Love the front desk staff and the pool!

Beautiful staff great breakfast also provide buss from airport to hotel.

Awful stay. Room next door was so loud at starting at 3 am. Sounded like 20 people telling to each other. I ended up calling the front desk for help. Nothing was fixed. My whole room smelled like weed. Which was not ideal considering I was traveling with my 4year old. I went down to front desk and asked to get my room changed since at 5am they were still loud and I couldn't sleep. Had to repack all my crap and move across the hotel. I wasn't even going to complain because I thought it was a one time thing. Breakfast was a mess. I wanted to just eat in my room like I do at every other hotel… nope can't bring your food from buffet to your room… awesome, I'll order room service. Id rather pay to be able to eat in peace after that crappy night. The buffet was packed and the food was pretty much empty anyway. Called the room service number, all that guy said to me was "no room service" they had the menu in my room, no signs up saying it wasn't an option… great… oh, and buffet didn't even have any coffee in the one frickin pot they had down there. The next night, I swear to frickin God the room next door was loud af starting at 3am. This place sucks… dont stay here. Seriously. I'm going to put this review on every travel website b/c it is 4am and I haven't slept right in 2 nights… so f *** you guys.

The hotel was very clean with modern decor. Breakfast was nice with many options to choose from. Pool was clean and quiet. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Greensboro.

We had a horrible experience this past weekend. Several collegiate baseball teams were staying at the hotel and were drinking at the attached restaurant/bar. They moved to the pool area at 11 pm when the bar/restaurant closed. They were drinking and screaming at the top of their lungs. Management went out to tell them the pool area was closed but it took an hour and a half for the manager to call the police and have the situation resolved. They woke all of us up and I was unable to get back to sleep. Our room was also dirty with the bathroom floor being stick and an unknown substance was smeared on the wall by the toilet paper in the bathroom. According to the assistant manager, they frequently have sports teams there. We received no form of compensation for our inconvenience.

Great location, except for the strip club next door.
They need to pay attention to the little things. Replace old crappy flooring, fix broken furniture,
and get higher thread count sheets. Attention to those details would make this a stellar hotel and pick it up a few stars. I would stay there again, but I noticed quite a few times that a lot of details re going overlooked. Nothing major, just a bunch of little things. Every time I walked in the side door I saw the cracked mirror tiles on the lobby table. Wood in one of the elevators is worn out and torn up.
The room was really nice, but the low thread count on the sheets roughed up my face.
But you have this beautiful entrance, and beautiful lobby. And the business center was beautiful and easy to use with great computers and printers. There’s a disconnect.

The staff was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was great and good coffee. We had two rooms with a lounge between them, where we had a birthday party. Thank you, we will be back.

Hotel workers were very nice, free shuttles to/from Greensboro airport, breakfast buffet was included, a casual restaurant with friendly workers adjacent to the hotel was convenient, and my room had greenery view.

Real nice, clean pool & restaurants close by.

Noisy rooms, they have great showers the shower head is up high enough so if your tall it’s really nice. They are going through a renovation so it was hard to find the front door at first. Decent breakfast. Not to bad a place.

Very nice place to stay. Room was amazing at a great deal. Very nice and professional looking place. Only problems were all at the front desk, long check in and wrong pricing. Pricing issue was handled.

Went to the connected restaurant and bar, it wasn't bad. The menu seemed haphazardly pieced together with little continuity between dishes, though. Food was appropriate for pub food. Drinks were not half bad either, the options were nice. The bartender could have put more into creating the drinks, ie. Shaking them when appropriate, but it was still nice.

The hotel was very clean, friendly and lovely. The room was great. It had great beds, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. The continental breakfast was great. In all, an amazing hotel. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel was as expected. Front desk receptionist was great. I think her name was Stephanie. Breakfast in the morning was okay. Rooms were clean, freshly stocked, and up to date. Would recommend to others driving through the area.

Good spot. Right by the interstate but I didn't hear any road noise from my room (it was facing the interstate). Staff was friendly and courteous. Only had a slight error with the billing department as I was charged an extra $57 dollars by their "mistake". This charge was reversed as soon as I brought it to their attention, but had I not caught it they'd have kept it I'm sure. The king suite had a comfy bed and the shower was good an hot. The bed linens and towels were clean, smelled good, and didn't have someone else's hair in them (happened at another hotel). All in all I would stay here again before most hotels around.

