this facility as a good value.

The staff was extremely prompt and courteous and rooms were very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Quite possibly THE worst experience ever. Got a smoking room when requested non. Room had 2 flies hanging around. Bed had cigarette burns in sheets. The door was missing a lock. Tub wasn't clean. Fridge had a frozen towel in it? Stains on the walls. Toiletries half empty. No refunds from poor management! Ended up getting a room elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs!

Booked online because of trip advisors 4 star rating. Went through my work to make this reservation with my 40% off employee discount. Got in at 10pm central time. Spent $85 for 2 nights on a NON smoking room that hadn't been properly cleaned smelled of smoke and for a non smoking room there was an ash tray in the room? What? I work at a super 8 in Kansas and we charge just the same and our maids are great never have a complaint about them. But these maids have down a shitty job of cleaning this room. If you are going to clean a room, VACUUM! How hard is it? You do have to move stuff around to vacuum properly. Will never stay here again. My boyfriend Went to get something to eat and the whole time he was gone I was fearing for my life. Pretty down right disgusting. Norman Travelodge, you just lost some customers.

Get what you pay for. Clean but old. Run down. Bed sheets stink. The whirlpool baths are broken. Alarm clock broke. Can't really enjoy.

I reserve a accessible room but when my wife checked in they gave her a room on the second one floor. And no elevator. When I got there from work the next day they moved us to a room on first floor. Still was not accessible. Then about 7pm that night when I was at work again the front desk calls my wife and says come get a refund and just leave. When I get home the next morning I go talk to them and they will not let us stay for the last 2 night's of our reservation and they will not refund the money for the 2 nights that we did stay there, like they said they would. The hotel never did comply with my reservation. I will be posting to Facebook and anything else I can think of so nobody else gets treated like this from the managers of this hotel.

I'm not really sure what happened with the other people review this place but my stay at the Norman Travelodge was great! The attendant at the front desk were very pleasant and accommodating. For anyone concerned, they also spoke clear and fluent english. My room was very clean and all the electronics seemed to be in working order. There's also a nice bathtub with some jets if you just feel like soaking the night away. I didn't check to see if they work but I'm assuming they aren't just for show.

PLEASE READ! :Ok here's the deal some the people who work there don't speak English correctly, I should know because my mom works there and Indian people so they won't completely understand you but plz don't say bad stuff about it im begging you.

Terrible hotel. Has blood on one of the lights the lady came to the room to look at the stains on the beds and blood on the light and was very rude asked her for a refund and she told me she couldn't give a refund that those where permanent stains and I will have to deal with it. Then made up a story about someone looking for me from the Walmart next door saying that I stole something. I will never stay in a Travelodge again. Very rude staff and very dirty rooms.

We stayed for about 3 or 4 nights and the front desk lady was nice, but our key card quit working and when I had to get it redone, a 12 year old took care of it and when I asked to speak to a manager he said they were not in. The microwave was broke, and when I called to ask about it, she rudely said 'Push the buttons, that easy' she sent someone up and they had to bring a new microwave. Fire alarm was disconnected. Won't stay again. Disappointed.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. If you would like to be swindled out of your money and be treated in a subhuman manner, stay here. -Booked us in a room directly above the owner's family in spite of the hotel being empty, knowing it was the weekend of Norman music festival. -Microwave did not work. -Harassed by "security" immediately upon returning to our own room. -Owner called the police on my guests and I to assure we were not underage (we are not). -Charged us for two days and kicked us out after two hours, with no refund. do not stay here.

Room was bad. Fire alarm was unplugged and setting on table. No towels in bathroom. Carpet was dirty and needed replaced. No smoking room had burn spots in table where broken smoke alarm was set. People running hotel thunk you have a disease. This hotel isn't even a 1/4 star. Don't waste time or money here sleep in car.
