We got the pool atrium rooms which seemed to have newly updated bathrooms, new heating and were very spacious and clean.

Affordability and great service.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Wrapping up our work trip, couldn't have asked for better accommodations, comfortable bed, clean, appreciate welcoming us after a hard trip… recommended to all travelers.

My first complaint: upon checkin, the guy at the desk said I need another credit card for a $20 cleaning deposit. Nowhere was this mentioned when I made my reservations.
2nd: the hotel is under construction which is fine bc they def need to do a remodel but they had signs up, the desk guy gives me 1 room key with room 183, ok cool. How do I get there, I ask myself bc the guy never said where to go? Followed the signs but the entrance is blocked off due to construction so I asked the guy and he said oh, well you need to drive around to the side and use the side entrance. I did just as he asked. STILL cant get to the room due to construction. So we finally made it to the room after going to the 2nd side door.
3rd: Today we get back from the race and low and behold the door to our room isnt locked or closed completely. I just pushed on the door and BOOM I walked right in without using a key. Housekeeping didnt close the door all the way so my room is basically a free for all for anyone who wanted to make themselves at home. I called the front desk and he told me there was nothing he or the manager could do bc nothing was stolen. REALLY?!?! Went down and yelled at the manager and he gave me a measly 25% refund. At least it's something but some on! My laptop, clothes, diescast, and other personal items were in MY room.

Staffing is great here very helpful and I love the breakfast in the morning to start off a great day.

Sept 8 — 9. Beds very comfortable. Room was clean, ottoman to chair somewhat dirty. Drains sluggish, sink & tub. I liked that it was a refrige in room with freezer compartment but freezer part didn't freeze. Outlets on lamps base nice but lamps need to be raise up to plug anything into it. Staff excellent.

Stayed recently & We had a suite that was suitable for us! Even though our suite had 2 AC units the air conditioning unit in our bedroom wasn't the best but we could deal with it. Room was clean and neat & Kevin made the check-in process a breeze!

I stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites along with a large group of campers 64 in all! ) The employees were very accommodating with our young adults. We were even allowed an exclusive time in the pool. Because of our excited youth and level of noise, we were understandably asked to leave the pool, out of respect for the other guests.

Was here for a real estate class for four days. The room we used was next to the indoor pool, which has so much chlorine in it my head hurt. Last day of class we were moved to the second floor conference room. The decor in here REALLY needs an update. However, the staff was friendly.

It was fine. Room was a bit damp feeling but everything was clean and in working order. Breakfast was good. $25 per fee is a little high though.

My time here was fine in all honesty. The walls were particularly thin when in the conference area. A loud party will always be loud but when I can hear parts if specific conversations and make out words, that's a little thin for my taste. The decor was nice however whenever they did this remodel they need to sand some of the doors. The one specific to my room made a good awful noise ever single time it closed. I would stay overnight here if the price was very affordable but it's not where I'm looking first.

My family n I went to a quick vacation for mothers day… They were fine while we were there my kids had bites on them but didn't think much of it because its the summer n mosquitos are out but when coming home they got worse my kids had bes bug bites n they travel with us home… I has to buy new mattresses clothes etc… I will never go back.

Good stay! Staff very helpful! Facilities were adequate. Fitness room below average.

We were very pleased with the Quality Inn & Suites Airpark East! The staff was very polite and welcoming! It was very clean and smelled nice. The breakfast was okay, but other than that it was a wonderful visit! Thank you Quality Inn for your hospitality!

My stay was for a class and certification and the staff was aware and wished me and the others good luck and let us know they were pulling for us to pass. Super friendly! The hotel was clean and comfortable. I will stay here again if I’m in the area. Great experience overall!

Went to a seminar here. Coffee ran out immediately. Housekeeping was too loud outside our tiny classroom. The water jug in our room was broke. 8 hour day, no coffee, broken water, loud cleaning machines… Seminar fail. Sorry guys. Can't rate the rooms or pool.

Filthy inside and out. Cigarette butts line the outer premises. The hall carpets have a design that helps disguise the filth smeared on them. I never saw or heard a vacuum the entire time I was there. The room was just nasty. Floor stains, stains on sheets and pillowcases, broken stained funiture, stains on carpet and old soap scum on shower. Management doesn't care. At first they gave me sheets so I could change them myself… uh no thanks! I requested a room change and the new room was better, but after paying in advance I didn't want to lose my money if I left the hotel. So I stayed, but was very disgruntled… See pictures:

The room was very clean but getting rest was impossible. Stayed 2 nights and neither night was able to sleep for people screaming, laughing and running down the halls. Called the front desk 3 times but it was no help. It was after 2:30 both nights before I could ever get any sleep. The walls are either to thin or they just can't control the guests enough to make it enjoyable for everyone. Very disappointed.

Clean facility with nice meeting rooms, friendly staff, although bathrooms are very clean, the toilet seats need to be replaced. They are discolored and look very worn.