Not bad. They've made updates to the room but the structure is older. Really good hot breakfast buffet that was included. Grits (yum), oatmeal, bacon, sausage, fruit, etc. (And attached restaurant was good). I'd give them a 3.5.

This hotel is one of the nicest 3 stars I've seen. Clean, open, light music in the lobby; very inviting! The rooms were clean, and the thermostat was actually temp controlled in the rooms! Breakfast was tasty (although I wish they'd had pancakes, waffles or f toast for the picky ones) and the dining staff were quick to clear tables. All employees that we encountered were friendly and made us feel at home. There were tables out near the pool area for those who smoke, and a pub downstairs for easy dining and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay, had no issues, and will certainly return.

Great hotel experience. The room was clean & smelled good. No issues. Breakfast was really good & provided. The hotel workers were really nice! Highly recommend. It was safe area & quiet throughout the entire night. Definitely staying here again. It was nice that we got a non-smoking room; it didn’t smell like smoke ever touched it.

The outside of the building worried me at first but the inside looks newly remodeled and it's clean. Front counter staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The pub attached to them is great. If it were near my home town I'd be a regular. Live music and fresh beer.

Nicely sized, clean rooms. Mini fridge and microwave in room with ice machines on each floor. Standard free breakfast offerings but food was cooked very well. Convinent to the highway and not far from a cluster of restaurants and grocery stores. Walking distance to a convenience store with a restaurant located next door.

Hotel room was alright the hotel manager got upset because I called the front desk and told them that I found lots of hair throughout one of the beds that were in the room. The hotel charges to much for a pet fee it is outrageous. I couldn’t wait to get out of this room never will I stay here again or will I recommend this hotel to anyone. It was worth the low price that I paid though nothing more than that. It looks that they spent more money remodeling the lobby that they did the rooms/bathrooms.

The hotel itself is great — the rooms are clean and comfortable. There was some noise from the freeway — probably bothered me more than most people because I live in the country and am not used to noise at night. Overall good hotel — easy access to Greensboro businesses.

We went to Coopers Ale House only. We had reservations for a large group. Service was very slow if not non-existent. Food was decent once we finally received it. Our waiter was rude and the guy helping him run food had very greasy hair and dirty nails. At least he was polite though. The place was almost empty otherwise. This was during an NFL post season game.

Was here for a birthday party. Got a room for the night. Very clean, lots of updates. Breakfast was ok. Had to request a second key. They gave one key for three adults. Never got the extra towels we called for. Overall, had a nice experience and felt very safe on the premises.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. Event rooms have tons of space. And there seems to be a wide variety of special events throughout the week to keep guests entertained. Management was walking around planning for weekend events, while setting up for that days entertainment, and greeting everyone in the hallways along the way.

I travel with my job outside Sales this hotel is really clean for the age of it. It’s been upgraded well the king bed slept great. A customer told me about the place it also has a great breakfast buffet. There’s a restaurant connected to the hotel and the prices on bottle beer are great and I tried several items each night and the food was good. The restaurant is leased by a lady and her 2 adult children they do a great job waiting on you. Give the hotel and restaurant a try.

No stars, had two different rooms, place smelled like marijuana in the elevator, you could smell it while relaxing in your room. Alerted staff but continued to smell the odor. I don't recommend a place that advocates criminal activity… I had to choose a star in order for my comment to post. Ohh, the hipocracrisy in the world!

Recently changed to a Wyndham property. They've done a nice job with the upgrade but it has the feel of a family owned and operated property. The buffet breakfast is good, not great but good. I would gladly stay there again!

It was I nice and quiet hotel. The people were nice and the room was clean. There is a restaurant connected called the ale house. The food was good and reasonable. It had a bar and pool table. It stay open til 2am.

The Wyndham Garden Hotel in Greensboro, N. C. Is best known for it's comfortable and relaxing rooms. Also, there is ample space for company functions, meetings or holiday parties. This is a great venue for family reunions and weddings. The hotel is beautiful and Cooper's Ale House adjacent to the hotel is a place for great food, drinks and sports. The Sales department consist of an experienced staff who work hard to create anyone's event, function, wedding, and overnight stay a memorable experience. The catering staff is remarkable and they work very hard to make your family reunion,. Wedding or any type of function a beautiful and professional event. The customer service from the front desk to housekeeping is 10 stars because they have the passion to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend anyone to choose Wyndham Garden Hotel in Greensboro for any occasion.

