I booked this place without reading the reviews first. After reading a bunch I began to worry I was in for a night of terror. Well let's just say my expectations were very low. Having said that everything was just fine. Clean room, no smell, ac worked very well, flat screen TV, bathroom seemed a bit updated so that was a plus. Only thing that matched the reviews were the front desk folks were super nice. I gave it 4 stars not because it's a 4 star hotel rather it's a decent place to get some rest.

This hotel was a quaint, clean, and ordinary facility. Nothing fancy yet certainly more than adequate. They provided a decent place for an overnight stay. I wrote this review based on the fact that it is 2 star hotel and you really do get what you pay for. NUT… Would I return you bet I would? I am well rested and full!

Not very friendly welcome when we arrived. The pool was closed for maintenance which no one told us when we booked. The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke even though the hotel is a smoke free facility. The toilet felt like it was going to fall apart when you sat on it. The outlets did not all work and the door didn't fully shut all the way. Although it did latch. It is pricey for what you get. It's decent for just a place to sleep. Edit: I paid $115 for 2 nights. Guess it is not THAT pricey but I feel it could have been better. (that is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 2)

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. They go out of their way to add extra charges to your bill. They charge for ice. Burn holes in the curtains. Flies everywhere because I left my door open for 5 minutes. Their continental breakfast ends at 9. They plot and scheme on how much they can charge you extra. Two rooms down from me there's a drug dealer. The McDonalds down the street wont let you walk through their drive through. The people working the place seem nice, but that's how they get you on extra charges without you being mad.

The manager is great. The room was not cleaned properly. We had stayed one night and checked out. Decided later that day to stay another night. When we checked back in after 4 pm we got the same room. The sheets that were on the bed were the same ones that were on the bed when we checked out. (No one — not even us knew we were staying a second night). The pool also was not open. It was empty and had a pad lock on it.

Thieving completely junk hotel. We requested reservations for two days (separate) 3 rooms each day. Original reservations were made at this hotel because their website stated they had a pool along with pictures that verified as such. During the reservation conversation on the phone the question was asked do you have a pool, I was told yes we have a pool. Now the assumption is that if someone says they have a pool at a hotel that that hotel pool has water in it. But while on the phone it wasn’t important to tell the potential person staying at the hotel that well we have a pool but it’s empty and you can’t go swimming. Upon arrival we found that the pool was drained and was closed. Our first night in the fly infested rooms was uneventful. On our return trip we decided find a hotel that actually had a pool WITH WATER IN IT. I called Kelly at the hotel a day prior to find out what the cancellation policy was. I was told by Kelly that she could not find a reservation under my name for our second night. Bearing in mind we had already stayed one night. With no reservation on file I was told a note would be passed along to Shauna just in case and I notified them we were going to use a different hotel. Fast forward three days, I have a charge on my credit card for three rooms at full rate. I called the front desk at the hotel and speak to Kelly again she tells me that I must have told her my wrong last name and that the cancellation policy requires a 72 hour notice.

The room was clean, but not as advised. It wasn't a hotel, it was a motel and extremely dated. It needs updating and the coffee maker didn't work. Other wise, the bed was comfortable and it had the advertised amenities… the TV however, had several fuzzy channels, but some were clear. It was quite dated. As I said, the rooms could truly use a makeover, including fresh paint and carpet. It sufficed, but wasn't as good as it should have been, from the advertised amenities and conditions. The staff was amiable though and it was okay for a night, but I'll stay elsewhere the next time.

The only good thing was the check in girl. First room had pubic hair on shower walls and all around the toilet. Fridge looked like red sauce was all over the racks and side walls. Did get another room was a little cleaner. Almost forgot the pool was down, might be the frog family that was living there could have been the reason for that. We did have a lovely view of the frog family jumping all over the inside of pool.

Maybe I'm just use to the luxuries of a hotel stay and this wasn't it… Stayed one night then moved small didn't feel super clean. Fine for low budget but if you can spend above 85 a night do that instead.

Good service at front desk. Pretty clean. Phone wasn't working in room so I couldn't easily call front desk to confirm check out.

