Wonderful hotel very clean and excellent breakfast and wonderful staff.

Quiet. Peaceful. Knowledgeable staff. Next to a Jimmy John's! Everyone is friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. Gabe was especially helpful on helping me get my bearings.

Great shower head. Handle for water in tub is more like the sink handle… So actually look at the red /blue before you turn it while half asleep. Free food 6pm to 7:30 pm Monday through Wednesday helps save money on food. Free breakfast, but I don't like the cereal choices. Oatmeal was good.

I had an event held in the event room, it was clean and very comfortable, all ready and set for us when we got there. The staff of th front desk were extremely nice and made sure we had all we need. The clean up staff came in when we were done and over all we had a great experience and will hold more events there!

First off Marriott rewards booked our room for Greenville, SC not Greenville, NC. So they had no reservation on file. Not their fault but they quickly got us in the room we had reserved at the rate I had booked. However the hotel itself left a bit to be desired. They didn't have the best cleanliness rating and the hotel pools chairs were all busted up but one.

Overall, my stays at the Residence Inn have been great. I travel for work every week and it's nice to stay somewhere that feels like a home away from home. Unfortunately I had an experience that has tainted my overall impression of the hotel. I use my company card to pay for my expenses when I travel and I was confused as to why I had a separate charge for a one-night stay and then a charge for the remainder of the week combined. Apparently when I checked in to the hotel, the person working at the front desk never actually checked me into their system. This charge, however, did not appear on my Marriott rewards page where it shows my hotel stays and charges, so I had to call the Marriott customer service line where they transferred me to the front desk at the hotel. The associate was insisting that I did not show up on that Monday even after I gave her my colleagues names and she saw that they both checked in at the same time on that Monday. The communication and efficiency of the front desk staff at the hotel could do with some improvement. Otherwise, it's a nice place to stay.

Very nice, clean hotel. The staff is quite friendly and pleasant. I was a guest of guests and did not stay overnight. However, based on my experience from that visit, I wouldn't hesitate to book a room there.

Rooms are clean. Friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast could be better. Fresher fruits, maybe more than one waffle maker. The qualityof the breakfast has suffered. We've been staying here whenever we come to town since they opened. We still enjoy it.

Had a suite that I shared with 4 other people. Room was very spacious and was more than enough for the five of us. Only thing I didn't like was that shower was not very hot as it was likely temperature controlled.

I have stayed in many Resodence Inn’s and this one is the worse one I have personally stayed in. The front desk staff was not as friendly as I am accustom to. Not rude but not as friendly. The room was clean but the air conditioner was stuck on freezing or the heater just didn’t work. And the shower didn’t have hot water at 0800 in the morning. My stay was a Saturday so I expect the breakfast to be a normal hotel breakfast. I was pleased to see actual pork sausage instead of turkey but the only hot options was the eggs and sausage, or I could make a waffle or toast something. There was a couple heating trays that were empty so they were either broken or the staff just didn’t make what was supposed to be in there. The juice machine was also not working correctly. It would come on for a splash then not work for a few seconds then come on and stick on for a second after you release the button. I believe this location needs some maintenance attention. It may have been just a bad day for them and like I said earlier it was a Friday night Saturday morning one night stay. I may have not had the experience I am accustomed to but it will not prevent me from trying this location again in the future.

One of the best hotels in Greenville! Staff is super friendly. Entire hotel is super clean. The only hotel I've ever stayed at that I didn't feel dirty laying on the top blanket. Spacious rooms. Smart TV. Great free breakfast daily. Had a crazy random issue from a guest. It was handled promptly and courteously by staff. The general manager called personally from her home to check in and apologize, and everything possible was done to ensure it didn't happen again although it was in no way the hotels fault. Great location. They even offer to go purchase your groceries and deliver to your room. Literally everything extra a hotel can do to make your stay comfortable this hotel does. My only suggestion is bacon added to the daily breakfast instead of spicy sausage. I've only ate breakfast here once though so they may already do that other days. Will be staying here throughout the weekend. Will update review if anymore awesomeness occurs. I will definitely recommend this place to everybody. Photos will be added after my visit is complete. I arrived at the hotel st 3pm and they were overbooked and had no room for me. I wad traveling with a colleague for business and was told all hotels in the area were sold out and they had moved my reservation to a hotel 15 minutes away. I can't believe that as early as it was they were walking guests and I did not even get a call to be notified in advance. When I put the address in my gps it was actually 30 minutes to the hotel they put me in! The sales manager lied to me just to get my out of the hotel probably. I had to go back and they finally put me at the hotel across the street. The Microtel which ended up being a bad experience. The hotel room at that hotel was dirty and smelled of smoke. I was able to come back the next day into the residence inn and got a nice room but found hair on the floor of the bathroom. Overall bad experience at this hotel.

