Very Clean, Pretty Good safe I was without hot water my entire stay until I had to switch. I was not accomadated so disappointed They didnt at least change my room.

Decent hotel if you just need a place to sleep. The walls are very thin — you can clearly hear your neighbors TVs. I do give bonus points for the continental breakfast. Arrive as soon as it opens and you'll have a great choice of food. There is DIY waffles, cereals, pastries, yogurts, bagels, eggs, and sausage, plus the option of coffee or juice. Parking is pretty bad in the area if you arrive back to your room too late. Overall it was an ok stay.

A local motel disguised as a comfort inn, staff was unable to input my choice hotel points in as my company booked everyone under 1 name. All other branches are able to override it. Breakfast starts at 6:30am (take notes contractors), but never ready until 6:45am every morning. Pastries are straight from the fridge and doesn’t warm them up for you. Front desk staff only stares at you as you walk in but will greet you only if you do so first. Your key cards will not grant you entry at the back (where the parking lot is) no matter how many times front desk “corrects” it. Only 2 stars because bed is only thing that is a “comfort”.

Front door was broke, snow not cleared in parking area, no hot water, carpet and interior well used, very week wireless, left at 6:30am for a flight and breakfast not even started yet and no grab bags setup. Heater didn't work well in small room.

Bartender was very nice and the decor was very interesting I do think it could use an upgrade though it seemed a bit dated.

Wish I could give it 0stars. This has been converted to a DHS Scatter site, for homeless families. Unclean, dirty everything (sheets, walls, carpet). Staff very unprofessional. My question is why the government would rather pay these locations nearly 3x the average rent for families to be subject to these conditions. This is where the cities budget goes wrong.

Staff was awesome, extremely friendly and very helpful, would stay again because of this alone. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great. Only thing that needed improvement was breakfast.

Great location service and rooms.

I really don't like this hotel very much. It's okay for a night or two to stay in, but the Hotel seems very old and doesn't look very clean either. I also don't like the fact that there's pretty much nothing around. Seems like a boring, dirty place to be in for a long period of time. This is a place you would most likely stay if you're looking for something last minute.

Clean, quite and close to JFK. Good breakfast and always helpful staff. We go to NYC a couple times of year always stay there. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, comfy room. Breakfast was okay. A strange smell in hallway and room, but it's New York, what can you do.

Decently priced drink specials. I met my wife here. Good things will happen for you if you drink, and I would assume, stay here while in NYC.

This place is great. The suites are a really good size. We had a problem with the fridge and it was replaced promptly. The bed was comfortable too. The breakfast is quite ok. Even though it's close to the airport, you can't hear any noise. Overall, very happy to stay again.

The hotel service was pretty average. Nothing was bad.

The room was dirty and the hotel smelled much moisture.

The reason for my visit was because I had family out of town coming in. While I did not stay in a room, the neighborhood is one I grew up in. I played little league baseball at the park around the corner so nostalgia definitely hit. I had breakfast and it was very enjoyable. The staff greeted me when I entered, so it was nice to know they were attentive. Not a 5/5 due to not being a personal stay, but very passable, and I would reccomend to out of town friends.

Nice hotel and excellent service.

Nice motel for a decent price. The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was pretty good. Only downsides were a bit of a ciggy smell, especially in our bathroom, and weak water pressure in shower. Otherwise it was a good stay and the subway is about six blocks away so not a bad walk.

We were very disappointed with the shuttle service getting us from the airport to the hotel and how the front desk handled it. We called the hotel from the shuttle station around 6pm to pick us up and they said that they were on their way. After 45 minutes and seeing various other shuttles from other hotels come and go we decided to call the hotel again. The person that we called said that they had sent the shuttle but they had picked someone else up. We were the only ones at the station waiting for this hotel where they told us to wait and we called twice to clarify, so this seemed hard to believe. Another shuttle driver from a different hotel who had been waiting at the shuttle station said that this hotel was known for taking a long time to pick people up and he also had not seen the shuttle for the Comfort Inn and Suties. We decided to call again an hour and ten minutes in to see where the shuttle was. They finally arrived around 7:20. When we talked to the driver he showed us the phone call he got which he got around 6:45 (which was upsetting since we had called 45 minutes before). I understand that New York is busy, but it only took 15 minutes to get back to the hotel and it also only took 15 minutes to bring us back to the airport the next day. Having an hour and a half delay at the airport waiting to be picked up was very disappointing and not a good first impression of the Comfort Inn (especially when seeing other hotel shuttles pick up people and return).