The original room we got there was a dog barking all day and night. We couldn't sleep the first night very well. After notifying the front desk they moved us and took care of the issue. The rooms are clean and cleaned daily. The offer a free breakfast it's a little early for my preference and you can't take it back to the room. Otherwise it's pretty nice. It's not to expensive either.

Dirty old room, cigarette burns in sheets (but were washed), some lights didn't work, A/C was very weak. Toilet took 3-4 times to kinda flush. No coffee makers in rooms. But on a good note the front staff was nice.

Complete Trash. Here's why 1. Checked into room at 8pm. 2. Was at front desk ready to leave at 8:55. Explanation= The entire building the room 208 (room I booked) was filled with a potent smell of Pneumonia and Marijuana. Not a picky guy at all but it was unbearable. Confronted the hotel Owner because he was on site and explained to him only for him to say "f*** you, you get no refund which I didnt even ask for. But the best part is after we had our stipulation and left. They charged my card double the security deposit and never returned it. Have a active lawsuit against them. Do not book with them.

Nasty, dirty, place. I got there late was told I was the last person checking in, I didn't know hotels closed people check in all times of the day and night but any how I went to my room was shocked it smelled, dirty, so I went back to the office and the door was locked rang bell but no one came. My daughter and service dog wouldn't sleep in the room so we slept in our van. Went to office as soon as it was open and was told I couldn't have a refund. Came in for a funeral and I couldn't even get a shower because there was hair all in the towels. Save your money and stay some were nice. This place is a dump!

The room was dirty, the shower head was broken and it smelled terrible. I literally walked in to room and was like this is the worst hotel room I've ever seen. I was only there for 10 minutes and I was happy to forfeit the money I paid to get out of there.

I mean it's covenant because it's cheap but it's just that cheap. The room we stayed in this time was super old. One of our lamps didn't work our phone on our room didn't work the refrigerator was barely big enough to fit a gallon of milk in it and we barely had outlets in the room but they did have the courtesy to give us an extension cord. But as I said It's cheap so you get what you pay for. Also when you get a room for more than one night after the first night your room key doesn't open the outside door so you have to go get your key fixed everyday you stay.

Great service though there was construction going on around the front desk. Clean room, friendly. Good room for the price.

Pros: The room was clean, neat and well organized. Working fridge, microwave, coffee maker, big TV, iron and a hair dryer. Beds were made nicely with night stand a a large desk and a nice chair. Plenty of towels and a free continental breakfast. We got a room on the first floor as requested and there are lots of places to eat nearby. Cons: TV remote didn't work but they replaced it immediately. Fridge was to cold it froze our drinks. Need better soap. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Where to begin? Let's start with parking… there isn't any. It's ridiculous. There's no elevators… what about elderly or handicapped people, they are screwed. I believe people are living here, too. It's loud all night… kids running and screaming up and down the hall all night. There were toddlers up at midnight playing soccer with toilet paper. The placards on the doors say NO SMOKING, but all you can smell in the halls is stale cigarettes and weed. I have a coffee maker in the room… but, no carafe. That's a vital piece of the puzzle. I just don't get it. It's honestly like they've given up and just don't care. I'll never stay here again and I'll convince others to look elsewhere for lodging also.

Spend a night there. It is a good place. Quiet and great customer service. It is clean and likable.

The staff was rude and didn't even acknowledge customers. The security guard working when we arrived was very polite. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. The bath/shower did not have the lever to change into shower.

I called and asked for a single room with 2 queen beds and got a single room with a king size bed and a cot.

If I could give it less than one star I would. This place is absolutely horrible. My room was dirty and outdated, the sheets had cigarette burns in them when a non smoking room was requested. Everything in that room was dirty, and I mean EVERYTHING. The refrigerator was covered in rust, there was mold in the bathroom shower, and the sink was held up by a 2x4 The carpets were dirty and worn out. It was awful, I will never go back there. It was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever stepped inside. They charged us full price for only being in the room for less than and hour and a half, then tried to lie about when we actually left to avoid refunding us the second day we were supposed to be there. Do not stay here ever! And now they refuse to give a refund due to our review. Avoid this place, you are better off sleeping in your vehicle.

This place has a good location with lots of businesses located in walking distance, but it’s a bit of a dump. Rooms are outdated and not very clean. The breakfast consisted of cereal and bananas.