The room was great except for the bathroom. It was clean but there was a loose tile right by the tub. The breakfast was disappointing. First morning there wasn't any juice. No orange, no apple and no cranberry and it was 7am on Saturday, right when breakfast opened. The next morning, Sunday, at about 9zm (my event started later) orange juice ran out while I was cooking my cup. No medium roast coffee and regular coffee was very weak. Oh, and there wasn't any apple juice either. Both mornings I waited to see if any of the beverages would be refilled and nothing. It really didn't seem as if the workers cared. One lady came out, looked around went back in and never came out. I've stayed at numerous Residence Inns and this was the worst breakfast.

3.5 Stars. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Location appears to be fairly new. Front parking lot well lit but it fills up first and fast. Continental breakfast 0630-0930. Full-size fridge, small/2 burner stovetop, etc. All amenities for extended stay except oven. Only disappointment was there was only decaf in the room and coffee maker had a moldy filter inside.

A little expensive I think for the area but I still love it. Great Breakfast buffet and always clean. The suites are wonderful.

Clean, new and decently priced Residence Inn. Good room space for large parties and multiple guests. Breakfast is average, pool ans fitness area are the usual size and outside space has grills and a small sitting area. This property is walking distance to the graduate schools at ECU. Our room needed a professional paint job, but otherwise it was clean, ready for us upon check-in and met our needs. I would return.

Great staff. Great rooms. As Platinum member with Marriott, I can tell you this location is a cut above. Thanks for all your help and making us feel at home.

I have been coming to Eastern NC my whole life to visit family. I have seen a lot of hotels and motels! This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in! The staff was super friendly, the parking was great and well lit! We had a great time!

I normally look for a Residence Inn when traveling. This choice however, was a mistake. The employees at the check-in counter, Ebonie, was unwilling at first to honor the government discount for myself and another guest checking who presented govt id's. When pushed, she then seemed to not know how, and 20 minutes later after searching down a manager, Carol White, we were checked in. We even had guests in line telling us of other hotels in the area that would easily take our money and give us the govt rate. When I asked Ebonie for the corporate number she told me she could not get it. Very disappointed Residence Inn.

This place is very clean, and the Jente wue works ay. It is well catered to the jente.

Wish I could say it was perfect, but it wasn't. The toilet needed to have the handle held down for a couple seconds per flush, or nothing would happen. Water in the sink near the bathroom NEVER got hot enough for a shave, nor was the pressure good. Speaking of the water, the ice machines in the rooms need to be run a bit before using what they put out, or they need to change the filters more regularly… horrible taste. Lastly, the worst thing was related architecture… who in the world thought it was a good idea to have the pool in the FRONT of the hotel, right at the windows (my window, during this stay) of a bank of rooms? Almost constant noise from as early as 7:30 am till past 9pm, and turning up the volume on the TV just made the noise levels worst. Not a complainer, so I just rode it out. Now, other than those short comings, this was a fantastic hotel… great "mixer" lounge. Full hot breakfast wast very good and was glad I didn't opt for a drive to a restaurant. Lounge on Monday night was almost a party atmosphere, but the music/noise wasn't heard in my room (wish the pool noise could have been the same). All and all, yes, I would stay at this location again… easy entry/exit… low to moderate traffic… short drive to everything.

Great stay! Rooms are big with solid kitchenette and full fridge. Happy hour also a nice bonus.

Very well furnished and clean rooms. Layout was among the best I've seen yet. TV and remote were high quality. TV even had a personalized welcome message. Best motel room experience in recent times.

Rooms are nice spacious. I usually stay in suites which are like little apartments and it's always good. The breakfast every morning is pretty good. So far the staff has been cool. It's a very nice place and every time I've come I've enjoyed my stay.

MiX up over type room needed at initial checkin but they went above and beyond to make sure we had as pleasant an experience as possible. Staff is very kind and efficient.
