The rooms are filthy. My 11 yr old daughter had to scrub the tub before taking s bath. Cops were there night 1 for a domestic disturbance. Room service tried to force their way in despite being told we were fine. I had a 5 night stay and left after 2 because I felt my daughter was not safe. Now trying to get a refund from Expedia!

Plesant staff. Great location. Clean and comfortable for the price. Will always make this my home away from home.

Not the cleanest hotel and the free breakfast was not worth getting up for. Seemed like they were trying hard to save money. Pool was super nice and the service was great.

First of all we stood in line waiting on the guy at the counter to write out what rooms a customer needed because his English was poor. When we checked in, we paid at that time and had to push the issue of a receipt showing we had paid. Then we had to argue with the same guy over more towels after being told we were only allowed two adults and two children — we have 3 minor children. The room was decently clean, but there were cigarette burns in the cover in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I have stayed in Rodeway’s before, this was way below expectations. It was less room and more customer service issues.

I cancelled my reservation as soon as walked into the building. It appeared dirty and run down. The front desk was nice.

If you are in your last dollar and need a place to stay this is definitely your spot. The rooms are a wreck and super dirty. People yelling outside your door at all points in the night. I understand you cant control people and that you get what you pay for but come on at least take some pride in your facility. The locks on the door worked, the water was hot, and they had cable. Place is bare minimum.

This place is so nasty they have roaches and the heater didn't work in my room. They wouldn't give me my money back when I didn't even stay I let after being there two hours. The guy acted like it was no big deal saying the heater had to run an hour before it gets warm I said I been here two hours he didn't Care. I wanted my money back they would do it I even showed him all the dead roaches in the floor and then there was one crawling on the bed when I pulled the sheets back I have pictures to prove it. Nasty place don't stay here they won't give your money back wish I could give no star.

Good food, good service, priced consistent with what you get. Pretty easy to get a 4 with me if you hit the mark in your price point. These guys do. Upscale fish house with higher end service, food is solid. Order what you want and it won't be out of bounds. It won't be a homerun either. Solid doubles all night long. I had one single, but I can live with that. My only real rub is the valet parking. You walk in and spend $150. You go out and have to pay to park at the valet, and the guy who has fetched to many Mercedes asks " do you want your change" which is twice as much as the fee. Obnoxious.

Only good part was quiet, other than that place was gross. Remote was sticky, sheets were stained, with many burn holes, floors were gross with stains burns and sticky spots. They didn't even sweep or vacuum the room. And the nicotine stains coming down the walls were just ridiculous. I understand I had a smoking room, but come on I've stayed at numerous other places that were not this bad.

One of the nastiest hotels in the choice chain they have bed bugs in the rooms and the housekeeping does not change the sheets Ecolab stays out there spraying rooms, prostitutes and drug dealers live on the property and the mantenice guy sells drugs and solicit prostitutes something needs to be done about this place,

Run! do not go there! roaches. Dirty sheets. They just make up the ned and do not clean. My family and I left the same night we got there and they refused top five us back even 1 cent of our money.

The beds were hard, the sheets smelled weird, and had stains the bath towels stink bad and the shower curtain was disgusting. The water barely drained in the shower. Our room smelled like stale smoking and it was a non smoking room. We were supposed to have a couch pull out bed but didn't. I will never stay there again.

Bed were comfortable rooms are small not worth the money.

We where driving for 9 hrs straight annd we where looking for a place to sleep and we got off 85 north because we saw a sign saying Quality inn but it was Rodeway inn we got a room then pulled around to the room we had to park walk through a walkway which. Wasn't lit up got to the room open up the door turn the lights on and turned around to my boyfriend and said I can't stay here its nasty filthy dirt. The comforters where stained all over the bathroom didn't have any lights there where bugs dead in the sink. I went back to the lobby nobody was there they locked up and I slept in the car. But my boyfriend just pulled the comforters off the bed and just slept on the sheets he had to sleep I just couldn't it was just to nasty dirty.

We checked in and was given a room with someone in it. Very scary to walk in on. It could have been a very dangerous situation if we walked in on someone you don't want to walk in on. Then we go to tell her. She didn't apologize, offer anything or nothing like this was normal. Very bad. If I felt good to drive home, I would. Only room available in the area. Now I know why… never again.