If I could give zero stars, that would be my review. First off, the hallways are filled with the aroma of pot by 8 p. M. (this has happened all 4 nights) Beyond that: Staff is rude. They slam the doors at 3 a. M. Waking you up. Everywhere from check-in to your room, smells like piss. Bring your shower shoes, or bath in filth. My A/C doesn't work. Have it set on Hi (55°), and it won't cut on. Its probably close to 75° in here. Only decent thing is the bed. But you must get drunk enough to fall asleep amongst the smell of lingering piss… PAY THE EXTRA $10 for a nicer place!

Had a great visit there. Stayed in a hot tub room and felt so good on our shore bodies from traveling. Both check in and check out ladies were very friendly and helpful. I missed breakfast and they still helped me out by getting me coffee and a bagel. This place will go out of the way to make your visit a great experience.

Called around 1 a. M. Jan 17, 2018, for a room so I didn't risk driving long distance home from work. A male answered and said there was an availability. When I asked about checkout time, he said 11 a. M. I asked if I could check out at 12 noon he said NO. Wow, a hotel NOT willing to grant 1 additional hour for checkout, especially when I arrive after 1 am in a winter storm. Definitely will never stay at a Days Inn in the future.

Very clean rooms, very nice staff. Probably the cleanest motel out here. Do recommend if you’re on the road and need a nice, clean and quiet place to stay and rest.

Great customer service! The front desk and staff were very friendly and did excellent job giving information about the room and the area. The location was very clean and private, a great spot for a nice getaway. I recommend them if you are looking for a nice affordable stay.

Let me save you time and money. Just don't stay here. Stayed there last weekend the room so out dated carpet dirty no cable channels what so ever. Dead bugs all in the bathroom and if that wasn't bad enough roach's crawling all on the walls and ceiling. Oh did I mention of you pay in cash they want a deposit. Hell they should be paying people to stay there. It was so bad I left at 2 in the a. M for this bad experience I should have brought a tent and sleep in it. They need a whole new make over with new curtains and decor not to say they also need a dam exterminator. So my rating for this hotel is 1/8 of a start and that's being generous.

This is our 3Rd stay at this hotel. Every year we drive up from Georgia for a Day with Thomas and now the Polar Express at the Transportation Museum in Spencer. The rooms are small and clean. They remodeled? Updates in the summer of 2016. I never experienced noise in the hallway from other guests nor concerns in the parking lot as mentioned by other reviews. The breakfast included waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagel, oatmeal, juice, milk and coffee. Yes there's signs saying do not take breakfast to your room. Well considering there's only like 4 small tables in this area, I took it to my room. It's much easier to corral my child there and keep them focused on eating. The staff isn't policing the place to worry about a bagel that goes to a room. Lol. Our room key didn't work for the out side door, but I've had the same issue with expensive hotels. The plug in the tub was broken but I used a rag to plug it when given my kids a bath. And the toilet kept running of and on. I just closed the door to the bathroom. For the price, I can't complain. We've always stayed in the main building. Usually on the first floor.

Decent place to stay that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. The employees are nice and you get a free breakfast s well.

The staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and I say rooms cause I am here on a trip and only booked the room for one night and was not sure if I was staying there longer but I decided to stay for a few more days and they had that room I was in sold but so helpfully got a room across the haul. Easy access to everything.

You get what you pay for. I'm staying a month and paying $45 a night. It's got a mini fridge, microwave, shower, bed, desk, heat+a/c, and that's it. A couple lamps light the room so if your curtains are closed, it's pretty dim. In terms of cleanliness, I found the bathroom to be the worst. The overhead vent is filthy and there are stains on the shower doors. Fridge always leaves frost on my food, even if it's not in the freezer. My top door lock is a little busted. My door looks like someone tried to break in, and they just painted over it. There's also another door in my room that leads to the room next to mine. Can't imagine what might happen if I wasn't the one with the lock. Plus side is rooms are "cleaned" every day and it's close to some great fast food joints. 2/5

The room seemed clean. We needed a place to crash before and after a biking event. That's all we expected and that's what we got. I have no complaints.

