Good price. Spent a few weeks here and didn't have many problems.

It's good priced but not enough housekeeping.

Liked the rooms but the front desk hours aren't the best.

People dealing and using drugs in the handicapped spaces, arguments about cocaine heard from the rooms, blood and burn holes on the curtains and linens of the cigarette smoke-saturated rooms… the trap for real.

The place is just like an apartment, the staff are super friendly and helpful. I would stay at another location in future if need be. Really reasonable rates and clean also pet friendly.

First time here gen manager is the bomb really clean will be back.

Came for homECUming, we were met with a lady with tissue stuck up her nose and then found 3 roaches within our first hour there. The bathroom floor was greasy and DISGUSTING! The first night we had to line the floor with towels to keep from stepping on it because there was no overnight staff to be found. When we complained the front desk staff seemed to have an attitude about cleaning and spraying our room. We couldn't relocate to another room because everything was sold out. We weren't able to get extra towels, you got new ones when you exchanged the old ones out. It was a terrible experience I'll never come back!

Service was great I really enjoyed my stay and didn't have any problems.

The staff is nice, price is very good and it is clean.

I personally had an awful experience here at the InTown Suites. I was told by housekeeping that my room was dirty and unsanitary and when I asked how that could be when I hadn't been to the room in a week because I was in the hospital having a baby who was at the time fighting for his life I was escorted out by police officers and was nearly assaulted by the property manager. I was forced to leave after paying $323 for the week and was only given $48 back. Not to mention that I had just came out of having a c-section and was trying to relax at the hotel but then was escorted out by police officers because the manager got into my face and when I asked her to step back she called the police officers to assist her and removing me from the hotel due to the housekeeper's error. Not only that the housekeepers speak very poorly of the location and they have a lot of roaches and insects that they refuse to get rid of. This experience was horrible and I will never give any money or business to this location. They should be shut down permanently.

Good service and friendly, so far. Hopefully I will enjoy my visit.

This hotel is infested with roaches bed spread sheets and pillow cases had yellow stains on it Tolite was burned up shower had hair all in it and the whole building smells old and like roaches.

Not good… Not clean… @Desk… not friendly.

I am currently up at 3:41am writing this email after having been out all day only to come back to my room to find a note attached to my door stating that I will have to obtain my own supplies for the next two weeks. These supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, and even towels. As management was unable to order them and now they wont be in for another two plus weeks. I am here at the Greenville location with my fiancee and two children all the way from Canada. We have been at this hotel for since July 20th and it has been horrible. We started in a room with two beds for the first two weeks of out stay. The carpet was stained and utterly disgusting. The stove barely worked without my own fixing and the bathroom was missing a towel rack and toilet paper holder all together. None of the windows have privacy curtains so you cannot open the curtains without opening up your room to all the public outside. Roaches as well as even slugs, yes slugs have managed to be an ongoing nuances to the point where I have to leave lights on in the bathroom and throughout the room or they will come out from their hiding and over run the place. As well the stench of the rooms is down right disturbing. We Changed to the suite on August 7, 2017. The same issues in the suite aside from the stained carpet. Only this time we were met with the most powerful smell of dog urine I've ever encountered.

I haven't stayed here. I would not. This place is dangerous.

No Stars. Scariest place I could ever stayed at. Fear of being kidnapped honesty. If it could be broken, it was. I don't write reviews. 99% of the rooms are weekly rentals. The smell is terrble, everyone cooks food in the rooms and the combination of smells and cigarettes just linger. Nasty! Bathroom was disgusting, rusted, 3/6 light bulbs were blown, shower was filthy, even though they cleaned it. Shower curtain wouldn't stay shut. Towel rack was broke. Caulking about 2 inches thick around the edges hiding the imperfections of the counter. A/C was blowing out stale, humid air into the room — Not cold even at 68 degrees. Beer cans at the rear entrance. I hope to God they washed the sheets. I spent $110 for one night because Hotels were booked for ECU orientation. Woke up after a long day needing coffee. NO Coffee! What hotel doesn't provide complimentary coffee. Taking my pictures to the Corp. Office. So many weird people walking around at all times of the day.

Was very close to where I wanted to be (hospital). Clean rooms. Decent sjze. Friendly staff.

Only in and out to visit. Only saw one room which was clean and equipped with modern electronics.

It was okay, nice size room. The sheets and pillow cases and everything seemed to be clean, however we did have a problem with a few roaches crawling around and the scent in the room wasn't a horrific smell but it just didn't smell fresh.

I delivered a pizza there, the place was kinda rundown.

I've stayed there for two months and ice enjoyed it.

It was alright. Nothing great. Nothing awful. Can't beat the price.

I travel a lot on business and try to stay in places with a kitchenette. Often times they are not always kept up to my home requirements, but this one was… The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions I needed, and the room was very clean and provided a pleasant stay… I look forward to staying there in the future… Harold.

Great place to stay with the best service I've ever had! Every room has a kitchenette, coffee maker, dinning ware, pots & pans, micro wave and fridge.