It was clean and the staff was amazing. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Great for a budget hotel. Rooms are clean and building looks newly painted. Complimentary Continental breakfast is served daily. Beds are not very comfortable but for the price it is a bargain. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was a hit or miss. 60% of the time the breakfast items were not available. 25% of the time the refrigerator was completely empty. 10% of the time fresh fruit was available. I would ask about it and the front desk would always tell me that the food items were on order. : — ( This hotel does not offer a workout/exercise room. There is a room with equipment in it but it is not generally available to the guest. In addition this room could be considered a health hazard. The carpet is filthy and the room has an smell like sweaty feet. The equipment has dried sweat/salt stains on it as if it has never been wiped down. It's a shame because with a little cleaning and renovation it could be a great exercise room. They don't mention the exercise room in their amenities, so that alone might be a reason to choose the Holiday Inn Express right next door. : — (: — ( The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. :-)

Recently stayed over the weekend. This was my second time staying. My first experience was awesome. But the second time was horrible. Terrible customer service! I asked for clean towels NEVER GOT IT. Front desk & some staff members were very rude. Will avoid staying at this hotel in the near future. Would rather spend extra $$$$ to stay at Holiday Inn Express.

Bare minimum. No refrigerator or microwave. Not handicap accessible. They have some good channels and beds are comfy but blankets are pretty thin so ask for extra.

Terrible! Sheets were dirty (not changed) mirror not cleaned (had toothpaste, finger prints). Dead bugs on the wall (look like someone killed it and left it there. I called to complain and they gave me a new room and that room was just as bad. Will NEVER stay there again. First time in Greensboro and I was only staying for one night. I ended up buying a blow up bed cause I didn't trust the bed or sheets. I would have be better off camping for a night! You get what you pay for (which is nothing)!

Best night sleep ever! Quiet, beds were brand-new Beautyrest mattresses. The room was dark and quiet. But stepped on a chicken bone in the middle of the carpet. Mirrors were nasty, soap was left in the shower. Stuff left behind the shower door. Towels weren't clean. So come with rubber gloves and flip-flops.

Word of caution, don't stay here! This place is not safe or kid friendly. It's drug infested with locals.

Room was clean upon arrival. Beds were freshly made. The bathroom was clean and stocked. The overall experience was decent. Slightly over priced but affordable.

No fridge or microwave and the company cards were down so couldn't upgrade. Shower water went from hot to cold all the time. No constant hot water. Rooms are alright. No offsetting smells. Just a few nit picky things. My main issue is not having wash cloths. By the time I was ready to take a shower I noticed there wasn't any so I had to use a towel instead.

Wow. A truly disgusting place. Stayed here during High Point Market, for lack of any other option. Upon check in, I was greeted by the local drug dealer / pimp, who after asking me if I was a cop, offered me a full spectrum of pharmaceuticals. After I declined and went to my room, a knock on my door produced Shady McNogood once again, who apologized and let me know that if drugs weren't my thing, he's got lots of nice ladies for me as well. All of his antics, however, were less objectionable than the permeating stench of cigarette smoke that overwhelmed the room, and now everything in my suitcase. I'd sooner recommend camping out at a truckstop.

Stayed two nights at this hotel this past weekend-HORRIBLE! They should have paid us to stay here. Old, run down, dirty-yes they are renovating but there is concrete dust flying everywhere. It gets all in hair, on your clothes and all over your vehicles. Dirty, shirtless employees standing around they couldn't answer questions because they did not speak English. I will never stay here again! Who ever gave this hotel more than a 0 should has very low standards.

This place is pretty gross, there are ants in the rooms and the columns holds the roof up aren't even connected. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happens.

The broken dreams of cockroaches. If youre ok with staying at a motel that lets their facility rot right underneath them then this is the place for you. As soon as we entered our room there was only strong stank of mold. We were changed to a new room that wasnt even secured. Door was easily pushed open, and the light switch did even work to check for vegrants. The holiday inn next door is very pleasent!