I stayed at this property for one night. They didn't have a non-smoking room available. The smoking room was like being in a tobacco curing room. Everything had intense smell. Left my door open the whole night with the room and bathroom fans on, yet couldn't sleep a wink. Sheets had hair, bathroom had soap left from the previous guest. My clothes and bags stink of the smoke big time. The front desk couple were not helpful.

Absolutely horrible. The second building reeked of smoke — not just the room, the entire building. They even had signs up reminding guests that the no smoking policy applied to their second building. When we asked if we could be moved to their main building, as it was causing our children to cough, we were told there were no rooms available. No refunds, of course. When we asked for a manager, we were told, "There aren't no managers here. " A domestic dispute was happening down the hall. We will be leaving immediately, refund or no. Stay away!

Rooms where nice and some what up to date. However, the room had a horrible smell. Front desk staff wasn't so pleasant upon arrival.

Location is very good. The rooms & sheets were clean & the staff & cleaning service were very friendly & helpful. The waffles are really good. No eggs though unless you want hard boiled. Shower stays hot for a long time. Pool closed after labour day of course. The bed is extremely comfortable. The room had a fridge & microwave & there is an ice machine by the lobby.

Bad customer service. Front desk lady was rude and got our Check out day wrong. Charged us a deposit we weren't suppose to pay because we booked with a third party. Rooms were filthy! The ac had dead roaches and flys in it with lots of dust. There was an eyelash in our bed, shower was nasty. Never going back there ever!

Dated. Rock hard bed. Only half the outlets on the power strip provided worked, thankfully I brought my own. Kinda a sketchy feeling area, and I lived and worked in low performing schools in Syracuse, ny and I still got a bad vibe. Old garbage bags piled under the stairs next to my room. Paper thin walls. I can hear the people in next room stirring coffee or tea or something as I'm writing this. Not the cheapest in the area. Not worth what I spent. Works… But not a great, even good option. Come here only as a last resort.

Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is not great plus they have signs posted you can't take your breakfast back to your room. Which is ridiculous because its hot in the eating area and all they have to eat is bagels, cereal, waffle, toast, one kind of mini muffin and, some big pot of runny oatmeal. So if you are looking for a hotel with a good breakfast. This is Not the place to stay. Small rooms but clean, not so great breakfast but courteous staff. Over all its just an ok place.

The hotel smelled pretty bad as soon as we walked in. Our room didn't smell any better. The beds were okay, but the pillows were awful. Everything was unplugged when we got there so we had to find the outlets to plus in our fridge and lights. A. C. Worked well, never turned on the tv. The couple ladies we met in the lobby weren't the nicest. Overall it was just an ok stay, but definitely not great. Ya get what you pay for I suppose.

It's absolutely awful! I felt very uncomfortable by all of the Indian people. Every time and I mean every time I walked out of my hotel I got stared at. My sister got something said to her by two guys that was very sexual and disturbing. At night they played music very very loud and in the morning there was beer all over the place along with cigarettes all over the ground when you try to leave. The stairs were falling apart and they had multiple buckets of water to catch the rain from holes in the roof. The pictures look Nothing like the actual hotel! Do yourself a favor and find a much better hotel then this.

The room wasn't the greatest as the carpet was worn out and the overall vibe just wasn't super clean. But we did appreciate the huge mirror in front of the sink so more than one person could be in front of it. The TV and fridge worked great. And the breakfast was honestly a big surprise. They had a crazy amount of options and everything tasted wonderful. So, I'd recommend staying here.

I would not even rate one star! The pool was empty and the manager Kelly said her website doesn't say pool and if you scroll right here sure enough says pool. She argued with me and called me a liar. Breakfast was cereal. The room smelled horrible. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to go get our own towels and toilet paper. I called to see if we could get some kind of discount or something and she said No way, you stayed here willing and I am not giving you nothing. I said I will write a review to add to the hundreds of bad ones and she said I do not care. I have NEVER stayed in a place like this EVER. Every place was booked we couldn't leave but honestly thought about just going home if it wasn't 8 hrs away.

Smelled wonderful when we opened the door. Clean. Staff was very friendly. The other guests at night were a little loud but for one night, at the price, it was great.

