My stay was great, my room was great and the service was great. I came in with my husband for our last few nights in NC. One thing that made me a little uncomfortable was the lady that checked us in was wearing clothes that made it look like she was coming back from the beach or the pool! It was completely unprofessional. I think there should be some type of strict rule of uniforms in this industry. Being that I've been in this business for years. I think her name was either Courtney or Crystal. That's my only recommendation! Thanks wyndham!

Tub has burn Mark's all over it, outlets dont work and sheets have burn Mark's. The rooms could be nice but it's obvious no regular maintenance is taken in the rooms.

These people charged my card twice for staying one night. When I called and asked why was there two charges to my card they stated I smoked in the room I am 4 months pregnant please tell me why would I be smoking ANYTHING! We were simply trying to find a affordable place to stay as we passed by & the maid found ashes on the bed my fiancé went outside right before we left and smoked & left the door open but the maid was right there to see that. He did come in & lie the cigar down on the bed to help me get our things but I don’t see an issue with that since there was no smoking in the room! This is ridiculous if I wanted to pay $158 for a room I would have chosen a different motel. You guys are horrible! update from response. If I wanted a smoking room I would have asked for one! Like I stated I’m pregnant & did not need a smoking room! You found ashes on the bed in which I saw him throw the cigar to help me gather our things bc the maid had just came to our door as it was just a couple minutes way from check out time! You are such a liar charging people’s card to get money! There was not any smoke in that room because I HATE SMOKE!

Pluses: plenty of parking, near the airport, friendly staff. The couch in our room was in need of a cleaning, comforter on bed had holes, there were stains in our tub, fridge was good, a/c was cool, microwave a bit small, could only heat a small cup of coffee as a larger one would be too tall. Our room was at the back of the hotel and nearly Every time we came back there were people hanging out, sometimes they were loud or smoking. If you are going to stay try to get a room at the front. Did not have the breakfast there or go to the exercise room.

The marquee outside this dump has a simple "? " as means of advertising which should've been a warning sign in and of itself. Upon entering the room was sketchy at best. The couch looked severely used and torn. After a brief couple of minutes in the room we found a significantly large centipede near the sink and decided to find a different hotel for the night. The girl at the front desk gave me an excuse about not being able to process a refund and told me the manager would contact me the next day. Didn't offer to change rooms, simply told me that. In the meantime we found a different hotel that night to stay at. The following day after no word from the manager I tried calling only to be told the manager wasn't in and would call me back. I waited for a period of time then tried calling again several times. Finally I decided to go in and try to talk with management. I went to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. He claimed that the room had looked used and for that reason they were going to charge me for the night. After an exchange of words and still no refund, the manager told me he would call me back in a couple of minutes in which he did. In a much ruder demeanor the manager called back and curtly told me "You're not getting a refund, the room was used". I contacted corporate and explained the situation and finally got the customer service experience that any good company should have.

We needed somewhere to stay since our lease didn't overlap with our new one for two days. Days Inn had everything we needed. While the beds weren't the most comfortable, it was more than what we needed for the price.

Possibly the worst motel I've ever stayed in. Looks like they haven't spent any money to keep this place up in years. No carpet, cheap fake wood floor. All the furniture was chipped and scratched. Microwave didn't work right. Iron but no ironing board. Repairs in the bathroom looked like they were done by a 5 year old with caulk and paint smears. Tub spout was very loose and pulled away from the wall. Finally, a group of rough looking guys were partying loudly outside their room until 1 am, keeping everyone awake, and the staff did nothing. I moved down the road to Candlewood Suites which, for $30 more, was a palace compared to this dump. Do not, like me, try to save a few bucks by staying here, you'll regret it.

Very friendly staff. Kind of outdated but still nice and clean.

Room and staff were fine… There's quite a bit of outside activity though.

I had a great stay at the days inn Glenwood-Crabtree. Check in was quick and simple with great rates. My room was very clean and room. The location was very convient, there is a walmart across the street several restaurant within walking distance.

Wood floors… actually a nice decent place inside. The outside do not. Look to nice… a bit confusing. On how to get in parking lot, considering it's off Glenwood… easy to miss your turn the first time visiting.

Do not come here. Staff is selfish and rude. We currently live in the car and my boyfriend asked a guest, who seemed more than willing, to jump our car. All of sudden we’re recieving threats that the police will be called just because he asked for help. Everything isn’t about money & if we had the money to get a new battery and not live in the car TRUST ME WE WOULD. I understand they have money and can go out And get what you need but we’re not capable. 18 & struggling, sorry. Selfish ass human beings.

