1 of the 2 hotels (good hotels) that are in the area. Breakfast could be better but it not that bad. Bathrooms just a bit dated and could use some maintenance, but again, not that bad. Solid A-B+ considering the area and availability of other hotels. Reasonable price as well. Would stay again.

We were expecting an average hotel. This was way above average. Room was beautiful, all conveniences and immaculate. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Staff were wonderful, breakfast was great. Noise level within in the rooms stunk. We stayed 2 nights and both nights we could hear other customers from every side, above, below, outside and in the hallway. The sound proofing of this hotel is lacking compared to other hotels.

We like this place. This time it was very humid and warm with a pool smell. The room was great and good service from all the employees.

The front desk clerk Richard was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean all accommodation were great. Top off we had a great breakfasts buffet. Thank you Wingate!

Nice hotel, but absolutely nothing near-by… no restaurants anywhere in-sight… plan to drive for anything!

Very nice hotel near my job site. I stay here quite often. Its a bit of a travel to the downtown areas for food, etc. But worth the extra comfort in my book. There is also some nice walking paths in the area close by. Also, if you like abandoned places, there is the old roadways to the Air Force Base across the street to explore.

Stayed here for one night on business. The woman at the front was great. Very friendly and answered a few questions I had about food delivery and amenities. I stayed in a king size bed room which was surprisingly pretty big. It was very clean and fully stocked. I'm rating 4/5 because the bed was kind of uncomfortable. Very firm mattress.

This was a very clean hotel. I've stayed in clean hotels before, but something about this place seemed to remove from me any doubt about its cleaness. Even the bathroom was in supreme condition. I have a tendency to choose my hotels based on if they have a waffle maker at the breakfast bar or not. The breakfast here was excellent. When I woke up, I had a desire to put more on my waffles than just syrup. I wanted fruit. When I went down, I was surprised to discover they had strawberries and whipped cream for the waffles in addition to syrup. That sold me on this place forever. I will add that the buffet also included eggs, I believe, and many other things like English muffins and yogurt parfaits. The pool is also good. The pool itself is as warm as a hot tub. The hot tub was hot and nice.

Stayed there many times, very nice friendly people, clean rooms, reasonable priced, breakfast in the morning what more can I say!

Exactly what a hotel should be for the cost. Breakfast is acceptable, nothing really bad about it. Really only complaint is that the only strength training machine in the fitness center being a dedicated Lat pull down machine was a little odd.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice for what you pay. The staff is nice and accommodating. Somehow, every single ice maker on my side is broken.

This hotel has been a great experience for my husband and I. The place is very very clean. All the staff has been so helpful and courteous. A shout out to Winne, the nice lady working the breakfast bar, which was very good also. This hotel gets a big 5 stars from us.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and free. The room was very clean and always stocked with towels and everything. The hotel was pretty quiet and was reasonably priced. The location is in a nice part of Rome, near the air base. It was a nice experience overall.

Stay here frequently when I am up in Rome. Always clean, efficient, with courteous staff. Hotel fitness center could be better, but plenty of good jogging paths & park space around the base make it a non-issue.

This was a great place to stay. It was near to the casino, but not on top of it. The hotel was nice and clean. The only complaint was that the shades did an okay job of keeping the morning sun out, but otherwise I was happy and willing to stay here again.

Way over priced and not sure how clean rooms are when you see lines of hookers walking in and out thanking the staff as they go yeah real nice.

A bit pricey for the area… I mean, there is NOT ING in Rome, except an airforce base. So don't really understand how they can charge 130 for a room…

Very nice hotel, best sleep I've had in a long time. Very out of the way but worth the extra travel. Mostly anything you would want it's only about 5 minutes away. Don't go to the zoo in Utica its a waste of time and money. The hot tub in the hotel needs to be fixed, that's the only reason they don't get 5 stars I find that to be a inexcusable. Had two elderly people traveling with me who loved the place. Can't forget the staff was extra helpful and pleasant.

Odd location, but a very nice hotel in Rome, NY. Decent breakfast, waffles, eggs and sausage, plus cereals, yogurt.

Don't look around for a room in Rome. Trust me you will not find much! This place was perfect! my wife, kids and I stayed there for a few nights and could not have been happier. Thank you.