Exactly what you would expect from a 2 star hotel… The bare minimum. If you are just here to sleep, this will do. Doors and walls paper thin, you can hear all of the conversations going on next door. The staff was at least nice. They have a pool, but it's not open for the peak of summer — very strange. Located in a very busy area around lots of different shops and restaurants. Only one hour from the beach.

This was the absolute worst experience ever. My husband and I were only traveling through headed to our destination. We were heading out in the morning. The first 15 minutes we were there we witnessed someone breaking into a car. He literally broke the window and helped himself to whatever he could get. The worst part is my husband and I noticed this criminal parked and looking in cars. I called the front desk, they said they would check it out. I called the police the front desk DID NOTHING! I gave my statement to the police. It was terrifying! The room next to us was party central and the smell coming from the room was in the entire hallway. Housekeeping stole my glasses and a sweater. I stepped out to get some breakfast around 8 am and upon returning my glasses were gone and a sweater I had laid out on the bed to wear that day was gone. When I complained to the front desk clerk, she was horribly RUDE! All she said was, " sorry, I can't do anything about that! " They are supposed to have cameras. They could have easily checked them to see someone entering our room and leaving. But, apparently they did not care. It was the scariest, worst, most horrible stay I've ever experienced. After seeing someone's car getting broken into we got no sleep at all and with the party going on next door, sleeping was impossible! I will never stay at any Days Inn or any hotel chain associated with Days Inn.

Omg the service attendant was nice and kind. BUT THE ROOMS STINK BADLY the lobby smelled like asian cuisine with curey and the dinning area looked like a 3rd grade camp site lol this place is a joke for the extra 15 bucks stay some where else.

For a quick stop, it was acceptable. You can't take breakfast in your room though, that sucks.

There's one woman at front desk with a real bitchy attitude. I asked if I could get same rate as last week but she said with attitude "I don't care what rate she gave you, you aren't getting it from me. " Asked to get another room and she was like I ain't playing musical rooms. The rooms stink and bathtubs are disgusting! Feels like I have an old as TV with an antenna.

This place was okay my firat time here but this second time around the lady up front had a very bad attuitude since I walked in to check in got room TV didnt work so I asked for another one and she sent me to one that smelled like weed TV didnt work as well bathrooms could use improvment amd carpets the second building use to be a smoking building and still smells like it would not recommend… and I will say again the lady up front is very rude doesnt even give u a smile bad customer service.

Online listed price says $55, I decided to try the place out because of a Craigslist ad (posted 2 days prior) that claimed the rooms were $42.99 a night plus tax. Somehow I ended up paying $65 plus $20 security deposit (which I got back) I've stayed in a few hotels in the area so I thought I'd try it out anyway, not worth it in my opinion. Half of the lights in my room didn't work and the Wi-Fi was incredibly slow. The Budget Inn down the street is a much better option and alot cleaner. Also if you're looking for a weekly rental the Craigslist ad also stated $279.00 a week plus tax, I called ahead and found out the tax would be an extra $50. The original prices honestly seemed like a lie just to get people in the door, the additional tax is probably whatever they think they can get away with charging you.

Its a nice place with good staff. The room are clean and the backsiderooms are silent.

Was given a room that wasnt ready I checked in at 5.30 and the side they put me in rooms was oudated an the smell of weed had nicer room on other side refuse to give me a nicer one.

Me and my girl stayed here two years ago we actually lived here and we were very good at paying we never caused problems a few of the staff was nice and then it went down hill from there my gf was lied on by one of the staff who said they came in the room with her while I was there I would wear my bathing suit bottoms and a tshirt around the pool area but was told by manager at the front desk I had the put shorts on bcuz there was childern at the hotel meanwhile there was a woman who had wore a thong bikini at the pool and teenage ladies half naked im a grown woman btw and they told me how to dress me and my other half decided to leave and when we had tried to get another room there they refused to help us.

The Good — Ok price for a place to crash. Bed is comfortable. The Bad — $67 really should be $39. TV remote broken, toilet wobbles, shower knobs are broken, fridge is leveled with brochures knobs are missing old rusted. Shelves, old as dirt CRT TV. Burn holes in sheets. Can hear everyone else using bathroom and showering. If I need a place to sleep I might do it again. If I need a place to stay it won't be here.

