I love it there ive stayed meany of times. My favorite place to stay.

Clean room except for yellow stain on sheets Sheets were clean but recommend discarding stained sheets ewww towels looked like they hadn't been replaced. AC was off and took awhile to cool down and made awful noise all Night Coudnt get deposit back next am There was a sign that said be back in 10 min. I waited 20 and rung the bell but had to leave for work. When I called later to say I was coming after work to get it I had to call and call. Obvious drug dealers pulling up to motel. If you are coming from out of town do not recommend this place. It is cheap for a reason. I only stayed bc my power was out for the night.

Terrible place. Dirty and run down. Had reservations for 3 nights, stayed 1 night and checked out. Credit card was charged for 3 nights. Kept getting run around and not able to get charges reversed. Stay away!

I was there for a wedding. They lost our reservations that we had since March. We had to call the owner of the hotel to get a room. The rooms were dirty, and the fire alarm would go off every time you showered because there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I will never stay here again.

I have stayed here many times thru out the years for family get togethers and I have never had a problem staff is phenomenal you couldnt ask for better service and very clean rooms NO bugs! Great for the price they know I will always be back :)

No bugs. Bed is comfy, and clean. That being said… had to switch rooms due to air conditioning not working properly and making the room insanely hot. 2nd room equally clean. Bathroom super tiny, barely door closeable, also toilet needs ti be flushed multiple times before going down. Small shower. Is a motel, as in opens from the outside. Right next to a sonic which is cool. Not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in but also not a great choice. The staff was willing to work with us. Shady characters frequent this motel.

Clean, Staff very friendly, and for the price can't complain at all.

Quality Inn in Albemarle has exceptional customer service. Ronnie, Jacqueline, John and Lisa were all very helpful with a changing schedule. We stay with them every time we're in the Albemarle area. We appreciate all they do. Thank you!

The comforters were nasty, and the beds were too soft. It Was not the cleanest room I have stayed in. It had bugs, not bed bugs. Just bugs. I did not feel safe here, the room I was in was missing the smoke detector. I donot suggest anyone stay here!

I had booked a room at the Quality Inn in Albemarle because I was going to go to a friend's wedding. I had to cancel at the last minute because of a death in the family, and the staff and management at the Quality Inn were helpful and kind. Jacqueline at the front desk, in particular, went out of her way to help me out. Although I didn't get an opportunity to stay there, if I'm passing through Albemarle again, the Quality Inn is the first place I'll call.

I gave one star because can't give zero. 5 days after stay and 8 conversations 22 calls no answer) then all of a sudden our deposit was gone do to "blood on a towel and someone said we had a dog. Both completely false. Out of 80 motel stays this year this was the most disheartening. They have no proof and cant provide any! Manager/ owner sends msg will credit half since didn't have a dog!? After talking to someone 8 times and no-one said a word about this before. Sadly word of mouth is a consumer's best defence. May be able to delete this review but not yelp or corporate complaint. We certainly will spread the word to local friends and family. Will never stay here in future trips. Burn holes in covers, holes in wall behind bathroom door of 209, as well as outlets not working. And no pool as advertised on this sight. Smh good luck. Complete disappointment! The Pierce family.

Indian Ghetto. Strong smell of cigarette encrusted in the carpet. For the bathroom does not close if the toilet bench is down. Mould in the bathroom and broken gypse wall.

Highly dissappointed. Management was prejudice. WORST experience EVER in my 35yrs. Because I am African American, and I talked to the only other African American there, they asked me to leave. Blatant disrespect. They have a hospitality computer in the lobby, I was told to GET OFF at 10pm. I apologized and said I was unaware of the hours. I sugggested they post the hours so the owner wouldnt have to approach another guest the way he did me, and was told no he did not need to. The owner sent his wife over to inquire who I had in my room, which had 1 king bed, and a sofa. I informed it was me, my significant other, and her friend. Mind you, Im the traveler, my significant other and her friend reside in NC. I was told, that I could not have guests and to let her see in my room. OFCOURSE I obligied, my company waved said hello, and she said ok and walked away. 15mins later, she returns with a cop stating that I need to leave, and when asked why, I was told she did not need to give a reason. The cop observed the seen, kinda frowned, but begrudgingly had to oblige the owner. I was 3days out on my 6day stay. There are cameras located on property, and I dare ANYBODY to view the footage and provide me with ANY legit reason to have me put off property. This was a vacation and I had no reason to leave my room cept for the occasional run to the gas station for cigarettes or walmart for provisions.

The room we stayed in the light did not work over the sink area. There was cigarette holes in the cover and the heating system for the room was terrible. Did get warm until 1am that morning. It was a very uncomfortable experience I had. This is one tine I was very unhappy. Never had a bad exprience at this location before. But now I might be going someone else even if it do cost more money.

I will be definitely be back! The staff is amazing the gm was at the front when I checked in and he was very polite and when I went to check out the lady was nice… could not ask for better service! The rooms was clean and bed very comfy, they also have breakfast which is more for your money!

Hotel staff was very pleasant. Room was great and comfortable. Hotel location was convenient to where we were going.

Got robbed in the motel parking lot. Of course there are no cameras on the side that we were parked, motel is next to the worst neighborhood in albemarle, heard gunshots almost everynight. A few cars and trucks got broken into and windows smashed and robbed and the front lobby smells like a sewer. Rooms were nice amd updated well, but to be honest there were a couple of cockroaches.