Staff seemed very friendly. Was there for continuing education. Hotel appeared clean but there were issues with all the restrooms while we were attending classes. These things do tend to happen at some point. Over all a good experience. Also hotel is located very close to the highway, food and entertainment.

The bathroom had not been cleaned when we arrived: dirty towel on the floor and washcloth on the sink, hair on the tub and toilet. Gross. The people at the desk were accommodating. It's a Quality Inn. You get what you pay for? Not like the pictures for sure.

Pool smelled very bad, not maintained well at all, water was cloudy as well. Bummed because that was a perk of why I chose this hotel to stay at. Was told the beds were Queen and were full sized. Was told there was a good selection for breakfast, but not much at all. Boiled eggs, frozen little egg sandwiches, waffles, yogurt, bananas, pastries and cereal/juice. Not what I was told when reservation was made. It was ok, not great by any means.

We enjoy your facility very much super clean the registration clerk was very helpful with sign in and suggesting a place to order from the only negative there was no USB plugs available in the rooms but we got thru it we would come back.

Great location. Tub dirty, towels really dingy. Room kinda stink and boo games in the bathrooms. Here for travel ball tournament.

We are staying right now — the service personnel were friendly. BUT it’s 1:15 am and it’s miserable hot in this room or cold due to how close the fan heater is to the bed. These beds were supposed to be queen and they are not! The sheets are rough and course on your skin. There are people in the halls taking and laughing while you can hear everything! The worst is the flat pillows and the PIPES keep screaming like a darn fire alarm! I have to get up in 4 hours! I drove over 3 hours to get here after working half a day and then working the rest of the day at my house! I didn’t feel comfortable with the lack of light in the back parking area also. I would not recommend at He price we had to pay! Go Airbnb!

Decent room for the price. Stained comforter and curtains. Good breakfast included in price.

People are plesant and friendly and its a clean environment.

It was an amazing stay had comfy beds clean rooms and great service, breakfast bar, and pool. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Not great. Very dated. Room with pool view were damp and smelled musty. Killed what I believe was a roach in the poolside room. Was moved to a suite away from the pool and it was a little better. Beds were relatively comfortable. Breakfast area is way too small. Annoyingly small! I don't need to compete for a waffle in the morning. Staff were great to the extent that they could be accomodating. Choice Hotels, however, was NOT at all helpful. So… convenient (though not nice) location, decent bed and nice staff.

The rooms were very clean. The breakfast food was decent, and the staff was very helpful and patient.

Had informed staff beforehand we would be checking in late, anywhere from 1am to 4am. We arrived at 3:40am to be told by the front desk staff that our reservation had been cancelled because we showed up so late. I told her I informed them we'd be checking in late and was told it was noted but she told me that was not present. We then stood there for 25 to 30 minutes at 4am until she finally gave us a new reservation and our room keys so we could sleep. The only other huge flaw was how annoyingly loud it was due to the highway and how the blinds are made so you can't close them to block out light from the window. I will never stay here again.

This wasn't a good stay. We ended up changing rooms three times. The first room the toilet wouldn't stop running and the linen was dirty. We moved to the next room. Both locks on the door were broken. The linens were dirty. We did not have refrigerator and my mother needed to store her insulin. We moved a third time before we were able to get a somewhat decent room. There should be a great deal of upgrades to this location. There was a young college student that worked the desk at night that was extremely helpful and tried to make our stay pleasant.

Odor, ants (! ), everything is old and you feel it every moment. Breakfast wasn't the best one too. There are a lot oh hotels and motels around. You'd better choose another place to stay. Update: "… exterminator did not find any evidence… " — barely possible to believe! Dear readers, you see here, what this hotel truly is.

I recently attended a function at this location. Every one of the staff I encountered had a smile and more than adequate skills to help me navigate my experience here. The cleanliness of the facilities was terrific, although it appeared they may be renovating or preparing to do so.

Room on the second floor. As we went out for lunch our room was cleaned and the supply was replaced. The staff was very friendly and helpful everything was done with a smile. Can't beat it for the price. Had a very nice continental breakfast.

The cleanliness of the hotel room left a lot to be desired. After check in my wife and I walked the room and found that the sheets was dirty, the mattress cover was dirty, the carpet was disgusting really in need of a thorough clean. And to make matters worst we had ants in the room. Crawling on the bed all night crawling on the dressers. My stay at this establishment was not pleasant and I would not recommend anyone to stay there. The best part was Devonte the front desk clerk he was a pleasure to talk to my wife and really enjoyed our short but pleasant conversation with him. The building need a make over.

Older hotel but very well maintained rooms. Only maintenance issues are with some little-used areas of the atrium. Clean, newly renovated, excellent service and reasonable rates. Breakfast could benefit from some meat offerings like many other Quality Inns have. Enjoyable stay overall and I would definitely stay again on future travel to Greensboro.