Inexpensive, and the room and free breakfast and Wi-Fi were OK. However, at least one desk person misinformed us about parking (specifically, whether or not we would be able to park free on the street on Thanksgiving Day), and another desk person literally claimed no one on duty that evening was qualified to use a plunger (after our toilet stopped up and I tried the plunger myself to no avail).

This is The Worst Hotel, Anyone can ever stay in ~ I will explain it I work as a Flight Attendant, so I stay in a lot of hotels during the year and I have never stay in a hotel as bad as this one. 1 — rooms ~ the pictures display in the internet do not describe how small this rooms are, there is no space for anyone to do anything, if you go with a couple and I was by myself, you will be so uncomfortable. 2 — TV, the television are horrible, and if that wasn`t enough the reception is even worst, so expect to be watching any TV. 3~ Breakfast ~it is a mini-continental breakfast and they only have 2 yes 2 table and someone is watching over you in case you take too much food and rush you to finished so they can clean the table and get you out. 4 — The Customer Service ~ to close it out. People need to understand that they are dealing with humans and need to have some what of compassion and try to treat humans with so respect, they will treat you with an attitude and no even care what you. This is my experience. 5 Distance ~ this is so far from the city, that unless you are there to do business around the area, otherwise, avoid it because it takes 2 hours to get to the city in public transportation.

Love it there! It's close to everything for a really cheap price. Free breakfast and parking. They have express check out and the front desk clerks are really good at their jobs. Definitely would go again and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to go to Manhattan but not wanting to pay Manhattan prices.

Great staff, room was clean and comfortable. Parking is limited to a few spaces behind hotel plus street parking which has limited hours during the day. Subway platform about a half mile away for easy access to Manhattan and JFK airport. Plenty of stores/shopping in the area as well as restaurant choices within walking distance.

Stayed here for one night. Great breakfast and the beds are just perfect.

This place is ok for one night. They were putting in new carpet the day we stayed there. Breakfast was good but parking was very limited. The staff that I spoke to were all friendly, no problems.

This place is DISGUSTING. There is black mole on the ceiling. The roof is leaking, the rooms smell like fart — probably due to the leaking roof. The computer that I am writing this review in "the business center" is sticky. The owner is rude as hell — he's a dick and started aruging with me about chairs. Buy an extra chair, you own a hotel stop being cheap. This place is a JOKE. I would have given zero stars if I could. I didnt want to stay at this place but unfortuntely my flight was cancelled at jfk and this was the only place that had rooms. Which makes sense since why would anyone want to stay here. Its gross and people are rude. The counters are NOT clean. Actually nothing here is clean. Please bring your lysol if you plan on staying here. do NOT believe the 3-5 stars. They are lying. This is NOT a nice place. This is obviously the owner writing a review. Everything smells, is old. And the walls are thin. Nothing about this place is nice from rooms to people.

The rooms are fine. The location is good. The lady that makes breakfast is a horrible human being with no concern or sympathy for any other human being on the planet. Breakfast won't be ready until everyone has left for the day.

Carpets inside room and hallways are old and stinky. Be prepared to park in the street as it has very limited parking space inside the premise and the staff says its "always safe". The luggage elevator also did not work so had to lift all my baggage. Would not come back to stay.

It was okay, nothing wrong with the place. Good for one night.

Greatly exceeded our "flop house" expectations.

Hallways smelled of chemicals and smoke — chemical smell permeated the rooms. Narrow hallways, dim lighting and dreary colors all give the place a depressing feel. I would not stay here again.

What a nice little treat, especially if you need to stay by JFK. They have free airport shuttle and nice rooms. The bathrooms have granite counter tips and the beds are comfortable. Great value for the price. The night clerk Ricardo was pleasant and friendly.