Not a bad little room. Love the flooring-no carpet to bring up allergies. The bathroom looks to have been remodeled, although for a double room we only got two towels. On the bright side, we got two floor mats! I would say that the floor needs to be mopped, as well, and the beds are getting old, and there were cigarette burns in the bedspread. This is a nonsmoking room.

A little out dated but great service and the price is awesome. Its worth ot on a budget. Nothing special but quiet and clean.

Clean, nice staff. Nothing fancy, but just fine for an inexpensive overnight stay.

Extremely dirty place. Crime and Drug Motel. Lots of traffic and people hanging around outside. I only stayed because I liked the fact that it was conveniently located across from a shopping center, Walmart, and a few good food places like Chick-fil-A. Not to mention the owner or whoever the INDIAN guy was … EXTREMELY RUDE! The clock in the room said 10:30. As I was packing to leave he banged on my door extremely loud, barged in while I was naked and told me to get the **** out. That is was 11:30 not 10:30. I explained the mix up and he still yelled and waited at the door. I have NEVER been so humiliated in my life. This is how they treat guest.

Terrible. Spend a few more dollars and go somewhere else. Tried 4 different rooms bc something was either broken or not working. Like the TV or the locks. Manager said he would be there in 5 minutes. I left with my money after waiting 15 minutes. Spent an hour there after already having booked the room and payed before arriving.

The front desk personnel are always helpful, friendly, and professional. The rooms are always clean. I've spent many nights here and I'll continue to choose this Days Inn over other motels in the area. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

One big problem. The attendant at the front desk told me I would be staying in one room, and gave me the key to a different room, which I figured was a human mistake anyone could make. However, the key that she gave me (for room 232) opened room 233. Which was occupied. Thankfully the people I walked in on were decent and not upset with us. Aside from this, the hotel is okay. The floors are very dirty but everything else is clean. Breakfast was available as promised. Didn't have a hard time with staff. Our non-smoking room didn't smell of smoke.

This motel is a good value and located close to the crabtree valley mall in downtown Raleigh.

Me & my man stayed in room 135 I believe could be wrong. Its a nice quiet corner in the back near the fitness place & soda machine. Before u ask, yes… yes they do have a fitnessroom. Wow right?! I njoyed it!

First I want to say that the staff were great. However the actual facilities were not. Water damage to ceilings, chipped and scratched furniture, stains on the linens and couch, and just an overall kind of out dated feel, even with more modern decor. We also had someone banging on our door around midnight, and trying to peek in. All in all, wouldn't stay at this location again. I didn't feel safe or comfortable.

Crack head maid stole from me then the staff complained at me saying my room was "filthy" for having some clothes laying out and a little bit of trash on the desk. Great place to be a witness to any number of crimes going on. Lady who runs the night shift comes off as very rude but is really a total sweetheart.

I've got no complaints. Staff has been friendly and helpful. I've returned to my room every afternoon to find it had been cleaned, bed made, and fresh towels provided. For the price, I couldn't ask for more.

Staff is very good and takes good care of all guest. Room was clean and not bad at all. Location is excellent. Breakfast was better. Wi-if was fast and worked well without cutting off line. Like their flat screen TV with HD channels and several HBO channels too. Mini refrigerator with microwave and coffee maker in room was handy. I will stay here again.

I really enjoy Daybreak at the days Inn motel it started my morning off great before getting on the road. If I was to make a request all new appliances be up to stranded though the hotel. How every my Daybreak was amazing Check in was great because they allow leisures to Check in early.

Oh my goodness. Best price. Best location. Friendly staff and amenities are amazing. Will be staying here again. At least before I move to Raleigh.

Friendly Folks and clean comfortable room. Rates were very reasonable as well and I enjoyed my stay here. It was close to PNC Arena and fairground. Easy access from road and in and out was easy. My room was on 1st floor with parking in front, which worked out well for me. Room was nice with large TV and refrigerator and microwave. I will stay here again adn I recommend to others.

Pleasant stay. Nice King room located near office, very cozy, new comforter set, room smelled nice, the basic breakfast with muffins, fruit and cereal. I recommend and will return again when NC STATE play again. The manager was friendly and very accommodating referring local restaurants for evening dinner. Two thumbs up to the staff and management at the Days Inn Crabtree Glenwood Avenue.
