Gets Greeted warmly at front desk. Room was clean. Bed clean and comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. Overall, not the Ritz, but I recommend this hotel for an inexpensive stay. Note: our room was recently renovated so it may be nice than the other rooms.

Was so bad we had to leave and get a room at the casino 15 minutes away. Walked into room at 9pm and lights didn't work, room was 80+ degrees, there was what looked like a knife slash through the window treatment, and there a blood stain drip on the inside of the door. Bed was fine and I would've slummed it for the night for the cheap price but having wife with me left me no other option.

Clean, friendly service, safe place to park. They are working hard on remodeling and updating, our room was newly painted and appointed nicely. It is a work in progress, hot water was not hot. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Very enjoyable and surprisingly quiet for a Friday night!

Very pleased with our stay. Looks were deceiving at first, but room was very clean, very nice and helpful. Spoke with new owners and they have exciting and new plans for a facelift. 15 minutes from turning stone casino, in walking distance of many restaurants in Rome. We will be back for sure, and look forward to seeing the renovations.

This was a one night stay but it was warm and clean. The host was very Professional and accommodating.

Horrible Rude People Crack Head Worthy Rooms.

The rooms are Grosse ive stayed a few times none of the sheets get changed ive found drugs in the rooms. And they over charge. Horrible place.

Good price and very quiet, only problem is donuts, bagels and coffee doesn't start until 7am, I had to leave by 6am, lots of places I stood in the past will start at 5am.

I love it at the relaxed inn staff are very friendly they try the best if you need anything at all. Great with kids they do have breakfast for you. Rooms are very clean they did an amazing job with remolding. We feel very welcome abd very safe here.

These people maybe nice but the place needs some help. Rooms are not cheap either.

My friends and I needed a place to stay after biking the Erie Canal. We called ahead, said there were four of us. They told us it would cost $60 for the night. When we got there, they changed the price to $78. When we questioned them about the price, they said we told them there would only be two people; however, we did actually tell them there would be four people. When we got to the room, it smelled terrible. I don't even know how to describe the smell. We went back to the front desk and asked for a different room. The second room was better, but still terrible. There were dirty socks that someone had left behind on the floor, stained bed sheets, and nails sticking out from the wall. When one of my friends got a shower, the whole shower rod fell on his head. In the morning, we went downstairs for the continental breakfast. The person at the front desk said they decided not to put it out because there were not many people staying there. Meanwhile, they advertised a free continental breakfast included in the price. The next morning, we called the front desk and asked for the manager to come see how bad the room was because we wanted a full or partial refund. The manager never came to the room after a few calls to the desk. My friend went to the desk, got into an argument with the manager, and the manager called the police.

We stayed here one night. Lastnight. I would not recommend this place. Upon arrival I noticed the office had 0 A/C on. I thought it odd, but to each his own I guess. We got to our room and checked in during the day, so it seemed fine. Back in the evening and 1 light in our room worked, the bathroom light did as well, but in the bed area only 1. That was annoying. The double paned window was shattered on the outside panel which made for disturbing views. Then to my dismay, there was literally poop smeared on the bathroom wall. Also the shower was dirty. Just gross. Our neighbor we knew went to turn on the sink and the entire faucet was not attached and came off in his hand.

Room key continuously failed! Looks like many full timers live here. The place is in disrepair and generally falling apart. AC/Heat worked great. Lights on motion sensors do not work. Turning on by hand was awkward. Breakfast is the same all day — dry cereal and coffee. not a place for kids!

Conveniently located near restaurants, gas stations and everything else you'll need. Family owned-and-operated — Ike is an awesome dude! Accommodating, helpful and friendly. It's a very quiet place to unwind and would highly recommend.

Location is good and the staff is run by family who happen to be very nice and friendly. The motel is in need of major renovations which they are trying to do little by little. It could be cheaper. One night or emergency basis it's ok.

I stayed there for two weeks, price is reasonable, peaceful and clean. The owner is also nice. Jojo.

They were very friendly and accomidating. A lot nicer than the staff at Quality Inn!