The word "Best" should definitely be taken out of the title! This motel is horrible! The staff was nice but there was nothing nice about the rooms. There were blood stains on my sheets, the bathroom was gross, and the room smelled. Just horrible.

I have never written a negative review before, until now. America’s Best Value Inn has no concept of customer service. If there is a Category 4 hurricane expected to hit the area during your visit, you cannot cancel your reservation without the standard one-night cancellation fee, also they can not guarantee your safety if you do arrive. My event in the area was cancelled, possibly due to the massive lawsuit waiting if they tried to convince people to show up in this hurricane, but America’s Best Value Inn will not give this even the slightest consideration for a refund. The manager will tell you that “Every guest is treated the same” and he “Cannot override the cancellation charge. ” The manager will go on to explain how the entire area, Salisbury, MD, has the same policy, and his location is not capable of having a different dogma and providing better service. Needless to say, your wellbeing is of no importance this franchise, I can only imagine that they would not call for an ambulance if I collapsed in the Lobby, unless you had already paid for your entire stay. Additionally, because each location is owned independently, there is nothing the National Guest Relations Center for the chain will do except ask on your behalf for a refund. America’s Best Value Inn? No, I could have gotten a cheaper room from Motel 6, I would have received better service from Motel 6, Motel 6 is definitely a “Better Value” than America’s Best Value Inn.

Run by indian people, who seem pretty nice. But… Dirty, smelly Carpet. Old unmaintained, filled with scetchy people. I would not ever recomend this shady motel.

Very old and smelly room, booked on Orbitz. We checked in and was asked for extra $25 too stay. People knocking on your door at all hours. Police coming to your room. Poor experience. Not family friendly.

Great location but room was old, smelly, and outdated. Staff too friendly and asked me for a tip because I needed extra towels upon arrival. She went on and on complaining how people don't leave tips. I explained that I just checked in and will leave tip upon departure. In addition, there was a tragic shooting and my family and I had to run to safety. Unfortunately a young boy was shot in the hotel parking lot after leaving a party inside this hotel for children under 21. May God rest his soul. If you don't mind the staff begging and u need some deadly excitement than this is the place for you.

The staff was very friendly, that's why they are at least getting 1 star… we put our 4 teenage daughters in a seperate room, and they called us freaking out at 1:30 am with bugs crawling on and around them… we did not see bed bugs, but there were a few bugs that we did find and terminated. They clearly did not get any sleep that night… the following morning the friendly staff changed their room to one that was closer to us and it was a GOD send because a 17yo boy was MURDERED right in front of the original room that next night while about 30 other little thugs gathered in the parking lot… so unless you are staying to party, renting "by the hour", or just have a sense of adventure, there are some much nicer hotels just a few miles south of here.

Absolutely awful stay. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I was at this hotel (if you could call it that) for less than 10 hours because I just needed a place to sleep before a triathlon in Cambridge, MD. Everything else was booked and I figured why not. While checking in, the woman at the front desk accidentally charged my card twice and didn't notice. I had to explain to her what she'd done in excruciating detail before she refunded me. The rooms reeked of body odor and cigarettes, and the carpets had gross, brown stains. The three extra blankets we asked for were dirty and one had actual cigarette burns on it. A few weeks later, I noticed that I was charged an extra $30 for a missing blanket. I called the manager to let her know that I did not and would not take a blanket from a hotel (especially one as dirty and smelly as that one), and after a long conversation she did not refund my money. Instead, she said she'd "think about it" and hung up. As of today, she still hasn't changed her mind. TL;DR: Stay far away from this hotel. The awful quality of the establishment and the poor, unprofessional service is not worth it.

The worst experience ever. Brown stuff on the towels, half used toilet paper, non-smoking room reeked of cigs. Did I mention there's a club in the hotel? Very loud. Very rowdy. You won't sleep at all I promise. Also black hairs in the sheets. Do not stay here.

The receptionist was very friendly and the room I stayed in was clean. Yes the place is outdated sure but for the price you can't really complain I mean what do you expect? It's close to assateague, it's cheap, and it's clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you are probably going to want to avoid the parking lot late at night.