Rooms are nice, and the pillows were so comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the service was friendly. The reason for not giving 5 stars is because it was loud, could hear doors slamming and icemaker in front of my room, it was a full house there though.

Two bed room. Service was slow but friendly. Hotel rooms were well kept, some bugs in the hallways though. Amenities we're nice though I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi.

Initially booked the room for 3 nights, but only stayed one night and left. The room smelled like smoke the entire time we were there. We called for towels because we didn't have enough for 3 adults, had to call twice. Ordered room service and it took and hour and a half to arrive, despite being told it would arrive in 30 minutes. Called back twice and each time got a different story as to the reason why we hadn't gotten our food. When we told management about the strong unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke, we were not treated well, nor provided any acceptable options. We chose to take our business elsewhere and left during the middle of the stay. The morning front desk staff was rude when we were checking out, not at all apologetic. I have a student that attends college in Greensboro and we were there for orientation. The college had a partnership with this hotel for students and their families. After changing hotels, we attended orientation. I just happened to mention our horrible hotel experience to the college staff person when we were checking in for orientation and it turns out it was one of the Directors at the college. She thanked me for telling her and said she would take note of this information and take it back to the orientation department. Hotel staff have chosen to work in a service industry and should practice the habit of providing good customer service. We were never rude, we weren't happy, but we weren't rude either. The situation was handled very poorly.

Very professional hotel and employees. I threw a birthday party in the event center and my guest had a blast. They provided everything we needed. I asked them if the music was to loud and they thanked me for checking and asking them.

Place was dirty, Management is looking to find short cuts, Recreation room has broken equipment, and room was dirty. I ask to have my room clean and because of time the manager sent room service in with instructions to change the towels only. The best part of my stay was checking in with the receptionist.

Great Breakfast, the room was very clean and up to date. Comfortable and Quiet. I look forward to my next visit.

Location is good close to I40. Place has a nice bar next door open til late. Rooms are nice and mine was clean. Staff are good and willing to solve issues. I'd give it 5 stars but lacking HD television service.

Used the restaurant area for a catered group meeting. Staff was courteous and attentive. I did not stay at the hotel so I cannot comment on the rooms. The restrooms near the restaurant area were very clean and modern. I would use this again for a group meeting.

Nice place for a wedding. The wedding reception was beautiful. The hotel's wait staff needed some work. Overall, everything was nice. The food and cake were good.

Didn't get a room just was there for a lunch for mother's day. An I enjoyed myself. Will come back again. The staff was nice an friendly. Didn't come with a high expection so wouldn't be let down, Plus this ain't the Hilton so what u expect.

Had reservations for 4/26/17 arrived @ 2:45pm told rooms are not ready, check in is 3:00pm.
Waited and waited I checked again and was told to leave my number and they would call me.
No one called me and after several more hours I went to front desk again and finally received a room key @ 6:00pm
The hotel was unapologetic and act like they were doing me a favor.
As a rewards member I find the staff behavior to be unacceptable and will never stay here again. … I will be advocating that my organization find a different venue for our conference.
I don't need the free lunch they offered later, which I assume was to make everything okay. My point is if I made reservations in advance then I expect to have a room when I arrive after driving many miles to get there.

We attended for the Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers playoff game. The place was packed, but it didn't seem that they had enough staff for all the parties there. The staff was more concerned with the larger parties than the smaller ones. We would have to flag the waitress down just to place another order or to get a refill. With the place being so packed, we had a lot of patience and worked with our waitress.

Great Hotel. Very friendly staff and exceptionally accommodating. Excellent, clean and very comfortable beds, very spacious rooms. Recently renovated, nice clean, up to date furnishings. Excellent full service bar and restaurant with fantastic menu and super friendly staff.

I can't stand the nightclub / strip club across the way. The vibrations of the loud music echoes into the room and couldn't sleep. The room service lady wouldn't stop knocking on my door asking me when I was checking out or leaving. Front desk, however, was nice.

