It’s a great hotel with reasonable rates.

Just a very unfriendly place and this very noisy between floors you could hear everything that was going on above you could not sleep. Staff was very unhelpful and very unwilling to even answer questions.

The night shift front desk receptionist attempted to come in our room after a noise complaint. We were not contacted by phone until after the fact. I understand it was late and things were getting a little bit loud. After seeing him in the peep hole… I naturally locked the door. He used a MASTER KEY to try to open my door and flick the top lock open. To my understanding that is NOT allowed ANYWHERE at any time. We will not be returning and a complaint will be filed with holiday inn overall. This is seriously disappointing considering we are gold members with holiday inn.

A contractor here was doing work, which the hotel staff didn’t know about and he hit my 10 year old son with (4) 8 foot baseboards that he had across his shoulder. He hit my son so hard that my son flew and hit the pavement. Hotel staff does not have any ice packs and no ice at all on the first floor. The front desk was so unhelpful! My husband had to run up to the second floor to get ice for our son’s giant lump on his forehead! I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again.

Booked 3 rooms for overnight while traveling with family. The power went off around 10pm and this hotel does not have a generator or back up. The rooms were pitch black, no air, no TV till 2:30 am! The phones didn’t even work. Worst hotel!

Just because you sign and pay for a room doesn’t mean it’s yours. They will just give it away and say sorry!

This is a great hotel to stay at. There is a WONDERFUL woman there named Theresa. She got my wife and I out of a pinched when we booked at another holiday inn in Greensboro that we could not stay at (I'll save that for their review). Theresa was awesome in finding us a room and was so hospitable. Even the Mgr was awesome and my wife had gotten sick while we were there (nothing to do with hotel). When my wife was feeling better the day after we were having breakfast in the eating area and the Manager came over to see how my wife was feeling. I thought that was very kind of her to do. I'm sorry I did not get the Manager's name. This is a very up to date, modern hotel. If you need to stay in Greensboro make sure you stay here, this hotel is on Cedar Park Road. You'll will be treated very well here. Top notch hospitality.

I stayed here for a family reunion. The location was great! The staff was very friendly. There were no bedbugs! The breakfast had a variety of items, including vegetarian and non pork sausages.

This hotel sucks. Management is horrible, rude and disrespectful. Their employee stole my Rolex watch from my room, their response was I left it in my room at my own risk. Room was never cleaned breakfast was horrible. Building had a terrible smell. Never again will I stay there.

Staying here for the Junior Olympics for 5 days the supossed benefit is, there is breakfast included in your stay. Needless to say they ran out of many of the food items including eggs by 8:45 a. M, breakfast is until 10. And they are not sure if they will have a delivery which I hear was supposed to come in the beginning of the week. On top of not having a facility to do laundry they are running out of breakfast food. Also Remodeling is very slow as the carpets throughout the hotel are in really old condition and in need of Major cleaning. I was here a 3 weeks ago and thought there will be a major change for this visit seeing that they are doing remodeling but it is exactly the same as it was over a month ago except they did not run out of food then. More like a motel than an IHG property I'm used to visiting over the years. Good location but I'll go elsewhere for better quality. IHG or General mgr, big improvements needed. Employees are great.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was great, the ladies that work during breakfast were friendly. Housekeeping always checked to see if we needed anything but they really need better reception. The lady at the front desk (Theresa) was quite rude. The elevator was also out of order since I’ve checked in, I didn’t mind taking the stairs at all but I felt bad for the old people that had to take the stairs to the third floor.

I really enjoyed my stay clean room, great staff, good excellent, great, and very convenient to the A&Twere we had to go and I will be returning soon.

Very clean and welcoming hotel. New property and the first thing I noticed was a clean parking lot. The lobby was bright and spacious. Rooms were also large, very clean linens. The reception staff was cheerful. Great sleep went to breakfast to be he greeted by smiling staff and excellent breakfast.

This hotel is in a good location good easy access not much around it as far as restaurants or what have you but still quite a good setup easy to get to and easy to get away from not downtown easy for a set up to go anywhere.

It was 85 degrees out today. I was really looking forward to a refreshing swim. And then… Not a chance. Very disappointing. I don't understand how a nice hotel chain like Holiday Inn Express could allow their well advertised amenities to be completely unusable.

Worst travel experience of my life. After a tornado touched down in the area and knocked out electricity to the hotel there were no emergency lights, no hot water, and absolutely no interest on the part of the hotel to help relocate me to another property that had services. I had prepaid for five night have received credit for one. Truly disappointing experience. No senior staff on site to discuss the state of things and no follow up from the property. I would never stay here again for any reason.

Had to book a late night room, everything else was sold out, so it was a had to situation. None the less was a great place to stay. Nice and polite staff. Rooms were warm, cozy an CLEAN! Great place!