The first night we stayed there there was a man wandering the parking lot, he was very disturbing and I immediately did not feel safe. Once we arrived in our room we noticed the door did not seal completely and the frame looked as if it had been pried with a crowbar! When I wasn't in the room I locked my electronics in the car. The second night my mother-in-law stay with us and experience a similar occurrence with a strange man IN the building (though all the doors are "room key access" lock after 9pm) she confronted him and he just stared rudely saying nothing. The last night we stayed my Husband had to kill roaches in the room… He did not tell me this till after our stay or I would have left and demanded a refund, I freaking hate roaches. After we checked out we were charge and additional $75, with no explanation and no receipt! we had already left town so there was no confronting them about this charge. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, and I will tell everyone I know staying in the area to avoid this dump!

Two 19 year old college women, in an unknown state, in an unknown town, with a broken car (on a road trip to see family on thanksgiving) and nowhere to go in 14 degree weather, turned away arbitrarily in the middle of the night due an age policy of 21 which was most likely instated to keep away destructive parties, nuisance rooms, and protect company liability. Instead of Brad getting the property general manager which I assume would try to accommodate, given the severity of the situation, these girls received a scornful disregard for their safety and well being, with a sociopath lack of empathy. I was hung up on 9 times while requesting him to notify management of the situation and extenuating circumstances, yelled at swore at, these young women treated the same, and lastly the gentleman had the nerve to treat the mother of one of the two with such disdain equally so.

Awesome pool area. 8ft deep. I stay here regularly. For the price, it's pretty good.

This place has more dirt than dirt itself. Please pay the extra $20 bucks and go somewhere else. Dont make my same mistake. I wouldve been better if I stayed inside a dumpster. The bed feels like a rock and the carpet looks and smell like trash. The front desk wont return your money due to their 72hr cancellation policy.

The worst hotel I have ever been in my life! I wish there was a negative 5 star. Everything from reception to the room, pillows, sheets was dirty and smelly. I had to buy my own sheets from Ross next door additional $50 on the top 0f $269. I also got charged $5 for microwave. I don't know how people leave a good review for this place unless it was from the owners or employees. Awuful and Dirty. Lesson learned.

I was so angry with my decision to stay here. Should have known when I was told rooms where not refundable after reservation was made. The place is rundown and the breakfast looked like the Red Cross set up a disaster relief. Strange hairs in my bed and tub just added to the mystery of this place. This "motel" should never be over $70/night. They charged $169 for a weekend night! Unreal. This place just needed a dead body to make it the perfect nightmare.

Absolutely Horrible — Don't go there This hotel is absolutely horrible. Drug deals were happening in the parking lot throughout the night. The lock on the door didn't work so we ended up leaving. The lobby and rooms were dirty and smelly. Trust me you don't want to stay here.

Decent. We were driving thru and needed a cheap place to sleep. Room was standard. Tub was super narrow (maybe a foot and quarter? ) But i'm not looking for luxury. Breakfast was better than expected. Waffles and boiled eggs.

I had to take a room here as the Super 8 wouldn't accept my pet. The area didn't look bad during the day so I went to the next hotel over, Days Inn, to get a room. The room itself was not disgusting but it needed some serious work. The bathroom door was eaten up by a dog, the sheets had burn holes, the head board was spotted with something and gross and the room needed a thorough deep cleaning. I took it anyways because I figured to myself how much would I actually be in the room with family in the area. Monday night was okay, Tuesday night was okay too even though the hall way reeked of smoke and was 80 degrees. No lie. Wednesday night was party night evidently because there were several parties going on between the 2 buildings. I pulled up and people were actually hanging out of the windows, smoking and drinking. People were running in and out of the building all night and since the doors are loud, it was hard to sleep. At around 2:30 I was awakened by shouting in the hallway and went to the door to see a man assaulting a woman from the room in front of us. The police were called and I figured everything would be quiet for the rest of the night. WRONG! The guy had eluded police and was back at 3:30, trying to get back in to room. Again, the police were called. Thursday was quiet again and so was Friday. Overall, I would never stay in this area again. I was traveling with my 5 year old daughter and myself and definitely didn't feel safe.