The majority of the visit went well. Things appeared clean and comfortable. I will however not stay there again. As we were leaving, a roach was crawling on our bed! This was really disturbing. We told the desk clerk and she apologized. The manager was not in but the desk clerk said she would pass the message on to call me. I didn't receive a call until late that afternoon which was disappointing that the issue wasn't cared for more promptly. We were given a one night refund.

The whole entire second floor of this hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. We had a non smoking room and you could still smell it. Room was ok as far as cleanliness, a little skeptical that the sheets were clean. Nothing smelled clean and I could not get past the smell. Hotel needs to be updated and become smoke free. I would not stay here again.

Double beds were comfortable. Smells like an old smoking room. Breakfast was to be until 9:30, they told my 8 year old son he missed it at 9:15. Staff was nice though. We wanted a room that opened into the pool and they switched for us. Random stains on curtains and on the floor but other than that it was clean. No bugs. Good value.

Good quality for price. Musty smell in room and one of the male housekeeping staff was rude with my 6 year old. Overall it was ok.

This was a great hotel. The rooms were awesome and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I also love the shower and the different settings. The breakfast was okay, but I wish there was more toppings for the waffles (chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, whip cream, etc. ) I also loved the service. Will definitely be staying here again.

I'd stay here again, even though it's your typical budget hotel, the staff was pleasant, and the bed and pillows suited my comfort needs. I didn't have a chance to check out any of the amenities; but I'd bet that they are also of decent quality.

Room was filthy, smelled like animal and human urine. Curtains were ripped and dirty. Carpet had stains and the bathroom looked like something was trying to escape. Sprayed Febreze on everything, still smelled even after we did this repeatedly upon entering and leaving room. Had to ask for towels twice before going to get them from the front desk, asked if we needed them now… Yes, We have a habit of taking a shower at least twice a day. Stay if you can't afford other places or like our family, didn't know better.

Rooms were nice and updated within a year or so. Staff was very accommodating with multi family check in with pets; managed to place us all together very cordially. Pool was a little chilly despite being listed as heated.

I have stayed at this location several times, I like staying here because of the people, price and the exercise facilities. This particular stay I had an unfortunate accident, I slipped and fell in the shower, no fault of the Inn. I called the manager and he was very accommodating having an associate bring me ice and menus for food as I had to stay in bed. I appreciated the GREAT staff at this establishment and would definitely recommend staying there.

I disagree with the negative reviews clean Nice quiet hotel. I will be staying there.

Thanks, Room itself was very nice, especially for the price. Water pressure in shower is a bid deal for me and this was very barely acceptable. Indoor Pool in the winter time was nicely warm.

Great rate, great staff, nice little indoor pool. Room opened right into the pool area. My little girl was ecstatic, mine and her new years eve getaway.

I checked into room 144 and there was a strong odor of vomit or spoiled milk. Called the front desk and housekeeping came into the room and sprayed the area and wiped with a dry cloth. That masked to odor until the next morning. I requested to be moved. I was moved to room 146. Front desk attendant Tara was very helpful and did her best to correct the situation. I was very disappointed with the breakfast bar area. It was not restocked in a timely fashion and the choices were limited. I am invested to travel to Greensboro for the next 4 years. Not sure if this will be my hotel of choice.

When asked about the 40 deposit I said I go stay somewhere else but they said the would wavie it well got the bill on credit card today and I got charged for the 40 dollar fee what a joke then the battery went dead on the door so now locked out for a while when called back tonight go talk to Mgr said I gotta call back in am nk Mgr on duty really that's messed up and the room stunk when walked in. I don't complain any but this time I had to just won't ever stay somewhere they lie I ain't staying in any hotel that us ran by overseas people.

Very accessible to the major highway, continent breakfast was a nice addition and there were a lot of restaurant options near the hotel.

Quiet. Clean. A little worn.

When you first step into the hotel, you'll notice that the lobby is quite lovely. As I walked further in the hotel, I noticed how dull the lighting was. When I walked into my room, I noticed a disgusting odor coming from the bathroom and bed. This was the Non-Smoking room. I don't want to imagine the smoking room. The staff members were friendly, however, they were unprofessional and did not meet my expectations. During my room's cleaning hours, the staff did not clean anything. The staff members seemed lazy and did not do a good job with maintenance around the hotel. Also the indoor pool was grimy and slimy. The filter in the indoor pool also seems faulty. The chlorine was extremely strong and the outside pool looked like a swamp, green water and slime. Also, while the free Wifi is convenient, the hotel states it is "high speed internet" when the Wi-Fi is extremely slow. Also there appeared to be some type of insect in the bed sheets that bit me and caused a red rash around my back and shoulders. There was also a hole in the bathroom wall. Fix all of these problems and then, only then, I might (MIGHT) come back. The name "Quality Inn" belies what lies inside the hotel.

Yikes. This place is tired and dirty. Pool is scary. Rooms are noisy. Definitely won't be coming back to this one.