We had a wonderful stay here. We travel with my husband for his job and we usually stay in extended stay hotels, but since we came during the furniture market, everywhere was booked. The staff here is the best! The hotel is very clean and the cleaning staff is beyond courteous and friendly. My 1.5 year old daughter and I enjoyed walking the hallways and saying hello to everyone. I have a service dog so every time we leave the room, I tend to have my hands full. One day, I forgot something in my room and my toddler wanted to take off down the hallway. One of the cleaning ladies helped me with my little one and even picked her up and hugged her goodbye after playing with her for me. Every day that I came in with my hands full, someone was always around to help me with doors or grab something out of my arms to help me carry to my room. We are always greeted with a smile and a hello. We will miss everyone here after being here for 2 weeks! My only gripe would be the nightclub accross the street on the backside of the building, the bass tends to get a little loud on the weekends. Thank you all for a fabulous stay! If we ever get the opportunity to stay here again, we will. I also recommend this hotel to anyone in the area!

Very kind staff and management. I am pleased with how great they've been. The only problem is the restaurant/bar which is right outside my room. I'm taking sleeping pills, burying my head under pillows and trying headphones with nature sounds and I still can't block out the noise. I feel like I'm in the bar. I have military duty this weekend and I won't be getting any sleep. : — (

We were very impressed with this facility! It is under renovation, due to be re-branded in September, so many spaces were draped and clothed for painting. Even with all this going on, it was clean, and safe to get around. Otherwise 5 stars! The food is quite good, as well. We are planning our family reunion for 2017 at this facility, and they have been easy to work with, and very helpful.

Great room! Very spacious, my football group had a great time and wants to come back next year! Our second floor housekeeper joanne and hope was very nice, very helpful, very sweet and they also made sure everyone got there fresh towels and there bed fix. We will definitely come back again for our games.

It has a good central location. We'll decorated with a modern feel. Good food.

My fiancee and I checked in early but they didn't have a room ready yet so the receptionist had the maid clean up a room. It took 10 minutes or so. Very clean and tidy. The renovations are really nice. We stayed in a new, renovated room. The sheets were clean, the room had a refrigerator and microwave. Enjoyed my stay and wouldn't mind staying here again.

Hotel is undergoing renovations. We got lucky in that our room was ready when we arrived and was renovated. Ours had a nice wood laminate floor (no more gross carpeting) and smelled a little like it was freshly painted. We never seemed to get towels though and always had to either catch house keeping in the hallway or go to the front desk to request they be sent up. Our phone was also not working so we couldn't use that. We were traveling with a group of teammates whose experience was not as lucky as ours. One received a higher rate despite requesting our competition rate and was also told that two beds were not allowed under that rate, which was not true since we had two queen beds at the competition rate. On top of that they also had to wait half an hour for their room to be cleaned despite arriving around 11pm. Another of our teammates had an older room. The parking lots capacity was reduced considerably thanks to the three or four shipping containers sitting in about 6-8 spots each. In addition we were nearly parked in by clueless drivers of two Budget trucks. Thankfully the supervisor quickly fixed that. I believe even without the construction there simply would not be enough spaces to park if you arrive during peak club time. The attached bar is a local hotspot, which is noisy from the outside and is not something that you want to hear after a long drive. We hope next year's competition is at a different location.

Even though under renovations my room was great. The food is excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Kerri Comeau for going the extra mile.

The rooms are being renovated at this hotel. The king room I was in was very spacious and good for someone who needs wheelchair accessibility. Hot breakfast bar comes with the room fee as well, so that's an added benefit. Convenient location to area mall and major highway.

Great food. Hotel room was newly renovated and very nice. Got a lot of bang for the buck. Staff great and worked with us during the busy time of the month because of the furniture market. I would Definitely recommend staying here.

The interior corridors are not well insulated. I understand the hotel is under renovation, but the outlet in my bathroom was just a receptacle screwed to a wall with no hookup. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff are phenomenal and very quick to respond to requests.

Other than hearing kids play in the hall. The bed was soft shower was nice and front desk girl was more than helpful and honest. The blanket were thin but ask for extra its comfy that way.

This hotel is a really great place love the room service and bed is always clean.

The Clarion Hotel was a great stay. The bed was so comfy my husband and I did not want to wake or leave. The staff and the Hotel itself were great. I would recommend if you visit Greensboro NC and you want a clean cost efficient room with a great location I would suggest this Hotel. I am normally very picky myself and this is the first Hotel I wanted to ever write a review on.