Kind of run down place. Heater/AC unit was not functional. Fortunately I didn't really need it, but I would like to have had the fan. My room was in the back up the stairs and there's not really what I would call secure parking there. Hard to call the desk and get an answer. TV didn't work like it should. I wouldn't have stayed but didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway. On the plus side, the room seemed clean and I only had to flush the toilet twice each time it was used. The place also seems to be party central for a group of kids. They seemed basically harmless but noisy. Bottom line. Don't look at the internet and decide. Don't pay a premium price.

Quality Inn at Albemarle NC was a very good place to stay while attending races at nearby Concord motor speedway. I would recommend it to others. The breakfast is very good, and the people were very helpful.

Clean rooms no bugs. Very friendly service and accomodating. Only issue was guys drinking beer in parking lot until 3am.

Noisy people outside until 2 am. The air conditioner doesn't work well enough. It shuts on and off and he temperature of the room was uncomfortable. Rooms are clean and beds are nice but the people outside kept me up all night. Allowing pets was a huge plus. Would give more stars if not for the noise and weak air conditioner. Needs security or something to be a good hotel.

Overall the experience was fine but something strange happened when we checked in. We checked in at 9 PM on a Friday and I get it, prices will be up a little since it was short notice. But, we were told the price of the hotel was $124 (descent hotel but nowhere near worth that) and we were paying cash for a double room. We got our receipt and it said 109 as final price. Seems to me someone is pocketing money on the guest's expense.

Friendly managers great staff clean I've been here a long time months and have not had a bit of trouble just good people good place to stay I recommend it highly to anybody.

Absolutely awful! We stayed for about 20 minutes before checking out! Crusty stains on the bed, used soap in the shower, a floor that felt like you were about to fall through and a non smoking room that smelled like an ash tray! I was told the manager would be calling me about a refund and have yet to hear from him. Do yourself a favor and pick another hotel!

Dirty rooms their toilets clog they have bed bugs the staff is rude the breakfast is cold and they are racist and bigots.

First off, maps said 72 dollars per night. I called for reservations, a man tells me 100 dollars. Book it through trip advisor for 93. Pull up front, looks like a drug deal going on. Oh, that's the manager. Pay for room, open the door and about fall down from the stench. Open dresser draw, cockroaches go scrambling, I nailed one, in case high manager wanted to see it. Go cancel room, and get refund, no problem. Meanwhile my wife is loading our stuff, she tells me about some crackhead could barely get out of his car to stumble up the stairs to make a drug deal, from the room right above us. Will not be back.

Room was ok clean except refrigerator didn't work. They had replacements on order but were planned to arrive next week. They offered to give us a different room but we declined since we only had 1 more night here. They have hot breakfast which was a plus but no pool.

Workingman's motel. Eat early if you want any of the hot breakfast bar items because after the workmen leave, it was not restocked. It was quiet and I felt safe. Conveniently located on the main business strip. No pool or place to sit outside so I don't recommend for families with kiddos.

This has been the best hotel we have ever stayed at. And we stay about 200 nights a year bc of our work. The owners recently bought this hotel and it's immaculate, they are very friendly and go over and beyond to make your stay great. They even cooked for us. You won't find that anywhere else!

Ronnie the desk clerk was so friendly and helpful. The first room assigned smelled of cigarette smoke. I called him and he came immediately with keys to a different room. That room was perfect. Thank you to all who work there.

Because of work, I stay in hotels all across the county for months at a time. I check into this place for one night, I have never wrote a review before, but this can't be pass up. First off, when we check into the hotel the staff was rude, we had requested a non smoking room, but somehow got a smoking room, still a clean bed is better than no bed. But the problem was the bed was dirty, when we ask for clean sheets was told that didn't have any. DO NOT STAY HERE, go to the best western in town, that is a great hotel. We stayed there for 2 weeks.

It was spacious, clean and very modern and uodated rooms. The staff was engaging and very helpful.

The staff and room were fine. There just seamed to be some remolding going on and it made for a weird vibe. It's hard to explain but seeing what looked like hundreds of lamps under the center stairwell was very odd.

So Nasty Hotel really I don't recommend it to any one because it has a beds bug everywhere I get itching from the first night I arrived to the hotel me and my friend I wish if I could post some pictures we couldn't sleep the whole nights we inform the management of the hotel but they was so rude the manager of the hotel he went with me to the room after his way back to the reception we saw him itching too all my advice keep yourself and your family away from terrible hotel.

The pictures are very deceiving! I thought I was going camping, however at the last minute that changed, the only 2 things about this hotel that were nice was the front desk hostess named Brandy, she was as sweet as she could be, and the bed was comfortable, though with the filth of the room I did worry about bedbugs. The curtain looked like someone took a chocolate milkshake and threw against it, very nasty, the furniture was falling apart, there was a tennis ball caked in dust under one of the pieces. I had a puppy with me and had asked for non-smoking as I have asthma, the room had been heavily smoked in, so I sprayed it down good, wiped down all of the bathroom fixtures with my own cleaners, oh and the toilet wouldn't flush. Back to the puppy, when I walked her she was constantly trying to eat the 100's and I am not exaggerating of cigarette butts lining the walkway JUST outside our room. She went under a bush after something and came out with a beer bottle cap stuck in her teeth. I clean up after my puppy, others do not. This hotel is obvious for work crews in the area, not for families are women traveling alone. I paid a premium price for the worst room I have ever stayed in in my life, had already paid for 2 nights before I knew the condition… no REFUNDS. All I can say is Brandy needs a new job to fit the nice person she is, she doesn't need to be in that dump!

Nice size room, attractive amenities, all the necessary components for a good night's rest.

This hotel is dirty. Our bathtub is filthy. The toilet flush handle and seat are broken. Our sheets are dirty. The floor was dirty. There is a serious house keeping problem. We asked the guy at the front desk a question and he said "Talk to someone else, I have clocked out. "
