Very good. Here for medical reason. They allowed an early check in so. I could drop my family off first. Newly built. Great location to Vidant Medical Center. Back again for the same reason.

Newer hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast included. Good value for the money.

Fantastic Location **
This was by far the best Hilton Stay that i've experienced, And i'm a frequent visitor. I want to specifically give compliments and make sure that Heather at the front desk gets acknowledged For her customer service skills, Knowledge of the hotel etc, And just for being over the top friendly, Helpful and just a huge help honestly. But this location is gorgeous and the rooms are immaculate.

The room was great! Bed was comfortable. The staff was great. The young woman working the kitchen absolutely smashed the breakfast. I travel for work and have stayed at hotels all along the east coast and the continental breakfast here was the best I’ve ever had. Kudos to the staff!

I love the large rooms and the bed was very comfortable.

The main problem is we have a 111 dollar charge and 152 dollar charge and 455 dollar charge that is not sopposed to be on there.

Stayed 2 nights for work. Clean, centrally located. Staff were nice. Enjoyed plenty of hot water in the shower. Had dinner in the restaurant one night and the menu wasn’t huge but what I had was pretty good. My only real critique is that they only had complimentary coffee available until 9:30 in the morning. Would have been nice to have it available all day or at least into the later morning.

Hilton Greenville was a perfect choice for this little biz trip. Stayed 5 nights and never had one thing that was an issue. Rooms are super clean all common areas follow that same theme. The entire staff was amazing and helpful whenever I had a question. I will totally stay here in the future.

Due to me and my mom& sister had to stay here because house was on fire. And the Manager& staff was so Very Nice I give them 100% / Plus Of Great Professional Services rates.

The website failed to state that there is a $100 deposit.
Dana at the front desk is most helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the kitchen provided: plates, /pots/pans/cups/ silverware/cooking utensils/Paper towel and dish liquid was provided as well.
Closet had hangers/ iron/ ironing board/ hairdryer.

In response to Janesha Wallace's review. I as the manager do not discriminate. Please ask my guests. Just because the cars were not in the parking lot does not mean the rooms were not reserved and/or they were out and about in the city. I am never loud when telling people I don't have vacancies because I work hard to fill up my property.

Is it nice good parking lot for the with a nice woman welcome front doors. We walked through and clean, upscale, foremost Super 8.

Was a good place to stay for visiting the local university.

Great experience! Great staff! The rooms are spacious and clean. Pricing was comparable to other hotels in Greenville.

Outstanding customer service! From the moment we arrived until departure, Brenda was excellent & exceeded expectations. She made our whole stay even better than the beautiful hotel looked. Javier was no different, he was so helpful and full of knowledge & went out of his way to enhance our experience. I hope they are at the desk every time we come & will also be sending others to this hotel in the future. Thanks for choosing just the right people for the position.

Really enjoyed this hotel stay. Staff were really friendly and the room was very clean. Only issue is I'm unable to connect to the Wi-Fi for some reason, but that's okay. Otherwise it's been a really enjoyable stay.

We were transferring from another hotel and while on the phone the front desk, Vivian, was extremely pleasant, nice and helpful, all that one would expect while checking in. The rooms were very convenient. Don't let the nearby construction deter you, this place is great for the room rate! Pool was 8', hard to find in hotels these days! Beds were very comfortable and the complementary breakfast was great!

The front desk guy was super nice upon my arrival. Checking in was a breeze. He aim to please. He gave me a deal on a room when the original room I booked was not ready. The room was clean enough. I only see a couple of things wrong. Coffee Pot needs to be removed its trying to rush and mole. I didn't want to use the AC unit because of a odor and me and my child have allergies. The door was missing the weather strip but thankfully it was warm and not cold or raining.

Some of the staff are very nice, I stay here a lot when. Out of town it's always clean and that what I like about this place the most.

We had family at Vidant Hospital in Greenville and we stayed a few days at the Holiday Inn. Such nice employees and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast bar was great too. Thank you for everything.

Very nice gym and friendly staff. The balconies were an added perk as well.

They went out of their way to check me in early. Nice hotel in general.

Can't say enough good things about the cleanliness of the rooms, and the hotel itself. Awesome staff, both friendly and helpful. However, I wasn't very happy with the breakfast offered, a buffet with a charge. We were there with my daughters travel (softball) team, and when the girls have an early game… they want fruit, cereal maybe bagels, which is not offered unless you purchase the buffet. I found this out after we had already booked the room.

We were greeted by Chevy! From the moment we checked in we were treated like family. Chevy made sure we got the best price for the two days we were staying. We also booked the conference room which was big and very comfortable for all of our students. The entire staff was welcoming and my family and myself will return.

Location is easy to find. We were checking in close to midnight, and the staff gave us a courtesy call to make sure we were still coming, which I very much appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accomodating.
