Review of Quality Inn 2*

The pictures are very deceiving! I thought I was going camping, however at the last minute that changed, the only 2 things about this hotel that were nice was the front desk hostess named Brandy, she was as sweet as she could be, and the bed was comfortable, though with the filth of the room I did worry about bedbugs. The curtain looked like someone took a chocolate milkshake and threw against it, very nasty, the furniture was falling apart, there was a tennis ball caked in dust under one of the pieces. I had a puppy with me and had asked for non-smoking as I have asthma, the room had been heavily smoked in, so I sprayed it down good, wiped down all of the bathroom fixtures with my own cleaners, oh and the toilet wouldn't flush. Back to the puppy, when I walked her she was constantly trying to eat the 100's and I am not exaggerating of cigarette butts lining the walkway JUST outside our room. She went under a bush after something and came out with a beer bottle cap stuck in her teeth. I clean up after my puppy, others do not. This hotel is obvious for work crews in the area, not for families are women traveling alone. I paid a premium price for the worst room I have ever stayed in in my life, had already paid for 2 nights before I knew the condition… no REFUNDS. All I can say is Brandy needs a new job to fit the nice person she is, she doesn't need to be in that dump! Please do not go there unless you are a man and on a work crew and smoke like a freight train and don't mine filth. OH and I refused to walk barefoot IN the room… you wouldn't believe how nasty the floor was!
