A bit run down but looks as if they are to be renovating rooms soon by the looks of a bunch of new sinks outside the office.

Did book a room online right there, when I got there, the person on the lobby told me that there was no room available and she quickly walked away, I wasn't able to even ask a question. It was like a farm…

Complete dump. I literally walked back in my car and just left quickly.

We booked a room here off line and went and paid for it, walked in the room there where bugs crawling all over that place is the most nasties place I have ever been to or stayed we walk in not there for more then 5 mins and walked out and thank God he gave us our refund the health department needs to go there and close there doors.

I had great time there the only problem I had staying here was there Wi-Fi bad connection.

The worst place to stay at. The office had a horrible smell to it. The building looked like it was built in the 50s and was never renovated. They claim to have Wi-Fi this was to be not true. On their website the room was priced at $40.00 a night but when I showed up in person. It suddenly jumped to $72.00 plus $5.00 cash deposit for a key. I don't recommend this place to any one. Spend the extra and go some where better just avoid this place.

It's quiet and peaceful. It could use somethings repaired but clean rooms.

This place should be condemned immediately. So first we were given the wrong room number and almost walked into someone else’s room. Then when we did get the correct room we walked in and immediately walked out complained to the manager canceled the room and demanded our money back. The place isn’t even suitable for a place to sleep and shower in the morning. We slept in the car and I’d rather go without showering. The room was disgusting, it was not only super outdated but filthy. I felt disgusting just stepping into the room. The chairs had stains on the them not to mention the old musty smell and creepy vibe. You could hear the TV from the next room through the cinder block walls. I honestly can’t believe someone was actually staying in there. Its in the middle of no where. It did not feel safe at all. It looks like it’s out of Texas Chainsaw Massacre. We came on a whim to the scare a con and left feeling like we almost experienced the night living in a scary movie. Save Yourself The Headache Just Don’t Stay Here! The price may be cheap but you couldn’t pay me to stay in those rooms. This place does not deserve the one star I have to give it to leave a review. Terrible experience.

Booked our room two nights before for 3 people with 2 king size beds. At check in we were told our reservation was for one bed two people. So just went with it and would figure out sleeping arrangements as we were planning on coming back intoxicated from turning stone. Got into our room and felt like we were back in the early 90s. So not only was the service terrible the place seemed as if you could rent out a room by the hour. From staying in places ranging from $45 a night to $200, this place by far takes the worst place I've stayed at. I would not recommend it to anyone nor would I ever make a reservation there again. Safe yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

This place is disgusting, run-down, and reeks of smoke in a non-smoking room. Impossible to find due to the location and overgrowth of trees. Looks perfect for a murder movie.

Dishonest and sneaky owner. Disgusting rooms and location. Avoid at all costs.

Pretty run down and the AC didn't work well at all. The interior looked like it was being worked on and the outside was dirty. There was a ladder right in the middle of a walkway without anything showing there was a safety hazard. The bed was comfortable though.

Leaky ceilings. When I told the guy he told me to "just slide the bed over away from the leak. " there was nowhere the bed could be moved to not have water fall on it. He knew, tried to convince me it wasn't bad for one night. We left.

Rude owner. Instead of queen size bed I got room with one twin bed and space for another one. In the next room somebody listen really loud music and it was almost 11pm when we checked in. On my complaints I was told that this is only room I could get (but I saw not more than 10 cars near building). About noisy neighbours I should call to police by myself, he won't do anything. And at the end he added: leave my hotel if you don't like what I gave. So I did it ;)

Looked ran down. Would not go in. Stayed some where else.

Dirty my. Friend needed to clean no discount for a month stay 350 a month no kitchen.

The rooms and price were great. The location was a bit out of the way.

This place was bad. The room actually was clean. However, I turned on the shower, and air blasted out and blew out the end of the shower head. The facility is very dated, and that is fine, but at some point needs to be upgraded. I did not get the impression that was going to happen at all. We had a non-smoking room. However, people would stand outside, on the main level and smoke. Then the air conditioner would bring the "fresh air" in. So I smelled smoke all night. We would have left right away when we got there. However, it was the only vacancy I could get at midnight that particular evening.

In the middle of no where, trees surround you, no cell signal (at least for us) and a prison building not 3 miles away. As for inside, leaks in the ceilings, rot on the trims near the bathroom. We try not to touch anything.

Nice and quiet place, fair price for room, park like atmosphere. Nice parking area.

The room was dirty. VERY dirty. Hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. One lamp broken. Not enough electrical outlets for both the fridge and microwave (both included in room). Good place to set up a meth lab.