Toilet did not flush in room told hotel about it and got it to flush but went back to not flushing again. Toilet seat wouldn't stay up due to toilet tank in the way. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good though.

Stayed here for work, the room was clean and the staff was incredibly nice. The only complaint I had was that the Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Other than that, I definitely recommend staying here.

Rooms need some updates, bathroom wasn't very clean. Carpet needs to be updated… lots of stains. Room was kinda musty… sewage smell. Guest laundry would have been nice since we came with an AAU basketball group. Bed not very comfortable… but I guess to each it's own. This Holiday Inn express is a little disappointing for the price. I've stayed at much nicer ones. Oh… breakfast was just ok… but coffee is good.

The room was a decent size but the shower had a really low shower head, the toilet had a really loud flush noise, and the breakfast was terrible. We usually stay at places with breakfast included, but this place’s food was the worst I had ever tried to eat. We will not stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly. Nice and clean rooms, we stayed in a suite I just wish they had a 1 bedroom suite separated from the living are of the suite. We have a child it helps if I and my husband could have our privacy. Other than that there's no complaints.

Great room and service. It would be better if the jacuzzi was in the bedroom instead of the bathroom but it's still a great hotel. It's always a plus to have the jacuzzi in the room itself. The price was great also!

Clean and comfy. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh pancakes and cinnamon rolls were nice.

Overall, accommodations were nice. Breakfast buffet was good, staff friendly. My only complaint, as with most hotels, is the TV setup. The TV was set up with those weird channel numbers like 75-2 through 94. I could see which channel each belonged to but had to do repeated channel surfing to find anything of value. Why can't hotels catch up with technologies and offer an onscreen guide to see what's on?

The rooms were serviceable. Not very high quality but idk what you'd be expecting from a Holiday Inn. Someone in my party found multiple stinkbugs in their room and the staff were unable to accommodate a room switch. Free breakfast was decent considering it was free, but quality of some items left a lot to be desired. Also as a warning, the hotel is relatively in the middle of nowhere. But it did get the job done for a weekend so I can't be too harsh.

Front desk person Teresa was rude, room was OK housekeepers do their best to accomodate guest, housekeeping deserve an award as hard as they work around that place however front desk person could stand to drop her attitude it's not called for when you're suppose to be the first person we see on the way in and/or out!

Hotel was easily accessible right off 40/85. Clean and courteous hotel staff. Beds comfortable and A. C. Cold. Breakfast was better than most hotels I have had.

This place was a life saver and Health saver. Booked a room at the place next door the RODEWAY INN and it was NASTY and a very high Health risk. BLOODY BED SHEETS, DIRTY ring around the bath tub, somebody dirty clothes. Rodeway inn is a hiv, hepatitis viruses, bacterial infection and blood borne viruses & diseases would you stay next door at rodeway inn. Thank you hoilday inn express for peacefull health night sleep. Please keep cleaning and staying on top of the housekeeping department. I am traveling from pennsylvania and I needed rest not stress.

Worst experience I've had at a Holiday Inn in a long time. The carpet in the room is stained and smells old. The hotel in under construction which I was unaware of when I made the reservation. Entrance doors from the outside are out of order forcing you to have to enter through the front. Parking is limited. I'm paying $140 a night and feel like I'm staying at a cheap motel. Also the Wi-Fi is terrible.

The rooms, location, and service were spectacular. It was conveniently located just outside of downtown and the the city, which made transportation easy. The staff was extremely helpful as well, I would recommend for people to stay here when visiting Greensboro.

As a longtime Rewards member to Holiday Inn I was thoroughly disappointed in this place I have just got in and waited over 2 hours to check in when checking was supposed to be 2 o'clock I didn't get in till almost 4 when on the website is posted at 2 o'clock check in when I told the desk she said oh well. It was disappointing to wait for a clean room that was dirty I had to go exchange towels and washcloths because of the nasty stains I understand trying to save money but they are a lot better choices in Greensboro I don't believe this is typical of Holiday Inn but this place has turned me off to ever coming to a Holiday Inn in Greensboro my post may not mean much and after seeing the nonchalant staff they it probably won't care. They should not have the guest rewards member sign because you will never feel like one.

Clean rooms, really close to downtown Greensboro. About a 7 dollar Uber!

Staff and location are favorable. However, I spent 2 week at this location with the worst TV service I have ever experienced. They seemed to try and fix it but it never got better to my satisfaction. I will pick another Holiday Inn Express location next time.

Helpful and friendly staff, large rooms, good air conditioning, clean. Breakfast could be better, but for self serve continental it isn't bad.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, much more than anticipated. The staff was courteous.

I did not have any problems, but the plugs are backwards and makes it difficult to blow up an air mattress in the room.
